Abstract
Description
Cross-reference
[0001] The present disclosure claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202211210067.9, filed on September 30, 2022, entitled “Relay with High Action Reliability,” the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference in their entirety. Technical field
[0002] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electrical control devices and, more particularly, to a relay with high action reliability. State of the art
[0003] Ultra-small electromagnetic relays are widely used in fields such as network communications, medical devices, test equipment, and security due to their small size, low coil power consumption, double-pole double throw (DPDT) contact output, and high reliability. The current ultra-small electromagnetic relay typically consists of a movable contact piece and an armature portion, a base portion, and a housing. The movable contact piece and armature portion are formed as a whole by injection molding, combining an armature, a permanent magnet, and a movable spring portion with a movable contact. The movable spring portion is typically distributed symmetrically with the armature as the center. The base portion is typically formed by injection molding, combining a coil portion and a static spring portion with a static contact. The movable contact piece and the armature part are supported and positioned in an approximately central position with the base part in the vertical direction, and are fixed as a whole by soldering the movable spring and the static spring onto the base part. Then, an electromagnetic relay is formed after the housing is attached. When the relay coil is energized and de-energized, the movable contact piece and the armature part form a pivot point with a support part of the base part, so that the armature swings the movable spring back and forth during an oscillation process, thereby closing and breaking an electric circuit of the spring part. Due to a firm connection between the movable spring and the base part by soldering, the movable spring part deforms between the pivot point and a soldering point of the movable contact piece and the armature part, thereby generating a reaction force. The reaction force interacts with the magnetic attraction force generated by the coil after energization, ensuring that the relay's operating voltage and release voltage meet requirements and maintain stable parameters. In the above-mentioned application fields, relays generally require frequent switching, and in some working scenarios, products require reliable operation for more than 100 million cycles. Therefore, the moving contact and armature, as operating components, must have good fatigue resistance and reliable parameter stability to meet the requirements of extremely long service life and durability.
[0004] However, in the prior art, the solder connection between the movable spring and the base is susceptible to stress fatigue and a risk of failure by loosening, resulting in permanent failure of the relay. Brief Summary of Revelation

[0025] The exemplary embodiments will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the exemplary embodiments may be embodied in various forms and should not be construed as limited to the implementations set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concepts of the exemplary embodiments to those skilled in the art. Like reference numerals designate like or similar structures throughout the drawings, and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0026] As in the Fig. 1 to 8, shows Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a relay according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure; Fig. 2 shows a schematic perspective view of Fig. 1 with a removed housing 1; Fig. 3 shows a schematic side view of Fig. 1 with a removed housing 1; Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of Fig. 2 with a removed second plastic body 35; Fig. 5 shows a schematic view of Fig. 3 with a removed second plastic body 35; Fig. 6 shows a schematic view of a base part 3; Fig. 7 shows a schematic view of a coil and an iron core 32; Fig. Figure 8 shows a schematic view of a static contact unit 33 and a coil terminal 34.
[0027] The relay device according to the embodiments of the present disclosure includes a housing 1, a movable part 2, and a base part 3. The movable part 2 is arranged above the base part 3 and can swing relative to the base part 3. The housing 1 covers the movable part 2 and the base part 3.
[0028] It is understood that the terms "comprising" and "having," and any variations thereof, in embodiments of the present disclosure are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, product, or apparatus comprising a series of steps or units is not limited to the listed steps or units, but may optionally include unlisted steps or units, or other steps or components unique to those processes, methods, products, or apparatus.
[0029] The base part 3 comprises a coil 31, an iron core 32, a static contact unit 33, a coil terminal 34, and a second plastic body 35. The second plastic body 35 combines the coil 31, the iron core 32, the static contact unit 33, and the coil terminal 34 into a single piece by injection molding.
[0030] The coil 31 may include a coil former and an enamel wire, with the enamel wire wound around an outer periphery of the coil former. The static contact unit 33 includes two normally open static contact pieces 331, two normally closed static contact pieces 332, and two common end contact pieces 333.
[0031] A first end of the normally open static contact piece 331 is provided with a normally open static contact output terminal 3311 exposing a side surface of the second plastic body 35; a first end of the normally closed static contact piece 332 is provided with a normally closed static contact output terminal 3321 exposing the side surface of the second plastic body 35; and a first end of the common contact piece 333 is provided with a common end output terminal 3331 exposing the side surface of the second plastic body 35.
