AI Technical Summary
Existing disengagement systems for clutches can only transmit forces in the direction of traction, limiting their use to 'traction' clutches and complicating assembly/disassembly, especially for bidirectional actuating forces.
A disengagement system with disk spring tongues that incorporates a spring element and a securing ring to transmit actuating forces bidirectionally, allowing for play-free engagement and disengagement in both tension and compression directions, using a locking connection between motor and transmission sides.
Enables clutches with reduced actuation forces by approximately 50%, facilitating simpler assembly and reducing component size, while maintaining a play-free connection for bidirectional actuation.

Abstract
Claims
[1] Release system for a clutch (1) of a motor vehicle, with clutch release means formed by disc spring tongues (2) and acted upon by an actuator device arranged on the transmission side with an actuating force for the purpose of disengaging / engaging the clutch (1), wherein the actuator device has a release bearing (6), via whose bearing ring (8) intended for rotation with the clutch release means / disc spring tongues (2) a connection to the clutch (1) can be established, wherein a structural unit (A) pre-assembled on the clutch side / engine side on the disc spring tongues (2) has means for transmitting an actuating force in the pulling direction and can be detachably engaged with the bearing ring (8) belonging to a structural unit (B) on the transmission side via a locking connection (C), characterized bythat means serving to transmit an actuating force in the direction of pressure are provided on the bearing ring (8), and that the means serving to transmit an actuating force in the direction of pressure comprise at least one spring element (11) which can be axially fixed on the bearing ring (8). [2] Release system according to claim 1, characterized by that the spring element (11) is clamped in the locked state of the engine-side structural unit (A) and the gearbox-side structural unit (B) with a pressure piece (3) of the engine-side structural unit (A) connected to the disc spring tongues (2). [3] Release system according to claim 2, characterized by that the spring element (11) is axially fixed on its side facing away from the pressure piece (3) by a retaining ring (12) fastened to the bearing ring (8). [4] Release system according to claim 2 or 3, characterized bythat the pressure piece (3) clamped with the disc spring tongues (2) has a first connecting part of the locking connection (C) in the form of a shoulder (3.4), against which a second connecting part arranged on the bearing ring (8) in the form of a wire ring (10) received in an annular groove (9) can be brought into contact. [5] Release system according to claim 4, characterized by that the wire ring (10) is designed as an open wire ring which, in the locked state, engages behind the shoulder (3.4) of the pressure piece (3) in a position-fixing manner. [6] Release system according to one of claims 2 to 5, characterized by that a spring element (4) braced with the disc spring tongues (2) is arranged on the pressure piece (3) on the clutch side. [7] Release system according to claim 6, characterized by that the spring element (4) is axially fixed by a retaining ring (5) attached to the pressure piece (3). [8] Release system according to one of claims 2 to 7, characterized by that the pressure piece (3) consists of a radially extending stop collar (3.1) and an axially extending sleeve part (3.2) directed away from the gear side. [9] Release system according to claim 8, characterized by that the disc spring tongues (2) accommodated between the stop collar (3.1) and the sleeve part (3.2) of the pressure piece (3) rest on dome-shaped contact surfaces (3.3, 4.1) of the stop collar (3.1) and the spring element (4).
