Description

The invention relates to a laboratory mill, in particular a cutting mill for laboratory operation, further in particular a table cutting mill, having a housing and a drive motor with a drive shaft connected to the housing, wherein a grinding tool, in particular a cutting rotor with at least one cutting blade, can be connected to the drive shaft, in particular for the cutting comminution of ground material by shearing action, having a grinding chamber provided in the housing for arranging the grinding tool in the grinding chamber. The invention also relates to a cyclone separator for a laboratory mill of the aforementioned type.Laboratory cutter mills crush the mill stock by a scissors-type cutting effect between a rotating cutter rotor with cutting blades disposed thereon and stationary counter blades disposed on the inside of the mill chamber side wall. Cutting blades and counter blades extend in the axial direction of the drive shaft as cutting strips. Laboratory cutter mills are advantageously used for comminution of soft, medium-hard, tough, elastic, fibrous and heterogeneous sample mixtures. Examples of laboratory cutting mills are the Applicant's cutting mills SM 100, SM 200 and SM 300.In impact rotor mills, comminution and deagglomeration take place by impact and shear action. In the center of the grinding chamber, the feed material is comminuted between the rotor, the screening and the grinding insert. As soon as the grinding material is lighter than the hole width of a screen, it falls into a collecting vessel through the outlet of gravity. An example of a beater rotor mill is the Applicant's beater rotor mill SR 300. Impact rotor mills are used for the coarse and fine comminution of dry, soft, medium-hard, organic and inorganic substances.Impact mills are likewise suitable for coarse and fine comminution and are used for the treatment of medium hard and brittle materials. Comminution is effected by impact. The feed material reaches the grinding chamber center and is gripped there by a cross hammer and comminuted between the baffle plates of the cross hammer and a toothed grinding insert. As soon as the material is smaller than the hole width of an inserted bottom screen, it passes through the latter and passes through the gravity outlet into a collecting container. The ambient air sucked into the grinding chamber by the cross-hammer accelerates the discharge of the comminuted material. An example of a cross-type mill is the Applicant's cross-type mill SK 300.In the known laboratory mills, cyclone separators are used in order to bring about, in addition to good cooling of the ground material and the grinding tools, an improved discharge of the sample from the grinding chamber.Supported by a vacuum cleaner, the cyclone optimizes the air throughput through the grinding chamber of the laboratory mill, which leads to cooling of the sample material and the grinding tools and improves the material discharge from the grinding chamber. This is particularly useful when milling, for example, temperature sensitive materials or very light samples. Other advantages are the ease of recovering the sample material and the ability to process large quantities of sample. When comminution of solids to analytical fineness is effected, the use of a cyclone can be advantageous, depending on the material property. Known laboratory mills can therefore optionally be equipped with a cyclone. The object of the present invention is to increase the usability of the previously known laboratory mills, in particular the usability of cutter mills. In particular, the object of the present invention is to provide a laboratory mill of the type mentioned at the beginning which, when equipped with a cyclone separator, permits in a simple manner good cooling of the ground material and the grinding tools and improved discharge of the sample from the grinding chamber and is distinguished by high operating comfort and easy cleanability.Furthermore, if equipped with a cyclone separator, the laboratory mill should be distinguished by a space-saving structure and therefore be usable in particular as a table top.The above objects are achieved by a laboratory mill having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the solution according to the invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims. The laboratory mill according to the invention has a cyclone receptacle formed by a recess or recess and / or depression in the housing for receiving a cyclone separator into the housing. The size and geometry of the recess or recess in the housing of the laboratory mill forming the cyclone receptacle is adapted to the size and geometry of the cyclone separator, so that the cyclone separator can be inserted into the cyclone receptacle. The cyclone separator is inserted or integrated interchangeably into the housing, resulting in a space-saving construction of the laboratory mill. The laboratory mill is thus suitable in particular for placement as a table top. An external connection of the laboratory mill to a cyclone separator set up separately from the laboratory mill or held separately on the laboratory mill is thus not necessary. In particular, the invention deviates from the laboratory mills with cyclone separators known from the prior art, in which the cyclone separator is arranged as an overhang laterally next to the housing of the laboratory mill. The cyclone separator integrated into the cyclone receptacle achieves, in a manner known per se, good cooling of the grinding material and of the grinding tools on the one hand and improved discharge of the sample from the grinding chamber on the other hand.It is furthermore of particular advantage that the cyclone separator can be removed from the cyclone receptacle for simplified cleaning and cleaned separately from the laboratory mill. Moreover, the possibility is created of using cyclone separators which consist of different materials, depending on the grinding material used.According to the invention, the cyclone separator can be inserted into the cyclone receptacle as a separate structural unit which is separate from the grinding chamber and can be removed from the cyclone receptacle. In particular, the cyclone separator is not directly connected to the grinding chamber or the parts of the laboratory mill forming the grinding chamber and can thus be removed from the housing of the laboratory mill independently of the grinding