air compressor comprises a shell and a base, the bottom of the shell is connected with the base, and a driving
assembly is arranged in the shell; a
pump chamber is arranged on the top face of the shell, the upper end and the lower end of the
pump chamber are communicated with the outside of the shell, a
pump chamber end cover is arranged at one communication position,
gain cavities are connected to the two sides of the pump chamber, the other ends of the
gain cavities are communicated with the outside of the shell,
gain cavity end covers are arranged at the communication positions, and an air inlet is formed in the position, close to the edge of one side, of the top face of the shell and communicated with the pump chamber through an
air channel. An exhaust port is formed in the top face of the shell and formed in the side, away from the air inlet, of the pump chamber, the air inlet communicates with the gain cavities at the two ends through an
air channel, and a valve chamber is arranged between the exhaust port and the
air channel. An
electric control chamber is arranged in the base, and a PCB is arranged in the
electric control chamber. The whole vehicle
assembly process is simplified; the sealing performance, the stability and the gas gain efficiency of the
system are improved; the size and weight are reduced, and the frame mounting space is saved; the production cost is reduced, and the control response precision is improved.
