Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a table with photovoltaic function according to claim 1 and to an arrangement according to claim 18.Technological BackgroundA balun power plant or a plug-in photovoltaic plant comprises a photovoltaic solar cell arrangement for generating current and is provided in a prefabricated and ready-to-use manner. The installation of a balun power plant is also possible without technical personnel. Thus, the user of a balun power plant only has to connect the latter to the power grid via a socket. The power generated by the balun power plant is fed into the power grid and thereby covers a part of the user's power consumption. Thus, a balun power plant contributes significantly to generation of renewable energy and reduction of the user's electricity cost.In this case, the efficiency of the balun power plant is dependent on the inclination of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement. A photovoltaic solar cell arrangement is particularly efficient if it is oriented substantially perpendicular to the sun. For this purpose, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be tilted, wherein the optimum angle of inclination is latitude-dependent.Background ArtKR 101587570 B1 describes a table with extendable table legs and a table top with solar cells. The table legs can be locked in different lengths via a locking mechanism. Because the table legs can be extended to different extents, the table top can be tilted. A table top equipped with solar cells has a comparatively high weight, so that the operation of the locking mechanism is difficult to handle manually and two persons are necessary for the operation.CN 216875508 U discloses a table with a photovoltaic module as the table top. The table also includes a motor that drives a spindle. A hollow tube is extended or retracted by means of the spindle, as a result of which the photovoltaic module can be tilted.Object of the present inventionIt is an object of the present invention to provide a table with photovoltaic function, which has a pivoting mechanism that is easy to handle.Solution of the ProblemThe above object is achieved by a table with a photovoltaic function according to claim 1 and by an arrangement according to claim 18. Advantageous embodiments are claimed in the dependent claims.According to the invention, a table, in particular a table for the exterior, having photovoltaic function is provided, wherein the table comprises a plurality of table legs, in particular configured as a hollow profile, which are connected to a, preferably encircling, first frame. In addition, a photovoltaic solar cell arrangement serving as a table top is provided for generating current, wherein the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement is pivotable between a first position and a second position via a pivot mechanism. In the first position, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement is aligned substantially horizontally or substantially parallel to the first frame, and in the second position, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be positioned obliquely to the first position or obliquely to the first frame. According to the invention, the pivoting mechanism comprises at least one resilient element which can be varied in length and is in a compressed state in the first position of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement and is in an expanded state in the second position of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement.By means of an expansion of the length-variable resilient element, which is assisted by the spring elasticity, preferably automatically, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be pivoted from the first position into the second position. By means of the resilient element that can be varied in length, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can thus be pivoted from the first into the second position by a small manual exertion of force, whereby the handling of the table is significantly simplified.Alternatively, the pivot mechanism can comprise at least one, preferably spring-loaded, pivot joint or hinge with a latching function, in particular a grid joint. The pivot joint comprises in particular a plurality of latching positions which are provided at different predetermined rotational angles. Thus, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be pivotable about specific angles of rotation and can be locked at these, preferably automatically. As soon as a specific, e.g. maximum, angle of rotation is reached, the latching mechanism can be deactivated, so that the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be pivoted back into the first position. The pivoting mechanism allows the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement to be set obliquely, such that the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement is oriented toward the sun and its efficiency increases. As a result, the photovoltaic solar cell array generates more current. The angle of inclination of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement in the second position is preferably between 10° and 60°, preferably between 20° and 50°, particularly preferably between 30° and 40°. Expediently, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement is a glass-foil photovoltaic solar cell arrangement or a glass-glass photovoltaic solar cell arrangement.Expediently, the pivot mechanism can be operated manually and / or without tools. As a result, a user can operate the pivot mechanism without additional aids, for example without the use of tools.Since the length-variable spring-elastic element has a holding moment in the compressed state and the holding moment can be overcome by an additionally applied force, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement is held in the first position. By applying the additional force, for example by manually pressing against the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement from below, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be pivoted in that the length-variable spring-elastic element expands, preferably automatically. The additional force to be applied is preferably at most 50 N, preferably at most 30 N, particularly preferably at most 20 N. As a result, the holding torque can be overcome manually by the user.Preferably, two resilient elements variable in length are provided, which are arranged in particular in the edge region of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement.Expediently, a gas pressure spring is provided as a length-variable spring-elastic element. This makes it possible to ensure uniform pivoting of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement.Preferably, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be pivotable about a pivot axis running along one side, in particular a longitudinal side, of the first frame. In this case, the pivot axis lies within the first frame, such that the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be pivoted without collision with the first frame. Preferably, a gap is provided between the first frame and the photovoltaic solar cell array. Advantageously, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement is rotatably mounted