chamber. The cyclone receptacle can be designed to receive an inlet channel of the cyclone separator leading to a swirl chamber of the cyclone separator and, preferably, to receive the swirl chamber at least substantially completely and, preferably, to receive an immersion pipe of the cyclone separator opening into the swirl chamber. As a result, the solution according to the invention preferably provides for the substantially complete integration of all essential components or functional units of the cyclone separator into the housing of the laboratory mill. The cyclone separator can be integrated into the cyclone receptacle at any rate with an inlet channel to the swirl chamber, the swirl chamber, an immersion pipe and, preferably, at least with parts of a separation chamber, in particular of predominant parts of the separation chamber. The cyclone receptacle can have a first, preferably substantially horizontally extending first receiving region and a second, preferably substantially vertically extending second receiving region, wherein the first receiving region opens into the second receiving region and the second receiving region opens into a lower housing opening of the device housing.Via an inlet channel of the cyclone separator, a grinding material air stream is fed tangentially to a swirl chamber of the cyclone separator. A rotationally symmetrical swirl chamber can be designed to form a rotational flow. The first, substantially horizontally extending first receiving region of the cyclone receptacle can then be provided for receiving at least the inlet channel of the cyclone separator.A swirl chamber of the cyclone separator can be formed by a rotationally symmetrical upper part which can transition into a conical lower part of the cyclone separator, wherein the conical lower part forms a separation chamber. The rotationally symmetrical upper part of the cyclone separator or the swirl chamber and the conical lower part of the cyclone separator or the separation chamber can extend downward from a suction channel of the housing in the second, substantially vertically extending second receiving region of the cyclone receiver.Coaxially to the separation chamber, a dip tube of the cyclone separator can be arranged, which dip tube can extend downward from the suction channel in the housing of the laboratory mill and can open into the separation chamber. The suction channel can be connected or can be connected to the immersion pipe via a sealing element. The suction channel serves for connecting a suction device, such as a vacuum cleaner, and enables the operation of reduced pressure in the grinding chamber during the grinding process by suction of a grinding chamber air stream from the grinding chamber via the cyclone separator. The separation chamber of the cyclone separator can extend beyond a lower housing opening of the housing of the laboratory mill and terminate outside the housing of the laboratory mill.At the free end of the separation chamber, a quick-action closure for a sample vessel can be provided.Particularly preferably, the invention provides that the cyclone separator can be inserted into the cyclone receptacle via a front side of the housing. This simplifies the handling of the cyclone separator when it is inserted into the cyclone receptacle and when it is removed from the cyclone receptacle. A housing door which is pivotably held can be provided on the housing of the laboratory mill, wherein the cyclone separator can then be inserted into the cyclone receptacle only in an open position of the housing door. In a closed position of the housing door, on the other hand, the cyclone receptacle is closed by the housing door with a cyclone which may be integrated therein. In particular, the cyclone separator can be inserted into the cyclone receptacle or into the housing of the laboratory mill without tools and can be removed without tools, which simplifies operation. "Toolless" in the sense of the invention, however, also encompasses embodiments in which locking, locking or latching means have to be manually actuated in order to fix the cyclone separator in the cyclone receptacle and / or to remove it from the cyclone receptacle. In particular, such manually actuatable locking, locking or latching means can be spring-loaded; furthermore, in particular, the insertion and / or removal of the cyclone separator into or from the housing can be spring-loaded.In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the housing of the laboratory mill has a cassette receptacle formed by a recess or recess and / or depression in the housing for receiving an exchangeable cassette into the housing. The aforementioned change cassette forms the grinding chamber rear wall and the grinding chamber side wall of the grinding chamber. The exchangeable cassette can be inserted or received completely in the cassette receptacle.Particularly preferably, only the grinding chamber rear wall and the grinding chamber side wall are formed on the replaceable cartridge, which for this purpose can have a one-piece and / or one-piece base body, which radially circumferentially delimits the grinding chamber and axially on the motor side. An at least regional termination of the grinding chamber on the front or front side of the cassette facing away from the drive motor can form a grinding chamber cover which can be placed detachably against the base body. The grinding chamber cover can preferably be held or fastened on an openable and closable housing door directly or indirectly connected to the housing and can be movable together with the housing door. In a closed state of the housing door, the grinding chamber cover can abut against the replaceable cartridge and close off the grinding chamber on the front side of the housing at least in regions. By opening the housing door, the grinding chamber cover is brought together with the housing door into an open position, so that an engagement into the grinding chamber via the front side of the housing is possible, for example for removing the replaceable cartridge from the cartridge receptacle and / or for cleaning the grinding chamber. However, an embodiment is also not excluded in which the grinding chamber cover is detachably fastened to a base body of the replaceable cartridge, which base body delimits the grinding chamber side wall and the grinding chamber rear wall. Here, it is possible to remove the base body together with the grinding