[0001] The invention relates to a method for producing a component, in particular for a vehicle.

Furthermore, a bumper for a vehicle is known from DE 10 2016 200 676 A1. Furthermore, a hybrid structure is known from US 2019 / 0 344836 A1. US 5 707 100 A discloses a support structure for a vehicle body. Furthermore, EP 1 051 575 B1 discloses a brake backing plate for an internal shoe drum brake of a motor vehicle.

[0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a component, in particular for a vehicle, so that a particularly advantageous rigidity of the component can be realized in a particularly needs-based and thus weight-efficient manner.

[0004] This object is achieved according to the invention by a method having the features of patent claim 1.

[0005] A first aspect not belonging to the invention is disclosed, which relates to a component, in particular for a vehicle. This means, for example, that the component according to the first aspect can be used in the manufacture of a vehicle, so that, for example, the vehicle is manufactured from the component during manufacture. Thus, for example, the vehicle in its fully manufactured state comprises the component. In particular, the vehicle is a motor vehicle and very particularly a motor vehicle, which can be designed, for example, as a passenger car. The component has at least one rib structure, by means of which the component is reinforced. For this purpose, the rib structure has ribs, by means of which the component is stiffened, i.e. reinforced. A surface of the component is provided with the rib structure at least in one region. The rib structure protrudes from the surface along a direction of extension, such that the rib structure projects beyond the surface along the direction of extension. The rib structure, in particular in itself, i.e. when viewed on its own, is designed as a single piece, and is therefore made from a single piece. A base body of the component is provided with the rib structure, wherein the said surface is formed by the base body. The base body and the rib structure are designed as a single piece. This means that the base body and the rib structure are designed from a single piece, and are therefore designed as a monoblock or are formed by a monoblock. For example, the respective rib in itself, i.e. when viewed on its own, runs linearly, in particular in a straight line, in particular in a plane of extension, wherein the direction of extension can run perpendicular to the plane of extension. In particular, it is conceivable for the ribs of the rib structure to run obliquely or perpendicular to one another, particularly in the plane of extension. The surface can thus run in the plane of extension or in a plane that extends parallel to the plane of extension. Furthermore, it is possible for the surface to be curved. Furthermore, it is conceivable for the ribs of the rib structure to merge seamlessly into one another. This particularly means that the ribs are not completely spaced apart from one another, but rather, for example, the respective ribs merge seamlessly into one another.

[0006] In order to be able to achieve particularly advantageous rigidity of the component in a particularly needs-based and thus weight-effective manner, the first aspect provides for the rib structure to have at least two sub-regions which differ from one another with regard to the shapes formed by the ribs and / or with regard to at least one dimension of the ribs. In other words, in a first of the sub-regions, for example, first of the ribs form at least or exactly one first shape or several first shapes, wherein, for example, in the second sub-region, second of the ribs form at least or exactly one second shape or several second shapes. In this case, it is provided, for example, that the respective first shape differs from the respective second shape or that the first shape and the second shape differ from one another.Furthermore, it is conceivable for the first ribs in the first subregion and the second ribs in the subregion to have the aforementioned at least one dimension, which, for example, runs along a spatial direction that, for example, extends in the plane of extension or parallel to the plane of extension or coincides with the direction of extension. For example, the dimension in the first subregion has a first value, and in the second subregion, the dimension has a second value that differs from the first value. In particular, it is conceivable that the first shapes or the first shape in the first sub-region correspond or correspond to the second shapes or the second shape in the second sub-region, in particular with regard to a basic shape, so that the first shapes and the second shapes are or have the same basic shape, but it is conceivable that the respective first shape and the respective second shape are of different sizes. This makes it possible to achieve effective, efficient and needs-based reinforcement or reinforcement of the component, so that on the one hand a particularly high rigidity of the component can be achieved, in particular in at least one such region or regions of the component in which, for example, during driving and / or normal operation of the vehicle, a load acts on the component that is greater than in other regions of the component. On the other hand, the weight and cost of the component can be advantageously kept low, since, for example, the component can be advantageously stiffened or reinforced using the rib structure only in one or more areas where correspondingly high loads occur, for example, during normal and / or driving operation. In other words, an excessively large and thus excessively weight-intensive design of the rib structure and thus of the component as a whole can be avoided.

[0007] In order to achieve a particularly advantageous rigidity of the component in a particularly weight-efficient manner, the first aspect provides that the component and thus the base body and the rib structure are produced by casting, so that the component is designed as a cast component.