on the first frame.Expediently, the at least one length-variable spring-elastic element is fastened to a table leg or to the first frame. If two resilient elements variable in length are provided, a resilient element variable in length can be fastened to a table leg. Alternatively, a plurality of resilient elements variable in length can be fastened to the first frame. In this case, one end of the respective length-variable spring-elastic element, which is not fastened to the table leg or to the first frame, is fastened to the underside of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement or to a second frame carrying the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement.By the table leg having a recess, in which the length-variable resilient element engages in the first position of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement, the length-variable resilient element can be accommodated in the first frame in the first position.By providing a second frame for the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be supported by the second frame. As a result, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be fastened to the first frame via the second frame.Preferably, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement is accommodated, in particular flush, by the first frame in the first position. For example, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be recessed in the first frame. In particular, the first frame has an L-shaped profile, as a result of which the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be placed on the first frame in the first position. As a result, the first frame supports the photovoltaic solar cell array.Due to the fact that a leveling mechanism is provided at the base end of the table legs, the table and thus the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be adapted to an uneven ground, so that the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be horizontally oriented in the first position. The leveling mechanism can be height-adjustable feet in particular. An inverter is expediently provided. As a result, the direct current generated by the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement can be converted into alternating current. The table with photovoltaic function can thus be used as an AC generating balun power plant. The inverter is preferably arranged on the underside of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement or on or in a table leg.By virtue of the fact that at least one additional device with photovoltaic function, in particular a photovoltaic solar cell arrangement and / or a balun power plant and / or a table with photovoltaic function, can be connected to the table or the inverter, the table according to the invention can be expanded with respect to its power generation capacity if required. In addition, only one plug connection is necessary in order to feed the generated current of a plurality of devices with photovoltaic function into the power grid.Because a connecting cable is provided, which preferably runs at least partially within a table leg, the table can be connected to the power grid as a balun power plant via the inverter. Expediently, the connecting cable exits the corresponding table leg at the bottom end of the table leg.By providing at least one plug connector for an electrical load, the current generated by the table can be consumed directly on site, for example by a table grill and / or a mobile telephone. Expediently, the at least one plug connector is arranged on the table leg and / or on the first frame. The at least one plug connector can preferably be a socket and / or a USB connection. Expediently, the at least one plug connector is electrically connected to the connection cable.Because the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement is a bifacial photovoltaic solar cell arrangement, both the front side and the rear side of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement are photoelectrically active, as a result of which more current can be generated.Expediently, the pivot joint with a latching function is a latching hinge or a torque hinge. The latching hinge or the torque hinge holds the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement in the respective position, preferably automatically, in particular without additional aids. The maximum power of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement is preferably 1 kW, preferably 800 W, particularly preferably 600 W.Additionally, an arrangement is claimed comprising a photovoltaic panel according to any one of claims 1-17 and at least one additional photovoltaic panel. The additional device with photovoltaic function can be in particular a solar cell arrangement and / or a balun power plant and / or a further table with photovoltaic function according to one of claims 1-17.In particular, the additional device with photovoltaic function does not comprise an inverter.Expediently, the maximum power of the arrangement comprises 2 kW, preferably 1.6 kW, particularly preferably 1.2 kW.DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO EMBODIMENTSPractical embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below. Recurring features are provided with a reference sign only once for the sake of clarity. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a schematic, perspective view of a first exemplary embodiment of a table with photovoltaic function with a photovoltaic solar cell arrangement in a first position; FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of the table according to FIG. 1 with the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement in a second position; FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view of an example of a fastening of a length-variable resilient element to the table according to FIG. 1 ; FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the table according to FIG. 1 from below; FIG. 5 shows a schematic, perspective view of a second exemplary embodiment of the table with photovoltaic function; FIG. 6 shows a schematic, perspective view of a third exemplary embodiment of the table with photovoltaic function; and FIG. 7 shows a schematic perspective arrangement with two tables according to FIG. 1.Reference numeral 1 in FIG. 1 denotes the photovoltaic table according to the invention. The table 1 comprises four table legs 2 a- dwhich are designed as hollow profiles and are connected at their respective upper end to a first frame 3, in particular a circumferential frame. The first frame 3 here expediently has an L-shaped profile. Further, a connection cable 7 is provided with a stretcher 7 ato connect the table 1 to a power grid. The table 1 also comprises a photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5, which serves as a table top and is supported by a second frame 4 (shown in FIG. 2 ). The photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 can be designed as a bifacial photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5, so that it is photoelectrically active both on its front side and on its rear side. The photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 is pivotable about a pivot axis A by means of a pivot mechanism (not shown in FIG. 1 ). The pivot