[0001] The present disclosure relates to a translucent member and a multi-layer translucent body. State of the art
[0002] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open (JP-A) No. H07-220662 relates to a pixel whose internal pressure must be lower than atmospheric pressure. A technique relating to a light, thin, and planar pixel is known from this JP-A No. H07-220662.
[0003] JP-A No. 2006-274662 discloses a technique relating to a glass panel fixing structure in which both end portions of a glass panel subjected to compressive force are fitted and fixed in a direction in which the compressive force is applied into concave groove portions of fittings on a frame side. Buffer materials are sandwiched between both surfaces of both end portions of the glass panel and the concave groove portions.
[0004] From JP-A No. 2007-198016, a technique is known which relates to a glass plate fixing structure for fixing a glass plate to the inside of a frame.
[0005] JP-A No. 2018-178372 discloses a technique relating to a translucent member using an aerogel, and more particularly, to a translucent member used as a construction material, such as an exterior wall panel. This translucent member uses a first translucent plate and a second translucent plate, and an aerogel with a semitransparent region formed between the first translucent plate and the second translucent plate. The semitransparent region is formed by filling at least semitransparent particles of an aerogel between the first translucent plate and the second translucent plate. The average particle diameter of the semitransparent particles is in the range of 0.05-0.5 mm. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONTechnical problem
[0006] When forming an aerogel layer by filling an aerogel between a pair of translucent plate members arranged to face each other, there is a concern that if the pair of translucent plate members bulge outward due to the pressure (lateral pressure) exerted by the aerogel layer on the pair of translucent plate members, aerogel overfilling will occur between the pair of translucent plate members.
[0007] An object of the present disclosure is to suppress outward bulging of a pair of translucent plate members during formation of an aerogel layer by filling an aerogel between the pair of translucent plate members. Solution to the task
[0008] A translucent member relating to a first aspect comprises: a pair of translucent plate members arranged to face each other, an aerogel layer formed by an aerogel filled between the pair of translucent plate members, and holding members that seal outer edge portions located between the pair of translucent plate members and hold both side end portions in a width direction of the pair of translucent plate members so as to be inclined toward an inner side in the thickness direction, the holding members suppressing warping of the pair of translucent plate members caused by lateral pressure exerted by the aerogel layer on the pair of translucent plate members.
[0009] According to the first aspect, the two side end portions in the width direction of the pair of translucent plate members are both held by the holding members so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction. Therefore, when the aerogel is not yet filled, the pair of translucent plate members curve toward the inner side in the thickness direction from the respective side end portions to the middle portions thereof in the width direction. Therefore, in a first aspect, compared to the case where the side end portions of the pair of translucent plate members are not inclined, when an aerogel is filled between the pair of translucent plate members and the aerogel layer is formed, the pair of translucent plate members are suppressed from bulging outward. Overfilling of the aerogel between the pair of translucent plate members is therefore prevented or suppressed. In addition, by holding the pair of translucent plate members by the holding members so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction, even when the translucent member is transported or moved before the aerogel is filled between the pair of translucent plate members, it is easy to maintain the shapes of the pair of translucent plate members.
[0010] Furthermore, since both side end portions in the width direction of the pair of translucent plate members are held by the holding members so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction, compressive force is exerted on the aerogel layer from the side portions in the width direction of the pair of translucent plate members. This compressive force suppresses vibrations, etc., of the aerogel layer, thus preventing or suppressing precipitation of the aerogel due to vibrations, etc.
[0011] In a translucent member relating to a second aspect, in the translucent member relating to the first aspect, the holding members have frame portions extending along end surfaces of the side end portions of the translucent plate members, and outer side claw portions projecting from outer end portions of the frame portions so as to be inclined toward an inner side in the thickness direction of the translucent plate members and arranged along outer surfaces of the side end portions, wherein a rigidity of the holding members is greater than a rigidity of the translucent plate members.
[0012] According to the second aspect, the outer side claw portions of the holding members protrude from the outer end portions of the frame portions so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction of the translucent plate members. Furthermore, the rigidity of the holding members is greater than that of the translucent plate members. Therefore, when lateral pressure is applied to the outer side claw portions from the aerogel layer, the outer side claw portions are prevented from collapsing. Therefore, both side end portions in the width direction of the pair of translucent plate members can be further held by the holding members so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction.
[0013] In a translucent member relating to a third aspect, a rigidity of the outer side claw portions in the translucent member relating to the second aspect is greater than a rigidity of the translucent plate members.
[0014] In a translucent member relating to a fourth aspect, in the translucent member relating to the second aspect, the outer side claw portions protrude from the outer end portions on both sides of the frame portions and are respectively arranged along the outer surfaces of the side end portions of the pair of translucent plate members.
[0015] In a translucent member relating to a fifth aspect, in the translucent member relating to the second aspect, the holding members have inner side claw portions projecting from inner sides of the outer end portions on the frame portions so as to be inclined toward an inner side in the thickness direction of the translucent plate members and arranged along inner surfaces of the side end portions.
[0016] According to the fifth aspect, the inner side claw portions of the holding members protrude from the inner sides of the outer end portions on the frame portions so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction of the translucent plate members. Furthermore, a rigidity of the holding members is greater than that of the translucent plate members. Therefore, when lateral pressure is applied from the aerogel layer to the outer side claw portions and the inner side claw portions, folding of the outer side claw portions and the inner side claw portions is prevented. Therefore, both side end portions in the width direction of the pair of translucent plate members can be further held by the holding members so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction.
[0017] In a translucent member relating to a sixth aspect, rigidities of the outer side claw portions and the inner side claw portions in the translucent member relating to the fifth aspect are greater than a rigidity of the translucent plate members.
[0018] In a translucent member relating to a seventh aspect, a length of the outer side claw portions in the translucent member relating to the fifth aspect in a protruding direction is greater than or equal to a length of the inner side claw portions in a protruding direction.
