DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0024] Fig. 1 is a view showing a movable part mounted on a rail in a sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a side view illustrating the movable part in the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a side view showing a rail cover and a connecting part in the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a view illustrating the rail in the shape of a rectangular ring and the movable part fitted on the rail in the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0025] Fig. 1 is a view showing a movable part mounted on a rail in a sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a side view showing the movable part in the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. The sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a rail 100 having a bottom surface, both side surfaces, and an upper surface, the rail 100 extending in a front-backward direction, being bent, and then extending in a left-right direction; a movable part 200 mounted on the rail 100 to slide along the rail 100 to move in the front-backward direction or in the left-right direction; a magnetic force part 400 provided in the movable part 200 and locked to or unlocked from the rail 100 by a magnetic force; and grounding parts 500 provided on the movable part 200, electrically connected to the magnetic force part 400, and grounded to the rail 100 to supply power from the rail 100 to the magnetic force part 400.Additionally, a plurality of support members 310, 320, and 330 may be provided on the outer side surfaces of the movable member 200, and the plurality of support members 310, 320, and 330 may be supported by the bottom surface, the side surfaces, and the top surface of the rail 100, respectively. The rail 100 may extend in a predetermined direction, such as a longitudinal direction of the vehicle or a width direction of the vehicle, on a floor of the vehicle and be bent to form a closed path.

[0026] The sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention is capable of minimizing the space occupied by the rail 100 while having a simple structure by employing a locking mechanism using the magnetic force part 400, thereby efficiently utilizing space in the vehicle. A conventional locking mechanism of a rail is generally a spindle type or a fork type. When a seat is locked in this manner, the rail has an excessive height of about 47 mm or about 57 mm. If the height of the rail is too large, a large portion of the limited space on the vehicle floor is occupied by the rail, making efficient use of the space difficult. Therefore, the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention uses a novel locking mechanism that employs the magnetic force member to implement the rail in a slim structure so that the rail has a height of about 30 mm.

[0027] In the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, the movable part 200 may be in the shape of a rectangular frame. The magnetic force part 400 may be disposed in an interior space of the frame, and each of the floor parts 500 may be disposed on the frame so as to face one of the side surfaces of the rail 100. The number of floor parts 500 may be four, and each of the four floor parts 500 may be disposed on a corresponding surface of the rectangular frame of the movable part 200. When each surface of the rectangular frame of the movable part 200 is in contact with the side surface of the rail 100, the grounding part 500 is grounded to the rail 100 to supply power to the magnetic force part 400.

[0028] Furthermore, in the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, the bearing parts may be top bearings 310 located on an upper surface of the movable part 200. The top bearings 310 may rotate while being supported by the upper surface of the rail 100, and an upper position of the movable part 200 may be regulated by the top bearings 310 when the movable part 200 slides. The number of top bearings 310 may be four, and each of the four top bearings 310 may be arranged at a respective vertex on the upper surface of the movable part 200, which has the shape of a rectangular frame, and may rotate while being supported by the rail cover covering the upper surface of the rail 100, thereby regulating the upper position of the movable part 200 when the movable part 200 slides.

[0029] On the other hand, in the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, the bearing parts may be bottom bearings 320 located on a bottom surface of the movable part 200. The bottom bearings 320 may rotate while being supported by the bottom surface of the rail 100, and a lower position of the movable part 200 may be regulated by the bottom bearings 320 when the movable part 200 slides. The number of bottom bearings 320 may be four, and each of the four bottom bearings 320 may be arranged at a respective vertex on the bottom surface of the movable part 200, which has a rectangular frame shape, and may rotate while being supported by the bottom surface of the rail 100 or a fixing part 110, thereby regulating the lower position of the movable part 200 when the movable part 200 slides.

