Abstract
Description
Technical FieldThe present invention relates to a vehicle device for a vehicle, in particular for a bicycle, and to a corresponding vehicle.Prior ArtVarious concepts are common for driving vehicles, depending on the type of vehicle and the field of application. The various drive concepts have their specific advantages. One of these drive concepts is what are known as hub motors, that is to say electric motors, which are integrated into the wheels of the vehicles. These are used, for example, in bicycles and light vehicles. Thus, hub engines are found both in single-track vehicles and in three- or four-wheel vehicles. In the following, an e-bike or e-bicycle is often used as an example for the description as a vehicle, wherein both pedelecs up to 25 km / h or 32 km / h and those with a drive up to 45 km / h are already understood here, for example also in a form as a load wheel. Use in light vehicles or other electrically driven devices is also conceivable. One aspect in the development of hub engines is the design and design of the axle which plays a bearing role in the overall functionality and reliability of the propulsion system. For electric bicycles with hub engines, there are various types of axles which have specific advantages and disadvantages depending on the design and field of application. The most common types of axles for hub engines are described below. Pin axles are robust and rigid axle systems that produce a secure connection between the bicycle fork and the hub motor. They are often used in high quality mountain bikes and e-bikes with high performance hub engines. Plug-in axle systems are distinguished by their high rigidity and stability, which leads to improved force transmission and precise steering maneuvers. They are particularly popular in off-road bikes because they provide better handling and control in demanding off-road drives. Quick release systems are widely used in conventional bicycles and some e-bikes. They consist of a hollow axle which is fixed in the fork by a clamping device. Quick release systems allow for easy and quick removal of the front or rear wheel, facilitating transport or storage of the bicycle. However, they are generally not as stiff as plug-in axle systems, as a result of which a certain limitation of the force transmission may possibly occur in the case of high-performance hub engines. Push-through axle systems: Push-through axle systems combine the advantages of push-through axles and quick-release clamps. They offer increased rigidity such as plug axles and nevertheless permit relatively simple removal of the wheel such as quick release systems. Pass-through axles are used in some high quality e-bikes and modern bicycles with hub engines and are a popular choice for all-round applications. In some hub engines, the axle is directly part of the engine. These integrated systems are distinguished by a compact design and simplify the assembly of the motor on the bicycle. The hollow axle can simultaneously serve as a support for the torques of the engine and simplify the overall construction of the hub engine.DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTIONThe object of the present invention is to specify a cost-effective solution for an axle of the generic type which is improved or at least represents an alternative embodiment. The object is achieved by the subject matters of the independent claims. Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims, the description and the accompanying figures. In particular, the independent claims of one claim category can also be developed analogously to the dependent claims of another claim category.A vehicle device according to the invention for a vehicle has at least one strut, an axle receptacle having a through hole and a first supporting device, and also a plug-in axle and a socket. The strut is connected, connectable, or is part of a vehicle frame of the vehicle. The axle receptacle is formed on or in the strut. Thus, the axle receptacle can be formed, for example, in a dropout which is connected to the strut, that is to say is screwed, for example, to the strut. The through hole of the axle receptacle has an inner winch. The first support device can be designed as a positioning groove. The plug-in axle has an external thread at a first end section, which corresponds to the internal thread of the through-hole and is screwed into the latter. Thus, the external thread on the first end section of the plug-in axle engages with the through hole in the axle receptacle. Thus, the plug-in axle or the first end section of the plug-in axle is fastened to the strut or to the axle receptacle formed in the strut. The sleeve is arranged on the plug-in axis. The sleeve is part of an electric drive of the vehicle. The sleeve has a second support device corresponding to the first support device. The second support device can be understood to mean an engagement section. The second support device is shaped to engage positively in the first support device and engages in the first support device. The sleeve can also be referred to as a free-wheeling axle or a stator carrier axle. A sleeve can be understood to mean a tubular piece which is pushed onto a shaft or axle and does not participate in the rotation of the shaft or axle. The shaft can also be understood to mean a plug-in axle which, however, is screwed on one side in the strut or in the bicycle frame. The brace may be part of a rear structure of a