Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high-voltage battery with cooling system insulation, in which a cooling system connected to an external coolant circulation system is formed in the high-voltage battery by several cooling plates (13) connected to one another by cooling lines and filled with a coolant, in which the high-voltage battery is formed by at least one battery module (10), wherein the at least one battery module comprises a module housing (14), the cooling system, and several energy storage cells (11) to be cooled, in which a respective cooling plate (13) is arranged on an upper edge of each energy storage cell (11).and in which, in an assembly step to bring the components together in the module housing, a thermally insulating element (16) is pressed between the module top and the cooling plates (13) underneath, and further thermally insulating elements (15) are pressed between the housing wall and the components to be cooled. Furthermore, a device in which the method is implemented is presented.