[0019] In a translucent member relating to an eighth aspect, a length of the outer side claw portions in the translucent member relating to the fifth aspect in a protruding direction is the same as a length of the inner side claw portions in a protruding direction.
[0020] In a translucent member relating to a ninth aspect, in the translucent member relating to the fifth aspect, the inner side claw portions protrude from inner sides of the outer end portions on both sides of the frame portions and are respectively arranged along inner surfaces of the side end portions of the pair of translucent plate members.
[0021] In a translucent member relating to a tenth aspect, in the translucent member relating to the first aspect, the pair of translucent plate members bulge toward outer sides in a thickness direction from the side end portions to central portions in a width direction.
[0022] In a translucent member relating to an eleventh aspect, in the translucent member relating to the first aspect, the holding members respectively hold the side end portions on both sides in the width direction of the pair of translucent plate members.
[0023] In a translucent member relating to a twelfth aspect, the translucent plate members in the translucent member relating to the first aspect have a plurality of hollow portions into which an aerogel is filled.
[0024] In a translucent member relating to a thirteenth aspect, in the translucent member relating to the fifth aspect, the translucent plate member has a pair of polycarbonate plates facing each other, and a plurality of ribs provided between the pair of polycarbonate plates and connecting the pair of polycarbonate plates and forming a plurality of hollow portions between the pair of polycarbonate plates, and an aerogel is filled in the hollow portions.
[0025] In relation to a fourteenth aspect, a multi-layer translucent body comprises: a plurality of translucent plates facing each other and having areas between edge portions thereof closed, and the translucent member in relation to any one of the first aspect to the thirteenth aspect provided in a hollow layer interposed between translucent plates adjacent to each other with spaces between the translucent member and the translucent plates.
[0026] According to the fourteenth aspect, the translucent member in which an aerogel layer is formed between a pair of translucent plate members is provided in a hollow layer located between adjacent translucent plates. Therefore, the thermal insulation performance of the multi-layer translucent body is improved. Furthermore, the bulging of the pair of translucent plate members caused by lateral pressure exerted by the aerogel layer on the pair of translucent plate members is suppressed by the support members. This prevents contact of the translucent plates with the translucent plate members, thereby improving the insulation effectiveness of the multi-layer translucent body.
[0027] In a multilayer translucent body relating to a fifteenth aspect, the translucent plate members and the translucent plates in the multilayer translucent body relating to the fourteenth aspect are glass plates, and a thickness of the translucent plate members is less than or equal to a thickness of the translucent plates. Advantageous effects of the invention
[0028] According to the present disclosure, outward bulging of a pair of translucent plate members during formation of an aerogel layer can be suppressed by filling an aerogel between the pair of translucent plate members. [0029] A multilayer translucent body of a first embodiment will be described. Note that the two horizontal directions orthogonal to each other are referred to as the X direction and the Y direction, and these respective directions are denoted by arrow X and arrow Y. The vertical direction orthogonal to the X direction and the Y direction is referred to as the Z direction, and this direction is denoted by arrow Z. Further, a multilayer translucent body 12, which will be described later, is in a state where the out-of-plane direction of glass plates 52, which are an example of the translucent plates, is the Y direction. The structure of the multilayer translucent body 12 will be described using this state as a reference. (Structure)
[0030] First, the structure of the multilayer translucent body is described. It should be noted that Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a horizontal section of the central portion in the vertical direction of the multilayer translucent body. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a vertical section of the central portion in the X direction of the multilayer translucent body.
[0031] The Fig. 1 and Fig. The multilayer translucent body 12 shown in FIG. 2 includes two glass plates 52 serving as examples of translucent plates, and a translucent member 10 provided between the two glass plates 52. The glass plates 52 and the translucent member 10 are quadrangular when viewed from the Y direction. The multilayer translucent body 12 of the present embodiment is mounted on a window frame 16. However, the object to which the multilayer translucent body 12 is mounted is not limited to the window frame 16.
[0032] A hollow layer 55 is formed between the two glass plates 52. Spacers 21 are sandwiched between the edge portions 53 of the two glass plates 52. In the present embodiment, butyl tape materials 22 are bonded between the edge portions 53 of the glass plates 52 and the spacers 21. However, the method of bonding the edge portions 53 of the glass plates 52 and the spacers 21 can be changed accordingly. Furthermore, the outer sides of the spacers 21 between the edge portions 53 of the two glass plates 52 are sealed with silicone sealing materials 31 serving as sealing materials.
[0033] Note that the interiors of the spacers 21 of the present embodiment are hollow spaces. The hollow portions of the spacers 21 are filled with a desiccant (not shown). However, the structure of the spacers 21 can be changed accordingly.
[0034] The translucent member 10 is provided in the hollow layer 55. The translucent member 10 is structured to include two hollow polycarbonate plates 100 serving as an example of translucent resin plates, holding members 150 (see Fig. 2 and Fig. 3B), holding members 151 (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 3A) and an aerogel layer 130. The aerogel layer 130 is formed of an aerogel N filled between the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. Viewed from the Y direction, the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 of the present embodiment are quadrangular.
[0035] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 15, the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100 includes two polycarbonate sheets 102 facing each other and a plurality of ribs 104 provided between the two polycarbonate sheets 102. The plurality of ribs 104 connect the two polycarbonate sheets 102. These polycarbonate sheets 102 and the ribs 104 form a plurality of hollow portions 106 aligned in a predetermined direction. Aerogel M is filled into the hollow portions 106 of the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100.
[0036] As in Fig. 1, the holding members 151 hold and seal side end portions 110X of the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 in the width direction extending along the X direction, and seal outer edge portions 132X located between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100.
[0037] The Fig. 1 and Fig. The holding member shown in Fig. 3A has a frame portion 151C, two outer side claw portions 151B projecting from the outer end portions on the two sides of the frame portion 151C, respectively, and two inner side claw portions 151A projecting on the frame portion 151C from the inner sides of the two outer side claw portions 151B.
