Abstract

This utility model discloses a fruit processing and cleaning device, including a workbench, a housing, a cleaning tank, a rotating mechanism, a revolution and rotation mechanism, and a water spraying mechanism. The housing is located on the top surface of the workbench, and the cleaning tank is located inside the housing. The bottom surface of the cleaning tank is densely covered with drainage holes. The rotating mechanism is connected to the inner wall of the housing and to the cleaning tank. A fixed frame is provided on one side of the top surface of the workbench, and an electric push rod is connected to the fixed frame. The piston end of the electric push rod is connected to a lifting plate. The revolution and rotation mechanism is located on the bottom surface of the lifting plate and is situated above the cleaning tank. A cleaning brush is connected to the revolution and rotation mechanism, and the water spraying mechanism is mounted on the revolution and rotation mechanism. Therefore, the fruit can be automatically turned over during the cleaning process for thorough cleaning, reducing manual intervention and thus alleviating the burden on workers.