bicycle. Alternatively, the strut can be part of a bicycle fork or one-sided rocker for wheel reception. The sleeve can be held at the second end of the plug-in axle in the direction of the axle receptacle. The sleeve can be held on the strut in a rotationally secure manner. Thus, the plug-in axle and the socket can be connected to the strut on one side. The sleeve can be fixed in the direction of the strut by means of a fastening device. The vehicle device may have a second strut. The second strut can have a second axle receptacle, which has a second through-hole, which is aligned axially with the first through-hole and through which the plug-in axle can be inserted. The mating axis may be axially aligned with the first through-hole and the second through-hole. The first end portion of the plug axis may be disposed in the first through hole and the second end portion of the plug axis may be disposed in the second through hole. The sleeve can be arranged between the struts around the plug axis, wherein the second support device engages in the first support device and thus a torque support of the sleeve on the first strut is present. The plug-in axle can have an internal thread on the second end section and additionally or alternatively an external thread. The plug axle may be fastened to or secured against the second strut by a screw or nut. Instead of a screw or nut and a thread, another type of fastening can also be provided, such as a bayonet connection or another alternative mechanical connection. The sleeve may be part of a stator of an electric drive of the vehicle. The stationary part of an electric motor is referred to as a stator or stator. The stator may comprise either permanent magnets or electromagnets. In an external rotor, the stator is located inside the motor. A rotor of the electric drive can be arranged around the sleeve or the stator. The rotor may be referred to as a shaft. A shaft is a rotating elongated machine element with mostly circular cross sections, which serves for the transmission of rotational movements and torques. A shaft is connected to the machine frame via at least two pivot bearings. When transmitting torques, the shaft is subjected to torsion. The invention can also be implemented in a vehicle which has a corresponding vehicle device. The vehicle may be a bicycle, light vehicle or light motor vehicle, or other electrically powered device having a hub motor. Thus, the vehicle can be a single-track vehicle, a three-wheel vehicle or a four-wheel vehicle, wherein at least one, but also two, three or four wheels are driven by a hub engine. For example, the vehicle can be an e-bike or e-bicycle, wherein both pedelecs up to 25 km / h or 32 km / h and those with a drive up to 45 km / h can be understood here, for example also in a form as a load wheel.Brief description of the FiguresThe inventive concept is to be described in more detail below with reference to the figures. The following description is, however, to be regarded as merely exemplary. The invention is defined solely by the subject matter of the claims. Advantageous exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained below with reference to the accompanying figures. The same reference numerals are used for the same or identically functioning elements. Furthermore, for the sake of easier readability and associability, reference numerals are also used for features if they are not shown in the described figure. Also, in similar figures, not all reference numerals are always drawn in, if these features are already clearly denoted from the preceding figures. The following are shown: FIG. 1 is a sectional view of an electric drive with a vehicle device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention; FIGS. 2 & 3 are schematic side elevational views of a vehicle apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 4 is an isometric view of a vehicle device according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIGS. 5-8 show various detail views of a vehicle device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention; and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional isometric view of a vehicle device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.Detailed Figure Description and Description of the InventionThe figures show an exemplary embodiment of a vehicle device 100 for a vehicle 102, in particular for a bicycle, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. In the description, reference is also made to possible variants which are not explicitly shown in the figures, but which, however, pick up and implement the inventive concept. The vehicle 102 can be a single-lane vehicle such as a pedelec, S-pedelec or the like, but it can also be a three-wheel or four-wheel vehicle, in particular a cargo bicycle or a light motor vehicle.FIG. 1 shows a section through an electric drive 130, which is shown schematically. In the specifically illustrated embodiment, it is the rear structure 108 of a bicycle 104. The rear structure has a (first) strut 106, opposite (with respect to the electric drive 130) a second strut 110, a chain strut 111 directly connected to the second strut, and a further strut, not designated, on the side of the first strut 106. The rear structure 108 is a part of the vehicle frame 112. At one end of the first strut 106, a (first) axle receptacle 114 is formed. The axle receptacle 114 has a (first) through hole 116 with an inner winch 118 and a first