[0032] A second end of the normally open static contact piece 331 is provided with a normally open static contact 3312 exposing an upper surface of the second plastic body 35; a second end of the normally closed static contact piece 332 is provided with a normally closed static contact 3322 exposing the upper surface of the second plastic body 35; and a second end of the common end contact piece 333 is provided with a solder board 3332 exposing the upper surface of the second plastic body 35.
[0033] In the base part 3, an output terminal 341 of the coil terminal 34 is arranged at one end of the second plastic body 35. The normally closed static contact output terminal 3321, the common end output terminal 3331, and the normally open static contact output terminal 3311 are arranged sequentially from one end of the second plastic body 35 to the other end of the second plastic body 35. The normally open static contact output terminal 3311 is arranged at the other end of the second plastic body 35.
[0034] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the side surface of the second plastic body 35 is provided with a positioning groove 351, the position of which corresponds to a position of the soldering board 3332. The positioning groove 351 serves to receive an insert during the injection molding process so that the insert can position the soldering board 3332 and ensure the uniformity of the relay parameters.
[0035] In particular, when the coil 31, the iron core 32, the static contact unit 33, the coil terminal 34 and the second resin body 35 are assembled into an integral part by injection molding, the insert is placed in an injection mold and in the positioning groove 351 of the second resin body 35 to achieve a function of positioning the solder board 3332.
[0036] For example, the positioning groove 351 may have a trapezoidal shape and be "narrow at the top and wide at the bottom." On the one hand, the trapezoidal shape of the positioning groove 351 facilitates demolding, and on the other hand, the greater width in the lower section of the positioning groove 351 contributes to the reinforcement of the insert.
[0037] As in the Fig. 9 to 11, show the Fig. 9 to 11 are schematic views of the movable part 2 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure from three different angles. The movable part 2 includes two movable contact pieces 22, an armature 21, a permanent magnet 24, and a first plastic body 23. The first plastic body 23 joins the two movable contact pieces 22, the armature 21, and the permanent magnet 24 into a one-piece part by injection molding. The permanent magnet 24 may be arranged on a side of the armature 21 facing the base part 3. The two movable contact pieces 22 are each arranged on two opposite sides of the armature 21 in a width direction D2. The two movable contact pieces 22 may be arranged symmetrically around the armature 21 as the center.
[0038] As in the Fig. 6 and Fig. As shown in Figure 11, the movable part 2 further includes a first positioning portion 25, and the base part 3 further includes a second positioning portion 36. The first positioning portion 25 and the second positioning portion 36 are positioned and coordinated with one another. That is, the first positioning portion 25 and the second positioning portion 36 form a pivot point, so that the movable part 2 can swing relative to the base part 3 at this pivot point.
[0039] For example, the movable part 2 has two first positioning portions 25, and the base part 3 has two second positioning portions 36. The two first positioning portions 25 are spaced apart from each other along the movable part 2 in the width direction D2 and are arranged at a central position of the movable part 2 in the longitudinal direction D1. The two second positioning portions 36 are spaced apart from each other along the base part 3 in the width direction D2 and are arranged at a central position of the base part 3 in the longitudinal direction D1.
[0040] For example, the first positioning portion 25 may be a positioning groove disposed on a side of the movable part 2 facing the base part 3. The second positioning portion 36 may be a positioning protrusion disposed on a surface of the base part 3 facing the movable part 2, and the positioning protrusion may extend into the positioning groove to achieve positioning.
[0041] In other embodiments, the first positioning portion 25 may also be a positioning projection, while the second positioning portion 36 may be a positioning groove.
[0042] As in the Fig. As shown in Figures 12A to 14B, the movable contact piece 22 includes a movable contact body 221 and a soldering tail structure 222, wherein the soldering tail structure 222 is connected to the movable contact body 221. The soldering tail structure 222 is soldered to the soldering board 3332 of the base part 3, so that the movable part 2 forms a rocking structure.
[0043] For example, the movable contact body 221 has a long strip-shaped structure, and the solder tail structure 222 is connected to a middle position of the movable contact body 221 in the longitudinal direction D1.
[0044] Two ends of the movable contact body 221 in the longitudinal direction D1 are respectively provided with a normally open movable contact 2211 and a normally closed movable contact 2212. The normally open movable contact 2211 corresponds to the normally open static contact 3312 of the base part 3, and the normally closed movable contact 2212 corresponds to the normally closed static contact 3322 of the base part 3.
