Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a drive device for a slidably suspended supporting structure. The invention further relates to a formwork system with the drive device, its arrangement on a building, and a method for horizontally displacing the formwork system.
[0002] For the production of concrete elements that project laterally from a structure along a reference edge, particularly cantilevered elements, formwork carriages are used. These carriages are suspended from the structure along the longitudinal axis of the reference edge and are movable. Such formwork carriages comprise a supporting structure and attached formwork. This method has proven particularly effective for the production of cantilevered or spanning deck slabs in cast-in-place steel composite bridges. The formwork carriage is suspended, for example, from several suspension points (at the top) by means of a support rail, connected to a frame of the supporting structure, which is slidably guided within these suspension points. To transfer a moment about the support rail, the supporting structure can be braced against a wall of the building structure via support elements at a further bearing point (below) or several bearing points distributed along its length, each designed as a compression point. Formwork carriages are movable formwork units that are moved along the longitudinal direction of the structure already erected on the construction site (e.g., steel trough or steel beam) to concrete the roadway section by section using formwork systems. Thus, one section can be concreted, and once the section has hardened, the system is removed, moved to the next section, and concreted there as well (concreting cycle).
[0003] Various devices are known for the horizontal longitudinal displacement of the formwork carriage along the building structure. For example, cable winch devices are known in which the formwork carriage is pulled by means of a cable connected to a winch installed at the end of the feed section or a longer segment thereof. Due to the inherent elasticity of the cable, precise adherence to a desired feed path is difficult; this results in a delay in starting and a lag in the feed movement when the winch drive is switched on or off. A break or severance of the cable poses a considerable risk of accidents. Furthermore, the winch's force is dependent on the number of windings; that is, at the beginning (when the cable is completely unwound), the force on the cable is high, but as the cable is wound up, the force decreases with increasing radius of the cable winding. This can lead to a situation on construction sites where the winch's power is insufficient beyond a certain winding radius. Similarly, when using a winch, the bearing to which the winch / hook is attached must be repeatedly repositioned and the cable reattached. And of course, using a cable winch always requires a cable and a powered winch. Therefore, if you want to move the formwork carriage, you must always ensure that such an external drive is available.
[0004] Furthermore, walking mechanisms are known in which a clamping device engages a structural element of the building, such as a longitudinal edge or rib, and pulls or pushes the formwork carriage a short distance. For this to function, a suitably accessible structural element must obviously be present on the building or specially installed.
[0005] It is therefore an object of the present invention to enable the lateral, i.e. horizontal or substantially horizontal displacement of a supporting structure suspended and slidably guided by means of a support rail in suspension heads along a wall of a building in a simpler, more cost-effective and safer manner.
[0006] The problem is solved by a drive device with the features of claim 1, a formwork system with the features of claim 11, an arrangement with the features of claim 18, and a method with the features of claim 20. Advantageous embodiments and further developments are the subject of the dependent claims.
[0007] One aspect of the invention is a drive device for a supporting structure for formwork, in particular a bottom-moving formwork carriage, for concreting a concrete part projecting laterally from a reference edge of a building element, in particular a cantilevered concrete part, wherein the supporting structure can be suspended by means of a support device, in particular a support rail, which is guided slidably in a longitudinal direction of the reference edge by suspension heads attached to the building element along the reference edge. The drive device is designed to move the supporting structure in the longitudinal direction. According to the invention, the drive device has a base element which is integrally formed with the support device, in particular the support rail, or which can be coupled to the support device, in particular the support rail, and which has a cross-sectional contour such thatthat the base element can be guided displaceably by the suspension heads in the longitudinal direction of the reference edge or moved past the suspension heads when the supporting structure is moved in the longitudinal direction, a motor unit acting in the longitudinal direction which is mounted on the base element, and at least one push-off element which is coupled to the motor unit in such a way that it is movable by the motor unit relative to the base element or with the base element relative to the support device, in particular support rail, and is designed to project beyond the cross-sectional contour of the base element in order to push against one of the suspension heads when it is moved by the motor unit relative to the base element or with the base element relative to the support device, in particular support rail.
[0008] A structural element can be, in particular, a steel structure made from individual steel profile components. For example, the structural element could be a steel trough of a bridge or the steel skeleton of a building. However, the structural element can also be of other types. For example, the structural element could be or have a concrete structure. The motor unit can, for example, include a cylinder as a feed device, a linear motor, a spindle drive, a gear drive on a toothed or slotted rail, or any other type of device for converting any form of energy into kinetic energy. Optionally, a gear unit that converts one direction of motion into another (e.g., a rotary motion into a linear motion) or one path of motion into another (larger or smaller) path of motion can be provided as an additional component or integrated into the motor unit.
[0009] According to the invention, the push-off element presses against suspension heads that are already present for guiding the support device, in particular the support rail. Therefore, no further structural features need to be provided on the structure. Since the drive device according to the invention converts the kinetic energy generated by the motor unit directly into the push-off element at the point of generation, the feed movement can be controlled precisely, without any start-up delay or overrun. The invention thus enables the longitudinal, i.e., horizontal or substantially horizontal, displacement of a support structure suspended and slidably guided by means of a support rail in suspension heads along a wall of a building in a simple, cost-effective, and safe manner. With the drive device according to the invention, a formwork carriage can be moved longitudinally without any modifications.
