A foam pump for a smart toilet

Abstract

This invention aims to overcome the shortcomings of existing foam pumps used in smart toilets and provide a foam pump for smart toilets with a simple structure and high foam generation and delivery efficiency. The foam pump includes a foam-generating component, a diaphragm pump component, a drive component, and a peristaltic pump component connected in sequence. The foam-generating component includes a flow divider, a bubble mesh structure, and a flow divider cover. The flow divider and the flow divider cover are connected to form a liquid inlet chamber, an air inlet chamber, and a mixing foam-generating chamber. The bubble mesh structure is disposed in the mixing foam-generating chamber. The liquid inlet chamber, the air inlet chamber, and the mixing foam-generating chamber are respectively connected to the diaphragm pump component. The peristaltic pump component includes a flexible tube with a foaming liquid inlet at one end and a liquid inlet at the other end. The drive component includes a motor, which is connected to the diaphragm pump component and the peristaltic pump component through a first output shaft and a second output shaft, respectively. The motor drives the diaphragm pump component and the peristaltic pump component simultaneously through the two output shafts.
