Description
[0001] The present invention relates to an antiperspiration insert for attachment to a garment according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] From DE 927 801 B, a symmetrically constructed welding sheet is known which has three predetermined folding lines. All three predetermined folding lines begin at a point on the axis of symmetry and end at a point on the opposite side of the axis of symmetry. The first predetermined folding line curves upwards from left to right, and the second predetermined folding line curves downwards from left to right, while the third predetermined folding line is located on the axis of symmetry. Simultaneously, the area encompassed by the first predetermined folding line below the second predetermined folding line is cut into strips, so that when the upper part of the welding sheet is folded over, the strips fold away along the three predetermined folding lines and can be folded between the upper and lower parts of the welding sheet.These folded strips, positioned between one part of the sweatband and the other, thicken the sweatband in that area, making it uncomfortable to wear. Furthermore, attaching such a folded sweatband to a garment requires considerable skill, as the folded strips must be carefully pushed to the side.