[0010] In certain embodiments, the ejector element is pivotally mounted on a sliding frame coupled to the motor unit, which is slidably mounted on the base element. This means that the ejector element is indirectly coupled to the motor unit via the sliding frame. The term "on" the base element encompasses all spatial relationships, including, in particular, "on" or "in". This ensures reliable movement of the ejector element(s) and, in particular, allows several ejector elements to be moved simultaneously.
[0011] In further embodiments, the push-off element has a pivoted position in which it extends beyond the cross-sectional contour of the base element to press against one of the suspension heads, and a pivoted position in which it slides past the suspension heads when the base element is moved along them. This ensures reliable function during both the push-off and retraction phases. Preferably, the push-off element is spring-loaded in the direction of the pivoted position, so that the push-off position is always reliably assumed. During retraction, the push-off element can be pressed into the pivoted position by an obstacle, particularly a suspension head, and springs back into the pivoted position after passing the obstacle.Alternatively, the pressure-sensitive element can also be held in the correct position by gravity.
[0012] Furthermore, the ejector element can be locked in the pivoted position to deactivate the drive device in such a way that the drive device can be moved in either direction along its longitudinal axis without any contact being made with a mounting head. This can simplify assembly. It also allows operation in two directions with two drive units, each acting in opposite directions of feed, since one of the drive units can be deactivated by locking the ejector elements in the pivoted position, and the feed is not impeded by the currently active drive unit.
[0013] For locking, locking elements such as manually operated levers or an automated, possibly motor-driven, mechanism can be provided. Alternatively, a cover that can hold down the release elements can be mounted on the base element or axially displaceable. For this purpose, guide slots can be provided on both sides of the release elements on the base element. If the cover is captive even in an unused position on the base element, its cross-sectional area extends only in regions that cannot collide with the contact elements of the suspension heads when the drive device is mounted on the support structure and the formwork is positioned on the building.
[0014] In certain embodiments, the pressure-reducing element has a contact side designed to abut and press against a suspension head, preferably with a hook-, shark-fin-, or anvil-like shape, and a rear side opposite the contact side, preferably with a ramp-like chamfered shape. The shark-fin-like shape of the contact side refers to the typical shape of the downstream (posterior) edge of a shark's dorsal fin. The rear side of the pressure-reducing element can also be modeled on the typical shape of the upstream (anterior) edge of a shark's dorsal fin. This specific design ensures reliable operation.
[0015] In embodiments, it is provided that the push-off element or, optionally, the sliding frame or a coupling element for coupling with the motor unit or the motor unit itself is axially pivotable about an axis that runs parallel to the longitudinal extension direction relative to the base element, or a connecting element is provided which enables coupling of the base element with the support device and axial pivoting of the base element relative to the support device, wherein the axial pivot positions are preferably designed such that the push-off element can engage with a suspension head in a first axial pivot position and slides past the suspension heads in a second axial pivot position when the base element is moved along the suspension heads. In addition to the swiveling push-in and swiveling push-in elements, this is another way to prevent the push-in elements from engaging when reversing or to completely deactivate a drive device.
[0016] It can be provided that the axial swivel position is automatically assumed depending on the direction of movement of the motor unit. This allows, on the one hand, the return movement without contact of the pressure-sensitive element and, on the other hand, the deactivation of the drive device altogether.
[0017] In embodiments, the base element has a housing-like, preferably substantially tubular, base body, wherein the base body accommodates the motor unit and parts of the push-off element as well as optionally the sliding frame, wherein the push-off element protrudes through a slot in a wall of the base body in order to be able to push against one of the suspension heads, wherein the sliding frame optionally preferably has at least a section of a tubular cross-section.
[0018] Tubular cross-sections are those that are closed, apart from the aforementioned slot or other openings that provide access for maintenance or assembly purposes, or for the passage of connecting elements. Such cross-sections can be, for example, but are not limited to, circular, rectangular, or square. A base body with an outer wall made of a mesh or similar material is also considered tubular in this context. The base body houses the motor unit and, if present, the sliding frame. This allows the motor unit and the sliding frame to be housed in a protected manner, which, among other things, prevents contamination and unintentional contact with parts of the building, the suspension heads, the supporting structure, or personnel working on it, thereby reducing potential malfunctions and the risk of injury. It is conceivable that parts of the motor unit or, if present, the sliding frame may project beyond the cross-section or length of the base body, provided that collisions with structural elements are reliably prevented. In alternative embodiments, the base body may also have an open or rod-shaped profile on which the motor unit and, if present, the sliding frame are arranged. The sliding frame may also have a different shape, such as rod- or rail-like, or as a U-profile or other open profile.
[0019] In certain embodiments, the base element, in particular the base body, has a cross-sectional contour that is at least identical to or adapted to the support device, in particular the support rail, insofar as the base element can be guided displaceably by the suspension heads in the longitudinal direction of the reference edge. This allows the drive device to be securely supported in line (extension) with the support device, in particular the support rail, by the suspension heads, which can further improve reliable and safe operation. The support device, in particular the support rail, and likewise the base element, in particular the base body, can be supported by contact elements provided on each suspension head, which are arranged in an inner contour enclosed by a frame of the suspension head and / or on an outer contour formed by the frame of the suspension head. Thus, depending on the design of the support device, in particular the support rail, and the suspension heads, the base element, in particular the main body, can be guided through the suspension heads or along them.