[0008] It has proven particularly advantageous if the subregions of the rib structure are adapted to at least one load, in particular to at least one loading case or load case, of the component. This allows a load-appropriate, and therefore load-adapted, design of the rib structure to be achieved, so that the component can be reinforced or stiffened effectively and efficiently, and thus in a weight- and cost-effective manner, using the rib structure. The aforementioned load on the component occurs, for example, during the aforementioned normal operation and / or driving of the vehicle. In particular, it is conceivable that the load is determined empirically and / or by means of a simulation, for example in the form of an FE simulation (finite element simulation).

[0009] In order to be able to produce the component particularly cost-effectively and to achieve a particularly high rigidity of the component in a particularly cost-effective manner, a further embodiment of the first aspect provides for the component to be designed as an injection-molded component. In other words, it is preferably provided that the component is or will be produced by injection molding.

[0010] A further embodiment is characterized in that the shapes formed by the ribs in the partial regions, i.e. in both partial regions of the rib structure, are hexagonal honeycombs. This means in particular that the first shape or the first shapes correspond to the second shape or the second shapes, so that the ribs in the partial regions form the same basic shape, wherein the basic shape is a hexagonal honeycomb. In this regard, it is particularly conceivable for the respective hexagonal honeycomb to be formed by, in particular exactly, six of the ribs, wherein it is provided in particular that the respective rib forming the respective honeycomb runs in a straight line, in particular in itself, i.e. when viewed on its own, in particular in the said plane of extension. Thus, the rib structure is or forms a honeycomb structure which comprises the hexagonal honeycombs.Since the basic shape, which is designed as a hexagonal honeycomb and is formed by the respective ribs, is the same in the two sub-regions, such that the basic shape is repeated in the two sub-regions, it is conceivable, for example, for the sub-regions to differ from one another with regard to the respective sizes of the honeycombs. In other words, it is conceivable that the honeycombs in the first sub-region have a respective first size, in particular a respective first surface area, wherein, for example, the honeycombs in the second sub-region have a respective second size, in particular a respective second surface area. The first size and the second size, in particular the first surface area and the second surface area, differ from one another. In other words, it is conceivable, for example, for the first honeycombs in the first sub-region to be larger or smaller than the second honeycombs in the second sub-region.This is achieved in particular in that the two sub-regions differ from one another with regard to at least one dimension of the ribs. In particular, the different dimensions of the ribs in the sub-regions make it possible for the ribs in the sub-regions to form the same basic shape, i.e. both the ribs in the first sub-region and the ribs in the second sub-region each form hexagonal honeycombs, but the honeycombs in the first sub-region and the honeycombs in the second sub-region are different sizes, in particular have different surface areas, in particular such that the honeycombs in the first sub-region are larger or smaller than the honeycombs in the second sub-region, thus the surface area of the honeycombs in the first sub-region is larger or smaller than the surface area of the honeycombs in the second sub-region.This allows for effective, efficient, weight- and cost-effective reinforcement or stiffening of the component.

[0011] Another embodiment is characterized by the component being made of a metallic material. This allows for particularly high rigidity of the component.

[0012] Finally, it has proven particularly advantageous if the component is made of a plastic, which allows the weight of the component to be kept to a particularly low level.

[0013] A second aspect of the invention relates to a method for producing a component, in particular according to the first aspect. In the method, at least or precisely one rib structure of the component is produced. The rib structure has ribs for reinforcing or stiffening the component. In other words, the rib structure is produced by producing the ribs that form the rib structure, wherein the ribs and thus the rib structure stiffen and thus reinforce the component.

[0014] In order to achieve particularly high rigidity of the component in a particularly needs-based and thus weight-efficient manner, the second aspect and thus the invention provides for at least two subregions of the rib structure to be produced in such a way that the subregions differ from one another with respect to the shapes formed by the ribs and / or with respect to at least one dimension of the ribs. Advantages and advantageous embodiments of the first aspect are to be regarded as advantages and advantageous embodiments of the second aspect, and vice versa.

