Abstract
Description
Field of the Invention:The invention relates to a flow-optimized swimming pool of pumps inlet nozzle (7). This avoids areas with no or little flow, which results in better cleaning and water quality.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONThe prior art is the use of an inlet nozzle (7) through which the water flows only in the orientation of the nozzle (7) and regions with no or little flow are thereby produced. This results in inconsistent water quality. The present invention achieves a uniform flow through the basin by dividing the nozzle (7) into individual flow channels, left (8), right (9) and middle (10). The nozzle can also be produced by 3D pressure in "additive manufacturing", which would have the advantage, among other things, that the angles of the flow channels can be adapted to the basin geometry and that the fastening nut (6) is connected in an captive manner to the nozzle (7). For this purpose, the temporary mother connections (11) must be cut. The captive nature of the fastening nut (6) with the nozzle (7) is achieved by an undercut (12). The nozzle (7) is suitable for a variety of pool basin shapes. The nozzle (7) can be arranged either on the ski (15) or in the opposite direction. The corresponding flow profiles are shown in FIGS. 4, 5, 6, 7.The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the attached drawings. The following are shown: FIG. 1 Nozzle ( 7) in isometric view FIG. 2 shows a top view of nozzle (7) FIG. 3 shows a nozzle (7) in section FIG. 4 shows the flow profile for the pool of basin shape, wherein the nozzle (7) and the scraper (15) are arranged opposite one another FIG. 5 shows the flow profile for the pool of basin shape, wherein the nozzle (7) and the scraper (15) are arranged on the same side, with an elongated basin shape FIG. 6 shows the flow profile for the pool of basin shape, wherein the nozzle (7) and the scraper (15) are arranged on the same side with a wide basin shape FIG. 7 shows a flow profile in the cross section of pool basinsList of reference numbers:1 Pool Basin 2 Pump and filter system 3 Cuber 4 Water Flow lines 5 Water surface 6 Nozzle Fastening nut 7 Nozzle 8 Nozzle flow channel Left 9 Nozzle flow channel Right 10 Nozzle flow channel Center 11 Nozzle temporary nut connection 12 Nozzle undercut 13 Circulation pump outlet PipeFIGS. 1, 2, 3 show the structure of the nozzle which is characterized by the division into individual flow channels, left (8), right (9) and middle (10), and as a result a uniform flow through the basin is achieved. The nozzle is characterized in that it can be produced by 3D pressure "additive manufacturing", which would have the advantage, among other things, that the angles of the flow channels can be adapted to the basin geometry and that the fastening nut (6) is connected to the nozzle (7) such that it cannot be lost. FIGS. 4, 5, 6, 7 show the possible inflow variants for different pool of basin geometries.
Claims
The invention relates to a flow-optimized swimming pool of pumps inlet nozzle (7). This avoids areas with no or little flow, which results in better cleaning and water quality. The nozzle (7) is characterized bycomprising the at least 2 individual flow channels, left (8), right (9) and or centre (10).The flow-optimized swimming pool pump inlet nozzle (7) is characterized in thatthe flow can be flexibly adapted to the respective swimming pool geometry by 3D pressure or other manufacturing methods. The flow-optimized floating pool of pumps inlet nozzle (7) is characterized in thatthe fastening nut (6) is connected in an captive manner to the nozzle (7). For this purpose, the temporary mother connections (11) must be cut. The captive nature of the fastening nut (6) with the nozzle (7) is achieved by an undercut (12).