chamber cover from the cassette receptacle or insert it into the cassette receptacle. In contrast to the prior art known in the prior art, in the cutting mill according to the invention, the walls which delimit the grinding chamber radially and axially on the motor side are accordingly formed on an exchangeable cassette. The housing in turn has a receptacle for the cassette, the geometry of which is adapted to the cassette geometry and cassette size, so that the cassette can preferably be inserted completely into the cassette receptacle. Front surfaces of the exchangeable cassette and front surfaces of the housing wall of the housing delimiting the cassette receptacle can then be aligned or front surfaces of the exchangeable cassette can be lowered with respect to front surfaces of the housing wall of the housing delimiting the cassette receptacle.During operation of the laboratory mill according to the invention, the cutting rotor then sweeps over the rear wall of the cassette which forms the grinding chamber rear wall. The grinding chamber side wall is formed by a side wall of the replaceable cartridge, which can surround the axis of rotation of the drive shaft substantially concentrically at least in regions. The use, provided according to the invention, of a replaceable cartridge which forms the grinding chamber creates the possibility for simplified cleaning. After opening the housing door and a grinding chamber cover connected thereto, the grinding chamber can be cleaned in a simple manner via the open front or front side of the replaceable cartridge. The cassette can remain in the cassette holder during cleaning.Alternatively, the cassette can also be removed from the cassette holder for cleaning purposes. In addition, the possibility is created of using cassettes which consist of different cassette materials, for example of steel, aluminum or of specific, in particular low-heavy metal, steels. In addition, cassettes can be used which differ from one another by the direction of the grinding material flow during the removal of grinding material from the grinding chamber and / or the direction of the grinding material flow during the feeding of grinding material into the grinding chamber. In principle, it is also possible to use cassettes which have different dimensions of the grinding chamber, which can necessitate the use of intermediate pieces or adapter pieces which are inserted into the cassette receptacle.Particularly preferably, the invention provides that the replaceable cartridge can be inserted into the cartridge receptacle via a front or front side of the housing. This simplifies the handling of the cassette during insertion into the cassette holder and during removal from the cassette holder. The term "replaceable cartridge" in the sense of the invention relates to those cartridge solutions in which a cartridge, as a separate component or separate module, forms at least the grinding chamber rear wall and the grinding chamber side wall and, if appropriate, a grinding chamber front wall and thus spatially delimits the grinding chamber. Particularly preferably, the grinding chamber rear wall and the grinding chamber side wall are formed by a cassette base body, wherein the grinding chamber front wall can be formed by a grinding chamber cover which closes the grinding chamber toward the front side of the laboratory mill and can be detachably connected to the cassette base body or can be pressed against the cassette base body.In addition, the cassette can be exchanged in particular without tools, which in turn simplifies the handling of the cassette during the cassette exchange. In this case, the exchangeable cassette can be removed from the cassette holder or inserted into the cassette holder purely manually without using tools, such as screwdrivers or tongs. However, "toolless" in the sense of the invention also includes embodiments in which locking, locking or latching means, which fix the cassette in the cassette receptacle, have to be manually actuated in order to fix the cassette in the cassette receptacle and / or remove it from the cassette receptacle. For example, to secure the cassette in the cassette holder after reaching a specific insertion position of the cassette, a manually actuatable pin can be provided, which engages in a positive and / or non-positive manner in the cassette and / or the housing and thereby secures the cassette in a specific position in the cassette holder. However, it is preferably provided that the cassette can be inserted into the cassette receptacle and removed from the cassette receptacle without having to actuate connecting, locking and / or locking means for this purpose. The insertion and removal of the cassette into or from the cassette holder then takes place without tools and does not require any actuation of connecting elements configured for a positive and / or non-positive connection between the cassette and the housing.Particularly preferably, the grinding chamber rear wall and the grinding chamber side wall are formed on a one-piece or one-piece cassette base body. In principle, the grinding chamber rear wall and the grinding chamber side wall can, however, also be formed on cassette components detachably connected to one another.A screen or grid insert can be inserted into the grinding chamber in a manner known per se, wherein a screen seat for the screen or grid insert can be formed on the side wall of the exchangeable cassette in the region of a cassette opening in order to hold the insert in and on the cassette. The housing comprises at least one depression, recess or recess which forms a cassette receptacle. The cassette receptacle can be formed by a recess, which is circular at least in sections, in the housing. The cassette receptacle can adjoin upwards or merge into an upper recess or upper recess in the housing, which opens into an upper housing opening. The cassette receptacle can adjoin downward or merge into at least one lower recess or lower recess in the housing, which opens into at least one lower housing opening. The upper recess or upper recess in the housing can be provided for receiving a material feed shaft of a grinding material hopper at the end in regions and can form a shaft receptacle. In addition, a grinding material feed formed on the cassette by the cassette wall, which feed opens into an upper cassette opening and via which the grinding material to be ground is fed to the