[0045] With reference to the Fig. 12A to 14B, the solder tail structure 222 includes a connecting portion 223 and a soldering portion 224. The soldering portion 224 is connected to the movable contact body 221 via the connecting portion 223. The soldering portion 224 includes a first soldering pattern 228 and a second soldering pattern 229 soldered to the base part 3. The first soldering pattern 228 and the second soldering pattern 229 are arranged on the same side of the connecting portion 223 along the longitudinal direction D1 of the armature 21.
[0046] In this embodiment, the movable contact piece 22 is connected to the base part 3 via the first soldering pattern 228 and the second soldering pattern 229. At least two soldering patterns can better ensure the strength of the connection between the movable contact piece 22 and the base part 3, thereby making it difficult for the solder tail pattern 222 to detach from the base part 3 and improving the mechanical durability of the relay. Meanwhile, the movable contact piece 22 is connected to the base part 3 via the first soldering pattern 228 and the second soldering pattern 229, whereby conductivity and heat dissipation can be better ensured, thereby reducing a temperature rise at a solder joint position.
[0047] It is understood that the first solder structure 228 and the second solder structure 229 are soldered to the solder board 3332 of the common end contact piece 333 using, for example, but not limited to, laser soldering.
[0048] For example, a line connecting the first soldering pattern 228 and the second soldering pattern 229 is approximately parallel to the longitudinal direction D1 of the armature 21. In other words, when the first soldering pattern 228 and the second soldering pattern 229 are soldered to the soldering board 3332 of the base part 3, two solder joints formed are linearly arranged along the longitudinal direction D1 of the armature 21.
[0049] It is understood that the first solder structure 228 and / or the second solder structure 229 may be groove structures.
[0050] As an example, the first soldering structure 228 and the second soldering structure 229 are both groove structures, and the first soldering structure 228 and the second soldering structure 229 are both arranged on a side of the soldering portion 224 that is opposite to the movable contact body 221.
[0051] A groove wall of the groove structure may be curved to increase the length of a contour line of the combination of the solder tail structure 222 and the solder board 3332 after laser irradiation, thereby improving the bonding force of the solder joint and increasing the mechanical life of the relay.
[0052] It can be understood that the specific structures of the first solder structure 228 and the second solder structure 229 may be the same or different. For example, one of the first solder structure 228 and the second solder structure 229 may be a groove structure, while the other may be another structure that can implement soldering. If both the first solder structure 228 and the second solder structure 229 are groove structures, the two groove structures may have the same or different dimensions.
[0053] As in the Fig. 12A, Fig. 12B and Fig. 15 shows the Fig. 15 a partially enlarged view of X1 in the Fig. 13. The solder portion 224 is not coplanar with the movable contact body 221.
[0054] For example, the connecting portion 223 is coplanar with the movable contact body 221. A fold line 227 is provided at the junction between the connecting portion 223 and the soldering portion 224, and an extension direction of the fold line 227 is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction D1 of the armature 21. The soldering portion 224 is bent relative to the connecting portion 223 by the fold line 227. In this way, during a swinging operation of the movable part 2 relative to the base part 3, a deformation position of the solder tail structure 222 is arranged around the fold line 227, thereby reducing the transmission of deformation stress to the solder joint.
[0055] As in Fig. As shown in Fig. 15, a portion of the soldering portion 224 provided with the first soldering pattern 228 and the second soldering pattern 229 is bent relative to the movable contact body 221 in a direction away from the base 3. That is, the soldering portion 224 is bent upward relative to the movable contact body 221 and the connecting portion 223 by the fold line 227.
[0056] As in the Fig. 3 and Fig. As shown in Figure 15, an angle β is formed between the soldering portion 224 and the movable contact body 221. When the first soldering pattern 228 and the second soldering pattern 229 of the soldering portion 224 are soldered horizontally on the soldering board 3332, the movable contact body 221 is formed lower on the left and higher on the right. Therefore, when the portion of the soldering portion 224 provided with the first soldering pattern 228 and the second soldering pattern 229 is bent in the direction away from the base 3 relative to the movable contact body 221, the armature 21 on a side near the coil terminal 34 contacts a pole face of the iron core 32, thereby forming a normally closed end; the armature 21 on a side remote from the coil terminal 34 separates from the pole face of the iron core 32, thereby forming a normally open end.
[0057] It is understood that the angle β between the soldering portion 224 and the movable contact body 221 is adjustable according to the magnitude of an attractive force of the coil of the relay, thereby further improving the manufacturing qualification rate of products and increasing the parameter stability and profit margin of products.
