AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Existing relays face limitations in space due to a restricted armature rotation within a limited space, leading to potential overcharging and fire risks when handling high voltages, and the armature's restricted area restricts flexibility and accuracy in switching operations.

Method used

The armature is designed with a bent portion and a connecting portion, increasing its length and flexibility, allowing stable and accurate rotation for high voltage control, while maintaining a compact relay design.

Benefits of technology

The modified armature design enhances flexibility and accuracy in switching operations, reducing the risk of overcharging and improving reliability under high voltage conditions.