[0038] The frame portions 151C are provided along end surfaces 112X of the side end portions 110X of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. The outer side claw portions 151B are provided along outer surfaces 113X of the side end portions 110X on the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, respectively. The inner side claw portions 151A are provided along inner surfaces 114X of the side end portions 110X on the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, respectively. The outer side claw portions 151B and the inner side claw portions 151A are inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, that is, toward the aerogel layer 130 side. Further, a rigidity of the holding members 151 is greater than one of the hollow polycarbonate plates 100. Further, a rigidity of the frame portion 151C is greater than one of the outer side claw portions 151B and the inner side claw portions 151A.
[0039] As in Fig. 1, both side end portions 110X of the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 are held by the holding members 151 so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction (the aerogel layer 130 side).
[0040] It should be noted that the rigidity of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is the bending rigidity when the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are curved in the Y direction, with the side end portions 110X on the two sides in the X direction fixed by pins (supported by pins) as the support points.
[0041] Here in Fig. 1 and in Fig. 2, Fig. 4B, Fig. 5B and the like described below, the degree of bending of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 as shown is larger than the actual degree of bending thereof to facilitate understanding.
[0042] As in Fig. 2, the holding members 150 hold and seal side end portions 110Z of the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 in the width direction extending along the Z direction, and seal outer edge portions 132Z located between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100.
[0043] It should be noted that the description of the structure of the holding members 150 is simplified since the holding members 150 have the same structures as the holding members 151 described above. Fig. 2 and Fig. The holding member 150 shown in Fig. 3B includes a frame portion 150C, two outer side claw portions 150B projecting from the outer end portions on both sides of the frame portion 150C, and two inner side claw portions 150A projecting from the inner sides of the two outer side claw portions 150B on the frame portion 150C. The outer side claw portions 150B and the inner side claw portions 150A are inclined toward the inner sides in the thickness direction of these outer side claw portions 150B and the inner side claw portions 150A, that is, toward the aerogel layer 130 side. Further, a rigidity of the holding members 150 is greater than one of the hollow polycarbonate plates 100. Further, a rigidity of the frame portion 150C is greater than one of the outer side claw portions 150B and the inner side claw portions 150A.
[0044] As in Fig. 2, both side end portions 110Z of the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 are therefore held by the holding members 150 so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction (the aerogel layer 130 side).
[0045] It should be noted that the rigidity of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is the bending rigidity when the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are curved in the Y direction, with the side end portions 110X on the two sides in the Z direction fixed by pins (supported by pins) as the support points.
[0046] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the side end portions 110X, 110Z of the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are inclined inwards. In the Fig. 1, the aerogel layer 130 is formed by the aerogel N filled between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. Due to the lateral pressure exerted by this aerogel layer 130 on the inner surfaces of the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 bulge from the side end portions 110X, 110Z outward toward the outer sides in the thickness direction to the middle portions. However, gaps L are formed between the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 and the glass sheets 52. Due to the lateral pressure exerted by the aerogel layer 130 on the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 bulge outward toward the outer sides in the thickness direction, as can also be seen from the Fig. 2. This curvature of the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is strong at the bottom and becomes weaker towards the top. The gaps L are formed between the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 and the glass sheets 52.
[0047] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the gaps between the joined portions of the holding members 150 and the holding members 151 are filled using a sealing material such as silicone or the like, a foam material such as a continuous foaming urethane sponge, or a hot-melt adhesive or the like. Sealing is performed to such an extent that the Aerogel N does not leak from these gaps.
[0048] It should be noted that the side end portions 110X, 110Z of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are fixed to the holding members 150, 151 by friction. However, the side end portions 110X, 110Z of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 may be fixed to the holding members 150, 151 using an adhesive such as a silicone sealant.
[0049] As described above, the holding members 150, 151 seal the outer edge portions of the translucent member 10.
[0050] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the lengths of the outer side claw portions 150B, 151B in the projecting directions thereof and the lengths of the inner side claw portions 150A, 151A in the projecting directions thereof are the same. However, the lengths of the outer side claw portions 150B, 151B in the projecting directions and the lengths of the inner side claw portions 150A, 151A in the projecting directions may be different. However, it is preferable that the lengths of the outer side claw portions 150B, 151B in the projecting directions be greater than or equal to the lengths of the inner side claw portions 150A, 151A in the projecting directions. Furthermore, it is further preferable that the lengths of the outer side claw portions 150B, 151B in the projecting directions and the lengths of the inner side claw portions 150A, 151A in the projecting directions are the same.It should be noted that the lengths of the outer side claw portions 150B, 151B in the projecting directions and the lengths of the inner side claw portions 150A, 151A in the projecting directions are the lengths over which the claw portions hold (grip) the side end portions 110X, 110Z.
[0051] Here, the aerogel is in the form of granules or powder, etc., obtained by replacing the solvent contained in the gel with air through supercritical drying, etc., and has a porous structure with a low density. Furthermore, particle components such as silica fume, spherical silica particles, hollow silica particles, or Styrofoam particles can be present separately in the aerogels M and N. (Manufacturing process)
[0052] Next, an example of a method for manufacturing the translucent member 10 of the present embodiment will be described. Note that the following manufacturing method is an example and may be modified accordingly.
[0053] First, the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are placed so that the direction along the ribs 104 (see Fig. 15), ie the axial directions of the tubular hollow sections 106 (see Fig. 15), which is the vertical direction. Further, the holding members 150, 151 are connected to the side end portions 110X, 110Z of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, except for the side end portions 110Z on the upper sides of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, and the open ends on the lower sides of the hollow portions 106 and the aerogel layer 130 are closed. Then, the aerogel M is filled into the hollow portions 106 from the openings on the upper sides of the hollow portions 106 of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. It should be noted that at the time of filling the aerogel M into the hollow portions 106, vibrations may be applied to the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100.
[0054] Fig. 4A is a horizontal sectional view of the central portions in the Z direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 which are in the state described above. Fig. Fig. 5A is a vertical sectional view of the central portions in the X direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 in the above-described state. It should be noted that there may be cases where the curvatures of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are different when the holding members 150 are provided on the upper sides of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. Fig. 5A are provided. However, since the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 curve from the side end portions 110Z to the middle portions in the width direction to the inside in the thickness direction, the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 take shapes that are the same as those shown in Fig. 4A are hollow polycarbonate sheets 100.