[0020] In certain embodiments, the at least one ejector element comprises two or more, in particular three, four, five, six, or seven, ejector elements. The plurality of ejector elements allows the motor unit to be designed with a shorter feed path. A regular spacing between the ejector elements is advantageous for control. The spacing of the ejector elements is particularly preferred such that the ejector elements cover a distance corresponding to at least the distance between two suspension heads on the structure plus an effective travel path of the motor unit, preferably with an excess of at least 10%, 30%, or 50%, and / or at most 100%, 80%, or 60%. The travel path of the motor unit is the path of movement that the motor unit transmits to the ejector elements, optionally via a gearbox. The excess length covered by the push-off elements thus ensures that a safe feed can be achieved even with variable distances between the suspension heads.
[0021] In certain embodiments, the stroke of the motor unit corresponds to at least the distance between two suspension heads on the structure, preferably with an interference of at least 10%, 30%, or 50%, and / or at most 100%, 80%, or 60%, optionally divided by the number of push-off elements or the number of push-off elements reduced by 1 or 2. The stroke of the motor unit can thus be designed to match the distance between the push-off elements, depending on the expected distance between the suspension heads. The interference in the stroke ensures, on the one hand, that reliable feed is possible even with variable distances between the suspension heads, and on the other hand, that sufficient free travel is available to allow the push-off elements to pivot in or out.
[0022] In some embodiments, a threading element is provided at one end of the base element. The threading element may have a tapered tip and / or the shape of a guide nose. The threading element may be attached to the base element or be integrally formed with it. The threading element may be made of metal or plastic. It enables feeding without the drive device becoming entangled on a suspension head. In particular, the threading element may have at least one ramp-like contour pointing in the feeding direction in a region where it encounters a contact element of a suspension head.
[0023] Another aspect of the invention relates to a formwork system comprising a formwork with a supporting structure for the formwork, in particular in the form of a downward-moving formwork carriage, for concreting a concrete part projecting laterally from a reference edge of a building body, in particular a cantilevered part, wherein the supporting structure is suspendable by means of a support device, in particular a support rail, which is guided slidably in a longitudinal direction of the reference edge in suspension heads attached to the building body along the reference edge, with a drive device which is attached to or integrated in the support device and is designed to be able to move the supporting structure on the reference edge of the building body.According to the invention, the drive device is designed according to the above-described aspect and is arranged or can be arranged in such a way that the at least one push-off element can be supported on one of the suspension heads in such a way that the supporting structure is moved in a feed direction which runs along the longitudinal extension direction when the motor unit moves the push-off element against the feed direction relative to the base element of the drive device.
[0024] The formwork system realizes the properties and advantages of the previously described drive device in its application to the supporting structure. It is sufficient if only one of several push-off elements is supported on a suspension head, but it is also conceivable if several push-off elements are each supported on a suspension head.
[0025] The formwork system can include an additional drive device, which, like the drive device, is mounted at an end of the support structure opposite the end of the support structure such that its feed direction is opposite to that of the drive device. This allows the support structure to be moved in both directions along the reference edge.
[0026] In embodiments, the drive device is attached to one end of the support device and, if necessary, the further drive device is / are attached to an end of the support device opposite the end.
[0027] In further embodiments, it is provided that the drive device and / or, if applicable, the further drive device is mounted in place of the support device or a segment of the support device.
[0028] In embodiments, the drive device and, optionally, the further drive device are rotatable about an axis along the feed direction into several positions rotated relative to each other, or can be mounted in one of at least two positions rotated relative to each other about the axis. The rotated positions can preferably be rotated by 180°, 135°, 120°, 90°, 60°, 45°, or 30° relative to each other. This allows the drive device to be adapted to different mounting heads. If at least one of the possible rotational positions allows the drive device or the further drive device to be displaced in either direction along the longitudinal axis without a push-off element coming into contact with a mounting head, the corresponding drive device can be deactivated in this way.
[0029] In certain embodiments, the drive unit and, if applicable, the additional drive unit are arranged in a region of the supporting structure that does not bear any concrete loads. This enables operation that is essentially free of or low in shear forces, apart from base loads such as a work platform, which may preferably be located in the area of the drive unit. This avoids stresses or deformations on the drive unit caused by loads, which can further improve reliable operation.
[0030] In some embodiments, the formwork system also includes a moving control unit. This control unit can also comprise an electrical and / or hydraulic and / or pneumatic power supply unit. In alternative embodiments, the control unit is not moving but can be located remotely from the supporting structure and, for example, remotely control the motor unit and receive signals wirelessly. Similarly, an electrical power supply unit need not be moving; for instance, a generator can be located remotely from the supporting structure and supply the motor unit via a trailing cable.
[0031] A further aspect of the invention relates to an arrangement comprising a formwork system with a supporting structure, in particular in the form of a downward-moving formwork carriage which carries formwork, for concreting a concrete part projecting laterally from a reference edge of a building element, in particular a steel structure, and the building element itself, wherein the supporting structure is suspended by means of a support device, in particular a support rail, which is slidably guided in the longitudinal direction of the reference edge in suspension heads attached to the building element along the reference edge. According to the invention, the formwork system is equipped with at least one drive device according to the first aspect of the invention or is designed according to the previous aspect of the invention.
