Description

The present invention relates to a comminution device provided for comminution of comminuted material. The comminution device has a comminution roller which comprises comminution tools on its outer surface. The comminution roller interacts with a counter comb of the comminution device. The counter comb comprises counter comminution tools which interact with the comminution tools for comminution of the feed material. Below the comminution roller, a screen element is arranged. The screen element has a plurality of screen openings. The screening element is provided for screening the comminuted feed material. In the prior art, comminution devices of the aforementioned type are known. It is thus known to mount the screen basket on the machine frame independently of the counter comb, the counter comb also being mounted rigidly on the machine frame. In practice, however, this embodiment usually has the problem that feed material wedges itself in the region of the counter comb, so that the comminution roller can no longer rotate any further. The comminution of the feed material is namely achieved by the comminution tools being guided through the gaps formed between the countercomminuting tools. However, if feed material has become wedged in this gap or a gap, the comminution roller in particular can no longer rotate any further and / or a high torque acts on the drive device of the comminution roller. This ultimately leads to a so-called overload situation or to load peaks. Overload cases of this type can lead to damage to the comminution device, but at least to high closure of the comminution device and to high fuel consumption. If no emergency shutdown of the machine or of the comminution device is provided, severe damage to the comminution device can also occur in such an overload situation. In order to solve the aforementioned problems, it is known in the prior art to provide a counter comb pivotably mounted on the machine frame. In this embodiment, screen elements can be arranged on the counter comb, so that the screen elements can be pivoted with the counter comb. This embodiment is disclosed, for example, in the publications DE 20 2015 003 527 U1 and DE 20 2018 000 803 U1.A disadvantage of the embodiments of the comminution device disclosed in DE 20 2015 003 527 U1 and DE 20 2018 000 803 U1 is that the screen gap or the screen openings formed between screen elements, the boundary grain or the grain separation size, respectively, cannot be restricted or can only be predefined in certain ranges. Certain applications, however, require a defined boundary grain which can be made possible with the known embodiments of the screen elements. However, it is advantageous in the embodiments of the comminution device disclosed in DE 20 2015 003 527 U1 and DE 20 20 201 18 000 803 U1 that severe machine damage in the event of overload can be prevented on account of the enabled yielding behavior of the opposing comb. If the object material is wedged between the counter-comminution tools, which might possibly prevent the rotation of the comminution roller, this keyed material can be released or loosened by the permitted pivoting movement and, if necessary, be fed again to the comminution. This leads to lower wear and to a lower energy requirement, in particular fuel consumption, when using the comminution device. However, a certain feed material, in particular elongated, thin feed material, cannot be comminuted with the desired limit grain size by the known comminution process.WO 2014 / 153288 A2 relates generally to machines for comminution of various materials, in particular those which are produced in a break-down process for buildings, with the result that these materials can be transported more easily from a break-down point.DE 10 2009 060 523 A1 relates to a comminution device comprising a drive device which drives at least one rotor which has comminution tools on its circumference which, for comminution of comminution material, such as waste and / or production residues, cooperate with at least one counter-knife device which is arranged in a fixed manner with respect to the machine housing thereof during the comminution operation of the device.DE 93 05 840 U1 relates to a comminution machine for waste, comprising a striking mechanism which rotates in a housing and to which the material to be comminuted can be fed, a baffle plate which interacts with the rotating striking mechanism and is arranged above the striking mechanism, and a post-comminution which follows the baffle plate in the direction of rotation of the striking mechanism and covers a rear opening of the housing. It is now the object of the present invention to avoid or at least substantially reduce the aforementioned disadvantages of the prior art.The aforementioned object is achieved by a comminution device according to claim 1. The dependent claims form preferred embodiments of the comminution device according to the invention. The comminution device according to the invention is provided for comminution of feed material. The comminution device comprises a comminution roller. The comminution roller has comminution tools on its outer surface. The comminution tools are arranged in particular spaced apart on the outer surface of the comminution roller. In particular, comminution tools are arranged circumferentially around the entire comminution roller. The comminution tools can be referred to in particular as knives or teeth and ultimately serve for comminution of the feed material. According to the invention, the comminution device further comprises a counter comb. The counter comb is designed to cooperate with the comminution roller. For this purpose, the counter comb comprises counter comminution tools which interact with the comminution tools for comminution of the feed material and are preferably referred to as comb teeth. An interaction