[0055] Furthermore, the aerogel N is filled between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, and the holding members 150 are connected to the side end portions 110Z on the upper sides of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, and the open ends on the upper sides of the hollow portions 106 and the aerogel layer 130 are sealed. Note that at the time of filling the aerogel N between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, vibrations may be applied to the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100.
[0056] Fig. 4B is a horizontal section of the central portions in the Z direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 which are in the state described above. Fig. 5B is a vertical section of the central portions in the X direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 which are in the above-described state. (Operation and effects)
[0057] Next, operation and effects of the present embodiment will be described.
[0058] In the translucent member 10 of the present embodiment, both side end portions 110X, 110Z of the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 are held so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction by the holding members 150, 151.
[0059] Therefore, in the state where the aerogel N is not filled between the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100, the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 curve from the side end portions 110X, 110Z to the middle portions in the width direction to the inside in the thickness direction (see Fig. 4A). Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the aerogel N is filled between the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 and the aerogel layer 130 is formed, the outward warping of the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 is suppressed compared to the case where the side end portions 110X, 110Z are not inclined. Overfilling of the aerogel N between the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 is therefore prevented or suppressed. Furthermore, since the hollow polycarbonate plates 100 are prevented from approaching or contacting the glass plates 52, the distances L between the hollow polycarbonate plates 100 and the glass plates 52 are maintained.
[0060] Further, since the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 are held by the holding members 150, 151 inclined toward the inside in the thickness direction, at the time when the translucent member 10 is transported or moved before the aerogel N has been filled between the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100, it is easy to maintain the shapes of the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100.
[0061] Here, a case will be described in which the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 are made with reference to a comparative example as shown in Fig. 14A and Fig. 14B, are held by the holding members 950. In the holding members 950 relating to the comparative example, the outer side claw portions 950B and the inner side claw portions 950A are not inclined.
[0062] As in Fig. 14A, the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are parallel before the aerogel N is filled between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. Then, when the aerogel N is filled between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, as shown in Fig. 14B, the widthwise central portions of the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 bend due to the lateral pressure exerted by the aerogel layer 130 on the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 and bulge outward in directions diverging from each other. It should be noted that, for ease of understanding, the degree of warpage of the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 in the illustration of Fig. 14B higher than in reality.
[0063] The amount of Aerogel N filled between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is therefore large. Thus, the Aerogel N is overfilled at the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. Since the middle portions in the width direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 approach or contact the glass sheets 52 (see Fig. 1), furthermore, the distances L between the hollow polycarbonate plates 100 and the glass plates 52 are not maintained.
[0064] In contrast, in the present embodiment, the side end portions 110X, 110Z of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are held by the holding members 150, 151 so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction. Therefore, at the time when the aerogel N is filled between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 and the aerogel layer 130 is formed, warping such that the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 bend in directions away from each other is prevented.
[0065] It should be noted that the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 of the present embodiment curve in the Y direction, with the side end portions 110Z on both sides in the Z direction, which are fixed by pins, serving as support points, and curve in the Y direction, with the side end portions 110X on both sides in the X direction, which are fixed by pins, serving as support points. The hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 therefore become complex curved shapes in which wedge lines are formed from the corner portions to the central portion. In addition, the plurality of ribs 104 extending along the Z direction are formed on the inner sides of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 of the present embodiment (see Fig. 15). To be precise, therefore, the bending rigidity of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 that curve in the Y direction with the side end portions 110Z fixed by pins as the support points and the bending rigidity of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 that curve in the Y direction with the side end portions 110X on both sides in the X direction fixed by pins as the support points are different. Accordingly, the curved shapes of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 become even more complex.
[0066] Here, in the present embodiment, the holding members 150, 151 and the like are placed so that the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 by the holding members 150, 151 is kept below a prescribed value.
[0067] A placement such that the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is kept below a prescribed value is preferably a placement such that the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 of the present embodiment is less than the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 in a case where the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are held by the holding members 950 of the comparative example.
[0068] A placement such that the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is kept below a prescribed value is further preferred, such that the deviation from the target value of the distances L is kept within a predetermined range, e.g., less than 10%. For example, if the target value of the distances L is 10 mm, a placement such that the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is kept below a prescribed value is such that the distances L are kept between 9 mm - 11 mm. A placement such that the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is kept below a prescribed value is further preferred, such that the deviation from the target value of the aerogel N, when the aerogel N has been filled between the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 without gaps, is within a predetermined range, e.g.,less than 10%.
[0069] Furthermore, in the multilayer translucent body 12, the translucent member 10, in which the aerogel layer 130 is formed between the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100, is provided in the hollow layer 55 located between the glass plates 52 adjacent to each other. This improves the thermal insulation performance of the multilayer translucent body 12. Furthermore, in the multilayer translucent body 12, the warpage of the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 is kept below a prescribed value by the holding members 150, 151. This prevents contact between the glass plates 52 and the hollow polycarbonate plates 100, thereby improving the insulation efficiency of the multilayer translucent body 12.
[0070] Further, both side end portions 110X, 110Z of the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are held by the holding members 150, 151 so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction. Therefore, even at a portion such as the upper end portion of the aerogel layer 130 where the lateral pressure exerted by the aerogel layer 130 on the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is small, a compressive force is exerted on the aerogel layer 130 by the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. Due to this compressive force, movement of the aerogel due to vibration of the aerogel layer 130 or the like is suppressed, and therefore precipitation of the aerogel N due to vibration or the like is prevented or suppressed.
[0071] Furthermore, even if the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 were to expand due to heat, precipitation of the aerogel N is prevented because compressive force is exerted on the aerogel layer 130 by the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100.
