Abstract

Cooking system (10) with a cooktop unit (1) with a support surface (2) for cookware (100) with several cooking zones (12) and with a control unit (5) with several rotatable knob units (3) for operating each cooking zone (12). The operating states of the cooking zones (12) can be monitored by means of a control unit (11). The knob units (3) can be actively moved by means of a drive unit (4) depending on the operating state of their respective assigned cooking zone (12).