between the counter-comminution tools and the comminution tools takes place in particular in such a way that the comminution tools are guided into the gaps formed between the counter-comminution tools. The comminution roller rotates, whereas the counter comb can be arranged pivotably, but is not coupled to the rotational movement of the comminution roller in the pivoting movement. By rotating the comminution roller relative to the counter comb, comminution of the feed material can then take place. The comminution device further comprises a sieve element, which is arranged below the comminution roller and has a multiplicity of sieve openings, for sieving comminuted feed material. The screen element can be designed in particular to the effect that not sufficiently comminuted feed material is fed again to the comminution and can therefore be raised again by the comminution tools which rotate together with the comminution roller and can be fed again to the comminution gap between the comminution tools and the countercomminuting tools for comminution.According to the invention, the counter comb is mounted pivotably on the machine frame. A bearing which can be pivoted on the machine frame is provided in particular for avoiding high moments acting on the comminution device, in particular when object is wedged between the countercommineration tools and the comminution tools. Thus, a pivotable mounting can lead to a reduction of the required fuel and to less wear in the use state. A pivoting behavior of the counter comb adapted to the respective load situation can preferably be provided. For pivoting, an adjusting device can be provided. In this context, the counter comb can be adjustable and / or adjustable in the direction of the comminution roller by means of an adjusting device. The adjusting device can preferably be designed for pivotable mounting. By means of the adjusting device, the counter comb can ultimately be mounted on the machine frame in a resilient and / or movable manner. In the event of a high load acting on the counter comb, in particular due to a wedging of the feed material, the actuating device can then be designed to remove the counter comb from the comminution roller. As soon as this moment or this force has no longer acted on the counter comb, the adjusting device can again be configured such that the counter comb can be adjusted again to the comminution roller.Furthermore, the screen element is mounted on the machine frame and separately from the counter comb.A mounting independent of the counter comb has the advantage that in the event of an outward movement of the counter comb, which can be caused, for example, in the event of a load peak, the screen basket does not have to also outward. Screening of the comminuted feed material can thus be ensured even at load peaks. A load peak prevails in particular when there is a particularly large amount for comminution of the material in the comminution chamber. If the screen basket were to yield together with the counter comb, the cleaning effect on the screen mesh would decrease due to an increased distance between the rotating comminution tools and the screen surface. As a result, the screen basket could become clogged with the material, so that the active screen surface is reduced and a blockage can arise in the comminution device. In addition, the plurality of screen openings can in particular preset a defined grain size of the separating grain separated by the screen element, in particular depending on the geometry of the openings. The screen openings of the screen element can in particular be configured identically or differently. The loads from the comminution process that can be absorbed by the actuating device and that act on the screen basket can also be reduced in that the actuating device has only to position the counter comb and not the counter comb and the screen element on the comminution roller. This ultimately also leads in particular to a reduced energy consumption during operation of the actuating device and / or to a lower temperature in the actuating device, in particular in the hydraulic cylinder, by means of an avoided heating of the actuating device. The separate mounting according to the invention thus ensures a low weight of the comminution device and a simple arrangement of the screen element. The forces acting on the screen element can be delivered in particular directly to the machine frame and load and wear in particular not additionally the counter comb, so that a long-term use of the counter comb can preferably be ensured. As a result of the pivotable arrangement of the counter comb on the machine frame, reduced load peaks can consequently be achieved and, in particular, an overload situation which could lead to damage to the comminution device can be avoided. The wear of the counter comb can thus be reduced. The pivotable arrangement of the counter comb can moreover reduce the energy consumption of the entire comminution device in comparison with comminution devices known from the prior art. As has been described above, the separately mounted screen element enables a reduced weight for the comminution device and a cost-effective production of the comminution device, since ultimately the counter comb can be mounted in the comminution device independently of the screen element. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that the screen element is mounted on the machine frame independently of the pivoting movement of the counter comb carried out as required and / or that the screen element is unconnected to the counter comb.Furthermore, it is particularly preferred if the screen element is rigidly mounted on the machine frame.Furthermore, in a further preferred embodiment of the inventive concept, it is provided that a clear safety distance is present between an outer edge of the screen element facing the counter comb and the counter comb.It is preferred that the screen element is mounted on the machine frame and / or the safety distance is designed such that, in the case of maximum pivoting movement of the counter comb in the direction of the screen element, the counter comb is prevented from striking the screen element.Preferably, it is provided that the screen element has an, in particular bent, screen plate and / or a screen basket. It is particularly preferably provided that the screen element, the screen plate and / or the screen basket is formed to be bent at least in regions and is formed in particular to correspond and / or be adapted to the outer envelope curve of the comminution roller at least in regions and / or that the screen element surrounds and / or comprises the comminution roller at least partially.According to the invention, it is provided that on the counter comb below the counter comminution tools, facing the screen element, a guide device is provided for discharging comminuted feed material and in particular for discharging comminuted feed material onto the screen element.Furthermore, in a further preferred embodiment of the inventive concept, it is provided that the guide device extends substantially in the direction of the axis of rotation of the comminution roller and / or in the longitudinal direction of the counter comb and extends in particular at least substantially over the entire length of the comminution roller and / or of the counter comb.In a particularly preferred embodiment of the comminution device according to the invention, it is provided that the guide device has at least one stop wall arranged between two adjacent counter comminution tools, in particular wherein the stop wall is arranged directly below the counter comminution tools and / or in particular wherein a stop wall is provided in each case between two adjacent counter comminution tools and / or in particular wherein the length of the stop wall is less than the length of at least one directly adjacent counter comminution tool. The guide device has in particular been designed such that the material transfer to the screen element can be improved and can in particular take place without a disturbance. FIG. 15, on the other hand, again shows the schematic structure of a comminution device 1 according to the invention. The comminution device 1 illustrated in FIG. 1 is provided for comminution of feed material 2. The comminution device 1 has a comminution roller 6, on the outer surface 3 of which comminution tools 4 are arranged. The comminution roller 6 is mounted on the machine frame 5, wherein the comminution roller 6 can also be mounted rotatably about an axis of rotation 17. The rotatable mounting of the comminution roller 6 is not shown in more detail in the embodiments shown. The machine frame 5 is also shown only schematically, wherein an outer housing of the machine frame 5 can also be provided, which protects the components arranged in the machine frame 5 from external influences. This has likewise not been illustrated in more detail for reasons of clarity. It is therefore understood that the comminution device 1 can also comprise further components, such as, for example, an outer housing or the bearing of the comminution roller 6, which are not shown in more detail in the figures, however.Furthermore, the machine frame 5 can also comprise a plurality of walls, wherein the figures shown show only a rear end wall 32 and side walls 28, 29. The end wall 32 and / or at least one side wall 28, 29 can be designed as a standing wall and thus in particular be arranged such that it cannot move. If necessary, however, removable or movable components of the machine frame 5 can also be provided. In this context, it is understood that in particular only the essential components of the machine frame 5 are shown in the figures, so that the machine frame 5 can also comprise further components. The comminution roller 6 is mounted in particular on the end wall 32. If necessary, a further end wall can also be provided, which is opposite the end wall 32, on which in particular the comminution roller 6 can also or alternatively be mounted. However, this has not been shown in more detail in the figures in order to explain the mode of operation of the screen element 10.The comminution device 1 illustrated in FIG. 1 additionally has a counter comb 8 for cooperation with the comminution roller 6. The counter comb 8 comprises counter comminution tools 7 which cooperate with the comminution tools 4 for comminution of the feed material 2. Comminution can be effected in such a way that comminution tools 4 are guided between the countercomminuting tools 7, namely in particular when the comminution roller 6 is rotated. A gap 36 is thus provided between adjacent countercomminuting tools 7, which gap can be passed through by the comminution tool 4 in each case for comminution of the feed material. This gap 36 is schematically shown in FIG. 4. In this context, it is understood that, when the comminution roller 6 is rotated, not all gaps 36 have to be traversed at a moment by comminution tools 4. In particular, the comminution tools 4 can be arranged spaced apart around the circumference of the comminution roller 6 on the outer surface 3, with the result that different gaps 36 are optionally passed through one after the other by the comminution tools 4. The comminution roller 6 is furthermore rotatably driven, so that comminution of the feed material 2 can also be achieved. The feedstock 2 is schematically illustrated in FIG. 1. FIGS. 2 and 3 show the comminution device 1 illustrated in FIG. 1 without feed material 2.The comminution device 1 comprises a screening element 10 arranged below the comminution roller 6 for screening comminuted feed material 2. The screen element 10 has a plurality of screen openings 9. The screen openings 