Description

Prior ArtThe invention relates to a wiper device which is used in particular for a motor vehicle. The invention relates in particular to the field of passenger cars (cars) and trucks (trucks).DE 198 54 307 A1 discloses a wiper blade for cleaning motor vehicle windows. The known wiper blade comprises a wiper strip held by a support bracket system.Disclosure of the InventionThe wiping device according to the invention having the features of the main claim has the advantage that an improved configuration and mode of operation are made possible. In this case, a simpler construction of a wiper device and / or a simpler replacement of a wiper blade can be made possible. The measures listed in the dependent claims also result in advantageous refinements and improvements of the features specified in the main claim. It is advantageous that the wiper lip has a wiper lip edge which is guided over a pane during operation for wiping, and that the fastening slot is formed on a side of the hollow profile facing the wiper lip edge of the wiper lip. This allows an advantageous fastening in which forces occurring during wiping can be absorbed in an optimized manner. It is advantageous that the wiper lip has a retaining strip connected to the web and that the retaining strip of the wiper lip engages behind one side of the hollow profile at the fastening slot from the inside in the inserted state. This makes it possible to achieve a positive fit that ensures reliable fastening over the service life.It is advantageous that an end piece is provided which can be detachably connected at least indirectly to the holding body, and that the end piece connected to the holding body secures the wiper lip in the inserted state in the hollow profile against moving out along the longitudinal extension. The end piece can allow reliable fastening even with a simple configuration of the wiper lip. Simple replacement by a user can be made possible. It is advantageous that the end piece can be connected at least indirectly to the retaining body by means of a latching connection. As a result, a connection mechanism that can be operated easily and intuitively can be realized. It is advantageous that the holding device is designed as a wiper arm, that the holding body of the wiper arm is formed at least substantially by the hollow profile, and that the end piece can be detachably connected to the end of the hollow profile. Thus, in the case of a wiper arm, a wiper lip can be mounted in a simple manner, which wiper lip can be exchanged in a simple manner by a user. However, another configuration of the wiping device is also possible. In particular, a configuration can be realized which corresponds to a flat-bow wiper. It is advantageous that the at least one holding body has an at least substantially closed receiving profile, that the holding device has at least one spring leaf which extends at least substantially over the longitudinal extent through the receiving profile, and that a connecting piece which is preferably fixedly connected to the spring leaf is provided at the end of the hollow profile and to which the end piece can be detachably connected. By means of one or more holding bodies, a configuration corresponding to a flat-bow wiper can be realized. In this case, simple replacement of the wiper lip can be made possible. It is advantageous that the wiper lip has a retaining strip connected to the web, that at least one recess is provided on the retaining strip, and that the end piece engages in the recess of the retaining strip of the wiper lip. A positive fit can thereby be realized. In this way, in particular a connection which is in principle releasable between the wiper lip and the end piece can be realized, so that a user can separate the end piece from the wiper lip, for example in the disassembled state of the wiper lip, and then optionally reuse the end piece. In addition, dismantling or pulling out of the wiper lip can be facilitated. In a modified embodiment, additionally or alternatively, a different connection between the end piece and the wiper lip is also possible. For example, the wiper lip can also be chemically connected to the end piece, in particular by adhesive bonding. It is advantageous that at least one recess of the retaining strip is provided on a longitudinal side of the wiper lip and that a projection is formed on the end piece, which projection engages in the recess of the retaining strip provided on the longitudinal side. This allows reliable positive locking to be achieved, with the space requirement being low.It is advantageous that at least one recess of the retaining strip extends from a first longitudinal side of the wiper lip to a second longitudinal side of the wiper lip, and that a rib is formed on a side of the end piece facing the wiper lip, which rib engages in the recess extending from the first longitudinal side to the second longitudinal side. This allows reliable positive locking to be achieved, with the space requirement being low.It is advantageous that the wiper lip and the end piece are not connected to one another. In this embodiment, the assembled end piece can only block the wiper lip. The wiper lip can be mounted with play, so that a certain amount of movement to and fro between end stops is possible, or can be mounted without substantial play.Depending on the configuration, one