region of the cutting rotor or the grinding chamber, can engage at least in regions into the upper recess or upper recess in the housing. The lower recess or lower recess in the housing can be provided for receiving an outlet funnel connected to the exchangeable cassette in regions, wherein the lower recess or lower recess forms an outlet funnel receptacle. The cartridge has an upper cartridge opening and at least one lower cartridge opening. Via the upper housing opening and the upper cassette opening, the grinding material reaches the cassette and thus the grinding chamber. The comminuted ground material passes from the grinding chamber and the cassette via the lower cassette opening and passes from the housing via the lower housing opening. Moreover, at least one spring means and / or clamping means can be provided for acting upon the replaceable cartridge with a compressive and / or clamping force acting in the axial direction with respect to the drive motor, so that the replaceable cartridge is pressed in the axial direction against an axial wall surface of the housing in the region of the cartridge receptacle.Particularly preferably, an openable and closable housing door can be provided, which can preferably be held pivotably on the housing forming the cassette receptacle. In a closed state of the housing door, the housing door can transmit a clamping force to the cassette, so that the cassette is pressed in the axial direction toward the drive motor and is braced in the cassette receptacle in the axial direction. At least one sealing element can be provided between the housing door and the cassette, which is compressed when the housing door is closed and thus ensures that the cassette is braced axially free of play in the cassette receptacle. The sealing element thus performs a sealing function and at the same time the function as a means for transmitting a clamping force to the cassette. It is preferably provided that the exchangeable cassette is held in the cassette holder without play solely on account of clamping forces which are transmitted to the exchangeable cassette in the axial direction, for example by a housing door as described above in the closed position of the housing door. The formation of a rotation prevention means by interacting connection and holding geometries is then preferably not provided. The change cassette provides a lower laterally oriented cassette opening in the side wall of the change cassette for a lateral removal of the grinding material from the change cassette, wherein, preferably, the grinding material on the inner surface of the side wall of the change cassette is first deflected in the horizontal direction and exits in the horizontal direction from the change cassette via the lateral cassette opening.Particularly preferably, the change cassette has a lower cassette opening for a grinding material outlet from the change cassette in an outlet direction deviating from the direction of gravity at an angle, in particular for a grinding material outlet from the change cassette transversely to the direction of gravity, wherein, preferably, the grinding material on the inner surface of the side wall of the change cassette is deflected below the axis of rotation of the drive shaft in the horizontal direction towards the lower cassette opening and exits in the horizontal direction from the cassette opening. The lateral removal of a grinding material air stream from the replacement cassette is advantageous if the replacement cassette adjoins the cyclone separator and the grinding material air stream is transferred laterally via the lateral cassette opening into the inlet channel of the cyclone separator. In the vertical direction, the replaceable cartridge can then be designed closed, so that the replaceable cartridge has only one lower cartridge opening that is open to the side. The lower, laterally oriented cassette opening in the side wall of the replaceable cassette is preferably located within the housing when the replaceable cassette is inserted into the cassette receptacle. As already described above, the cassette receptacle can laterally adjoin a lower recess or lower recess of the housing or merge into a recess which is designed for at least regionally receiving a cyclone separator and is referred to within the scope of the invention as a "cyclone receptacle".The cassette receptacle and the cyclone receptacle are fluidically connected to one another or merge into one another. The cassette receptacle and the cyclone receptacle can be formed by a common, continuous, uninterrupted recess, cutout and / or depression in the housing. The exchangeable cassette and the cyclone separator can thus be inserted into the housing side by side. The lower, laterally oriented cassette opening can then be opposite the inlet channel of a cyclone separator inserted into the cyclone receptacle of the housing in the state in which the replaceable cassette is inserted into the cassette receptacle, so that a direct transition of a grinding material air flow via the cassette opening of the replaceable cassette into the cyclone separator within the housing is ensured. The cyclone separator can preferably be formed in multiple parts, in particular wherein the cyclone separator can have a lower part and an upper part and wherein, preferably, the upper part and the lower part can be connected or are connected to one another in a releasable and unsealed manner. "Unsealed" in the sense of the present invention denotes the connection of a plurality of components to one another without sealing means or without the use of a sealing element. Since, in the suction operation, a reduced pressure level is formed in the grinding chamber and thus also in the cyclone separator via the cyclone separator, grinding material components are suctioned off via the cyclone separator and do not pass into the cyclone receptacle or the cassette receptacle via the components of the cyclone separator that are connected to one another in an unsealed manner. The use of sealing elements can thus be dispensed with.As described above, an openable and closable housing door may be provided, which may preferably be pivotably held on the housing. In a closed state of the housing door, the housing door can optionally transmit a clamping force to the cyclone separator, so that the cyclone separator is pressed in the axial direction toward the drive motor and is braced in the axial direction