[0072] Furthermore, a rigidity of the holding member 150 is greater than that of one of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. Thus, even when lateral pressure is applied from the aerogel layer 130 to the outer side claw portions 150B, 151B and the inner side claw portions 150A, 151A, the outer side claw portions 150B, 151B and the inner side claw portions 150A, 151A do not collapse. Accordingly, both side end portions 110X, 110Z of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 can continue to be held by the holding members 150 so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction.
[0073] As described above, the stiffnesses of the respective members that resist the out-of-plane forces of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 here follow the following relationship: Frame sections 150C, 151C > outer side claw sections 150B, 151B and inner side claw sections 150A, 151A > hollow polycarbonate sheets 100
[0074] Due to the lateral pressure exerted by the aerogel layer 130 on the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, the outer side claw portions 150B, 151B and the inner side claw portions 150A, 151A resist the moments generated on the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. The frame portions 150C, 151C resist the moments generated on the outer side claw portions 150B, 151B and the inner side claw portions 150A, 151A. At this time, when the deformation of the frame portions 150C, 151C and the outer side claw portions 150B, 151B and the inner side claw portions 150A, 151A occurs, it appears that the side end portions 110X, 110Z of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 rotate, and the deflection of the center positions of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 increases according to this rotation angle.
[0075] Therefore, the order of stiffness of the respective members for suppressing the generation of deflection at the middle positions of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is as follows: Frame sections 150C, 151C ≥ outer side claw sections 150B, 151B and inner side claw sections 150A, 151A > hollow polycarbonate sheets 100
[0076] The following order of stiffnesses of the respective members for suppressing the generation of deflection at the middle positions of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is further preferred: Frame sections 150C, 151C > outer side claw sections 150B, 151B and inner side claw sections 150A, 151A > hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 (Calculation example)
[0077] With reference to Fig. 6, Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, an example of calculating the deflection amount of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 will be described next. It should be noted that the inner side claw portions 151A of the holding members 151 in Fig. 8 are not inclined to simplify the explanation.
[0078] As in Fig. 8, first, the maximum deflection amount of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 when the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are curved and fixed by the holding members 151 is used as the deflection amount when the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 contact each other.
[0079] Given that the center line in the thickness direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100 is CH, the thickness of the aerogel layer is 130 t, the width in the X direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100 is L, the maximum deflection amount of the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100 is δMAX, and the rotation angle (the maximum rotation angle) of the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100 at this time is θMAX, the following (Formula 1) and (Formula 2) are obtained. δMAX=t / 2 θMAX=t / L
[0080] Accordingly, the side end portions 110X of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are fixed and held by the holding members 151 at a rotation angle of 0 rad - t / L rad. The X-direction width of the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100 shall be 300 mm (= L), the Z-direction width of the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100 shall be 1000 mm, and the thickness of the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100 shall be 4 mm. As shown in Fig. 8, furthermore, the distance t of the side end portions 110X of the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 facing each other with a gap therebetween shall be 5 mm.
[0081] Fig. 6 is a graph illustrating the rigidity of these hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 through the relationship between the bending moment and the rotation angle curve of the side end portions 110X.
[0082] Fig. 7 shows the elastic range DS (straight section) of Fig. 6. The following formula 3 is an approximate expression of the elastic range DS (straight line section). y=1657x−1.0832
[0083] In the case of the above-described conditions, when the side end portions 110X are fixed at both ends with pins, the lateral pressure exerted by the aerogel layer 130 formed by filling the aerogel N between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 on one of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is determined by the volume of the aerogel layer 130, the density of the aerogel N, and the surface area of the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100 that receives the load. For example, in a case where aerogel N having a density of 80 g / l (liter) is filled between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 which are not bent and fixed, the weight (60 g), which is half of the weight (120 g) of the aerogel layer 130 and which is determined by multiplying the density 80 g / l by the volume (1.5 l = 5 [mm] × 300 [mm] × 1000 [mm]) of the aerogel N, is exerted on the one hollow polycarbonate sheet 100.At this time, the uniformly distributed load applied to the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100 in a cross-section of the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100 along the X direction is 0.2 g / mm (= 60 [g] / 300 [mm]). Furthermore, the line load applied to the central portion in the width direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100 is 0.00196 N / mm (= 0.2 [g / mm] × 9.8 / 1000). The bending moment generated at the side end portion 110X at this time is 22.05 N / mm (= 0.00196 [N / mm] × 300). 2 [mm] / 8).
[0084] When this value is substituted into the above (Formula 3), the rotation angle generated at the side end portions 110X is 0.014 rad. Further, the deflection amount of the central portion of the hollow polycarbonate sheet 100 when the rotation angle of the side end portions 110X is 0.014 rad is 2.09 mm.
[0085] From the above (Formula 1) and (Formula 2) it can be seen that δMAX is 2.5 mm and θMAX is 0.016 rad under these conditions.
[0086] Under the present conditions, warping of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is prevented by pre-establishing a rotation angle of 0.014 rad of the side end portions 110X, which is generated by the lateral pressure exerted by the aerogel layer 130 on the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 at the side end portions 110X of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, and by maintaining the rotation angle. Therefore, a prescribed amount of aerogel N can be filled between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100.
[0087] It should be noted that the above calculation is a calculation example for a case where the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are curved in the Y direction, with the side end portions 110X on the two sides in the X direction, which are fixed by pins, as the support points.
[0088] However, as described above, the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 of the above-described first embodiment are also curved in the Y direction, with the side end portions 110Z on both sides in the Z direction, which are fixed by pins, serving as the support points. Furthermore, the plurality of ribs 104 extending along the Z direction are formed on the inner sides of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 (see Fig. 15). Therefore, the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 of the first embodiment become complex curved shapes. Although the above calculation example cannot be used as a precise calculation example of the above first embodiment, it can accordingly serve as a simple calculation example of the above first embodiment. It should be noted that in accurately determining the curved shape and rotation angle, etc., of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, it is sufficient to determine the curved shape and rotation angle, etc., from numerical analysis using a computer or from experimental results using prototypes, etc. (Experimental example)
[0089] Next, an experimental example will be described which confirms that overfilling with Aerogel N is prevented by suppressing the warping of the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 in the translucent member 10 of the first embodiment described above.