[0058] Along the longitudinal direction D1 of the armature 21, the fold line 227 is arranged on another side of the connecting portion 223 relative to the first solder structure 228 and the second solder structure 229. In other words, along the longitudinal direction D1 of the armature 21, the first solder structure 228 and the second solder structure 229 are arranged on one side of the connecting portion 223, while the fold line 227 is arranged on the other side of the connecting portion 223.
[0059] Further with reference to the Fig. 14A and Fig. 14B, a connecting line S between the normally open movable contact 2211 and the normally closed movable contact 2212 of the movable contact body 221 passes through a center point of the folding line 227. With this arrangement, when the movable part 2 swings relative to the base part 3 and the movable contact of the movable contact piece 22 comes into contact with the static contact of the static contact unit 33, a reaction force of the movable contact piece 22 that generates deformation is approximately collinear with the folding line 227, thereby reducing a lateral torque of the movable contact piece 22, improving the stability of the swinging motion of the movable part 2, extending the mechanical life, and improving the durability and stability of product parameters.
[0060] It should be noted that the two ends of the connecting line S each start from a center point of the normally open movable contact 2211 and a center point of the normally closed movable contact 2212. For example, if the normally open movable contact 2211 and the normally closed movable contact 2212 each consist of one contact, the two ends of the connecting line S start from the centers of the respective contacts. If each of the normally open movable contact 2211 and the normally closed movable contact 2212 has two contacts arranged side by side, one end of the connecting line S starts from a center point of the two contacts of the normally open movable contact 2211, and the other end of the connecting line S starts from a center point of the two contacts of the normally closed movable contact 2212.
[0061] As in Fig. 9, a plane in which the normally open movable contact 2211 and the normally closed movable contact 2212 of the movable contact body 221 are arranged is higher than a pole face of the armature 21, but this height difference is normally controlled so as not to exceed a lag value of the contacts.
[0062] Certainly, in other embodiments, the plane in which the normally open movable contact 2211 and the normally closed movable contact 2212 of the movable contact body 221 are arranged is coplanar with the pole face of the armature 21, so that the voltage generated when the armature 21 contacts the iron core 32 of the base part 3 and the voltage generated when the movable and static contacts contact each other reach a stable state substantially simultaneously, thereby reducing the lateral torque of the movable contact piece 22 and further improving the stability of the swinging motion of the movable part 2.
[0063] As in Fig. 16, shows Fig. 16 a partially enlarged view of X2 in Fig. 14B. A side of the movable contact body 221 facing the solder tail structure 222 is also provided with a recess 2213, and the recess 2213 is arranged at an edge of the connection between the connecting portion 223 and the movable contact body 221.
[0064] For example, along the longitudinal direction D1 of the armature 21, each of the two opposite sides of the connecting portion 223 is provided with the recess 2213. In this way, the length of the connecting portion 223 can be increased without increasing the overall width of the relay.
[0065] Furthermore, a chamfer may be provided at each corner of the recess 2213, which can reduce stress concentration due to chamfer transition. For example, the chamfer may be circular arc-shaped, but is not limited thereto.
[0066] Further referring to Fig. 16, along the longitudinal direction D1 of the armature 21, the first solder structure 228 is arranged closer to the connecting portion 223 than the second solder structure 229. The solder portion 224 includes a body portion 225 and a widened part 226. The body portion 225 is connected to the movable contact body 221 via the connecting portion 223. The first solder structure 228 and the second solder structure 229 are arranged on the body portion 225. The fold line 227 is provided at the junction between the body portion 225 and the connecting portion 223. The widened part 226 is connected to the body portion 225, and along the width direction D2 of the armature 21, the widened part 226 corresponds to the position of the first solder structure 228 and / or the second solder structure 229.
[0067] By providing the widened part 226, the rigidity at the solder joint position is improved to prevent stress from being transmitted to the first solder structure 228 when the movable part 2 swings.
[0068] Furthermore, the widened part 226 is provided on a side of the body portion 225 facing the movable contact body 221, and the widened part 226 corresponds to the position of the first soldering pattern 228 and / or the second soldering pattern 229.
[0069] For example, the widened portion 226 includes a first widened section 2261 and a second widened section 2262. The first widened section 2261 corresponds to the position of the first solder structure 228, and the second widened section 2262 corresponds to the position of the second solder structure 229. Along the width direction D2 of the armature 21, the size of the first widened section 2261 is smaller than the size of the second widened section 2262.
