A steel micropile connection structure

Abstract

This utility model discloses a steel micropile connection structure, including a capping beam and a plurality of micropiles. The capping beam is positioned above the ground line, and the micropiles are positioned below the ground line and connected to the capping beam. Each micropile includes an I-beam installed in a borehole. The I-beam includes an upper flange, a lower flange, and a web. The capping beam has upper and lower main reinforcement bars inside. The I-beam is inserted into the capping beam. Four connecting reinforcing bars perpendicular to the web are provided in the middle of the web of the I-beam. Four reinforcing bar holes are respectively opened in the upper and lower main reinforcement bars, and the connecting reinforcing bars are inserted into the corresponding holes and welded to the upper and lower main reinforcement bars. This steel micropile connection structure enhances the tightness of the connection between the I-beam and the capping beam by welding the connecting reinforcing bars to the main reinforcement bars of the capping beam, preventing cracking and loosening at the welded joints and improving the overall bending resistance. The I-beams are secured with anti-loosening nuts and bolts to prevent relative displacement and ensure structural stability. This structure effectively enhances the overall integrity of the structure and improves the safety and reliability of micropile landslide control.