[0090] Specifically, the overfilling of the aerogel N on the translucent member 10 of the first embodiment shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 4A, Fig. 4B, Fig. 5A and Fig. 5B, and on the translucent member 900 of the Fig. 14A and Fig. 14B. Note that the comparison of the translucent member 10 of the first embodiment with the translucent member 900 of the comparative example was conducted under the following conditions.
[0091] The translucent member 10 of the present embodiment used in the experiment did not use the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, but solid polycarbonate sheets with a thickness of 2 mm. Furthermore, the translucent member 900 of the comparative example used in the experiment used hollow polycarbonate sheets with a thickness of 4 mm, in which no aerogel was filled into the hollow portions thereof.
[0092] Furthermore, the holding members 150, 151 of the present embodiment used in the experiment were made of ASA resin. The wall thicknesses of the inner side claw portions 150A, 151A and the outer side claw portions 150B, 151B of the present embodiment used in the experiment were 1.0 mm. The wall thickness of the frame portions 150C, 151C of the present embodiment used in the experiment was 1.5 mm. The holding members 950 of the comparative example used in the experiment were similarly made of ASA resin. The wall thicknesses of the inner side claw portions 950A and the outer side claw portions 950B and the frame portions 950C of the comparative example used in the experiment were 0.5 mm.
[0093] Furthermore, the aerogel layer between the pair of polycarbonate sheets in the present embodiment used in the experiment had a height of 1.5 m, a width of 0.3 m, and a thickness of 9 mm. The prescribed amount α of the aerogel N filled between the pair of polycarbonate sheets in the present embodiment used in the experiment was 311.85 g. Note that the size of the aerogel layer and the prescribed filled amount of the aerogel N are numerical values of a case where the pair of polycarbonate sheets are not curved. Furthermore, the aerogel N used in the experiment had an average particle diameter of approximately 3 mm and a density of 77 g / L (liter).
[0094] The aerogel layer between the pair of polycarbonate sheets of the comparative example used in the experiment had a height of 1.0 m, a width of 0.3 m, and a thickness of 5 mm. The prescribed amount α of Aerogel N filled between the pair of polycarbonate sheets of the comparative example was 115.5 g. Similarly, Aerogel N had an average particle diameter of approximately 3 mm and a density of 77 g / L.
[0095] Furthermore, the Aerogel N was filled between the pairs of polycarbonate plates under the action of vibrations. Specifically, the pairs of polycarbonate plates to which the holding members 150, 151, 950 were connected except at the side end portions on the upper sides (see Fig. 4A and Fig. 5A), placed on a plate member made of wood or similar material and fixed thereto. While the plate member was vibrated by a vibrating device such as a ball vibrator or similar material, the Aerogel N was poured between the pairs of polycarbonate plates.
[0096] As a result, the charged amount β of aerogel N when using the holding members 150, 151 of the present embodiment was 321.89 g. Accordingly, the ratio β / α was 1.03. The charged amount β of aerogel N when using the holding members 950 of the comparative example was 168.45 g. Accordingly, the ratio β / α was 1.46.
[0097] Thus, the filling amount β of the aerogel N when using the holding members 150, 151 of the present embodiment was approximately equal to the prescribed amount α. However, the filling amount β of the aerogel N when using the holding members 950 of the comparative example was more than almost 1.5 times the prescribed amount α, and the filling amount of the aerogel N was too large. This experimental example confirms that overfilling of the aerogel N is suppressed in the translucent member 10 of the present embodiment. <Zweite Ausführungsform>
[0098] Next, a multilayer translucent body of a second embodiment will be described. Note that, in the second embodiment, members that are the same as those in the first embodiment have the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment, and the description of members that are the same as those in the first embodiment will be simplified or omitted. Further, only the holding members of the translucent member differ between the second embodiment and the first embodiment. Accordingly, the description of members other than the holding members will be simplified or omitted in the second embodiment. (Structure)
[0099] First, the structure of the multilayer translucent body is described. It should be noted that Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of a horizontal section of the central portion in the vertical direction of the multilayer translucent body. Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view of a vertical section of the central portion in the X direction of the multilayer translucent body.
[0100] The Fig. 9 and Fig. The multilayer translucent body 13 shown in Fig. 10 has two glass plates 52 serving as an example of the translucent plates, and a translucent member 11 provided between the two glass plates 52.
[0101] The translucent member 11 is provided in the hollow layer 55 between the two glass plates 52. The translucent member 11 is structured to hold two hollow polycarbonate plates 100, which serve as an example of the translucent resin plates, and holding members 250 (see Fig. 10 and Fig. 11B), holding members 251 (see Fig. 9 and Fig. 11A) and an aerogel layer 130. The aerogel layer 130 is formed from the aerogel N, which is filled between the two hollow polycarbonate plates 100.
[0102] As in Fig. 9, the holding members 251 hold and seal the side end portions 110X of the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 in the width direction extending along the X direction, and seal the outer edge portions 132X located between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100.
[0103] The Fig. 9 and Fig. 11A has a frame portion 251B and outer side claw portions 251A projecting from the outer end portions of the frame portion 251B. From another point of view, the holding member 251 is the same as a structure in which the inner side claw portions 151A (see Fig. 3A) were omitted from the holding member 151 of the first embodiment.
[0104] The frame portions 251B are provided along the end surfaces 112X of the side end portions 110X of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. The outer side claw portions 251A are provided along the outer surfaces 113X of the side end portions 110X. The outer side claw portions 251A are inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, that is, toward the aerogel layer 130 side. Further, a rigidity of the holding members 251 is greater than that of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. Further, a rigidity of the frame portion 251B is greater than that of the outer side claw portions 251A.
[0105] As in Fig. 9, both side end portions 110X of the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 are therefore held by the holding members 251 so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction (the aerogel layer 130 side).