[0015] As already explained with regard to the first aspect, it is conceivable that first of the ribs in a first of the sub-regions form first shapes and second of the ribs in a second of the sub-regions form second shapes, wherein the first shapes and the second shapes are identical, thus the respective first shape corresponds to the respective second shape. Thus, the first shapes and the second shapes have the same basic shape. In this case, it is particularly conceivable that the sub-regions differ from one another in that the first shapes and the second shapes are different sizes, thus the respective first shape and the respective second shape are different sizes, thus have different surface areas, so that, for example, the respective first shape is larger, thus has a larger surface area, than the respective second shape. This can be achieved in particular by ensuring that the respective rib in the first sub-region is larger in terms of its at least one dimension than the respective rib in the second sub-region, thus ensuring that the at least one dimension in the first sub-region is larger than in the second sub-region. Thus, it is conceivable for the shapes to be different sizes, but have the same basic shape. This allows for effective and efficient, as well as lightweight and cost-effective, stiffening or reinforcement of the component.

[0016] In order to be able to advantageously stiffen the component in a particularly load-bearing and thus demand-oriented manner, and thus in a cost-effective and weight-efficient manner, the second aspect provides for at least one simulation to be carried out, in particular by means of an electronic computing device, in which a simulation model, in particular also referred to as a calculation model or designed as a calculation model, of at least a portion of the component to be manufactured is subjected to at least one load, such as at least one force and / or a torque. For example, the portion of the component is the aforementioned base body. This determines a load on the simulation model resulting from the load. This means, in particular, that load data is determined which characterises a load resulting from the load, i.e. from the fact that the simulation model is or was subjected to the load, so that the load data characterises a or the previously mentioned load of the simulation model. The provision is that the rib structure is produced as a function of the load determined by the simulation, i.e. as a function of the load data, whereby a stiffening or reinforcement of the component can be realised which is adapted to the load and thus effective, efficient and lightweight. In particular, the load is, for example, a load which occurs during driving and / or normal operation of the vehicle and which acts on the component.Normal operation refers to the operation of a vehicle, for example, when driving along a roadway without causing an accident. Thus, driving operation is specifically the aforementioned normal operation, or normal operation occurs during driving operation or coincides with driving operation.

[0017] Finally, the second aspect provides for a point cloud to be created, in particular by means of the electronic computing device, as a function of the determined load, i.e. as a function of the load data. The point cloud comprises points whose distances from one another are smaller in at least a first region of the point cloud than in at least a second region of the point cloud, wherein the load in the second region is lower than in the first region, and thus wherein the load in the first region is higher than in the second region. For each point in the point cloud, a respective associated hexagon is created, in particular by means of the electronic computing device, such that the geometric center of gravity of the respective hexagon, also referred to as the centroid, coincides with the respectively associated point, i.e. point belonging to the respective hexagon. As a result, the hexagons form a structure, also known as a hexagonal structure. It has proven particularly advantageous if the rib structure is created in accordance with the hexagonal structure, in particular such that the rib structure is congruent with the hexagonal structure. In particular, it is conceivable that the hexagons and thus the hexagonal structure are formed as so-called Voronoi diagrams or Voronoi polygons, i.e., in the manner of a Voronoi diagram. In other words, it is conceivable that the respective hexagon(s) are created or formed according to Voronoi interpolation, i.e., according to the so-called Voronoi principle. This allows the rib structure to be manufactured effectively and efficiently in accordance with load and thus requirements, so that an efficient, effective, needs-based and thus weight-effective stiffening or reinforcement of the component can be achieved.

[0018] A third aspect not belonging to the invention relates to a vehicle, preferably designed as a motor vehicle, in particular as a car and most particularly as a passenger car, which, in particular in its fully manufactured state, has at least one component according to the first aspect. Advantages and advantageous embodiments of the first aspect and the second aspect are to be regarded as advantages and advantageous embodiments of the third aspect, and vice versa.

[0019] In particular, it is conceivable that the component is designed as an energy absorption element, which may also be referred to as a crash box or may be designed as a crash box. For example, the component may be an accident-relevant component that is deformable when subjected to an accident-related force, thereby absorbing accident energy.

[0020] The invention is based in particular on the following findings and considerations: Traditionally, in the development of components such as cast components, in particular injection-molded components, which are made, for example, from a plastic or a metallic material, the components are stiffened or reinforced by rib structures such as honeycomb structures. Typically, the rib structures are designed and ultimately used, i.e., manufactured, at the discretion of human designers. In this case, the full potential of the respective rib structure with regard to stiffening or reinforcing the respective component is not fully utilized, since the rib structures are usually not formed sufficiently in line with requirements or load-adapted.Conventionally, the respective rib structure is formed by a repeatedly recurring basic shape, which is constructed using an electronic computer device or using appropriate design software such as CAD software, in particular such that the recurring basic shape is always duplicated identically over an entire surface. A targeted design with variable shapes, in particular basic shapes, and / or sizes is not conventionally provided. In contrast, the invention makes it possible to design the rib structure, preferably designed as a honeycomb structure, efficiently, in particular with regard to its functional fulfillment, i.e., in particular with regard to reinforcing the component, while keeping the weight of the rib structure itself and thus of the component as a whole particularly low.

