Abstract

The application relates to an air preheater system, relates to the field of air preheating, is connected with an air inlet pipe of an incinerator, and comprises a supporting frame fixed in the air inlet pipe, a main heat exchange mechanism and a secondary heat exchange mechanism installed on the supporting frame, a flash tank and a drain tank, the main heat exchange mechanism comprises a main air inlet pipe, a main air outlet pipe and heat exchange pipe fittings fixedly connected between the main air inlet pipe and the main air outlet pipe, the secondary heat exchange mechanism comprises a secondary air inlet pipe and a secondary air outlet pipe, and heat exchange pipe fittings are also fixedly connected between the secondary air inlet pipe and the secondary air outlet pipe, the flash tank comprises a feeding pipe, a steam pipe and a drainage pipe, the drain tank comprises a water inlet pipe, the main air inlet pipe is used for being communicated with a steam drum, the main air outlet pipe extends out of the air inlet pipe and is fixedly communicated with the feeding pipe in the flash tank, the drainage pipe in the flash tank is fixedly communicated with the water inlet pipe in the drain tank, and the steam pipe in the flash tank extends into the air inlet pipe and is fixedly communicated with the secondary air inlet pipe. The application has the effect of fully utilizing resources.