axis A extends along a longitudinal side of the first frame 3 and is arranged slightly offset from the first frame 3 in this case, so that the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 does not collide with the first frame 3 during pivoting. Therefore, some clearance is provided between the first frame 3 and the photovoltaic solar cell array 5. In FIG. 1, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 is in a first position and is aligned substantially parallel to the first frame 3 or substantially horizontally and can serve as a table top in this position. Here, the photovoltaic solar cell array 5 is accommodated flush by the first frame 3 and supported thereby.According to FIG. 2, the pivoting mechanism comprises two resilient elements 6 which can be varied in length, for example gas springs. Here, a length-variable resilient element 6 is fastened to the table leg 2 band the table leg 2 c, respectively. The photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 can be pivoted between the first position and a second position by means of the resilient elements 6 which can be varied in length. In FIG. 2, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 is in the second position and is in this case set obliquely to the first frame 3 or to the first position. As a result, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 is oriented toward the sun, as a result of which the efficiency of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 can be significantly increased. The length-variable spring-elastic elements 6 are configured such that in the first position of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5, a holding moment is generated, which can be overcome by applying a certain additional force. By applying the additional force, for example by pressing on the underside of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5, the length-variable spring-elastic element 6 expands, preferably automatically, and the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 can be pivoted about the pivot axis A from the first position into the second position. In order to pivot the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 from the second position into the first position, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 is pressed in the direction of the first frame 3. As a result, the length-variable spring-elastic elements 6 are compressed. The compression of the length-variable spring-elastic elements 6 takes place here in particular by a force exertion of a user and not automatically. As soon as the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 has reached the first position and the length-variable spring-elastic elements 6 are correspondingly compressed, the holding moment of the length-variable spring-elastic elements 6 is established. The table leg 2 bshown in FIG. 3 comprises a fastening 6 ain its interior in order to fix the table leg-side end of the length-variable spring-elastic element 6 to the table leg 2 bin a rotationally movable manner. In addition, the table leg 2 bincludes a recess 11. In FIG. 3, the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 (not shown in FIG. 3 ) is in the second position. When the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 is pivoted into the first position, the length-variable spring-elastic element 6 is compressed and lowers in the direction of the first frame 3. The length-variable spring-elastic element 6 is lowered into the recess 11 in this case. If the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 is in the first position, the length-variable spring-elastic element 6 engages into the recess 11 and can thus be positioned below the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5. In addition, it is not visible from the outside. On the underside of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5, an inverter 8 is provided, which converts the direct current generated by the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5 into alternating current, cf. FIG. 4. Starting from the inverter 8, the connecting cable 7 runs to the table leg 2 a. The connecting cable 7 extends in the interior of the table leg 2 aand exits from the table leg 2 aat its bottom end, cf. FIGS. 1 and 2 The connecting cable 7 can be connected to the power grid via the plug 7 a, whereby the current generated by the table 1 can be fed directly into the power grid.Advantageously, a further device with photovoltaic function, in particular a photovoltaic solar cell arrangement and / or a balun power plant, can be connected to the inverter 8 via a connection 10 comprising two electrical poles. As a result, it is also possible to connect two tables 1 with photovoltaic function to one another. The current generated by the further device with photovoltaic function can likewise be fed to the inverter 8 and fed into the power grid via the connection cable 7. Thus, only one connecting cable 7 is necessary for several devices with photovoltaic function. In addition, FIG. 4 shows the fastening 6 bof the length-variable spring-elastic element 6 to the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5. Here, the attachment 6 bis arranged on the underside of the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5. Alternatively, the attachment 6 bmay be arranged on the second frame 4 supporting the photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 5.FIG. 5 shows the table 1 according to a second exemplary embodiment. Here, two connectors 9 are provided on the table leg 2a. The plug connectors 9 are designed in particular as a socket and / or USB connection. Electrical loads, for example a table grill and / or a mobile telephone, can be connected via the plug connector 9. The table 1 according to the second embodiment also comprises the same functionalities as the table 1 according to the first embodiment.Referring to FIG. 6, in a third embodiment of the table 1, a leveling mechanism may be provided at the bottom end of the table legs 2 a- 2 d, respectively. The leveling mechanism comprises a foot 12 and a thread 13, and the distance between the foot 12 and the corresponding table leg 2 a- 2 dmay be adjusted by screwing or unscrewing the foot 12 into or from the corresponding table leg 2 a- 2 dvia the thread 13. As a result, the table 1 can be adapted to uneven ground conditions. Thus, by the leveling mechanism, the table 1 can be horizontally oriented so as to be stable. The table 1 according to the third embodiment further includes the same functionalities as the table 1 according to the first embodiment.FIG. 7 shows an arrangement 15 comprising two tables 1, the tables 1 being electrically connected to one another here via the inverter 8 (not shown in FIG. 7 ). Preferably, only one of the tables 1 comprises an inverter. Alternatively, the arrangement 15 can comprise only one table 1 which is connected to a further device with photovoltaic function.LIST OF REFERENCE CHARACTERS1 Table 2 a- d Table leg 3 Frame 4 Frame 5 Photovoltaic solar cell arrangement 6 Gas compression spring 6 a Befestigung 6 b Befestigung 7 Connecting cable 7 aPlug 8 Inverter 9 Plug connector 10 Terminal 11 Recess 12 Foot 13 Thread 14 Cable 15 Arrangement A Pivot axisReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