9 can be of identical construction or of different design. FIG. 2 shows a screen element 10 which comprises a plurality of screen openings 9 of at least substantially identical construction. The counter comb 8 can be mounted pivotably on the machine frame 5 and can be adjusted in the direction of the comminution roller 6 by means of an adjusting device 11, as FIGS. 1 to 3 show schematically. The adjusting device 11 can also be seen in FIG. 15. The adjusting device 11 can be designed in such a way that, in the event of forces acting on the counter comb 8 being too high, the counter comb 8 is caused to pivot away from the comminution roller 6, so that the distance between the counter comminution tools 7 and the comminution tools 4 can be increased. This is effected in particular when feed material 2 has become wedged in a gap 36 and in particular a rotation of the comminution roller 6 is blocked. After the blocking has been released, the adjusting device 11 can in particular again adjust the counter comb 8 to the comminution roller 6. The adjusting device 11 can consequently ensure the pivotable mounting of the counter comb 8 on the machine frame 5. The pivot axis 46 of the counter comb 8 is also illustrated in particular in FIG. 15.FIG. 15 further shows that the screen element 10 is likewise mounted on the machine frame 5 and separately from the counter comb 8, which is also illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3.A separate mounting of the screen element 10 from the counter comb 8 is to be understood such that the screen element 10 is in particular unconnected to the counter comb 8 or is not arranged directly on the counter comb 8. An at most indirect arrangement of the screen element 10 on the counter comb 8 can be achieved via the machine frame 5.The support of the screen element 10 can also be provided on the machine frame 5 independently of the pivoting movement of the counter comb 8 carried out as required. Such an independent mounting is also shown in FIG. 15. FIG. 15 shows that the screen element 10 is mounted on the side wall 28, on which the counter comb 8 is also mounted. However, the mounting of the counter comb 8 is independent of the mounting of the screen element 10. If, for example, a flap 37 is used for pivoting open the counter comb 8, then an actuation of the screen element 10 can also take place for pivoting open the flap 37, as will be described below. However, in the use state it is still provided that the forces acting on the counter comb 8 do not act on the screen element 10.In the embodiments of the comminution device 1 illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 15, the screen element 10 is rigidly mounted on the machine frame 5, whereas the counter comb 8 is pivotably mounted on the machine frame 5. It is understood that in further embodiments, which are not shown in detail, the screen element 10 can also be mounted pivotably on the machine frame 5. In particular, in further embodiments, the screen element 10 can be mounted movably and / or resiliently with a spring device. The spring device can act on the screen element 10 at different points. The resilient mounting will be discussed in more detail below.FIG. 3 shows a clear safety distance 12 between the counter comb 8 and the outer or outermost edge 13 of the screen element 10 facing the counter comb 8. This clear distance 12 can be designed to be variable in the state of use on account of the pivoting movement of the counter comb 8, but is designed in particular such that a distance 12 is always present, such that in particular a formation of the arrangement of the screen element 10 in relation to the counter comb 8 without disturbing edges can be achieved. Thus, the screen element 10 can be mounted on the machine frame 5 and / or the safety clearance 12 can be designed such that, in the case of maximum pivoting movement of the counter comb 8 in the direction of the screen element 10, the counter comb 8 is prevented from striking the screen element 10, which is also shown schematically in FIG. 13, but also in the further figures. The screen element 10 can have a screen plate 14, which is not shown in detail, or a screen basket 15, as shown in FIG. 5. The screen basket 15 can also have a curved section, as FIG. 5 illustrates, but also FIG. 2.In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the screen basket 15 is formed as a coherent component, in particular as a one-piece component, with the screen openings 9. In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the screen openings 9 are in particular configured in the shape of honeycombs. Other designs of the screen openings 9 are however also possible. A honeycomb structure of the screen openings 9 enables optimum removal of the comminuted feed material 2, in particular without the feed material 2 being able to wedge in the screen openings 9. The honeycomb structure thus enables in particular a wear-resistant design of the screen basket 15.FIG. 2 shows that the screen element 10 and also the screen basket 15 are designed to be curved at least in regions. The bending of the screen basket 15 can be designed, in particular, at least in regions corresponding and / or adapted to the outer envelope curve of the comminution roller 6. Thus, the bent section of the screen basket 15 or of the screen element 10 can in particular follow the outer envelope curve of the comminution roller 6 and be arranged at least in regions below the comminution roller 6, such that the screen element 10 can at least partially surround and / or surround the comminution roller 6 in the lower region of the comminution roller 6, as is also shown schematically in FIG. 8.For improved ejection of the comminuted feed material 2, a guide device 16 can be provided on the counter comb 8, which is shown in FIG. 2 and in more detail in FIG. 15. The guide device 16 as