Description

State of the art

[0001] A cleaning device device having an outer housing unit and a mounting plane, wherein the outer housing unit has a lateral outer wall surface, has already been proposed. Disclosure of the invention

[0002] The invention relates to a cleaning device, in particular a low-pressure cleaner, with an outer housing unit and a mounting plane, wherein the outer housing unit has a lateral outer wall surface.

[0003] It is proposed that the outer housing unit has at least one winding recess formed in the lateral outer wall surface for winding a hose.

[0004] The inventive design of the cleaning device allows for particularly gentle and / or user-friendly winding of the hose onto the outer housing unit. Advantageously, the hose can be wound and / or unwound from the outer housing unit particularly quickly and gently. This allows for a particularly high level of user comfort.

[0005] The cleaning device is preferably designed as a high-pressure cleaner or as a low-pressure cleaner. The low-pressure cleaner is particularly designed to generate a maximum fluid pressure of 25 bar. It is conceivable for the water pressure of the cleaning device to be adjustable. The high-pressure cleaner is particularly designed to generate a fluid pressure of at least 70 bar, preferably at least 80 bar, and more preferably at least 100 bar. “Designed” should be understood to mean, in particular, specially programmed, designed, and / or equipped. The fact that an object is designed for a specific function should be understood to mean, in particular, that the object fulfills and / or executes this specific function in at least one application and / or operating state.

[0006] The cleaning device is preferably designed as a portable cleaning device. A "portable cleaning device" is understood here to mean, in particular, a cleaning device for cleaning objects that can be transported by an operator without the need for a transport machine. The portable cleaning device has, in particular, a mass that is less than 40 kg, preferably less than 10 kg, and particularly preferably less than 5 kg. Alternatively or additionally, it is conceivable for the cleaning device to have means of movement, for example, rollers, wheels, or the like.

[0007] The cleaning device is preferably designed as a cordless, in particular battery-operated, cleaning device. The cleaning device preferably has an energy storage receptacle for receiving an energy storage device, for example a rechargeable battery pack or a battery pack. The energy storage receptacle preferably has an electrical interface for electrical connection to the energy storage device. It is conceivable for the energy storage device to be part of the cleaning device. It is conceivable for the energy storage receptacle to have a closure element, for example a lid, for closing an energy storage receptacle area of the energy storage receptacle for the energy storage device. It is conceivable for the energy storage device to be removably arranged in the energy storage receptacle, preferably without tools, for example for charging and / or replacement or the like.Alternatively, it is conceivable that the energy storage device is integrated into the outer housing unit, in particular by means of a tool or the like, and can be detached from the energy storage receptacle.

[0008] The installation plane is preferably spanned by a plurality of installation points and / or installation surfaces of the cleaning device on a base, in particular when the cleaning device is placed on the base. The installation points and / or installation surfaces can, in particular, be formed at least partially by the outer housing unit. Additionally or alternatively, it is conceivable that at least some of the installation points and / or installation surfaces are defined by a device frame, for example a metal frame or a plastic frame, which preferably supports the outer housing unit.

[0009] The lateral outer wall surface preferably runs transversely, in particular other than parallel, to the installation plane. The lateral outer wall surface can be at least partially flat and / or at least partially curved. The lateral outer wall surface corresponds in particular to an entire lateral outer surface of the outer housing unit in the circumferential direction, which preferably runs in a plane parallel to the installation plane. The outer housing unit preferably has at least one lateral outer wall which defines the lateral outer wall surface. The lateral outer wall surface is preferably defined by four adjacent lateral outer walls of the outer housing unit. The outer housing unit has, for example, a rectangular peripheral shape, in particular when viewed in a direction perpendicular to the installation plane.Alternatively, however, it is also conceivable for the outer housing unit to have a different peripheral shape, for example, a triangular, circular, pentagonal, or similar shape, particularly viewed in the direction perpendicular to the installation plane. The peripheral shape is preferably defined by the lateral outer wall surface. The outer housing unit is preferably cuboid-shaped.

[0010] The winding recess is formed as a depression in the lateral outer wall surface. The winding recess is provided as a winding point for winding up the hose. The winding recess is in particular different from simply receiving a wound-up hose. The winding recess is in particular intended to interact with the hose for winding up the hose. “Intended” should be understood to mean specially set up, specially designed and / or specially equipped. The fact that an object is intended for a specific function should be understood to mean that the object fulfills and / or performs this specific function in at least one application and / or operating state. It is conceivable that a holding element, for example a projection, is arranged on the winding recess to hold the hose. The holding element is preferably provided to hold a final winding of the hose in the winding recess, in particular before a liquid dispensing unit, for example a cleaning gun, of the cleaning device is arranged in a gun receptacle of the cleaning device. The holding element is preferably formed at least partially integrally with the outer housing unit. The holding element is arranged in particular on a side of the winding recess facing away from the installation plane.