[0032] The arrangement realizes the properties and advantages of the previously described drive device in its use with the supporting structure of the building.
[0033] In embodiments, it is provided that the suspension heads each have a frame that defines a rail receiving space or guide space with a C-shaped or claw-like inner contour in cross-section for receiving the support device, in particular a support rail, with an opening for movable connection to the remaining supporting structure, wherein preferably a first contact element and a second contact element are arranged on respective sections of the frame facing the guide space in such a way that the first contact element can receive a horizontal force component from the support rail and the second contact element can receive a vertical force component from the support rail and transfer it into the frame.
[0034] Such a suspension head is the subject of a subsequently published patent application filed by the applicant of the present application, to the disclosure of which reference is made in full in this respect. Preferably, such a suspension head is provided that the first support element rests at a first contact point on a side of the support rail facing away from the building structure, which is further away from the building structure in the horizontal direction than a second contact point at which the second support element rests on the support rail when the support rail is guided by the suspension head.
[0035] Another aspect of the invention is a method for moving the formwork system described above in the arrangement on the structure as described above, in a feed direction along the longitudinal direction. The method comprises the following steps: • Activating the motor unit to move at least one ejector element against the feed direction relative to the base element, to bring the ejector element into contact with one of the suspension heads and press it against the suspension head, in order to eject the supporting structure under guidance by the suspension heads in the feed direction, and • Activate the motor unit to move the ejector element in the feed direction relative to the base element in order to remove the ejector element from one of the suspension heads until the ejector element reaches in front of the next of the suspension heads and / or a next ejector element can be brought into contact with one of the suspension heads.
[0036] During the movement in the feed direction, the ejector element is moved past the next of the suspension heads and / or the next ejector element is moved past one of the suspension heads.
[0037] The method realizes the properties and advantages of the previously described drive device in operation.
[0038] In embodiments, it is provided that the steps described above are repeated for the next and, if necessary, further suspension heads, preferably until the formwork has covered a predetermined displacement distance.
[0039] The invention will now be described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments and the accompanying figures.
[0040] They show: Fig. 1 an arrangement of a supporting structure with a formwork and a drive device on a building body according to an embodiment of the invention in a schematic perspective view; Fig. 2 the arrangement of Fig. 1 in a partial front view; Fig. 3A the drive device from Fig. 1 in a perspective, longitudinally cut view; Fig. 3B, Fig. 3C the drive device of Fig. 3A in a top view or a side view; Fig. 3D, Fig. 3E the drive device of Fig. 3D longitudinal section in a retracted or extended position of a latch assembly; Fig. 4 the latch assembly from Fig. 3A, Fig. 3D, Fig. 3E in a side view; Fig. 5A, Fig. 5B a detail of the drive device of Fig. 2 to 3E with a latch in a swung-out position or a swung-in position; Fig. 6 a detail of the arrangement of Fig. 1 in a further perspective view; Fig. 7A-7C the drive device of Fig. 2 to 3E in longitudinal section with a suspension head in a retracted position, an extended position and an intermediate position during a retraction of the latch assembly.
[0041] One embodiment of the present invention is a formwork system for use on a structural element 1 of a building. Such a formwork system is in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. Figure 6 is shown in arrangement on the structure, the arrangement itself being a further embodiment of the present invention. A drive device 16 used therein is shown in Fig. 3A-5B, 7A-7C and also represents an embodiment of the present invention. The one shown in the Fig. The method illustrated in 7A-7C is also an embodiment of the present invention.
[0042] In this embodiment, the structure is a reinforced concrete bridge. Such a bridge structure includes a steel box girder as part of a structural unit 1. Other components may include, for example, support piers (not shown in detail). The steel box girder is an elongated component extending in the direction of a planned or, depending on the construction progress, partially completed roadway (not shown in detail). The structural unit 1 has a reference edge 2, which in this embodiment is the outermost and uppermost edge of a lateral profile element of the steel box girder. For orientation purposes, a direction along the reference edge 2 is defined as the longitudinal direction x, a direction extending horizontally at right angles from the reference edge 2 as the lateral direction y, and an upward direction as the vertical direction z.It is understood that the coordinate system formed from the directions x, y, z is a local coordinate system with respect to a respective cross-section of the structure, since the building body 1 and thus the reference edge 2 may, for example, have a curvature and the longitudinal direction in each cross-section follows a local tangent to the reference edge 2.
[0043] To concrete a section of the roadway that cantilevers in the width direction y from the reference edge 2, a so-called bottom-running formwork carriage is used. This carriage is suspended from the structure 1 by means of a series of suspension heads 3 attached along the reference edge 2. The formwork carriage has a supporting structure 6 that carries formwork; however, the formwork can also be part of the supporting structure 6. In the present embodiment, the formwork includes a formwork panel 10. The supporting structure 6 has a support rail 5. The supporting rail 5 guides the supporting structure 6 slidably within the suspension heads 3. The suspension heads 3 themselves are laterally supported against an edge surface extending downwards from the reference edge 2 and are themselves suspended from brackets 14.The brackets 14 are firmly bolted to the structure 1, which can be done during site preparation, and the suspension heads 3 are connected to the brackets 14 by means of tie rods 15. Alternatively, the brackets 14 can also be welded to the structure 1 or connected in another way. As in . Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the suspension head 3 has a frame 20 which is supported by a support element 21 against an edge surface of the building structure 1 located in the area of the reference edge 2 and by a side support 22 against a lower wall 12 of the building structure 1. This type of support for the suspension head 3 is purely exemplary and can vary considerably depending on the design of the building structure 1. For example, depending on the arrangement, the support element 21 or the side support 22 may be omitted. In other cases, the brackets 15 may be omitted, and the suspension heads 3 may be screwed directly to the building structure 1.
