Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a motor-pump unit for use in a motor vehicle and to an axle carrier having such a motor-pump unit. Furthermore, the invention relates to a motor vehicle having such a motor-pump unit or such an axle carrier.

[0002] Motor-pump units for use in motor vehicles are known from the prior art. A motor-pump unit is typically used to generate hydraulic energy and use it for various applications in a vehicle. Common motor-pump units include, in particular, a hydraulic pump, which is mounted or attached via bearing elements within a motor vehicle, for example, on a motor vehicle axle carrier.

[0003] Unfortunately, mounting or storing a motor-pump unit within a motor vehicle is difficult due to the limited space available and the necessity of reliable mounting for safety reasons. Furthermore, ensuring the correct alignment of a motor-pump unit during mounting has proven to be complex.

[0004] It is therefore the object of the present invention to at least partially remedy the disadvantages described above, in particular it is the object of the present invention to provide a motor-pump unit for use in a motor vehicle which can be produced in a simple and cost-effective manner and which can be fastened in a motor vehicle in a simple, cost-effective and at the same time reliable manner.

[0005] The above object is achieved by a motor-pump unit having the features of claim 1, an axle carrier according to claim 9, and a motor vehicle according to claim 10. Further features and details emerge from the subclaims, the description, and the drawings. Technical features disclosed for the motor-pump unit according to the invention also apply in connection with the axle carrier according to the invention or the motor vehicle according to the invention, and vice versa, so that with regard to the disclosure, reference is or can always be made to the individual aspects of the invention. Expedient embodiments of the invention are set forth in the dependent claims.

[0006] According to the invention, a motor-pump unit is provided for use in a motor vehicle. The motor-pump unit according to the invention comprises a hydraulic pump for generating hydraulic pressure to drive hydraulic systems, a bearing tube for supporting the motor-pump unit within the motor vehicle, and at least one bracket for attaching the motor-pump unit to an axle carrier of the motor vehicle, wherein the bracket is arranged at the end of the hydraulic pump.

[0007] According to the invention, a motor-pump unit is provided for use in a motor vehicle, in which the arrangement of a bearing tube for mounting the motor-pump unit within the motor vehicle and the arrangement of at least one holder for fastening the motor-pump unit to an axle carrier of the motor vehicle, which is arranged at the end of the hydraulic pump, ensures both simple and cost-effective production of a motor-pump unit and simple, cost-effective and at the same time reliable fastening of the motor-pump unit within a motor vehicle.

[0008] The motor-pump unit in question is preferably designed for use in a motor vehicle, such as a car or a truck. However, it is also conceivable for use in other vehicles, such as commercial vehicles, ships, or aircraft.

[0009] With a view to a simple and reliable fixing of a motor-pump unit within a motor vehicle, it can advantageously be provided according to the invention that the at least one holder is designed in the shape of a pair of glasses, wherein the holder preferably has a first and a second circular holding element and a holding base arranged between the first and the second circular holding element.

[0010] To effectively reduce vibrations and shocks generated by the operation of the motor of a motor-pump unit and other components, the invention advantageously provides for the at least one holder to have decoupling elements for decoupling vibrations. The decoupling elements can be designed, for example, as bearings, preferably rubber bearings, as spring elements, as damping materials or hydraulic dampers, or the like.

[0011] With regard to a particularly compact arrangement of the motor-pump unit according to the invention in a motor vehicle, it can also be advantageous if the at least one holder is integrated into the hydraulic pump, preferably arranged at least partially within the cover of the hydraulic pump.

[0012] Within the context of a particularly compact arrangement of the motor-pump unit according to the invention in a motor vehicle, it may also be advantageous if a tie rod is provided for fastening the bearing tube to the hydraulic pump. Fastening a bearing tube via a tie rod also enables a structurally simple and reliable attachment of a bearing tube to a hydraulic pump, thus eliminating the need for a protruding flange geometry for fastening.

[0013] To ensure a particularly flexible arrangement of a motor-pump unit within a motor vehicle, it can further be provided that a first and a second holder are provided, wherein the first holder is preferably integrated into the hydraulic pump and the second holder is arranged at the end of the bearing tube, wherein the second holder is designed so that its position can be varied, in particular via the bearing tube. With such an arrangement, the distance between the holders can be adjusted, for example, by modifying the length of the bearing tube. By rotating the holder to the bearing tube before screwing it together, any angular positions of the holders relative to one another can preferably be realized. In the present case, this preferably enables simple adaptation to the most diverse package requirements of various axle assemblies into which the motor-pump unit in question can be installed.

[0014] With a view to a simple, convenient, and flexible arrangement of the motor-pump unit on an axle carrier of a motor vehicle, it can advantageously be provided according to the invention that a shaped piece is provided which is arranged at the end of the bearing tube, wherein the shaped piece is preferably designed in the form of a bearing journal for insertion into a rubber bearing of a side part of an axle carrier. In this way, a simple 3-point bearing can be constructed. It is understood that instead of arranging the motor-pump unit in an axle carrier, the arrangement can be provided in another holder. Such an arrangement also promises a small installation space requirement and low weight, in that a motor-pump unit can be mounted directly into an axle component using only a rubber bearing (if necessary without an additional holder). Furthermore, when two holders are arranged, no rotational positioning of the holders relative to one another is required.

[0015] In order to realize an axially fixed, stable, and space-saving cable fixation on the motor-pump unit, it can advantageously be provided that at least one cable fixation element is provided for fastening a cable, wherein the cable fixation element is preferably arranged within the first or second circular holding element, in particular is fixed via bearing bushes with internal threads within the first or second circular holding element. The cable fixations can preferably be designed in the form of clip connections that, for example, claw into the bearing bushes. This arrangement also requires no modification of the pump cover, such as protruding cast contours, and reliably prevents a cable from vibrating.

[0016] The invention also relates to an axle carrier for use in a motor vehicle, comprising a motor-pump unit as described above, wherein the motor-pump unit is fastened to the axle carrier via the at least one holder, preferably via a first and second holder. The axle carrier according to the invention thus has the same advantages as have already been described in detail with regard to the motor-pump unit according to the invention. Preferably, the motor-pump unit is mounted on the axle carrier in such a way that the holder(s) each engage(s) from the outside around counter-holders integrated into the side parts of the axle carrier. The holder(s) can in this case be screwed to the axle carrier from the outside, for example via sleeves in decoupling elements.

[0017] The invention furthermore relates to a motor vehicle comprising a motor-pump unit as described above, preferably comprising an axle carrier as described above. Thus, the motor vehicle according to the invention has the same advantages as have already been described in detail with regard to the motor-pump unit according to the invention or the axle carrier according to the invention.

[0018] Further advantages, features, and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description, in which exemplary embodiments of the invention are described in detail with reference to the drawings.