[0021] Through a simulation such as a finite element simulation (FE simulation), it is possible to obtain insights into or from a stress or load on the component. Depending on the requirements, a stress distribution, a displacement field, or displacement distribution, and / or a sensitivity distribution may be of interest and can be determined, particularly through the simulation. Based on the stress distribution, the displacement field, or the displacement distribution, and / or the sensitivity distribution, the aforementioned point cloud can be created, for example. It is also conceivable that the point cloud is created based on fields that characterize, for example, the aforementioned load.In this point cloud, the distances between points are smaller in areas subject to high or greater stress than in areas subject to less stress, where the distance between points is thus greater. Using the aforementioned Voronoi principle, also known as the Voronoi method, the previously described hexagons can be formed, which use or have the previously created points as their center, particularly in such a way that the respective centroid of the respective hexagon coincides with the corresponding point in the point cloud. This results in the aforementioned honeycomb structure, which, however, does not have constant, i.e., always identical, honeycombs when viewed across the aforementioned surface of the component, for example. Instead, the honeycombs vary, for example, in terms of their size, also referred to as honeycomb size, and in particular depending on the stress or load, i.e., depending on the level or degree of the determined load. For example, by, in particular subsequent, size optimization, in particular of widths, also referred to as web widths, and thus wall thicknesses or wall thicknesses of the ribs and thus of the honeycombs, the weight of the rib structure of the component, which is preferably designed as a honeycomb structure, can be kept particularly low, while at the same time a particularly advantageous rigidity of the component can be achieved.

[0022] Further details of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment with the accompanying drawings.

[0023] It shows: Fig. 1 a schematic representation of a simulation model for conducting a simulation for manufacturing a component; Fig. 2 another schematic representation of the simulation model; Fig. 3 another schematic representation of the simulation model; and Fig. 4 a schematic plan view of the component.

[0024] In the figures, identical or functionally identical elements are provided with the same reference numerals.

[0025] Fig. Figure 1 shows a schematic view of a simulation model 1 used in a simulation. For example, the simulation is carried out using an electronic computing device. In particular, the simulation is carried out as part of a method for manufacturing a component 2 ( Fig. 4) carried out. From Fig. 4 shows that the component 2, particularly in its fully manufactured state, has a rib structure 3, by means of which the component 2 is stiffened, i.e., reinforced. The rib structure 3 has ribs 4 or is formed by ribs 4. Fig. 4 it can be seen that preferably the respective rib 4 is designed to be straight in itself, that is to say viewed on its own. In addition, the ribs 4 merge seamlessly, that is to say continuously, into one another. The component 2 is stiffened, that is to say reinforced, by the ribs 4 and thus by the rib structure 3. In particular, it is conceivable that a surface 5 of the component 2 is provided with the rib structure 3 and thus with the ribs. This is to be understood in particular that the surface 5 is provided with the rib structure 3. This means in particular that the ribs 4 and thus the rib structure 3 protrude from the surface 5, for example along a first spatial direction, so that, for example, the respective rib 4 has a respective first extension or first dimension along the first spatial direction. It is conceivable that the first extensions or first dimensions of the or all of the ribs 4 are the same.In this case, the first spatial direction is perpendicular to the image plane of . Fig. 4. The first spatial direction is perpendicular to an extension plane which is parallel to the image plane of Fig. 4 or with the image plane of Fig. 4 coincides. In particular, it is conceivable that the respective rib 4 has a respective second dimension or second extension in the said extension plane. For example, the first dimension or first extension is also referred to as the height of the respective rib 4, wherein, for example, the respective second extension or the respective second dimension is also referred to as the width or web width or wall thickness or wall thickness of the respective rib 4. The respective rib 4 has, for example, a third extension or third dimension, which runs perpendicular to the first extension or perpendicular to the first dimension and perpendicular to the second extension or perpendicular to the second dimension. For example, the third dimension or the third extension is also referred to as the respective length of the respective rib 4. It is conceivable that the heights of the or all of the ribs 4 are, for example, the same.As explained in more detail below, it is conceivable that the ribs 4 differ from one another at least in terms of their length, so that, for example, shapes formed by the ribs 4 differ from one another, particularly in terms of size or surface area. Alternatively or additionally, the ribs 4 may differ from one another, for example, in their web widths, whereby, for example, alternatively or additionally, the shapes formed by the ribs 4 differ from one another in their respective size, i.e., in their dimensions. This is explained in more detail below.