[0070] The first widened portion 2261 completely covers the position of the first solder structure 228 in the longitudinal direction D1 of the armature 21, and the second widened portion 2262 completely covers the position of the second solder structure 229 in the longitudinal direction D1 of the armature 21.
[0071] Along the longitudinal direction D1 of the armature 21, a starting point of the first widened portion 2261 is arranged closer to the connecting portion 223 than to the first solder structure 228. A starting point of the second widened portion 2262 is arranged between the first solder structure 228 and the second solder structure 229.
[0072] By having different widths of the first widened portion 2261 and the second widened portion 2262 at the positions corresponding to the first solder pattern 228 and the second solder pattern 229 in the solder portion 224, it is ensured that the attraction force consistently matches the reaction force. When a solder joint formed by the first solder pattern 228 is released during operation, the correspondence between the attraction force and the reaction force of a solder joint formed by the second solder pattern 229 remains substantially unchanged during operation, thereby ensuring the stability of the operating voltage and the release voltage of the relay, preventing permanent failure of the relay after a solder joint failure, and improving the durability and reliability of the product.
[0073] In particular, as in the Fig. 14A, Fig. 14B and Fig. 24, shows the Fig. 24 is a schematic view of a magnitude of a reaction force generated by deformation of the solder tail structure according to embodiments of the present disclosure. The reaction force F generated by the solder tail structure 222 is F=a(W*E*D*T 3 ) / L 3 .
[0074] In the equation, a is a constant and D represents a displacement (mm) of the solder tail structure 222 and is related to the structure of the product and is restricted by the stroke of the armature 21 rotating around the fulcrum. E represents a material elasticity coefficient (Gpa) of the solder tail structure 222, and E is a constant. T represents a thickness (mm) of the solder tail structure 222, and the material elasticity coefficient E and the thickness T of the solder tail structure are both material-related. W represents a width (mm) of the solder joint position along the width direction D2 in the solder tail structure 222 (ie, the width at the position of the first solder structure 228 and the second solder structure 229, respectively, in the solder tail structure 222). L represents a length from the solder joint to the fold line 227 along the length direction D1.
[0075] Accordingly, it can be seen that after completing the relay product structure and selecting the material for the solder lug structure 222, the size of F during use of the relay mainly depends on the ratio of W / L 3 To ensure that the size of F remains stable before and after the release of the first solder structure 228, it is necessary that the ratio of W / L 3 is stable.
[0076] Therefore, in this embodiment, as shown in the Fig. 14A and Fig. 14B, in the solder tail structure 222, a width at the position where the first solder structure 228 is arranged is W1 and a width at the position where the second solder structure 229 is arranged is W2. A length from the first solder structure 228 to the fold line 227 is L1 and a length from the second solder structure 229 to the fold line 227 is L2. By optimizing the dimensions, ensuring (W1 / L1 3 ) ≈ (W2 / L23 ), that is, the stability of the reaction force F can be ensured when the first soldering structure 228 is in operation, and when the first soldering structure 228 is released and the second soldering structure 229 is in operation, it is ensured that the correspondence between the attraction force and the reaction force of the relay remains substantially unchanged, and the stability of the operating voltage and the release voltage of the relay is ensured.
[0077] In addition, the maximum stress when the solder tail structure 222 is deformed is σ = b * L / W * T2, where b is a constant.
[0078] Further referring to Fig. 16, the first soldering pattern 228 and the second soldering pattern 229 are arranged on the side of the soldering portion 224 facing away from the movable contact body 221, and the widened part 226 is arranged on a side of the soldering portion 224 facing the movable contact body 221.
[0079] The connecting portion 223 includes a first connecting portion 2231 and a second connecting portion 2232 that are perpendicular to each other. One end of the first connecting portion 2231 is connected to the movable contact body 221, one end of the second connecting portion 2232 is connected to the other end of the first connecting portion 2231, and the other end of the second connecting portion 2232 is connected to the body portion 225.
[0080] At the connection between the first connecting portion 2231 and the movable contact body 221 and the connection between the first connecting portion 2231 and the second connecting portion 2232, a circular arc transition or a rounded transition is provided to reduce the stress concentration.
[0081] The first connecting portion 2231 extends perpendicular to the longitudinal direction D1 of the armature 21, the second connecting portion 2232 extends parallel to the longitudinal direction D1 of the armature 21, and the second connecting portion 2232 extends from the first connecting portion 2231 to a movable contact of the movable contact body 221.