[0044] The supporting structure 6 of the formwork carriage has a frame 7, which is composed of several so-called support plates 8. Each of these plates forms a planar support structure in a cross-sectional plane (perpendicular to the support rail axis 4) and is connected to the support rail 5 via a rail connector 27. More precisely, each rail connector 27 is connected to a segment of the support rail 5, and the segments are connected to each other to form the support rail 5. The supporting plates 8 are further connected to each other in the longitudinal direction x via an upper longitudinal slat 9. The longitudinal slat 9 supports the formwork panel 10. In a lower area of the supporting structure 6, several lateral support devices 11 are provided. These extend from the respective supporting plates 8 towards the wall 12 of the building structure 1 and support the supporting structure 6 against the wall 12 to resist a moment about the support rail axis 4.
[0045] As in Fig. As can be clearly seen, the frame 20 of the suspension heads 3 encompasses the support rail 5 in a C-shape or claw-like manner. The walls of the frame 20 thus form a rail receiving space 23 for the support rail 5 as well as for the drive device 16. The rail receiving space 23 has an opening 24 which allows the rail connectors 27 to pass through the suspension heads 3 without collision when the support rail 5 is moved in the longitudinal direction x. A first contact element 25 and a second contact element 26 are arranged on the frame 20, preferably adjacent to the opening 24, and are designed to contact the support rail 5 and receive the loads from the support rail 5.In particular, the first system element 25 is preferably designed and arranged to receive loads in the horizontal direction and the second system element 26 is preferably designed and arranged to receive loads in the vertical direction, wherein each system element 25, 26 can also receive portions of the loads in the other direction when at a certain inclination.
[0046] The frame 7 of the supporting structure 6 extends in the longitudinal direction x beyond the area of the longitudinal slats 9 with the formwork panel 10. A work platform 13 is provided in this area, designed for the use of one or more persons. The work platform 13 is formed similarly to the area of the formwork panel 10 from support discs 8, which are connected in the longitudinal direction x, with one plane of the work platform 13 preferably lying below a plane of the formwork panel 10. At one end of the support rail 5, which here lies in the area of the work platform 13, a drive device 16 is connected or coupled to the support rail 5. The drive device 16 extends in line with the support rail 5 and is guided by the suspension heads 3. The drive device 16 has several push-off elements 17, which are moved along the longitudinal direction x by means of a motor unit 29.The push-off elements 17 are movable along the support rail axis 4 and are designed to be supported against one of the suspension heads 3 and, driven by the motor unit 29, to be pushed forward in order to move the entire formwork carriage along the reference edge 2 in a feed direction V. More precisely, the push-off elements 17 are mounted on a sliding frame 28, which is coupled to the motor unit 29, and can therefore be moved together. A guide nose 18 is arranged on the front face of the drive device 16 as a threading element, which facilitates threading into the suspension heads 3. A control box 19 is also arranged in the area of the work platform 13, which includes a control unit or parts thereof and a power supply unit or parts thereof for controlling or supplying power to the drive device 16, in particular to its motor unit 19.
[0047] The drive device 16 is described in detail in Fig. 3A to 3E and in further details in Fig. 4, Fig. 5A und Fig. Figure 5B shows the drive device 16 comprising a base element 30. The base element 30 has a tubular body with a circular cross-section, in which the motor unit 29 and the sliding frame 28 with the pusher elements 17 are arranged. The sliding frame 28 also has a tubular base with a rectangular cross-section, the outer edges of which slide against the inner wall of the base element 30, and is thus slidably guided within the base element 30. Each of the pusher elements 17 is pivotably mounted on the sliding frame 28 by means of a respective bearing axis 32. The sliding frame 28 with the pusher elements 17 forms a latch assembly 31. The pusher elements 17 are arranged one behind the other in the feed direction V with an axis distance d from each other, the axial directions of the bearing axes 32 being perpendicular to the feed direction V.In this embodiment, the bearing axes 32 are designed as axle shafts or bolts, which are fixedly mounted in a bearing receptacle on the puller element 17 and supported in bearing bores in opposite side walls of the sliding frame 28. In a modification, the bearing axes 32 can also be fixedly mounted in bearing receptacles in opposite side walls of the sliding frame 28, while the puller elements 17 are rotatably mounted on the bearing axes 32. In a further modification, the bearing axes 32 can also be formed by projections integrally formed on the puller elements 17 or the side walls of the sliding frame 28, which are received in corresponding recesses on the respective mating element. In this embodiment, the side walls of the sliding frame 28 are reinforced with an inner plate 39 to increase rigidity; however, this is optional.
