Abstract

The invention relates to a wing element (2) for a vehicle (1), comprising an operating element (6) by means of which, by operating the operating element (6), a lock (7) is electrically unlocked. The lock (7) secures the wing element (2), which can be movably arranged on a body of the vehicle (1) between a closed position and at least one open position, in the closed position. An opening (9) spaced apart from the operating element (6) is provided. This opening is closed by a cover element (10) that covers an emergency release operating element (12) provided for mechanically unlocking the lock (7). The cover element (10) is spaced apart from the operating element (6) and is designed separately from the emergency release operating element (12). The cover element (10) is movable into a release position that exposes the opening (9) and the emergency release operating element (12), in which the emergency release operating element (12) can be manually actuated to manually unlock the lock (7).A spring device (13) is provided which provides a spring force (F) by means of which the cover element (10) is pre-tensioned outwards in the vehicle transverse direction (y) in the installation position of the wing element (2).

Claims

[1] Wing element (2) for a vehicle (1), with an operating element (6), by means of which a lock (7), by means of which the wing element (2), which can be arranged on a body of the vehicle (1) so as to be movable between a closed position and at least one open position, is to be secured in the closed position, can be electrically unlocked by operating the operating element (6), characterized by : - an opening (9) spaced apart from the operating element (6), which is closed by a cover element (10) covering an emergency release operating element (12) provided for the mechanical emergency release of the lock (7) and spaced apart from the operating element (6), which cover element is designed separately from the emergency release operating element (12) and can be moved into a release position releasing the opening (9) and the emergency release operating element (12), in which release position the emergency release operating element (12) can be manually actuated for the manual emergency release of the lock (7); - a spring device (13) which provides a spring force (F) by means of which the cover element (10) is prestressed outwards in the vehicle transverse direction (y) in the installed position of the wing element (2); - a holding device (14) by means of which the cover element (10) is secured against the spring force (F) against an outward movement caused by the spring force (F) in the installed position of the wing element (2) in the transverse direction (y) of the vehicle; and - an actuating device (16) by means of which the securing of the cover element (10) effected by means of the holding device (14) can be actively canceled by controlling the actuating device (16), whereby the cover element (10) can be moved outwards into the release position in the vehicle transverse direction (y) by means of the spring force (F) in the installed position of the wing element (2). [2] Wing element (2) according to claim 1, characterized by that the holding device (14) has at least one holding element (15). [3] Wing element (2) according to claim 2, characterized by that the holding element (15) can be severed by means of the actuating device (16) by controlling the actuating device (16), whereby the securing of the cover element (10) effected by means of the holding device (14) can be actively canceled. [4] Wing element (2) according to claim 2 or 3, characterized by that the holding element (15) is designed as a flexible traction means. [5] Wing element (2) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the emergency release control element (12) is designed as a flexible loop. [6] Wing element (2) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the emergency release control element (12) is attached to a shell (4) of the wing element (2). [7] Wing element (2) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized bya transmission element formed separately from the emergency release operating element (12) and connected to the emergency release operating element (12), via which transmission element the lock (7) can be emergency released by means of the emergency release operating element (12) by actuating the emergency release operating element (12). [8] Wing element (2) according to claims 6 and 7, characterized by that the emergency release operating element (12) has a first connecting region (V1), in which the emergency release operating element (12) is fastened to the shell (4) of the wing element (2), and a second connecting region spaced from the first connecting region (V1), in which the emergency release operating element (12) is connected to the transmission element. [9] Wing element (2) according to claim 8, characterized bythat both the first connecting area (V1) and the second connecting area are adjoined on both sides by respective length areas of the emergency release control element (12) connecting the connecting areas (V19) to one another. [10] Wing element (2) according to claims 5 to 9, characterized by that the flexible length areas are connected to the respective connection area (V1) on both sides and thereby form the emergency release control element (12) as the flexible, closed loop. [11] Wing element (2) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the wing element (2) is designed as a door with a door parapet (17), wherein at least the operating element (6) and the opening (9) are arranged above the door parapet (17). [12] Wing element (2) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized byin that the cover element (10) is at least partially overlapped by a handle element (21) which is spaced apart from the cover element (10) and which can be grasped by a person with their hand in order to thereby apply a force to the wing element (2) for moving the wing element (2) from the closed position into the open position, wherein the operating element (6) is arranged on a side (S3) of the handle element (21) facing the cover element (10). [13] Vehicle (1) having at least one wing element (2) according to one of the preceding claims.