[0026] In order to be able to stiffen or reinforce the component 2 in a load-adapted and thus needs-based and thus lightweight and cost-effective manner, and thus achieve a particularly high rigidity of the component 2 in a particularly lightweight and cost-effective manner, the rib structure 3 has at least two sub-regions B1 and B2, which differ from one another with regard to the sizes of the shapes formed by the ribs 4 in the sub-regions B1 and B2, in this case such that the shapes formed by the ribs 4 in the sub-region B1 are smaller than the shapes formed by the ribs 4 in the sub-region B2. This is achieved in particular by the ribs 4 in the sub-region B1 being shorter than the ribs 4 in the sub-region B2. In other words, in this case the length of the ribs 4 in the sub-region B1 is shorter than the length of the ribs 4 in the sub-region B2. The shapes themselves, however, are the same, and therefore have the same basic shape. In the one in . Fig. 4, the respective shape, and therefore the respective basic shape, is a hexagonal honeycomb 7. This means that the ribs 4 form the hexagonal honeycombs 7, so that the rib structure 3 in the Fig. 4, the honeycomb structure is designed as a honeycomb structure comprising the hexagonal honeycombs 7 formed by the ribs 4. Thus, in the partial region B1, the honeycombs 7 are smaller than in the partial region B2. In other words, the honeycombs 7 in the partial region B1 have a smaller surface area than the honeycombs 7 in the partial region B2. Furthermore, the honeycombs 7 in the partial region B1 have a larger web width, i.e., a greater wall thickness, than in the partial region B2.

[0027] The above-mentioned method for producing the component 2 is explained in more detail below. In particular, the production of the rib structure 3 as the aforementioned honeycomb structure is explained. The above-mentioned simulation is, for example, a finite element simulation (FE simulation). The simulation is carried out using the aforementioned electronic computing device. The simulation model 1 is a simulation model of at least a part of the component 2 to be produced. During the simulation, the simulation model 1 is subjected to a load which is Fig. 1 is shown particularly schematically and is designated 8. From Fig. 4 it can be seen that the component 2 in the present case is, and thus by way of example, a plate. The component 2 has a base body 6 which, in itself, that is to say when viewed on its own, is designed, for example, as a plate. The plate or the base body 6 has, for example, a length of 100 millimeters in the aforementioned plane of extension and a width of 50 millimeters in the aforementioned plane of extension. For example, the plate or the base body 6 has a thickness of one millimeter along a first direction of extension coinciding with the first spatial direction. In particular, it is conceivable for the rib structure 3 to be designed in one piece, i.e. to be formed from a single piece. In particular, the rib structure 3 protrudes along the first direction of extension from the surface 5 which is formed by the base body 6 or is a surface of the base body 6.

[0028] In particular, it is further conceivable for the base body 6 to be formed in one piece, i.e., from a single piece. Very preferably, it is provided that the base body 6 and the rib structure 3 are formed in one piece with one another, i.e., from a single piece, so that the base body 6 and the rib structure 3 are preferably formed by a monoblock or are designed as a monoblock. Preferably, the component 2 and thus the base body 6 and the rib structure 3 are produced by casting, in particular by injection molding, so that the component 2 is preferably designed as a cast component, in particular as an injection-molded component. Furthermore, it is conceivable for the component 2 and thus the base body 6 and thus the rib structure 3 to be formed from a metallic material or from a plastic.