or more of the following features and advantages can be realized. In one possible embodiment, a wiper arm can be realized with a wiper lip that can be easily replaced. In this case, at least three and optionally also exactly three components can be provided: a wiper arm which realizes the basic structure and which can be connected to a shaft of an electric motor. A wiper lip, which can be realized in the form of a rubber part or soft plastic part or the like. And an end piece which can assume the function of an end cap and which realizes a fixing of the wiper lip on the wiper arm. The end cap can be released by means of an actuating button. The wiper arm can thus hold the wiper lip, wherein simple removal of the wiper lip and simple replacement of the wiper lip can be possible. The end piece can be arranged as an outer end piece on an outer circular arc of the wiping movement. The wiper arm can preset the movement of the wiper lip via the pane when the latter is driven. The wiper arm can be formed in the region of the wiper lip by a hollow profile. The wiper lip can be fastened to the hollow profile and held over its entire longitudinal extent. In a modified embodiment, the wiper lip can also be fastened or held only in one or more sections. In an advantageous embodiment, the end piece is provided with a release mechanism which enables simple release of the end piece from the wiper arm. For example, an actuating button may be provided on the end piece. In a modified embodiment, such a release mechanism or an actuating button can also be provided on the wiper arm. The end piece and the wiper arm can be pushed into one another in a detachable manner when the end piece is mounted. The wiper lip can be fixed to the end piece in the mounted or inserted state. For this purpose, the end piece can have a projection which engages in a cutout on the wiper lip. This allows fixing of the wiper lip along the longitudinal extent. Here, the wiper lip can be replaced easily by a user.In a modified embodiment, the wiper lip cannot be connected to the end piece in the inserted state. In this case, a clearance along the longitudinal extent may or may not be predetermined when the wiper lip is mounted. The end piece can support or fix the wiper lip transversely to the longitudinal extent in addition to the wiper arm when a wiping movement takes place. Furthermore, the end piece ensures captive retention.A further embodiment can be effected in accordance with a flat bow wiper, wherein an exchangeable wiper lip is provided. In this case, instead of an end cap, a combination of an end piece and a connecting piece can be provided, which can simplify an exchange of the wiper lip. The connecting piece can be mounted in a fixed position on the holding body and ensure the connection to the end piece. The end piece can be firmly connected to the wiper lip. A releasable connection can be realized between the connecting piece and the end piece.Means for securing, releasing and replacing the end piece may be provided on the connector. This can simplify the configuration of the end piece, which is optionally changed together with the wiper lip.A spring blade can ensure the stability of the wiper device. The term "spring blade" is to be understood here in general and also includes configurations in which the spring blade substantially ensures structural stability during wiping in order to guide, in particular pull, the wiper lip over a pane in accordance with a wiping movement. The spring blade does not necessarily have to be under a prestress when the wiper device 1 is mounted. The connector may be connected to the spring leaf. The connecting piece can be provided on the inner arc or on the outer arc of the wiping movement. The connector may include means for connecting to the end piece and a release mechanism that enables the connection to the end piece to be released. A latching connection can be provided here. The fixing of the wiper lip can take place via the end piece when the latter is connected to the connecting piece. In this case, the end piece can be connected to the wiper lip.The end piece can also not be connected to the wiper lip. Then, the end piece, when connected to the connecting piece, can block a displacement of the wiper lip along its extension. The end piece may have a protrusion that engages a cutout on the wiper lip. As a result, the wiper lip can be changed independently of the end piece. However, the end piece can also be firmly connected to the wiper lip, so that it is changed with the wiper lip.The end piece can have a receiving profile which serves to receive the wiper lip and supports it during a wiping movement in the region of the end piece. The holding device can have a wind spoiler. The holding device can have one or more holding bodies which can be formed by extrusion. Depending on the configuration, the spring leaf can be guided through the one or more retaining bodies, so that the required stability is ensured. The holding body can then hold both the spring blade and the wiper lip. This applies accordingly to a plurality of holding bodies.Brief Description of the DrawingsPreferred exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail in the following description with reference to the attached drawings, in which corresponding elements are provided with corresponding reference numerals.