[0030] Furthermore, in the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, the bearing parts may be side surface bearings 330 located on side surfaces of the movable part 200. The side surface bearings 330 can rotate while being supported by the side surfaces of the rail 100, and the left and right positions of the movable part 200 can be regulated by the side surface bearings 330 when the movable part 200 slides. The number of side surface bearings 330 may be four, and each of the four side surface bearings 330 may be arranged at a respective vertex on the side surfaces of the movable part 200 having the shape of a rectangular frame, and may rotate while being supported by the side surface of the rail 100, thereby regulating front and rear positions or left and right positions of the movable part 200 when the movable part 200 slides, and preventing eccentricity between the front and rear of the movable part 200 or between the left and right sides of the movable part 200.

[0031] In the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing part 110 made of a material that allows the passage of magnetism may be provided on the bottom surface of the rail 100, and the magnetic force part 400 may be arranged to oppose the fixing part 110 to form a magnetic path. In the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, the magnetic force part 400 may be locked to the fixing part 110 when the magnetic path is formed in both the magnetic force part 400 and the fixing part 110, and the magnetic force part 400 may be unlocked from the fixing part 110 when the magnetic path is formed only in the magnetic force part 400. The magnetic force part 400 may be annular and in contact with the fixing part 110.The magnetic force part 400 may include a fixed permanent magnet provided therein near the fixing part 110 and an electromagnet provided therein opposite to the fixing part 110. The magnetic force part 400 can be locked to or unlocked from the fixing part 110 by changing a polarity of the electromagnet. In other words, the magnetic force part 400 forms the magnetic path when a current is applied to the electromagnet, and the magnetic path formed in the magnetic force part 400 is changed by changing a magnetic pole of the electromagnet.

[0032] Specifically, when the current is applied to the electromagnet such that the electromagnet has the same magnetic pole as the adjacent fixed permanent magnet at a portion adjacent to the fixed permanent magnet, the magnetic path is formed to pass through both the magnetic force member 400 and the fixing member 110, and accordingly, the magnetic force member 400 is locked to the fixing member 110 to fix the movable member 200 to the rail 100.When the current is applied to the electromagnet such that the electromagnet has a different magnetic pole at a portion adjacent to the fixed permanent magnet than the adjacent fixed permanent magnet, the magnetic path is formed to pass only through the magnetic force part 400 without passing through the fixing part 110, and accordingly, the magnetic force part 400 is unlocked from the fixing part 110 to detach the movable part 200 from the rail 100.

[0033] Furthermore, even if the power supply is interrupted, the magnetic force part 400 maintains the preformed magnetic path after the magnetic force part 400 is locked to or unlocked from the fixing part 110, since the magnetic path is formed by applying the current to the electromagnet, and the magnetic force part 400 remains locked to or unlocked from the fixing part 110. Accordingly, if the locking mechanism using the magnetic force part 400 is implemented in the rail, the power supply to the magnetic force part 400 is only required during a locked or unlocked moment, thereby minimizing power consumption.

[0034] In the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, two or more wires constituting a positive electrode and a negative electrode may be connected to the grounding parts 500, and power may be supplied to the magnetic force part 400 through the wires while the movable part 200 slides along the inner side surfaces of the rail 100. In the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, the grounding parts 500 may be arranged on outer side surfaces of the movable part 200 at spaced-apart points, and a point at which one of the grounding parts 500 is grounded to the rail 100 may be switched at a bent portion of the rail 100 when the movable part 200 slides.

[0035] Specifically, in the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, while the movable part 200 has a rectangular frame shape and the rail 100 has a rectangular ring shape with four bent portions, the number of grounding parts 500 may be four, and each of the four grounding parts 500 is arranged on a respective surface of the rectangular frame of the movable part 200. When each surface of the rectangular frame of the movable part 200 is in contact with the side surface of the rail 100, the grounding part 500 is grounded to the rail 100 to supply power to the magnetic force part 400.Therefore, although a sliding direction of the movable part 200 is changed at each bent portion of the rail 100, each side surface of the movable part 200 is in contact with the side surface of the rail 100 where a power supply for powering from a power supply unit of the vehicle is provided, thereby continuously supplying power to the magnetic force part 400 when the movable part 200 slides. However, the grounding parts 500 are in contact with two side surfaces of the rail 100 at the bent portion of the rail 100.In this regard, the movable part 200 comprises a voltage sensor and a switch such that the voltage sensor can detect a voltage coming from each side surface and the switch can cut off one of the two powers not intended for a side surface point of the rail 100 to which the movable part 200 slides, thereby shifting the point at which one of the grounding parts 500 is grounded to the rail 100.