[0048] In this embodiment, the motor unit 29 is designed as a hydraulic cylinder 33 with a piston mounted therein, which is connected to a piston rod 34 projecting from the cylinder 33. The cylinder 33 is rigidly connected to the base element 30 by means of a fastening element 33a, such as a shaft or a bolt. The piston rod 34 is coupled to the sliding frame via a coupling element 35, which here is designed as a shaft or bolt, so that by actuating the piston, the sliding frame 28, and with it the latch assembly 31 or the release elements 17, can be moved relative to the base element 30. The motor unit 29 has a stroke (here piston stroke) h, which corresponds to a range of motion of the piston rod 34. It is understood that the embodiment of the motor unit 29 as a hydraulic cylinder 33 with a piston is purely exemplary. The motor unit 29 can be configured as either a pneumatic cylinder or an electric motor. A pneumatic cylinder differs from the hydraulic cylinder 33 only in its drive medium and the resulting structural modifications; in particular, the coupling to the sliding frame 28 is also achieved via a piston rod. If an electric motor is used as the motor unit, the coupling to the sliding frame 28 can be achieved via a rack and pinion or a spindle. With a spindle extending over a large portion of the length of the base element 30, a large stroke h can be achieved even with a single ejector element 17. If an equally large stroke h were to be achieved with a cylinder, the base element 30 would have to be twice as long. Therefore, in the illustrated embodiment, several ejector elements 17 are provided, with which a desired feed path can be achieved stepwise even with a smaller stroke h.
[0049] At the rear end, the base element 30 is provided with or can be fitted with a connecting element 36 for coupling to the support rail 15.
[0050] The base element 30 has a slot 37 on its upper surface through which the ejector elements 17 can protrude. More precisely, the ejector elements 17 protrude at least in a pivoted position 50 ( Fig. 5A) through an opening in the sliding frame 28 and a slot 37 in the base element 30 extending beyond its outer contour. In a pivoted position 51 ( Fig. 5B) The ejector elements 17 project less far beyond the outer contour of the base element 30 than in the pivoted position 50; in variations, they can also disappear completely into the outer contour of the base element 30. In this embodiment, the ejector elements 17 are designed in the manner of claws. They each have a front side 52 and a back side 53, with the front side 52 being defined as the side intended to bear against one of the suspension heads 3. Thus, in the pivoted position 50, the front side 52 faces against the feed direction V, and the back side 53 faces roughly in the feed direction 53. The front side 52 is shaped like a hook, shark fin, or anvil so that it can brace itself against an obstacle, such as a suspension head 3, when moving against the feed direction V.The rear side 53 has a slope such that, when moving in the feed direction V, it can slide off an obstacle upon encountering it, causing the push-off element 17 to pivot into position, and can continue to slide along the obstacle during further movement. The rear side 53 is also preferably designed such that its outermost section in the pivoted position 51 runs parallel to the support rail axis 4 or is even inclined inwards against the feed direction, so that the push-off element 17 cannot catch on an obstacle (suspension head 3) when moving against the feed direction V, but instead slides along it.
[0051] The ejector elements 17 each have a pin 54 for receiving a compression spring 38. The compression spring 38 bears against an inner wall 55 of the sliding frame 28 opposite the slot 37 in order to pre-tension the respective ejector element 17 in the direction of the pivoted position 50. The rear side 53 also has an upper stop edge 56 above the bearing axis 32, with which the ejector element rests against an upper stop element 57 on the sliding frame 28 in the pivoted position 50. The ejector element 17 also has a lower stop edge 58 below the bearing axis 32, with which the ejector element 17 rests against a lower stop element 59 on the sliding frame 28 in the pivoted position 50. In connection with the drive unit 16, a side from which the push-off elements 17 protrude from the base element 30 in the swiveled-out position 50 is defined as top.In the illustrated embodiment, the upper stop element 57 and the lower stop element 59 are buffers, for example made of plastic, and are attached to an edge of a respective upper recess 28a or lower recess 28b, which are formed in an upper or lower wall of the sliding frame 28. However, this is only one possibility; the stop elements 57, 59 can also be formed solely by respective edges of the respective recesses 28a, 28b, or by transverse bolts extending between the side walls of the sliding frame 28, or by bent sheet metal sections that extend from the side walls of the sliding frame 28, or in any other suitable manner.
[0052] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, each of the suspension heads 3 (three suspension heads 3-I, 3-II, 3-III are shown) has a repulsion area 60 designed for the contact of a push-off element 17. The repulsion area 60 can be an edge or surface of the frame 20 of the suspension head 3. The distances d between the push-off elements 17 are designed such that preferably exactly one push-off element 17 contacts one of the suspension heads 3, while the other push-off elements 17 are either located between two suspension heads 3 or are pressed into the pivoted position in the area of one of the suspension heads. Thus, the load case is always unambiguous. Each push-off element 17 is therefore dimensioned to transmit the entire push load. Likewise, each of the suspension heads 3, including the fastening system on the structure 1, is dimensioned to absorb the entire push load.
[0053] When the formwork carriage is moved, the suspension heads 3 are passed through in the feed direction in succession, so that, for example, first a first suspension head 3-I, then a suspension head 3-II next in the feed direction, then a suspension head 3-III next in the feed direction, etc., is used for pressing through the pressing elements 17 in order to move the formwork carriage by a predetermined feed distance.
