[0001] This application claims the benefits of Chinese patent application No. CN202411464952.9, which was filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on October 18, 2024, and the entire disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference. Background of the invention; Field of the invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a cable aluminum foil peeling tool, an aluminum foil peeling device and an aluminum foil peeling method. Description of the state of the art
[0003] In the prior art, when stripping an exposed aluminum foil layer from a cable, the exposed aluminum foil layer is first cut with a cutting blade. Then, the exposed aluminum foil layer is clamped, shaken, and pulled so that it is peeled off the cable. With this existing aluminum foil stripping method, there is a risk of cutting into the inner insulating layer encased by the aluminum foil. Furthermore, the existing aluminum foil stripping method has an insufficient throughput rate, generally only reaching ninety percent with difficulty. Summary of the invention
[0004] The present invention was made to overcome or mitigate at least one aspect of the disadvantages mentioned above.
[0005] According to one aspect of the present invention, a cable aluminum foil stripping tool is provided. The cable aluminum foil stripping tool comprises two tool halves designed to clamp an exposed aluminum foil layer of a cable from two sides of the cable. The tool half comprises a body section and a toothed rib formed on an inner surface of the body section, having a toothed cross-section. The toothed ribs strip the aluminum foil layer from the cable when the two tool halves, which clamp the aluminum foil layer, are moved relative to the cable. An inner insulating layer encased by the aluminum foil layer of the cable is elastically deformable when it comes into contact with the toothed ribs, so that the inner insulating layer is not scratched by the toothed ribs.
[0006] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the tool half-body is an integral part made of an elastic material, such that the tooth-shaped ribs are elastically deformable when they come into contact with the inner insulating layer to ensure that the inner insulating layer is not scratched by the tooth-shaped ribs.
[0007] According to a further exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the tooth-shaped ribs extend by a predetermined length in the axial direction of the cable when the aluminium foil layer is clamped between the two tool halves.
[0008] According to a further exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the body section of the tool half-body is a flat plate section with a rectangular cross-section, and the two tool half-bodies are designed to clamp the exposed aluminum foil layer from two sides of a flat cable in a thickness direction in order to peel the exposed aluminum foil layer from the flat cable.
[0009] According to a further exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the tool half-body vibrates back and forth in the width and thickness direction of the flat cable when peeling off the exposed aluminum foil layer of the flat cable.
[0010] According to a further exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of the tooth-shaped ribs are formed on the inside of the body section of the tool half-body, and the plurality of tooth-shaped ribs are distributed at intervals in a width direction of the body section and extend in a length direction of the body section.
[0011] According to a further exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the body section of the tool half-body is a half-cylinder with a semi-ring-shaped cross-section, and the two tool half-bodies are designed to clamp the exposed aluminum foil layer from two sides of a round cable in order to peel off the exposed aluminum foil layer of the round cable.
[0012] According to a further exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the tool half-body vibrates back and forth in the circumferential direction of the round cable when peeling off the exposed aluminum foil layer of the round cable.
[0013] According to a further exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of the tooth-shaped ribs are formed on the inside of the body section of the tool half-body, and the plurality of tooth-shaped ribs are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the body section and extend in the axial direction of the body section.
