Abstract

The component comprises a mounting shell, a braided rope twisting component, a driving cylinder, a driving motor and an electromagnet sleeve set. The rear side of the mounting shell is provided with a heat dissipation plate and an expansion connecting buckle, and the driving cylinder and the driving motor are integrated inside; the braided rope twisting component is matched with a ring-shaped iron ring through the electromagnet sleeve set, the quick opening and closing of a clamping jaw are controlled, and the accurate clamping of the braided rope is realized; the driving motor drives a rotating shaft to complete the twisting action through a shaft coupling, and the shaft coupling effectively reduces vibration; the heat dissipation plate is internally provided with an exhaust group, and cooperates with an aluminum alloy shell to improve the heat dissipation efficiency. The electromagnetic adsorption and mechanical transmission are combined, the problems of unstable clamping force, response lag and overheating of traditional equipment are solved, the component has the characteristics of fast response, high control precision and excellent heat dissipation performance, and is suitable for the twisting processing of braided ropes in textile machinery and automatic production lines.