[0082] The body portion 225 is J-shaped and includes a bent portion 2251 and an extension portion 2252. One end of the bent portion 2251 is connected to the other end of the second connecting portion 2232, and the extension portion 2252 is connected to the other end of the bent portion 2251. The first solder pattern 228 and the second solder pattern 229 are disposed in the extension portion 2252. The bent portion 2251 rotates 180 degrees to allow the extension portion 2252 to be extended from the bent portion 2251 to another movable contact of the movable contact body 221. The fold line 227 is disposed at the junction between the bent portion 2251 and the second connecting portion 2232.
[0083] As in the Fig. 14A, Fig. 14B and Fig. 16, a width t1 of a portion of the bent portion 2251 connected to the connecting portion 223 is less than or equal to a width t2 of a portion of the extending portion 2252 provided with the first brazing pattern 228 and the second brazing pattern 229, that is, t1≤t2. Meanwhile, a width t3 of the first connecting portion 2231 is larger than the width t1 of the bent portion 2251 and larger than the width t2 of the portion of the extending portion 2252 in which the first brazing pattern 228 and the second brazing pattern 229 are provided, that is, t3>t1 and t3>t2. By this configuration, the rigidity of the armature component is effectively increased. When the armature swings, the deformation of the movable contact piece 22 is formed in the bent portion 2251, which improves the stability of the product parameters.
[0084] The first solder structure 228 and the second solder structure 229 are arranged on a side of the extension section 2252 facing away from the movable contact body 221, and the first widened section 2261 and the second widened section 2262 are arranged on a side of the extension section 2252 facing the movable contact body 221.
[0085] For example, in the solder tail structure 222, the width of a portion where the fold line 227 is arranged is less than or equal to the width at positions where the first solder structure 228 and the second solder structure 229 are arranged.
[0086] As in the Fig. 17 to 19, shows Fig. 17 is a schematic side view of a relay according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure with a removed housing 1; Fig. 18 shows a schematic side view of a movable contact piece 22 in Fig. 17; Fig. 19 shows an enlarged partial view of X3 in Fig. 18. Similarities between the second and first embodiments are not repeated, but there are the following differences.
[0087] A portion of the soldering portion 224 provided with the first soldering pattern 228 and the second soldering pattern 229 is bent in a direction of the base 3 relative to the movable contact body 221. That is, the soldering portion 224 is bent downward relative to the movable contact body 221 and the connecting portion 223 by the fold line 227.
[0088] As in the Fig. 17 and Fig. As shown in Fig. 18, an angle β is formed between the soldering portion 224 and the movable contact body 221. When the first soldering pattern 228 and the second soldering pattern 229 of the soldering portion 224 are soldered horizontally on the soldering board 3332, the movable contact body 221 is positioned higher on the left and lower on the right. Therefore, when the portion of the soldering portion 224 provided with the first soldering pattern 228 and the second soldering pattern 229 is bent toward the base 3 relative to the movable contact body 221, the armature 21 contacts a pole face of the iron core 32 at a side near the coil terminal 34, forming a normally open end; and the armature 21 separates from the pole face of the iron core 32 at a side remote from the coil terminal 34, forming a normally closed end.
[0089] Accordingly, it can be seen that by providing the fold line 227, the soldering portion 224 can be folded up or down as needed, which facilitates adaptable adjustment of the normally open end and the normally closed end of the relay according to usage requirements.
[0090] As in the Fig. 20 to 22B, the Fig. 20 and Fig. 21 schematic views of a movable part 2 of a relay according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure from two different angles. Fig. 22A shows a schematic perspective view of a movable contact piece of the relay according to the third embodiment of the present disclosure; and Fig. 22B shows a schematic perspective view of another movable contact piece of the relay according to the third embodiment of the present disclosure. Similarities between the third embodiment and the first and second embodiments will not be repeated, but there are the following differences.
[0091] In the solder tail structure 222, no fold line 227 is provided and the soldering portion 224, the connecting portion 223 and the movable contact body 221 are coplanar.
[0092] As in the Fig. 23A and Fig. 23B, shows the Fig. 23A is a schematic view of a movable contact piece of a relay according to a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure; and Fig.23B shows a schematic view of another movable contact piece of the relay according to the fourth embodiment of the present disclosure. Similarities between the fourth embodiment and the above embodiments will not be repeated, but there are the following differences.
[0093] When the parameter variation of the product is insensitive or the parameter range is large, the widened part 226 is arranged only corresponding to the first soldering pattern 228, while the widened part 226 is not provided corresponding to the second soldering pattern 229.