[0054] As in Fig. As can be seen further in Figure 6, connection elements 61, 62 for supplying the cylinder with hydraulic fluid, brackets 63 on the base element 30 and a drain 64 for draining any fluid that may accumulate within the base element 30 are arranged in such a way that, in the mounted state of the drive device 16 on the support rail 5, they can move through the opening 24 into the frame 20 of the suspension heads 3 without colliding with the suspension heads 3. Furthermore, a mounting opening 65 is formed in the wall of the base element 30, which allows a fitter access to the interior of the base element 30, in particular at the level of the coupling element 35 for coupling the sliding frame 28 to the piston rod 34, at a point in the circumferential direction of the base element 30 which lies outside the area of the attachment elements 25, 26, so that the attachment elements 25, 26 can always rest against a smooth outer wall of the base element 30.
[0055] The Fig. Figures 7A to 7C illustrate a sliding operation using the drive device 16 on a suspension head 3. In this embodiment, the drive device has five push-off elements 16-I, 16-II, 16-III, 16-IV, and 16-V, which are pivotably mounted on the sliding frame 28, with the first push-off element 16-I being closest to the motor unit 28 and the last (here fifth) push-off element 16-V being furthest from the motor unit 28. The drive device 16 is operated such that the push-off elements, from the first push-off element 16-I to the last push-off element 16-V, push off the suspension head 3 in succession.
[0056] Here it shows Fig. 7A a retracted or starting position 70 of the piston rod 34 of the motor unit 29 at a moment when the second ejector element 17-II is ready to eject. That is, the second ejector element 17-II is in the pivoted position 50, and its front face 52 has a small gap g to the ejection area 60 on the frame 20 of the suspension head 3. When the cylinder 33 is actuated on one side, the piston rod 34 is extended by a stroke h, whereby first the second ejector element 17-II comes to rest against the frame 20 of the suspension head 3, and then the sliding frame 28 is displaced relative to the base element 30 by a step s, which corresponds to the stroke h minus the initial distance between the ejector element 17-II and the suspension head 3. The step s is an effective displacement of the motor unit 29.Since the second push-off element 17-II is firmly in contact with the suspension head 3, the base element 30 must move away and is displaced relative to the suspension head 3 by the step size s in the feed direction V, so that the in . Fig. The extended position shown in 7B or the end position 71 is reached. The entire supporting structure 6 of the formwork carriage is thereby also moved by the step size s relative to the building body 1, whereby the support rail 5 is held and guided in the suspension heads 3. If the cylinder 33 is now actuated in the opposite direction, the piston rod 34 is retracted again, as in an intermediate position 72 in Fig. Figure 7C shows this. This also moves the sliding frame 28 with the push-off elements 17 in the feed direction relative to the base element 30, while the supporting structure 6 remains stationary due to friction between the support rail 5 and the contact elements 25, 26 of the suspension heads 3. The second push-off element 17-II moves away from the suspension head 2, against which it previously pushed off, and the third push-off element 17-III is pulled through the rail receiving space 23 of the frame 20 of the suspension head 3, being pressed into the pivoted position 50 by the contact of its rear side 53 with the frame 20. At the latest when the piston rod 34 is fully retracted into the cylinder 33, the third push-off element 17-III is released from the suspension head 3 and springs back into the pivoted position 51, ready to push off like the second push-off element 17-II before it.The previously described processes, which correspond to a step in moving the supporting structure, are repeated until the last push-off element 17-V has been used to push off the suspension head 3. At the latest when, after the use of the last push-off element 17-V, the piston rod 34 with the sliding frame 28 has been retracted through the cylinder 33, the first push-off element 17-I or one of the next push-off elements 17-II, 17-III has been pulled through the suspension head (not shown here) next in the feed direction V and is ready to push off. It is understood that the number and spacing of the push-off elements 17 are dimensioned according to the distance between suspension heads 3 such that the supporting structure 6 can be moved step by step along the reference edge 2 in the manner described above.Conversely, it is also possible to design the distance between suspension heads 3 based on the conditions at the drive unit 16. However, it is more common to design the distance between suspension heads based on the expected weight load, or for the distance between suspension heads to correspond to the width of a support disc 8.
[0057] In this embodiment, the distance d between the pusher elements 17 can be approximately 30 cm. The five pusher elements 17-I to 17-V thus cover a distance of 120 cm. If the step size s is approximately 40 cm, a displacement of 160 cm can be achieved at a suspension head 3. This dimensioning is designed for a distance of approximately 150 cm between suspension heads 3. The gap g corresponds to the free stroke of the cylinder 33. This numerical example serves only for illustration. In other words, the distance between the first and last pusher element 17 plus the step size s corresponds approximately to the maximum distance between two suspension heads 3.
[0058] To allow the drive device to move freely back and forth without getting caught on a suspension head 3, optional means are provided for deactivating the push-off elements 17 or the entire claw assembly 31. These means cause the push-off elements 17 to remain in their pivoted position 51 or to be locked in place, or otherwise prevent the push-off elements 17 from engaging with the suspension heads 3. For this purpose, for example, a locking bolt 40 (see Figure 40) can be used. Fig. 2) be provided. Alternative means have already been mentioned in the general description of the invention above.
[0059] The present invention has been explained above with reference to preferred embodiments.