supporting device 120. As can be seen in FIGS. 5 to 8, the (first) support device 120 is formed as a positioning groove, and a plug-in axle 122 is screwed into the internal thread 118 of the (first) through-hole 116. Accordingly, an external thread 126 is formed on a first end section 124 of the plug-in axle 122, which corresponds to the internal thread 118 and can be screwed into the latter and is correspondingly screwed in. A sleeve 128 is slid onto the plug-in axle 122. The sleeve 128 is a part of the stator 132 of the electric drive 130. The sleeve 128 has a second support device 134 which corresponds to the first support device 120 and engages in the latter. In other words, the sleeve 128 has, as the second support device 134, an engagement section which engages in a positive-locking manner in the positioning groove of the first support device. Thus, the sleeve 128 is held in a rotationally fixed manner with respect to the plug-in axle 122 or with respect to the strut 106. Thus, a torque can be absorbed and supported via the support device 120, 134.A second axle receptacle 136 is formed in the second strut 110 in the form of a through hole 138. The two through-holes 116, 138 are aligned axially with respect to one another such that the plug-in axis can be inserted through the second through-hole 138 and can then be screwed into the first through-hole 116. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the plug-in axle 122 has a screw head-like or mushroom-shaped shape in the region of the second end section 140, such that a fixed connection is created in conjunction with the screwing of the plug-in axle 122 into the internal thread 118 of the first through-hole and a stop of the sleeve 128 on the second strut 120. By means of the second support device 134 engaging into the first support device 120 and supported there, a torque acting on the stator 132 and thus on the sleeve 128 can be supported. An internal thread or an external thread can be provided on the second end section 140, such that the described screw head-like or mushroom-shaped shape can be created in the region of the end section 140 by means of a nut or screw screwed thereon. In an exemplary embodiment not shown, the vehicle device 100 manages without a second strut and is held only on one side. In this case, a fastening device such as a screw or nut, for example, can be provided on the second end section 140 of the plug-in axle 122, with which fastening device the sleeve 128 is held or clamped in the direction of the (first) strut 106. However, this works better if the electric drive 130 is not additionally mechanically driven by a rider of the vehicle 102 or bicycle 104, but in the case of the bicycle this takes place hybridly purely via a current and control line.FIG. 2 shows a side view of the exemplary embodiment of the vehicle device 100 illustrated in FIG. 1. The second strut 110 and the chain strut 111 converge in the region of a dropout which is not further designed and designated. There, a (second) axle receptacle 136 is provided, through which the plug-in axle 122 can be passed and passed. The sleeve 128 (not shown here) arranged around the plug-in axis 122 is part of the electric drive 130. FIG. 3 shows the side view from the opposite side (compared to the view in FIG. 2 ). Thus, the first axle receptacle 114 with the plug-in axle 122 in the first strut 106 is visible. The isometric view in FIG. 4 then also shows a part of the sleeve 128.The illustration in FIGS. 5 to 8 shows the first strut 106, the second strut 110 and the chain strut 111. The struts 106, 110, 111 are part of a vehicle frame of a bicycle, for example an e-bike or loadwheel. It is clearly evident that the first support device 120, which is formed in the first strut 106, is for example in the form of a groove. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the groove is open "downward" (in the illustration as well as in real operation), so that a corresponding support device 134 (could also be referred to as a tongue) can be inserted from below. Thus, simple assembly is possible since the plug-in axle can be mounted after the socket. The force absorption of the support device 120 takes place via the two straight flanks. Another shape, for example a pentagonal, hexagonal, octagon or else just one straight edge (such as a chord), can also be realized in a simple manner. From the assembly point of view, a variant in the form of a V with two tapering edges could also be interesting, since this would facilitate an insertion of the sleeve 128 with the second support device 134.FIG. 9 shows a combination of an isometric representation with a sectional representation. Since the individual parts have already been described and designated in more detail in the preceding figures, the reference numerals are omitted here for better illustration. It can be clearly seen in this illustration that the rotor is led out in the direction of the second strut 110 and a receptacle for a drive wheel can be provided there.List of reference characters100 Vehicle device 102 Vehicle 104 Bicycle 106 (first) strut 108 Rear structure 110 Second strut 111 Chain strut 112 Vehicle frame 114 (first) Axle receptacle 116 (first) Through hole 118 Internal thread 120 First support device 122 Plug axle 124 First end section 126 External thread 128 Bushing 130 Electric drive, electric motor 132 Stator 134 Second support device 136 Second axle receptacle 138 Second through hole 140 Second end section
