SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING DATA

Abstract

A method is provided that reduces the administrative costs of configuration information required for data transmission. For this purpose, a data transmission system comprises a computer system that transmits data acquired by a local device to another device in a network. The network includes at least one communication device connected to the local device to enable data communication, and receives data acquired by the local device. It also includes a communication control server that receives the data from the communication device and transmits it to another device in the network. The communication device also generates instructions specifying a transmission destination and transmission sequence for the data and sends these instructions to the communication control server.The communication control server transmits the data to the other device based on the instructions received from the communication device. The other device comprises at least one service server, which performs predetermined data processing on the data received from the communication control server with respect to a service requested by a user and returns the data to the communication control server, and a data server, which stores the data received from the communication control server in a memory area.
