Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a fastening device for a stator housing.
[0002] From DE 693 18 449 a stator frame is known, wherein a plurality of fastening attachment pieces are provided which are formed integrally with an annular wall in such a way that a mounting of the stator frame in a predetermined direction is possible.
[0003] AT 21 50 12 B discloses a housing with screw-on feet. Two longitudinal rib-shaped projections are arranged at four locations on the circumference of the housing, offset by 90°. Each pair of matching projections is positioned symmetrically to a radial plane. Optionally, screw-on feet can be attached to these projections.
[0004] DE 32 42 864 C1 relates to a housing of an electrical machine with longitudinally ribbed segments and feet that can be fastened in the areas between the rib segments. In the individual areas, two spaced-apart transverse parts are provided, firmly connected to the longitudinal cooling fins and the intermediate housing surfaces, each with two contact points and at least one blind hole for radial fastening screws in aligned contact surfaces. The feet have two mating surfaces with corresponding mating points and passages for the fastening screws, with the mating surfaces being inclined at 45° to the base surfaces of the feet.
[0005] GB 2 334 827 A discloses a housing holder with a holding part which has two spaced-apart fastening means for securing the holding part to a correspondingly designed installation location section.
[0006] From DE 38 233 50 A1 an electric motor with an intermediate member is known in which two attachment sections are formed at a distance from one another, each having a support surface and a bore, the bores being aligned parallel to one another.
[0007] From DE 1 092 111 A, feet are known which can be detachably attached to the housing of electrical machines, each having two rigid support surfaces and two elastically yielding support surfaces made of rubber, wherein the foot part can be fastened to a motor housing by means of radially aligned screws.
[0008] From US 5 752 688 A a support arrangement is known which has a base part with parallel, spaced-apart holes for fastening screws.
[0009] The invention is therefore based on the object of developing a fastening device.
[0010] According to the invention, the object is achieved by the features specified in claim 1.
[0011] Important features of the invention in the fastening device for a stator housing, which has a base part and a fastening element, are that the base part has an attachment section and the attachment section comprises at least two bearing surfaces which correspond to a mating surface of a housing attachment section of the stator housing, such that the base part can be fastened to the stator housing in at least two different positions using the fastening element. The two bearing surfaces are arranged essentially parallel to one another. The attachment section comprises a third bearing surface which interacts with a further mating surface of the housing attachment section. The advantage here is that the base part is held securely and in a well-defined manner on the attachment section. The at least two attachment positions then emerge from each other by rotating the base part by 90 degrees, and the base part is easy to manufacture.
[0012] The advantage is that a foot part can be universally attached to the housing and can therefore also be retrofitted and that the foot part is easy to manufacture.
[0013] In a preferred embodiment, the fastening element is detachably attachable, and thus the base part is also detachably attachable to the stator housing. An advantage here is that the fastening device of the stator housing is adaptable to different locations.
[0014] According to the invention, the base part has at least two bores, which extend through a single mounting section and each interact with a support surface of this mounting section. The bores intersect inside the base part, which is otherwise solid. The fastening element is guided through one of the two bores, and when installed, at least one support surface of this mounting section is pressed against a counter surface. This is advantageous because the base part is securely held to the stator housing.
[0015] In a preferred embodiment, the at least two holes are arranged perpendicular to each other. This has the advantage that the base is stable despite the two holes.
[0016] In another preferred embodiment, the support surfaces form an angle of approximately 45 degrees to the axis of the bore of the corresponding attachment section. This has the advantage of allowing the base section to be easily installed.
[0017] In a further preferred embodiment, the fastening element is designed as a screw that is guided through the bore and screwed into a threaded bore in the housing attachment section. The bore has a countersunk head section into which a screw head of the screw is countersunk. This is advantageous in that the base part can be easily attached to the stator housing.
[0018] In a further preferred embodiment, the stator housing has a cylindrical shell-shaped base body, on the outside of which cooling fins are formed, which extend parallel to one another in the axial direction and are arranged in four groups. The ends of the cooling fins of each group lie approximately in one plane, the limiting cooling fins of each group are approximately substantially at right angles to one another, and the housing attachment section is arranged between or on the limiting cooling fins and extends in the axial direction of the stator housing. It is advantageous that one form of the stator housing is used multiple times.
[0019] In another preferred embodiment, the threaded bore extends radially through the stator housing. This is advantageous because the threaded bore interacts well with the mating surfaces.
