Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of equipment for inserting and / or pulling wires into tubes, such as electrical conductors or cables. More particularly, the invention relates to a wire-inserting apparatus comprising a friction wheel train, a wire guide operatively connected to the friction wheel train, a rotary coupling element configured to allow the operational and detachable connection of an external rotary actuator, and a drive train. The drive train is configured such that, when in the operational state, it transforms the rotary motion produced in the rotary coupling element, allowing linear movement of the wires through the friction wheel train and the wire guide into a tube. According to the invention, the rotary actuator is of the electric drill type.In other words, the drive train converts and optimizes engine torque to drive the friction wheel train, which rotates under a known tool. The invention also provides an assembly, a kit, and a method for inserting wires using the wire-introducing apparatus.