in the cyclone receptacle. Here too, a spring means and / or clamping means can basically be provided, for example a sealing element which is arranged between the housing door and the cyclone separator and is compressed when the housing door is closed, so that the cyclone separator is axially braced without play in the cyclone receptacle. However, it can also be provided that the cyclone separator can be fixed in the cyclone receptacle only by locking, locking or latching means, independently of a closing movement of the housing door. The cyclone separator is then held securely in the cyclone receptacle even when the housing door is open. The cyclone separator and the cassette can have geometrically complementary edge geometries on edge regions lying opposite one another in the inserted state. In particular, edge geometries of the exchangeable cassette and cyclone separator can be designed to be complementary to one another in such a way that the exchangeable cassette can be displaced relative to the cyclone separator held on the housing in the drive shaft direction and can thus be inserted into the cassette receptacle and removed from the cassette receptacle, while the cyclone separator remains in the cyclone receptacle. In particular, the cassette can be inserted into the cassette receptacle and / or removed from the cassette receptacle independently of the cyclone separator. The cassette and the cyclone separator are preferably not directly connected to one another in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner in the inserted state. It is further preferred that the cyclone separator can also be inserted into the cyclone receptacle and / or removed from the cyclone receptacle independently of the cassette, so that, if necessary, without changing the cassette, operation of the laboratory mill with a cyclone separator or without a cyclone separator is possible.By means of a corresponding geometric configuration of the adjacent edge geometries of the exchangeable cassette and cyclone separator, it is possible for the exchangeable cassette and cyclone separator to be inserted into the cassette receptacle or the cyclone receptacle of the housing and / or to be removable from the housing independently of one another. By spacing the edge geometries apart from one another, in particular the replacement of the replaceable cartridge is simplified independently of the cyclone separator and vice versa.Furthermore, in particular, the adjacent edge geometries of cassette and cyclone separator can be designed to be complementary to one another in such a way that, during the insertion or removal, a displacement of cassette and cyclone separator relative to one another in the drive shaft direction is possible. For example, the cassette can then be moved in the drive shaft direction or in the axial direction of the drive shaft relative to the cyclone separator inserted into the cyclone receptacle and can be inserted into the cassette receptacle. The cyclone operation of the laboratory mill with generation of reduced pressure in the grinding chamber allows the cyclone separator to be inserted unsealed into the cyclone receptacle. The cassette can likewise be inserted unsealed into the cassette receptacle. Adjacent edge geometries of the cassette and cyclone separator can be opposite each other in unsealed condition. The term "unsealed" in the sense of the invention relates to embodiments in which the cyclone separator and the cassette are inserted into the respective housing receptacle without the use of a sealing element or a seal and / or wherein no sealing element is provided between the cassette and the cyclone separator in the region of the edge geometries of the cassette and the cyclone separator. In order to prevent crushed grinding material from exiting via adjacent edge geometries of the exchangeable cassette and cyclone separator into free spaces of the cassette receptacle and / or the cyclone receptacle, the adjacent edge geometries can be held or arranged at a distance from one another, in particular for forming an air gap between adjacent edge geometries. The grinding operation can be carried out at a reduced pressure level in the grinding chamber via the cyclone separator, wherein a grinding material-air mixture is sucked in via an upper cassette opening and sucked out via a lower cassette opening. When the mixture of ground material and air is suctioned off, ambient air is suctioned off via the air gap via the formed distance between the adjacent edge geometries of the replacement cassette and cyclone separator and reaches the replacement cassette. This prevents the ground material from being comminuted from exiting via the adjacent edge geometries of the replaceable cartridge and the cyclone separator into the cartridge receptacle and thus the interior of the cutter mill. Moreover, the mutual spacing of the exchangeable cassette and cyclone separator prevents damage from occurring during grinding operation due to the exchangeable cassette and cyclone separator coming into mechanical contact. The air gap or the mutual spacing is preferably provided over the full surface between the adjacent edge geometries of the replaceable cartridge and cyclone separator, so that the suction of false air can take place over the entire extent of the edge geometries facing one another or at any point. Moreover, inner surfaces of the exchangeable cassette and cyclone separator can be substantially aligned in the inserted state and / or an enlargement of the flow cross section can be provided at the transition of the cassette opening to the inlet channel of the cyclone separator in order to avoid the deposition of comminuted ground material at projections and / or edges in the transition region from the exchangeable cassette to the cyclone separator. At least one spring element, in particular a first spring element, can be provided for transmitting a spring force acting in the vertical direction against the cyclone separator, in particular an upwardly directed spring force. This makes it possible to simplify the insertion of the cyclone separator into the cyclone receptacle, which contributes to high operating comfort.Preferably in addition to the first spring element, at least one spring element, in particular a second spring element, can be provided for transmitting a spring force acting in the horizontal direction against the cyclone separator, in particular a spring