[0020] In a further preferred embodiment, the stator housing has a base mounting area comprising two housing mounting sections arranged one behind the other in the axial direction, and the base part has two subsections corresponding to the housing mounting sections with the corresponding mounting sections. Advantageously, the base part is securely held to the stator housing.
[0021] In a further preferred embodiment, the stator housing has four foot mounting areas, with the extension lines of the axes of the threaded holes intersecting at 90 degrees in the central axis of the stator housing. This has the advantage that the foot part can be easily attached to the various threaded holes.
[0022] Further advantages arise from the subclaims.
[0023] The invention will now be explained in more detail using exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawings. They show, purely schematically: Fig. 1 a three-dimensional view with partial section of a stator housing with a fastening device according to the invention; Fig. 2 a side view of a foot part for a fastening device according to the invention; Fig. 3 a section through the Fig. 2 shown foot part; and Fig. 4 a plan view of the Fig. 2 shown foot part.
[0024] In the Fig. 1 shows a fastening device 10 according to the invention on a stator housing 12. The stator housing 10 has a cylindrical shell-shaped base body 36, on whose outer surface cooling fins are formed. The cooling fins 36 extend axially over the outer surface and are arranged in four groups aligned parallel to one another. Freestanding ends of the cooling fins 36 of each group lie approximately in one plane. Each group is delimited by two limiting cooling fins 38. The limiting cooling fins 38 of two adjacent groups are arranged substantially perpendicular to one another.
[0025] A base mounting area 40 is arranged on these limiting cooling fins 38. The base mounting area 40 comprises a housing mounting section 20. The housing mounting section 20 comprises a counter surface 22 and a further counter surface 26 as well as a threaded bore 28 designed as a blind hole. The counter surface 22 and the further counter surface 26 run perpendicular to one another. A central axis of the threaded bore 28 lies at an angle of preferably 45 degrees to the planes spanned by the counter surface 22 and the further counter surface 26. Preferably, two housing mounting sections 20 are arranged one behind the other in the base mounting area 40 in the axial direction of the stator housing 12.
[0026] A total of four foot mounting areas 40 are arranged on the stator housing.
[0027] A foot part 14 is attached to the foot attachment area 40 by means of a screw as a fastening element 15. For this purpose, the fastening element 15 is guided through a bore 23 in the foot part 14 and screwed into the threaded bore 28. Clip devices, rivets, or other detachable or non-detachable fastening elements 15 are also conceivable.
[0028] The base part 14 has an attachment section 16. The attachment section 16 comprises two support surfaces 18 which run parallel to one another. In addition, the attachment section 16 has a further support surface 24. In the attached state, one of the two support surfaces 18 rests on the counter surface 22 and the further support surface 24 rests on the further counter surface 26. Due to the inventive arrangement of the attachment surfaces 18 and the further attachment surface 24 in interaction with the counter surface 22 and the further counter surface 26, the base part can also be fastened to the stator housing 12 such that one of the two support surfaces 18 rests on the further counter surface 26 and the further support surface 24 rests on the counter surface 22. The base part 14 can thus be attached to all four foot attachment areas 40 of the stator housing 12 in two different positions each. This allows the stator housing 12 to be mounted in many different positions with only a single design of the base part 14. This allows for easier storage and also secure assembly of the base part 14.
[0029] For easier detachable attachment of the base part 14 to the stator 12, the mounting section 16 has two bores 23. The two bores 23 run perpendicular to each other and intersect inside the base part 14, which is otherwise of solid construction. An axis of the bores 23 forms an angle of 45 degrees to a single support surface 18 and the third support surface 24. The end region of the bore 23 facing away from the stator housing 12 in the mounted state is designed with a larger diameter and thus forms a countersunk head section 30 for receiving a screw head 32 of the screw. As shown in Fig. 3, the respective countersunk head section 30 ends before the holes 23 intersect at right angles.
[0030] The base part 14 has a substantially prismatic base body with a triangular cross-section. At the ends, as in Fig. 4, mounting plates are formed as a continuation of an outer surface of the base body. The mounting plates have bores or elongated holes. The base part 14 can be attached to a corresponding device using the elongated holes and bores.
[0031] The support surface 18 and the third support surface 24 as well as the counter surface 22 and the further counter surface 26 are preferably reworked by removing material in order to achieve a defined surface roughness and planarity.
[0032] The stator housing 12 and the base part 14 are preferably made as cast parts, in particular from a globular gray cast iron or spheroidal cast iron.