[0011] Furthermore, it is proposed that the winding recess is arranged in a corner region of the lateral outer wall surface. Advantageously, the winding recess can be designed to be particularly space-saving. A particularly compact cleaning device with particularly advantageous hose winding properties can be provided. The corner region preferably comprises at least one corner of the outer housing unit, in particular of the outer wall surface. The corner region of the corner on one of the lateral outer walls, which is preferably delimited by the corner, extends from the corner preferably over a maximum of 50%, preferably over a maximum of 25%, particularly preferably over a maximum of 10%, of an entire extent of the respective lateral outer wall, in particular viewed in a direction running parallel to the installation plane. Preferably, a corner of the lateral outer wall surface is arranged between each of the lateral outer walls. In a preferred embodiment, the lateral outer wall surface has four corners, each defining a corner region.

[0012] Furthermore, it is proposed that a region of the lateral outer wall surface between two corner regions of the lateral outer wall surface be designed without winding recesses. Advantageously, an outer housing unit with a particularly spacious interior can be provided. Advantageously, a particularly large liquid tank can be arranged in the outer housing unit and / or a particularly high degree of flexibility in the component arrangement within the outer housing unit can be realized. A particularly high degree of design flexibility can be realized. Preferably, winding recesses are arranged only in the corner regions.

[0013] It is also proposed that one corner of the lateral outer wall surface, in particular the one already mentioned, has only one winding recess. This can advantageously counteract improper winding of the hose. The hose can advantageously be wound up in a particularly compact manner. A particularly high level of user comfort can be achieved. Alternatively, it is conceivable for the at least one corner to have more than one winding recess, in particular spaced apart from one another in a direction perpendicular to the installation plane. The winding recess is preferably provided to accommodate at least one winding of the hose, preferably a plurality of windings of the hose, preferably two windings or three windings, or alternatively more than three windings of the hose.

[0014] It is also proposed that the outer housing unit has an energy storage receptacle, in particular the one already mentioned, wherein the winding recess is arranged at a distance from the energy storage receptacle, in particular with respect to the installation plane. Advantageously, a particularly user-friendly arrangement of the hose on the outer housing unit can be achieved. Any impairment of access to the energy storage receptacle by the hose wound over the at least one winding recess can be counteracted. In particular, the energy storage receptacle is arranged at a distance from the winding recess when viewed in a direction perpendicular to the installation plane. Preferably, the energy storage receptacle is arranged between the installation plane and the winding recess, preferably when viewed in the direction perpendicular to the installation plane.

[0015] It is further proposed that the outer housing unit have a user interface receptacle, which is arranged at a distance from the winding recess, in particular with respect to the installation plane, preferably between the winding recess and a handle area of the cleaning device. Advantageously, a particularly user-friendly arrangement of the hose on the outer housing unit can be achieved. The user interface is preferably part of the cleaning device. The user interface comprises, for example, a display means, in particular a screen or the like, and / or input means, in particular a keypad, a button, a key or the like.

[0016] It is further proposed that the outer housing unit have a hose passage interface for the hose, which defines a hose alignment, in particular a connection and / or coupling axis for the hose, which runs at least substantially parallel to a region of the lateral outer wall surface in which the hose passage interface is arranged. This makes it possible to achieve particularly gentle and / or space-saving hose guidance. Advantageously, a winding direction for the hose can be specified in a particularly simple manner in terms of construction. This makes it particularly easy to operate. “Substantially parallel” can be understood here as an alignment of a direction relative to a reference direction, in particular in a plane, wherein the direction has a deviation from the reference direction of in particular less than 8°, advantageously less than 5° and particularly advantageously less than 2°.The hose passage interface preferably has a passage opening for the hose. The hose is preferably guided through the passage opening and preferably connected in an interior region of the outer housing unit, preferably to the pump. Alternatively, it is conceivable for the hose passage interface to form a connection for the hose. It is conceivable for the hose passage interface to be formed by the passage opening. The passage opening is preferably arranged in the outer wall surface. The passage opening, in particular, defines the hose orientation. Preferably, an opening cross-section of the passage opening runs at least substantially perpendicular to the hose orientation."Substantially perpendicular" can be understood as an alignment of a direction relative to a reference direction, wherein the direction and the reference direction, particularly viewed in a projection plane, enclose an angle of 90°, and the angle has a maximum deviation of, in particular, less than 8°, advantageously less than 5°, and particularly advantageously less than 2°. It is conceivable for the hose passage interface to have a strain relief element, for example, an anti-kink sleeve or the like, which is preferably arranged on the outer housing unit, particularly at the passage opening.

[0017] It is further proposed that the at least one winding recess defines a winding plane that runs at least substantially parallel to the installation plane. Advantageously, a particularly space-saving and particularly unrestricted winding of the hose can be achieved. Preferably, the at least one winding recess is elongated, in particular curved around the corner. A main extension of the winding recess defines, in particular, the winding plane. Alternatively, it is conceivable that the winding plane is defined by the plurality of winding recesses.

[0018] It is also proposed that the outer housing unit have a hose passage interface for the hose, in particular the one already mentioned above, which is arranged in a connecting region between two housing shells of the outer housing unit. Advantageously, particularly simple assembly of the cleaning device can be achieved. Repairs can be carried out particularly easily. A particularly advantageous, in particular gentle and / or safe, arrangement of the hose within the outer housing unit can be achieved. Preferably, the hose passage interface is arranged on one side of the lateral outer wall surface to which the housing shells are connected to one another, preferably abutting one another.