force acting in the direction of the cassette. This also simplifies the operation of inserting the cyclone separator. The spring force acting in the horizontal direction can then press the cyclone separator in the horizontal direction against a stop provided on the housing in the region of the cyclone receptacle or against a contact edge. The cyclone separator can be held in a predetermined insertion position by transmission of a spring force of at least one spring element and / or the cyclone separator can be moved against the spring force of at least one spring element from the insertion position into a removal position. In particular, the cyclone separator is held in the insertion position by the first spring element by transmitting a spring force acting in the vertical direction against the cyclone separator and by the second spring element by transmitting a spring force acting in the horizontal direction against the cyclone separator and, further preferably, is movable from the insertion position into a removal position counter to the spring force of the first spring element and / or of the second spring element. It is further advantageous if the cyclone separator is locked in a predetermined insertion position against undesired displacement from the insertion position, in particular in a positive and / or non-positive manner, further in particular by forming a positive and / or non-positive connection between the cyclone separator and the housing of the laboratory mill and / or by forming a positive and / or non-positive connection between the cyclone separator and at least one spring element. In particular, to release the form-fit and / or force-fit connection, it is necessary to manually exert a specific removal force on the cyclone separator in the horizontal and / or vertical direction. In particular, it is necessary to transmit manually to the cyclone separator a removal force in the horizontal and / or vertical direction which is greater than the holding force or spring force transmitted from the at least one spring means to the cyclone separator, with which the cyclone separator is held in the inserted position. The removal force then counteracts the spring force. On a housing wall of the housing delimiting the cyclone receptacle, a stop can be provided against which the cyclone separator abuts in the insertion position. The stop can form an abutment edge, so that in the insertion position a secure abutment of the cyclone separator against the housing is ensured.Otherwise, upon reaching the insertion position, a piece of haptically, acoustically and / or optically perceptible information can be generated. For example, the information generation may be the result of the contacting of complementary geometries of cyclone separator and a spring element that transmits a spring force to the cyclone separator in the insertion position. In particular, a piece of visually and acoustically perceptible information can be generated when the cyclone separator reaches the insertion position and a form-fit and / or force-fit connection is formed between the cyclone separator and the housing of the laboratory mill and / or between the cyclone separator and a ratchet element. For example, a noise can be generated if the immersion pipe of the cyclone separator engages in the suction channel of the housing when the insertion position is reached and / or if the spring leg of a spring element which bears against the cyclone separator springs into an undercut of the cyclone separator. At the free end of the cyclone separator, a quick-action closure for a sample vessel can be provided, wherein the quick-action closure has at least one spring-loaded sealing element for the self-sealing insertion of the sample vessel into the quick-action closure. When inserting a sample vessel, an upper vessel edge, which delimits a receiving opening of the sample vessel, is braced between the sealing element and a holding geometry on the quick-action closure, and the vessel edge is thus automatically sealed with respect to the environment. The features of the above-described aspects of the present invention may be combined with each other as needed, although not specifically described. A cutting rotor 5 with cutting blades 6 can be connected to the drive shaft 4 in a manner known per se for the cutting comminution of ground material by shearing action. The cutter mill 1 also has a housing door 7 which is pivotably articulated to the housing 2 and can be opened or closed from a closed position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 into an open position shown in FIG. 9. In the embodiment shown, the housing door 7 consists of a lower door section 8 and an upper door section 9, wherein both door sections 8, 9 can be rigidly connected to one another or wherein the housing door 7 can also be formed integrally with the door sections 8, 9. However, an embodiment is not excluded in which the door sections 8, 9 are designed as door parts which are separate from one another and are held on the housing 2 so as to be pivotable relative to one another and independently of one another. It is not shown that a safety switch with a door signaling contact can be provided in order to detect the proper closing of the housing door 7. In particular, mill operation may be possible only when the housing door 7 has reached a predetermined closing position. On the front side, a door cover 10 is firmly connected to the lower door section 8. By pulling or pressing the door cover 10, the housing door 7 can be opened or closed. For simplified handling, a grip element can be formed on the door cover 10, for example in the form of a bent-over edge of the door cover 10 or a grip recess on which the door cover 10 can be gripped and pulled forwardly from the front to open the housing door 7 or pressed in the direction of the drive motor 3 to close the housing door 7.The cutter mill 1 further comprises a grinding material hopper 11 or a grinding material hopper and a cyclone separator 12 which can comprise a quick-action closure 13 for a sample vessel at the outlet from the housing 2.FIGS. 3 and 4 show views of an assembly of the cutter mill of FIG. 1 after the housing door 7 is disassembled. As can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, a replaceable cartridge 14 is inserted into the housing 2. The change cassette 14 forms a grinding chamber 15 and is designed for arranging the cutting rotor 5 with the