such is shown in FIG. 12 in a schematic perspective illustration. The guide device 16 can be arranged below the counter-comminution tools 7, as shown in FIG. 15. The guide device 16 can furthermore face the screen element 10 and be arranged or mounted on a comb strip 35 on which the counter-comminution tools 7 can also be arranged. The guide device 16 can be provided for discharging comminuted feed material 2 and in particular for discharging comminuted feed material 2 onto the screen element 10.For this purpose, the guide device 16 can have an optimized shape. The counter-comminution tools 7 can be connected to the comb strip 35 via bearing bodies 24, or each counter-comminution tool 7 can be arranged on a bearing body 24, which is connected to the counter comb 8 and / or the comb strip 35 of the counter comb 8, as FIG. 7 shows in detail. The guide device 16 can be arranged in such a way that it is interrupted by the bearing bodies 24 and has corresponding openings for this purpose, as FIG. 12 shows, but also FIG. 15.The guide device 16 can extend in particular substantially in the direction of the axis of rotation 17 of the comminution roller 6 or in the longitudinal direction of the counter comb 8. In particular, the guide device can extend at least substantially over the entire length of the comminution roller 6 and / or over the entire length of the counter comb 8, as is schematically illustrated in FIG. 11. However, the guide device 16 can also extend only over a portion of the length of the comminution roller 6 or of the counter comb 8, which is not illustrated in detail, but can be provided for further embodiments. The guide device 16 can have at least one stop wall 18 arranged between two adjacent counter-comminution tools 7, as shown in FIG. 11. FIG. 12 shows that a plurality of stop walls 18 are provided. In particular, a stop wall 18 can be arranged between two adjacent counter-comminution tools 7. The stop wall 18 can be arranged directly below the counter-comminution tools 7. In particular, the counter-comminution tools 7 project beyond the stop wall 18 or project beyond it, as is also illustrated in FIG. 14. The length 19 of the stop wall 18 can therefore be less than the length 20 of the adjacent counter-comminution tool 7, which is illustrated in FIG. 13. The length 19 of the stop wall 18 can be in particular the length running parallel to the length 20 of the counter-comminution tool 7.FIG. 12 shows that the stop wall 18 has a first section 21 arranged on the counter comb 8, which is illustrated in detail in FIG. 7. A second section 22 can adjoin the first section 21. An angle α may be provided between the first and the second section 21, 22, which may be between 100° and 170°, in particular between 135° and 150°, as shown in FIG. 12.The guide device 16 can furthermore have a third section 23 adjoining the second section 22 of the stop wall 18, as is illustrated in detail in FIG. 12. In this case, the third section 23 can be arranged on a plurality of second sections 22, as FIG. 12 likewise shows. Between the second section 22 or at least one second section 22 and the third section 23, an angle γ can be provided, which can be between 85° and 95° in the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 12. Due to the angular arrangement of the sections 22, 23 of the guide device 16 with respect to one another, an optimized discharge of the comminuted feed material 2 to the screen element 10 can take place. Thus, in particular, feed material 2 impinging on the first or the second section 21, 22 can be delivered optimally to the screen element 10 by the oblique orientation of the sections 21, 22, as shown in FIG. 14. In particular, no feed material 2 impinges on the third section 23, this section 23 serving in particular as a protection against the penetration of comminution material in the storage region of the counter-comminution tools 7.FIG. 12 further shows that the corners provided between the first and second sections 21, 22 and the second and third sections 22, 23 are in particular rounded. In this context, the angles α and γ refer in particular to the straight and non-rounded areas of the respective portions 21, 22, 23.In addition to a bent section, the screen element 10, in particular the screen basket 15 and / or the screen block 14, can have a straight end section 25, as is schematically illustrated in FIG. 9. The end section 25 can have an at least substantially straight outer boundary edge 26, which is schematically illustrated in FIG. 6.Below the end section 25 a wall 27 can be arranged, as FIG. 6 also shows. The wall 27 is in particular straight. The wall 27 can be arranged set back with respect to the outer boundary edge 26 and can thus be arranged further from the counter comb 8 than the outer boundary edge 26, as FIG. 6 likewise shows. An angle δ between 80° and 110° can be provided between the end section 25 and the wall 27, wherein an at least substantially right angle δ is illustrated in FIG. 6.FIG. 3 shows that the screen element 10 is mounted on at least two side walls 28, 29, in particular on at least two mutually opposite side walls 28, 29, of the machine frame 5. In addition, the screen element 10 can additionally be mounted on the end wall 32 of the machine frame 5, in particular in a force-fit and / or form-fit manner. A bearing arrangement in this respect is not shown in detail in FIGS. 1 to 15. A bearing section 33 bprovided for this purpose is shown, however, in FIG. 14, which also shows a corresponding connecting means for connecting to the end wall 32.FIG. 14 further shows that a support means 30 is provided for supporting the screen element 10. As FIG. 2 shows, this support means 30 can be mounted on a first side wall 28. The support means 30 can thus be arranged on the first side wall 28 and on the screen element 10.In FIG. 13 and in FIG. 14, it is further shown that the support means 30 has a bracket 31 which is connected to the first side wall 28 and / or the screen element 10 in a force-fitting and / or form-fitting and / or firmly bonded manner. In FIG. 14, a force-fit and / or form-fit connection of the bracket 31 to the side wall 28 is provided, which is not shown in more detail in FIG. 14, but can be seen from FIG. 2. FIG. 2 further shows that the support element 30 and / or the bracket 31 is or are formed or connected to a first bearing section 33 ain particular in a materially bonded or one-piece manner. Thus, the screen element 10 can be mounted with at least one bearing section 33 a, 33 barranged at least in regions below the screen basket 15 and / or the screen plate 14 for mounting the screen element 10 on the machine frame 5. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 14, two bearing portions 33 aand 33 bare provided. The first bearing section 33 afunctions for connection to the support means 30, whereas the further bearing section 33 bis provided for bearing on the end wall 32. The bearing sections 33 a, 33 bmay be connected to the machine frame 5 in a form-fitting, force-fitting and / or materially integral manner directly or indirectly. FIGS. 13 and 14 show that the respective bearing section 33 a, 33 bis formed in a curved manner. The bend can be formed in particular corresponding to the bent section of the screen basket 15 and / or the screen plate 14, as FIG. 14 shows. FIG. 14 shows that the bearing sections 33 a, 33 bare ultimately designed in particular as cross struts which directly adjoin the underside of the screen basket 15 or are arranged thereon. The bearing sections 33 a, 33 bmay also be arranged on the straight end section 25, in particular in addition to being arranged on a region of the bent section of the screen basket 15 or of the screen plate 14, as FIGS. 1 to 15 also show.FIG. 2 further shows that the first bearing portion 33 acan be connected in addition to a further side wall 29, that is to say can be arranged and mounted both indirectly via the support means 30 on the first side wall 28 and additionally in particular via a bolt connection 38 on the further side wall 29. Thus, an optimized support of the screen basket 15 can take place, in particular on two side walls 28, 29, via the bearing section 33 a.As explained above, the further bearing section 33b enables the additional support of the screen element 10 on the end wall 32 of the machine frame 5.FIG. 14 shows that the first bearing section 33 a, but also the further bearing section 33 b, is connected to the wall 27 or adjoins this wall 27. In particular, the wall 27 can engage at least in regions in the respective bearing section 33 a, 33 b.As explained above, the adjusting device 11 shown in FIG. 2 can have at least one hydraulic cylinder 34 for pivoting the counter comb 8.The support means 30 shown in FIG. 14 can, if necessary, cooperate with a spring device, not shown in detail, and / or be arranged on the spring device, in particular if a resilient arrangement of the screen element 10 on the machine frame 5 is to be realized.FIG. 15 shows that the counter comb 8 is mounted on the first side wall 28. As explained above, the screen element 10 can also be mounted on this first side wall 28, which is also shown in FIG. 15.FIG. 1 shows that the first and the further side wall 28, 29 are the longitudinal sides of the machine frame 5. The longitudinal sides of the machine frame 5 extend in particular at least substantially in the direction of the axis of rotation 17 of the comminution roller 6, or the first and further side walls 28, 29 extend with their respective longitudinal extent in particular in the longitudinal direction of the axis of rotation 17 of the comminution roller 6.As has been explained above, the screen element 10, in particular via the first bearing section 33 a, can be mounted on a further side wall 29 in addition to being mounted on the first side wall 28-wherein a corresponding connecting device can be provided for this purpose. FIG. 3 shows that a bolt connection 38 can be provided for this purpose. The bearing sections 33 a, 33 bmay be formed integrally with the screen basket 15 and, if necessary, integrally with the screen plate 14 in further embodiments not shown. However, a multipart design of the screen element 10 can also be provided, so that the at least one bearing section 33 a, 33 bis connected in a positive and / or non-positive manner to the screen basket 15 or, if necessary, to the screen plate 14.The spring device, not shown in detail, can also be arranged on the machine frame 5 for the resilient mounting of the screen element 10 on the machine frame 5 and can serve in particular for receiving the screen element 10, the screen plate 14 and / or the screen basket 15. In this case, in further embodiments, the spring device can have at least one mechanical and / or hydraulic spring for the resilient mounting of the screen element 10.FIGS. 16 to 20 show a further embodiment of the comminution device 1, in which, in the state of use or in the comminution process, a rigid mounting of the screen element 10 and of the screen basket 15 on the machine frame 5 is likewise provided, but for maintenance purposes a pivotability of the screen element 10 is provided. This is achieved by the presence of a pivotable flap 37, as shown in FIG. 16. The counter comb 8 and the screen element 10 can be mounted at least in regions on the flap 37. The flap 37 can be arranged on the first side wall 28 and, if necessary, form the first side wall 28 in further embodiments. The support of the screen element 10 on the flap 37 is achieved in a special manner so that in the use state-i.e. in the state in which the comminution device 1 is used for comminution of feed material 2-no forces are exerted on the screen element 10 by the counter comb 8 and