[0106] It should be noted that the rigidity of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is the bending rigidity when the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are curved in the Y direction, with the side end portions 110X on the two sides in the X direction fixed by pins as the support points.
[0107] Here in Fig. 9 and in Fig. 12B and the like described below, the degree of bending of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 as shown is larger than the actual degree of bending thereof to facilitate understanding.
[0108] As in Fig. 10, the holding members 250 hold and seal the side end portions 110Z of the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 in the width direction extending along the Z direction, and seal the outer edge portions 132Z located between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100.
[0109] The Fig. 10 and Fig. The holding member 250 shown in Fig. 11B has a frame portion 250B and outer side claw portions 250A projecting from the outer end portions of the frame portion 250B.
[0110] The frame portions 250B are provided along the end surfaces 112Z of the side end portions 110Z of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. The outer side claw portions 250A are provided along the outer surfaces 113Z of the side end portions 110Z. The outer side claw portions 250A are orthogonal to the frame portions 250B and are not inclined with respect to the frame portions 250B. Furthermore, a rigidity of the support members 250 is greater than that of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. Furthermore, a rigidity of the frame portion 250B is greater than that of the outer side claw portions 250A.
[0111] It should be noted that the rigidity of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is the bending rigidity when the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are curved in the Y direction, with the side end portions 110Z on the two sides in the Z direction fixed by pins as the support points.
[0112] Here in Fig. 10 and in the version described below Fig. 13B, the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are parallel or substantially parallel; however, in reality, the central portions of the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 bulge slightly outward.
[0113] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 9, the side end portions 110X of the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction. Due to the lateral pressure exerted by the aerogel layer 130 on the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 further bulge from the side end portions 110X outward toward the outer sides in the thickness direction toward the central portions. However, the gaps L are formed between the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 and the glass sheets 52.
[0114] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 10, the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are parallel or substantially parallel. However, the gaps L are formed between the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 and the glass sheets 52.
[0115] It should be noted that the gaps between the joined portions of the support members 250 and the support members 251 are filled using a sealing material such as silicone or the like, a foam material such as a continuous foaming urethane sponge, or a hot-melt adhesive, etc. Sealing is performed to such an extent that the Aerogel N does not leak from these gaps.
[0116] The side end portions 110X, 110Z of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are fixed to the holding members 250, 251 using an adhesive such as a silicone sealant.
[0117] As described above, the holding members 250, 251 seal the outer edge portions of the translucent member 11. (Manufacturing process)
[0118] Next, an example of a method for manufacturing the translucent member 10 of the present embodiment will be described. Note that the following manufacturing method is an example and may be modified accordingly.
[0119] First, the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are placed so that the direction along the ribs 104 (see Fig. 15), ie the axial directions of the tubular hollow sections 106 (see Fig. 15), which is the vertical direction. Further, the holding members 250, 251 are connected to the side end portions 110X, 110Z of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, except for the side end portions 110Z on the upper sides of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, and the open ends on the lower sides of the hollow portions 106 and the aerogel layer 130 are closed. Then, the aerogel M is filled into the hollow portions 106 from the openings on the upper sides of the hollow portions 106 of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100.
[0120] Fig. 12A is a horizontal section of the central portions in the Z direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 which are in the above-described state. Fig. 13A is a vertical section of the central portions in the X direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 which are in the above-described state.
[0121] In addition, the aerogel N is filled between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, and the holding members 250 are connected to the side end portions 110Z on the upper sides of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, and the open ends on the upper sides of the hollow portions 106 and the aerogel layer 130 are closed. Fig. 12B is a horizontal section of the central portions in the Z direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 which are in the above-described state. Fig. 13B is a vertical section of the central portions in the X direction of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 which are in the above-described state.
[0122] It should be noted that the side end portions 110X incline toward the inner side in the thickness direction due to the lateral pressure exerted by the aerogel layer 130 on the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100, and the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 bulge outward from the side end portions 110X toward outer sides in the thickness direction toward the central portions. (Operation and effects)
[0123] Next, operation and effects of the present embodiment will be described.
[0124] In the translucent member 10, both side end portions 110X, 110Z of the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 are held so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction by the holding members 251. Therefore, in the present embodiment, compared with the case where the side end portions 110X are not inclined, the outward warping of the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 due to the lateral pressure exerted on the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 by the aerogel layer 130 formed by the aerogel N filled between the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 is suppressed. Overfilling of the aerogel N between the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 is therefore prevented or suppressed. Furthermore, since the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are prevented from approaching or contacting the glass sheets 52, the distances L between the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 and the glass sheets 52 are maintained.
[0125] Here, in the present embodiment, the holding members 250, 251 and the like are placed so that the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 by the holding members 250, 251 is kept below a prescribed value.
[0126] A placement such that the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is kept below a prescribed value is preferably a placement such that the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 of the embodiment is less than the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 in a case where the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are held by the holding members 950 of the comparative example.
[0127] A placement such that the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is kept below a prescribed value is further preferred, as is a placement such that the deviation from the target value of the distances L is kept within a predetermined range, e.g., less than 10%. For example, in a case where the target value of the distances is 10 mm, a placement such that the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is kept below a prescribed value is a placement such that the distances L are kept between 9 mm - 11 mm.Further, placement such that the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is kept below a prescribed value is preferably such placement in which the deviation from the target amount of aerogel N in a case where the aerogel N has been filled between the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 without gaps is kept below a predetermined value, for example, less than 10%.
[0128] Furthermore, in the multilayer translucent body 13, the translucent member 11, where the aerogel layer 130 is formed between the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100, is provided in the hollow layer 55 sandwiched between the glass plates 52 adjacent to each other. This improves the thermal insulation performance of the multilayer translucent body 12. Furthermore, the warpage of the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 due to the lateral pressure exerted by the aerogel layer 130 on the pair of hollow polycarbonate plates 100 is suppressed and kept below a prescribed value by the support members 250, 251. Accordingly, contact between the glass plates 52 and the hollow polycarbonate plates 100 is prevented, thereby improving the insulation efficiency of the multilayer translucent body 13.