[0060] It is understood that the invention can be used not only for formwork carriages for concreting, but also for other suspended and laterally supported structural elements that can be moved along a wall, such as maintenance carriages or cleaning gondolas. The suspension can also be achieved by means of support devices other than a support rail guided in the suspension heads, such as a crane unit movable along a rail.
[0061] The features of the invention described with reference to the illustrated and / or described embodiments may also be present in other embodiments of the invention, unless otherwise stated or precluded for technical reasons. Furthermore, the subject matter of the invention is defined solely by the independent claim(s). Additional subject matter may be formed by any combination of features described herein that is novel over the prior art and solves an objective problem in a non-obvious manner, without necessarily requiring other features that are not necessary to solve this problem, even if these other features are present in the embodiments described herein. Details of an embodiment are to be considered exemplary and optional unless specifically claimed independently.
[0062] In this embodiment, the drive device 16 is coupled to the support rail 5 and positioned upstream in the feed direction V, so that it pulls on it in the feed direction V. It is also conceivable that the drive device 16 is positioned downstream of the support rail 5 with respect to the feed direction V, i.e., that it acts by pushing or sliding on it. It is also conceivable that the drive device 16 is part of the support rail 5; in particular, it can replace a segment of the support rail 5.
[0063] In this embodiment, the base element 30 of the drive device 16 is fixedly connected to the support rail 5 in the feed direction V, and the latch assembly 31 is slidably mounted on the base element 30 and movable by the motor unit 29. The reverse is also conceivable, whereby the drive device 16 is coupled to the support rail 5 via the motor unit 29, with the base element being moved relative to the support rail by the motor unit 29 and the support elements 17 being pivotably but fixedly mounted on the base element 30.
[0064] In the exemplary embodiment, the support rail 5 has a closed, in particular tubular, cross-section. In variations, the support rail 5 can also have an open cross-section. The same applies to the base element 30, whereby the sliding frame 28 and the motor unit 29 are then not received in the base element 30, but are arranged on or in some other way on the base element 30.
[0065] In this embodiment, the pusher elements 17 are pivotally mounted so that, when the motor unit 29 retracts, they do not get caught on an obstacle, in particular the suspension head 3, but can pivot (evade) it and slide along it. In variations, this evasion can be achieved in other ways. For example, the pusher elements 17 could fold away laterally or rotate circumferentially when retracting, or the entire latch assembly 31 could rotate away when retracting, or the entire drive unit could be rotatable relative to the support rail 5, so that the pusher elements 17 can, for example, pass through the opening 23 in the frame 20 of the suspension heads 3 when retracting. This also allows the drive unit 16 to be deactivated.
[0066] In the exemplary embodiment, a single drive device 16 is provided at one end of the support rail 5. In an extended embodiment of the formwork system, a second drive device 16 can be arranged at the opposite end of the support rail 5 with the reverse feed direction V, in order to move the supporting structure 6 in both directions along the reference edge 2. In this case, it is advantageous if the currently unused drive device 16 can be deactivated (e.g., by locking bolts 40 or other means) so that its push-off elements 17 cannot remain attached to the suspension heads 3.
[0067] In this exemplary embodiment, the frame 20 of the suspension heads 3 is designed to engage the support rail 5 in a C-shape or claw-like manner, so that the support rail 5 is guided within the rail receiving space 23 formed by the frame 20. This is also a purely exemplary configuration. Suspension heads are also known in which a support rail is engaged, such that the support rail runs and is guided outside or partially outside the suspension heads. In connection with the invention, it is only necessary that the support rail serving as the support device has push-off elements that can be moved by a motor unit and engage the suspension heads to further push or pull the supporting structure, and that the suspension heads can pass unhindered during the return movement.
[0068] Alternatively, latches can be mounted on each suspension head, and the drive unit can have a driven drive element, for example in the form of a locking rail with one or more detents in the form of holes, teeth or the like, into which the latch can engage and which can press against the latch when moving in the feed direction, while the latch moves away when the drive element moves backward.
[0069] It should be understood that details of the supporting structure 6, the building body 1, or the suspension heads 3, as well as the specific shape of the support rail 5, are chosen in the described and illustrated embodiment purely as examples to illustrate the principle of the invention and to demonstrate at least one way of implementing the invention. The invention is particularly applicable to any type of support rail cross-section and any corresponding shape of the suspension heads 3 by adapting the method of attachment of, for example, the push-off elements 17, the claw assembly 31, the motor unit 29, or other structural details accordingly.
[0070] In summary, the present invention is characterized by at least one of the following features: • The invention creates an independent drive system by which formwork carriages, especially bottom-moving formwork carriages, can be moved translationally, i.e. in a horizontal direction. • No external drive system (winch or similar) is required. • No special structural elements are required on the building to which the drive can attach (cf. disadvantage of the walking mechanism with clamping device). • The same force is always applied (see disadvantage of winds). • The power of the cylinder or engine unit arrives directly (without delay) and can also be stopped directly. • The displacement path can be controlled very precisely. • The drive engages directly at the suspension head, thus eliminating the need for an additional lifting platform / crane to continuously move the formwork. • Heads can be mounted directly from the supporting structure or the attached work platform. • The invention allows the drive system to be kept very compact. Furthermore, it is protected against dirt, as all moving components are located within the base element.