cutting blades 6 in the grinding chamber 15. The exchangeable cassette 14 has a side wall 16 which radially delimits the grinding chamber 15 and forms a grinding chamber side wall (FIG. 10 ). The side wall 16 extends axially in the direction of a rear wall 17 of the exchangeable cassette, which delimits the grinding chamber 15 on the motor side in the axial direction and forms a grinding chamber rear wall.Stationary counter blades 18 are held on the inner side of the side wall 16, which engage with the cutting blades 6 during the cutting comminution of ground material. The number of cutting blades 6 and counter blades 18 is not limited to the number shown in the embodiment.FIGS. 10 to 12 show the replaceable cartridge 14 from FIGS. 3 and 4. the side wall 16 of the replaceable cartridge 14 is interrupted in the region of an upper cartridge opening 19 and in the region of a lower cartridge opening 20, so that two side wall sections 21, 22 are formed.Furthermore, in the rear wall 17 of the exchangeable cassette 14 forming the grinding chamber rear wall, a shaft passage opening 23 is provided through which the cutting rotor 5 can be driven by the drive shaft 4.At the door-side outer edges, the side wall sections 21, 22 merge into two radially extending collar sections 24, 25.In FIGS. 13 to 15, the housing 2 of the cutter mill 1 is shown. The housing 2 has a central recess or depression which forms a cassette receptacle 26 for the replaceable cassette 14. The replaceable cartridge 14 can thus be inserted manually and without tools via a front side 27 of the housing 2 into the cartridge receptacle 26 after the housing door 7 has been pivoted manually open from the housing 2 via the grip section of the door cover 10 and thus transferred into an open position. The open position of the housing door 7 is shown in FIG. 9, and FIG. 9 also shows two hinge parts 28, 29 by means of which the housing door 7 is held pivotably on the housing 2.The exchangeable cassette 14 can be inserted or removed without tools into the cassette holder 26. In the inserted state, end faces 30, 31 of the collar portions 24, 25 of the exchangeable cassette 14 are slightly lowered with respect to adjacent end faces 32 of the housing 2, but can also be aligned. In the inserted state, the side wall 16 of the exchangeable cassette 14 extends in the axial direction of the drive shaft 4 and delimits the grinding chamber 16 in the radial direction, while the rear wall 17 of the exchangeable cassette 14 delimits the grinding chamber 15 on the motor side.As can be seen from FIGS. 10 and 12, the side wall 16 of the exchangeable cassette 14 forms radial bulges 33, so that pockets 34 are formed on the inside, which are provided for receiving and holding the counter blades 18. By means of appropriate fixing and holding means, the counter blades 18 can be fastened to the replaceable cartridge 14 in an exchangeable or detachable manner. In addition, it is possible for setting and adjusting means to be provided in order to be able to set or fine-adjust the counter cutters to a desired cutting gap with respect to the cutting knives 6.Furthermore, it is possible for the side wall 16 of the exchangeable cassette 14 to form a radial connection geometry, in the embodiment shown in the form of the radial bulges 33, which for forming a positive fit in the circumferential direction can abut against a holding geometry on a housing wall 35 of the housing 2 radially delimiting the exchangeable cassette receptacle 26. As can be seen from FIGS. 18 to 20, an inner stop 36 connected to the housing wall 35 can be fastened, in particular, releasably by screwing, for example, on the housing wall 35, wherein a spring means 37, for example, a leaf spring, can be held on the stop 36, so that the replaceable cartridge 14 in the inserted state rests against the housing wall 35 of the housing 2 without play in the circumferential direction due to the spring force of the spring means. When the exchangeable cassette 14 is inserted into the cassette receptacle 26, the spring force then causes the exchangeable cassette 14 to be rotated into a circumferential position in which the exchangeable cassette 14 bears against the housing 2 without play. However, it is preferably provided that the replaceable cartridge 14 in the closed state of the housing door 7 is pressed against an axial housing wall 39 of the housing 2 by force transmission from the housing door 7 via a sealing element 38 (see FIG. 9 ) arranged between the housing door 7 and the replaceable cartridge 14, so that a positive fit is achieved in the circumferential direction only by means of the pressure force transmitted to the replaceable cartridge 14 from the housing door 7. An additional anti-rotation device in the form of a stop 36 on the inner side of the housing wall 35 delimiting the cassette receptacle 26 is then unnecessary. In the axial housing wall 39 of the exchangeable cassette, a central opening 39 ais provided (FIGS. 13 to 15 ).A step 40 is provided in regions on the inner edges of the housing 2 on the housing wall 35 of the housing 2 radially delimiting the cassette receptacle 26 (FIG. 14 ), wherein the replaceable cassette 14 can be inserted into the cassette receptacle 26 and the end faces 30, 31 of the collar sections 24, 25 of the replaceable cassette 14 do not project forwards with respect to the end face 32 of the housing 2.As can be seen from FIGS. 21 and 22, an axial connection geometry with an axial contact surface 41 for contact against a contact surface 42 on the housing wall 39 of the housing 2 axially delimiting the cassette receptacle 26 is formed on the rear wall 17 of the replaceable cassette 14. In this case, it is preferably the case that the replaceable cartridge 2 bears against the housing 2 in the axial direction only via the axial connection geometry, that is to say not via the collar portions 24, 25 of the replaceable cartridge 14 and the steps 40 on the housing 2.Via the connection geometry, the replaceable cartridge 14 can be held spaced apart from the housing 2 in some regions in the axial direction. The axial connection geometry on the rear wall 17 of the exchangeable cassette 14 is preferably formed by an annular projection 43.As can be seen from FIG. 9, a grinding chamber cover 44 is inserted into the lower door section 8 on the inside or motor side, which grinding chamber cover adjoins a shaft cover 45 inserted into the lower door section 