the forces exerted on the screen element 10 are transferred directly into the machine frame 5 and not into the counter comb 8. For this purpose, a coupling as required is thus provided between the counter comb 8 and the screen element 10.In the preferred embodiments shown in FIGS. 16 to 20, it is now provided that a receiving rail 45 is provided for supporting the screen element 10 in the use state. In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 16, the receiving rail 45 is provided on the end wall 32. It is not shown in more detail that the receiving rail 45 can, if necessary and / or alternatively, also be arranged on the further side wall 29 and / or on a further end wall opposite the end wall 32.The receiving rail 45 can be designed such that it serves directly to support the screen element 10 in the state of use. When the flap 37 is pivoted open, the screen element 10 can then in particular be displaced relative to the receiving rail 45, which makes a comparison of FIGS. 16 and 19 clear. Figs. 16 to 18 show the closed state of the lid 37, whereas Figs. 19 and 20 show the opened state of the lid 37. FIG. 20 is a schematic perspective detailed view of the arrangement of the bearing section 33 bon the mating comb 8. FIG. 17 also shows in detail the receiving rail 45 and the relevant support of the screen element 10 in the closed state of the flap 37 and thus in the state of use.FIG. 17 thus shows that at least one bearing section 33 bis matched to at least one receiving rail 45 in the use state. In this case, the screen element 10 can be connected positively to the receiving rail 45, in particular in the use state, preferably via the bearing section 33 b, as FIG. 17 shows. The positive connection acts in the direction of the gravitational force and is thus provided for supporting the screen element 10. This positive engagement can be released by moving the flap 37 and thus lead to the sieve element 10 being pivoted open, as shown in FIG. 19. Such a pivoted-open state is particularly expedient in particular for replacing the screen element 10 or for maintenance purposes.A connecting piece 39 can be provided on the screen element 10, as shown in FIGS. 16 to 18. The connecting piece 39 can be arranged in particular on the bearing section 33 bof the screen element 10. In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 16, the connecting piece 39 is designed as a tab with an engagement opening 40 that is accessible from the outside. The connecting piece 39 serves for coupling to the counter comb 8 when opening the flap 37, in particular wherein the connecting piece 39 shows the engagement opening 40 for an engagement means 41, in particular a bolt, of the counter comb 8. The engagement means 41 is shown in detail in Fig. 18.In the arrangement shown in FIGS. 16 to 18, the engagement means 41 does not act any forces on the engagement opening 40 and in particular does not strike the engagement opening 40 directly. However, for opening the flap 37, a transmission of the movement of the counter comb 8, which is ultimately achieved by pivoting the flap 37, can take place via the engagement means 41 to the connecting piece 39, which is also illustrated in detail in FIG. 20. FIG. 20 shows that ultimately, by means of a bolt connection provided on the mating comb 8, namely by the interaction between the engagement opening 40 and the engagement means 41, an engagement into the connecting piece 39 takes place via the bolt (the engagement means 41) and, by means of a corresponding interaction with the engagement opening 40, the movement required for pivoting the flap 37 open can also be transmitted to the screen element 10.In this case, the engagement opening 40 and the engagement means 41 are designed according to the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 16 to 20 in such a way that the mating comb 8 is coupled to the screen element 10 for transmitting the pivoting movement of the flap 37 only for opening and closing the flap 37.In the state of use, no direct coupling is provided between counter comb 8 and screen element 10 via connecting piece 39.For fastening the screen element 10 in the state of use, a connecting means 42 can also be provided on the machine frame 5, as is illustrated in FIG. 17. The connecting means 42 can be, in particular, a bolt or a bolt connection. This connection can be introduced and / or realized in particular after the flap 37 has been pivoted by externally protruding operating personnel. The connecting means 42 is arranged in particular at least indirectly on the end wall 32 of the machine frame 5. The connecting means 42 accordingly serves for mounting the at least one bearing section 33 b.For cooperation with the connecting means 42, the bearing section 33 bmay have a further connecting piece 43, in particular a tab, as FIG. 17 likewise shows. The tab or the further connecting piece 43 can then be provided for coupling to the connecting means 42. The further connecting piece 43 can likewise have a further engagement opening 44 for the connecting means 42. In the state of use of the comminution device 1, the connecting means 42 can engage in the further engagement opening 44 for absorbing the forces acting on the screen element 10 and for mounting the screen element 10 and thus additionally mount the screen element 10 on the end wall 32. In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 17, the connecting means 42 is arranged on the receiving rail 45, which is in turn arranged on the end wall 32. Accordingly, the connecting means 42 is also arranged at least indirectly on the end wall 32. Consequently, the connecting means 42 can be arranged on at least one receiving rail 45.In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 16 to 20, the counter comb 8 can furthermore be mounted pivotably. The counter comb 8 can consequently be pivoted about its