A spinning split mold

Abstract

The application discloses a spinning split die, which comprises a base, a head, inner petals and outer petals; the base is fixedly installed on a machine tool, and a cylinder body of an oil cylinder and the head are respectively located on two sides of the base; the head comprises a center column and an end head connected with each other, the center column is in the shape of a truncated cone, and one end of the center column close to the base is a small-diameter end; a piston rod of the oil cylinder is connected to the center column after penetrating through the base; a plurality of the inner petals are circumferentially and slidably arranged on the base, a sliding direction of the inner petals penetrates through an axis of the piston rod, the inner petals abut against the center column, and the outer petals are arranged between two of the inner petals. The application solves the problem that a die in the prior art is difficult to be demolded under the condition of ensuring the size precision of a part. When the die is used to form a deep cylindrical structure, the product will not be deformed or damaged, so that the forming precision, the surface quality and the service life of the die are ensured.