[0129] Further, both side end portions 110X of the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are held by the holding members 251 so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction. Due to the compressive force, vibrations and the like of the aerogel layer 130 are suppressed, and therefore precipitation of the aerogel N due to vibrations and the like is prevented or suppressed.
[0130] Furthermore, even if the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 were to expand due to heat, suppression of precipitation of the aerogel N is achieved because compressive force is applied to the aerogel layer 130 by the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100.
[0131] Furthermore, the rigidity of the holding members 250 is greater than that of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. Thus, even if lateral pressure is applied to the outer side claw portions 251A from the aerogel layer 130, the outer side claw portions 251A do not collapse. Accordingly, the two side end portions 110X of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 can continue to be held by the holding members 250 so as to be inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction. <Andere Punkte>
[0132] It should be noted that the present disclosure is not limited to the first and second embodiments described above.
[0133] For example, in the first and second embodiments described above, the spacers 21 are provided on all four sides of the glass panels 52. However, the spacers 21 may be omitted accordingly. If the spacers 21 are omitted, the holding members 151, 251 and the silicone sealing materials 31, for example, can be directly bonded.
[0134] In the above-described first embodiment and second embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 10 and the like, for example, the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 bulge toward the outer sides in the thickness direction due to the lateral pressure exerted on the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 by the aerogel layer 130 formed by filling the aerogel N between the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. However, the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 need not bulge toward the outer sides in the thickness direction. For example, when the width of one of the sides of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is small, approximately 50 cm, the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 hardly bulge even after the aerogel N is filled between the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100; or there are cases where the curved shapes that existed before the aerogel N was filled between the pair of hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are maintained.
[0135] For example, in the first embodiment described above, the holding members 150, 151 further hold both the side end portions 110X and the side end portions 110Z of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 so that they are inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction. However, the holding members 150, 151 may be structures that hold only either the side end portions 110X or the side end portions 110Z so that they are inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction.
[0136] For example, in the second embodiment described above, the holding members 250, 251 further hold the side end portions 110 on the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 so that they are inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction. However, the holding members 250, 251 may be structures that hold only either the side end portions 110X or the side end portions 110Z, or both the side end portions 110X and the side end portions 110Z so that they are inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction.
[0137] The holding members 150, the holding members 151, the holding members 250, and the holding members 251 can be used by appropriate combination. For example, the holding members 151 and the holding members 251 can be combined, or the holding members 151 and the holding members 250 can be combined.
[0138] The holding members may further be structures that hold at least one of the side end portions 110X and the side end portions 110Z on the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 so that they are inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction. For example, groove portions may be provided on the holding members that hold the side end portions 110X and the side end portions 110Z so that they are inclined toward the inner side in the thickness direction because the side end portions 110X and the side end portions 110Z are fitted therein.
[0139] It should be noted that in a case where the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is not sufficiently suppressed, the warpage of the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 is suppressed by a measure such as making the distance between the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 narrower or reducing the density of the aerogel N. Even in cases where the above-described measures are taken, the extent to which such measures are taken can be reduced by applying the technique of the present disclosure to the two hollow polycarbonate sheets 100.
[0140] Furthermore, for example, hollow polycarbonate sheets 100 are used as the translucent resin sheets in the above-described first embodiment and second embodiment. However, the translucent resin sheets are not limited to the hollow polycarbonate sheets 100. The translucent resin sheets may have hollow portions into which an aerogel can be filled, but they do not need to have hollow portions. The translucent resin sheets may be, for example, solid polycarbonate sheets or acrylic sheets. Furthermore, the translucent sheet members may be, for example, glass sheets or the like, which are not translucent resin sheets.
[0141] If the translucent plate members are glass plates, the thickness (corresponding to the thickness of the hollow polycarbonate plates 100 in Fig.1) the translucent plate member (the glass plate) is preferably less than or equal to the thickness of the translucent plates (the glass plates 52) (thickness of the translucent plate members (glass plates) ≤ thickness of the translucent plates (the glass plates 52)).
[0142] By making the thickness of the translucent plate members (glass plates) smaller than or equal to the thickness of the translucent plates (the glass plates 52) in this way, the weight of the translucent plate members (glass plates) can be reduced. Since the workability at the time of filling the aerogel N between the two translucent plate members (glass plates) is improved, the efficiency of manufacturing the translucent member 10 is also improved. Furthermore, by making the thickness of the translucent plate members (glass plates) smaller than or equal to the thickness of the translucent plates (the glass plates 52), the transparency of the multilayer glass can be increased at the time of structuring multilayer glass using the translucent plate members (glass plates) and the translucent plates (the glass plates 52).
[0143] Furthermore, in the first embodiment and second embodiment described above, for example, the two glass plates 52 are provided on the multi-layer translucent body 12, 13. However, the number of glass plates 52 provided on the multi-layer translucent body 12, 13 is not limited to two, and, for example, three or more glass plates 52 may be provided on the multi-layer translucent body 12, 13. Note that in a case where three or more glass plates are provided on the multi-layer translucent body 12, 13, the multi-layer translucent body 12, 13 has a plurality of hollow layers. In this case, the translucent member to which the technique of the present disclosure is applied may be provided in at least one of the plurality of hollow layers.
[0144] Furthermore, in the first embodiment and second embodiment described above, glass plates 52 are used, for example, as the translucent plates. However, the translucent plates are not limited to glass plates 52. The translucent plates may be made of resin, such as acrylic plates or polycarbonate plates. It should be noted that translucent plates made of resin are lighter than glass, although their fire resistance and durability are poor compared to glass.
[0145] In order for light to pass through the translucent member, the translucent plates and the translucent plate members, it is further sufficient that they can be transparent or semi-transparent.
[0146] Furthermore, the first embodiment and the second embodiment described above can be implemented in various forms within a scope that does not deviate from the spirit of the present disclosure. Furthermore, the first embodiment, the second embodiment, the modified examples, and the like described above can be implemented by appropriate combination.
