Use of the designed product: the whole of the designed product is used for holding member for machining cutting tool, for example, the body of the tool tip replacement type end mill, and the part as claimed in the partial design is used for the holding part of the holding member for machining cutting tool, which is used for holding the blade to rotate in the state that the blade is fixed to the holding part to cut the workpiece. 3.