[0036] Fig. 3 is a side view showing a rail cover and a connecting part in the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig.4 is a view showing the rail 100 in the shape of a rectangular ring and the movable part 200 mounted on the rail 100 in the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, a slotted hole may be formed in the upper surface of the rail 100, a rail cover 600 may be provided to extend along the rail 100, and a connecting part 700 may be provided above the rail cover 600 while passing through the slotted hole to be connected to the movable part 200.

[0037] In particular, the movable part 200, the magnetic force part 400, and the plurality of bearing parts 310, 320, and 330, which occupy a minimum space, can be arranged in an inner space of the rail 100, and the movable part 200 can be connected to the connecting part 700 passing through the slotted hole provided in the rail cover 600, thereby realizing the rail 100 in a simple and slim manner.

[0038] In the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, the rail 100 may be provided on the floor of the vehicle, and a seat, console, or table may be connected to the connecting part 700 to allow the seat, console, or table to slide along the rail 100 on the floor of the vehicle. The seat, console, or table coupled to the connecting part 700 connected to the movable part 200 can move together with the movable part 200 when the movable part 200 slides in the front-backward direction or in the left-right direction along the rail 100. The seat, console, or table can be locked to or unlocked from the fixing part 110 by means of the magnetic force part 400.In addition, the seat, console, or table, when attached, may be electrically connected to the grounding member 500 to receive power from the grounding member 500, which is grounded to the rail 100 connected to the power unit of the vehicle.

[0039] Furthermore, in the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, the rail 100 may be provided in the shape of a rectangular ring on the floor of the vehicle, and the movable part 200 may have the rectangular shape and slide in the front-backward direction or in the left-right direction along the rail 100 on the floor of the vehicle.

[0040] In the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, the seat, console, or table may be connected to the movable part 200 to allow the seat, console, or table to slide in the front-to-back direction or in the left-to-right direction along the rail 100 on the floor of the vehicle. While the movable part 200 slides in the front-to-back direction or in the left-to-right direction along the rail 100 having the shape of a rectangular ring, the movable part 200 may be grounded to the power supply located on the side surface of the rail 100 via the grounding part 500 located on each side surface of the movable part 200 having the shape of a rectangular ring, to continuously supply power to the magnetic force part 400 or the seat, console, or table connected to an upper end of the movable part 200.

[0041] As described above, the simple and slim structure of the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention makes it possible to implement not only the seat but also other vehicle equipment such as the console or the table, which are easily connected to the upper end of the rail 100 to slide along the rail 100. Furthermore, as autonomous vehicles become widely used in the future, the concept of the driver's seat will gradually disappear, and the need for space utilization will arise within the vehicle. It is expected that when the sliding unit for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention is used, it will be easy to secure necessary space by simply sliding equipment in the vehicle, such as the seat, console, or table, in the front-backward direction or in the left-right direction.

[0042] In the sliding unit for a vehicle according to the present invention, the locking mechanism using the magnetic force part 400 is implemented such that the movable part 200 can be locked to or unlocked from the rail 100 when sliding along the rail 100 extending in the front-backward direction, bent, and then extending in the left-right direction while having a simple and slender structure, and the movable part 200 can be connected to any of various devices as well as the seat, thereby making it possible to widely use the sliding unit within the vehicle.

[0043] Although the present invention has been shown and described with reference to particular embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be modified and varied in various ways without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention as defined by the following claims. <bezugszeichenliste> 100 rail 110 Fastening part 200 moving parts 310 top bearing (bearing part) 320 Underside bearing (bearing part) 330 Side surface bearing (bearing part) 400 magnetic force part 500 grounding part 600 rail cover 700 connecting part< / bezugszeichenliste>