own pivot axis 46 and also about the pivot axis 47 of the flap 37 when the flap 37 is hinged open. The flap 37 is in particular only hinged open for maintenance purposes. When the flap 37 is open, the screen element 10 can also be connected to the counter comb 8, in particular via external lifting equipment, such as a wheel loader and / or crane. In this case, the screen element 10 can be placed on the open flap 37 and connected to the counter comb 8.FIG. 18 shows that the flap 37 can be actuated via comb cylinders, so that the flap 37 can be closed and the screen element 10 can thus be displaced into its working position. In the working position or in the state of use, the screen element 10 can then be supported in particular by the receiving rail 45. When closing the flap 37, in particular the screen element can be locked in its working position, preferably also by the cooperation between the connecting means 42 and the further connecting piece 43.For removing the screen element 10, the flap 37 can be opened and the screen element 10 can thus be displaced out of its working position. The screen element 10 can then be removed from the comminution device 1 by means of external lifting equipment in the open state of the flap 37.The solution of the comminution device 1 shown in FIGS. 16 to 20 is advantageous because the counter comb 8 can operate during the comminution process without influencing the screen element 10. Only when opening and closing the flap 37 does the counter comb 8 displace the screen element 10. Consequently, assembly in a forced position can be avoided, whereby ergonomic work for the operator can be ensured even during maintenance of the comminution device 1. The flap 37 is thus used for mounting and removing the screen element 10.It is not shown in detail that the height of the receiving rail 45 can be adjusted by eccentric bolts. In particular, a greater or lesser distance from the comminution roller 6 can be set. In particular, a close distance between the comminution tools 4 and the screen element 10 is sought. Ideally, this distance is 1 cm + / - 20%. Thus, optimal cleaning of the screen element 10 by the comminution tools 4 can be achieved. As explained above, it is also provided in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 16 to 20 that the counter comb 8 can move unimpeded as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 15 and can yield in the event of overload. The position of the screen element 10 is not influenced by the movement of the counter comb 8 in the comminution process. This function is achieved in particular by the previously described geometry of the connecting pieces 39, 43 and the relevant engagement means 41 and the connecting means 42. For this purpose, the engagement openings 41, 44 are also not designed closed and are open to the outside and thus allow the engagement means 41 or the connecting means 42 to enter or exit as required. The connecting piece 39 can thus serve for temporary accommodation by the counter comb 8, in particular for opening the flap 37, as shown in FIG. 20. When the flap 37 is opened, the counter comb 8 can receive the screen element 10 and pull it out of the comminution device 1. It is equally possible for screen element 10 to be inserted when flap 37 is open. Then, in particular, the connecting piece 39, in particular the tab, is connected to the counter comb 8 for locking the screen element 10. The screen element 10 is then introduced into the comminution chamber when the flap 37 is closed. It is not shown in detail that the closing of the flap 37 can simultaneously also lead to an element, not shown in detail, being provided for locking the screen element 10 on the machine frame 5. The screen element 10 is then held in place downwards, in particular by a receiving strip. Upwardly the screen element 10 can be received as previously mentioned, which element can be connected to the flap 37. This embodiment is not shown in detail, however. The forces acting on the screen basket 15 are transmitted via the bearing section 33b into the machine frame 5. The bearing section 33 bmay be formed integrally with the screen basket 15. In further embodiments, the bearing section 33 bmay also be connected to the screen basket 15 via a screw connection. It is shown in FIG. 19 that even when the flap 37 is open, the screen element 10 is connected to the counter comb 8, wherein the screen element 10 is pulled out of the interior of the comminution device 1. In the position, the screen element 10 is furthermore guided and / or supported on the machine frame 5 via the receiving rail 45. This position then makes it possible to replace the screen element 10 as required, in particular to lift it out of the comminution device 1 via a corresponding lifting tool. A crane and / or a wheel loader can serve as the lifting tool.List of reference numbers:1 Comminution device 2 Feed material 3 Outer surface 4 Comminution tools 5 Machine frame 6 Comminution roller 7 Counter comminution tools 8 Counter comb 9 Screen opening 10 Screen element 11 Adjusting device 12 Safety clearance 13 Outer edge 14 Screen plate 15 Screen basket 16 Guide device 17 Axis of rotation 18 Stop wall 19 Length 18 20 Length 7 21 First section 22 Second section 23 Third section 24 Bearing body 25 Straight end section 26 Outer boundary edge 27 Wall 28 First side wall 5 29 Further side wall 5 30 Support means 31 Bracket 30 32 End wall 5 33 aFirst bearing section 10 33 b Bearing section 10 34 Hydraulic cylinders 11 35 Comb strip 8 36 Gap between 7 37 Flap 5 38 Bolt connection 39 Connecting piece 40 Engagement opening 35 41 Engagement means 42 Connecting means 43 Further _connect piece 44 further engagement opening 45 receiving rail 46 pivot axis of 8 47 pivot axis of 37 L longitudinal direction of 8 α angle between 21 and 22 γ angle between 22 and 23 δ angle between 25 and 27
