Abstract

The application provides a wire harness automatic processing device and a busbar welding complete machine. The wire harness automatic processing device comprises a wire harness driving device, a wire feeding device, a stripping device, a sleeve device and a terminal pressing device. The wire feeding device is used for wire harness feeding, and the wire feeding device is installed on the wire harness driving device. The wire harness driving device is used to drive the wire feeding device to move, so that the wire harness can move to any one of the stripping device, the sleeve device and the terminal pressing device. The stripping device is used for stripping at least one position of the wire harness. The sleeve device is used for sleeving a sleeve on the wire harness. The terminal pressing device is used for crimping terminals on the wire harness. The wire harness automatic processing device of the application realizes automatic stripping, automatic sleeving and automatic terminal crimping of the wire harness, improves the automation degree of wire harness pretreatment, and is beneficial to improving the efficiency and pretreatment effect.