[0029] In the simulation, the load 8 to which the simulation model 1 is subjected results in a loading of the simulation model 1. In other words, by subjecting the simulation model 1 to the load 8 during or in the simulation, load data are determined which characterize a loading of the simulation model 1, wherein the load on the simulation model 1 results from the load 8, i.e. from the fact that the simulation model 1 is subjected to the load 8 during or in the simulation. For example, the load 8 is a force and / or a torque, or the load 8 comprises at least one force and / or a torque which acts on the simulation model 1. In particular, the load 8 is a load case or a component of a load case, or the load 8 forms a load case to which the simulation model 1 is subjected in or during the simulation. In the present load case, for example, the plate or the base body 6 is clamped at its edge, wherein the load 8 acts on the plate (base body 6), particularly with regard to the width of the plate, in the middle thereof. For example, the load 8 acts along the first direction of extent and thus perpendicular to the plane of extent. Depending on the load of the simulation model 1 determined and thus calculated in the simulation, i.e. depending on the load data, a point cloud 9 is created or generated, in particular by means of the electronic computing device, which cloud is shown in . Fig. 2 is visible. From Fig. 2 it can be seen that the point cloud 9 comprises several points 10, and is therefore formed by the points 10. From Fig. 2 that the points 10 in at least a first region 11 of the point cloud 9 and thus of the simulation model 1 are arranged closer to one another than in at least a second region 12 of the point cloud 9, so that in the first region 11 the respective distances between the points 10 are smaller than in the second region 12. The load in the region 11 is higher than in the region 12, so that the simulation model 1 is or will be subjected to a greater load by the load 8 in the region 11 than in the region 12, which in particular directly borders or adjoins the first region 11.

[0030] Out of Fig. 3 it can be seen that, in particular by means of the electronic computing device, a respective, associated hexagon 13 is created for the respective point 10 of the point cloud 9, the respective geometric center of gravity 14 of which, also referred to as the area centroid, coincides with the respective associated point 9. As a result, the hexagons 13 form a structure 15, also referred to as a hexagonal structure. The rib structure 3 in the present case is produced as a honeycomb structure depending on the structure 15 (hexagonal structure). This is done in such a way that the rib structure 3 designed as a honeycomb structure is produced according to or corresponding to the structure 15, so that the rib structure 3, with respect to the completely and actually manufactured component 2 or the base body 6, is congruent with the structure 15 with respect to the simulation model 1.In other words, the structure 15 is transformed into the rib structure 3, so that the honeycombs 7 correspond to the hexagons 13. In other words, the hexagons 13 are transformed into the honeycombs 7. As a result, the honeycombs 7 are identical in terms of their basic shape, but the honeycombs 7 in the sub-regions B1 and B2 differ from one another in terms of their size. Furthermore, it is provided here that the honeycombs 7 in the sub-region B1 have a larger web width than the honeycombs 7 in the sub-region B2. For a distribution of the points 10, also referred to as a point distribution, in particular on the simulation model 1 or on the plate, a stress distribution resulting from the load 8 is used here, for example. In other words, the aforementioned load is, for example, a stress distribution in the simulation model 1.In other words, for example, the load or the load data characterizes a stress distribution resulting from the load 8. Depending on the load data and in this case, for example, depending on the stress distribution, the point cloud 9 is created with the points 10. The same is possible for a sensitivity distribution and a displacement distribution, so that, for example, alternatively or additionally, the load data characterizes a sensitivity distribution and / or a displacement distribution or so that, for example, the load is or characterizes a sensitivity distribution and / or a displacement distribution.

[0031] Based on points 10, the hexagons 13 formed as honeycombs are created, in particular as two-dimensional hexagons or two-dimensional honeycombs, according to the so-called Voronoi method and, for example, in particular subsequently, expanded into at least one or more three-dimensional structures (3D structures) such as the rib structure 3. It is conceivable that, in particular after the creation of the hexagons 13, a size optimization, also referred to as size optimization, in particular a final size optimization, is carried out, in or during which the web widths are optimized and / or created, in particular such that the web widths of the honeycombs or hexagons 13 in the partial area B1 or in the area 11 are larger or thicker than the web widths of the honeycombs 7 or hexagons 13 in the partial area B2 or in the area 12.Thus, for example, the honeycombs 7 in the partial region B1 have a greater wall thickness than the honeycombs in the second partial region B2. As a result, the rib structure 3 is or comprises a honeycomb pattern with a particularly advantageous, individual honeycomb size for the load 8 in this case with regard to stress or stress distribution, so that the rib structure 3 is a variable or varying rib structure, in particular a honeycomb structure. In the present exemplary embodiment, the part of the component 2 to be produced is the base body 6 designed as a plate, so that the simulation model 1 is a simulation model of the base body 6, wherein the simulation model 1 is subjected to the load 8.

[0032] Overall, based on Fig.1 to 4 that the rib structure 3 and thus the stiffening or reinforcement of the component 2 caused by the rib structure 3 is adapted to the load 8 and thus adapted to the load, so that a particularly high stiffness of the component 2 can be realized in a particularly weight-efficient manner.