8 and the upper door section 9 on the motor side in the upward direction.FIG. 9 shows the sealing element 38 which encloses the shaft cover 45 and the grinding chamber cover 44 in the region of the lower door section 8. The radial distance of the sealing means 38 from the axis of rotation of the drive shaft 4 is selected such that the sealing means 38 comes to rest against the collar portions 24, 25 of the exchangeable cassette 14 when the housing door 7 is closed and a sufficient clamping force can be transmitted to the exchangeable cassette 14 via the housing door 7 in the closed state in order to press the exchangeable cassette 14 with the contact surface 41 on the rear wall 17 of the exchangeable cassette 14 against the contact surface 42 on the axial housing wall 39 of the housing 2 and thereby achieve a positive connection of the exchangeable cassette 14 in the circumferential direction of the cassette receptacle 26. The housing door 7 interacts with the sealing element 38 as a clamping means for acting upon the exchangeable cassette 14 with a compressive and clamping force acting in the axial direction with respect to the drive motor 3.As shown schematically in FIG. 19, a screen insert 46 can be releasably held on the inner side of the side wall 16 of the exchangeable cassette 14. For this purpose, the side wall 16 can form a screen seat on which the screen insert 46 is held in a form-fit and / or force-fit manner. The sieve insert prevents coarser grinding material constituents from exiting the region of the grinding chamber 15 in an uncomminuted manner via the lower cassette opening 20 and from being comminuted further.Referring to FIGS. 21 and 22 showing a cross-sectional view of the cutter mill 1, a cartridge centering of the replaceable cartridge 14 will be described below by way of example. The cassette centering is formed on the rear wall 17 of the replaceable cassette 14 in the form of a radial contact surface 47 of the replaceable cassette 14, which is centered on a radial centering surface 48 of an intermediate flange 49 connected to the housing 2 in a rotationally fixed manner, coaxially with the drive shaft 4 of the drive motor 3. The centering surface 48 could in principle also be formed on the housing 2. The intermediate flange 49 provides a larger centering surface for the radial contact surface 47 of the replaceable cartridge 14 in the axial direction, so that highly accurate centering is possible. The intermediate flange 49 serves for connecting a motor housing 51 of the drive motor 3 to the housing 2, and a motor flange 50 of the motor housing 51 is connected to the housing 2 in a rotationally fixed manner via the intermediate flange 49, and the drive motor 3 is held on the housing 2.A shaft sleeve 52 is plugged onto the drive shaft 4 as a receiving element for the cutting rotor 5. The torque is transmitted from the drive shaft 4 to the cutting rotor 5 via the shaft sleeve 52.The exchangeable cassette 14 can be pushed onto the shaft sleeve 52 coaxially to the drive shaft 3, wherein in the centered state of the exchangeable cassette 14 the clearance between the exchangeable cassette 14 and the shaft sleeve 52 is greater than the clearance between the radial contact surface 47 of the exchangeable cassette 14 and the radial centering surface 48 of the intermediate flange 49. The minimum and maximum play between the exchangeable cassette 14 and the shaft sleeve 52 can be greater than the minimum and maximum play between the exchangeable cassette 14 and the intermediate flange 49.In the embodiment shown, the cassette centering is formed by an annular centering extension 53 which is formed on the rear side of the rear wall 17 of the replaceable cassette 14. The centering extension 53 has the radial contact surface 47 on its outer side. On the intermediate flange 49, a centering opening is provided centrally, which is bounded by the centering surface 48. The centering extension 53 can be inserted or inserted into the centering opening with an exact fit over a predetermined insertion length at least in sections. In the inserted state, the drive shaft 4 reaches through the centering opening in the intermediate flange 49 and the shaft passage opening 23 of the replaceable cartridge 14, In the centered state, the centering extension 53 is then arranged in the radial direction between the intermediate flange 49 and the drive shaft 4 or the shaft sleeve 52 connected to the drive shaft 4 and is centered via the interacting contact surfaces on the radial outer side of the centering extension 53 and the radial inner side of the intermediate flange 49. As a result, very exact centering of the exchangeable cassette 4 can be realized indirectly or also directly on the housing 2.In order to seal the shaft passage opening 23, in particular in order to prevent comminuted grinding material from reaching the bearings of the drive motor 3 via the region formed between the centring extension 53 and the adjacent shaft sleeve 52, the shaft passage opening 23 is sealed in the embodiment shown by a contacting seal, in particular a radial shaft seal or an annular seal, further in particular by a felt seal 54.As can be seen from FIGS. 10 to 12, the exchangeable cassette 14 can have, in a preferred embodiment, a lower cassette opening 20 which is not arranged centrally below the shaft passage opening 23 and is opened vertically downwards, but is arranged laterally offset with respect to the shaft passage opening 23 and is opened substantially horizontally to the side. This allows a lateral removal of the comminuted ground material from the grinding chamber 15, wherein the ground material is deflected from a radially outward flow direction into a horizontal flow direction on an inner surface 55 of the side wall section 21 of the exchangeable cassette 14 in the region below the shaft passage opening 23 and exits from the exchangeable cassette 14 in the horizontal flow direction. This is shown schematically in FIG. 10 by the arrows 56.The side wall 16 of the change cassette 14 shown in FIGS. 10 to 12 is closed in the vertical direction, so that a grinding material outlet cannot take place in the direction of gravity. In the state in which the replaceable cartridge 14 is inserted into the housing 2, the lower cartridge opening 20 is located inside the housing 2, which is shown, for example, in FIGS. 3, 4 and 9.As can be seen further from FIGS. 13 and 14, the housing 2 has a cyclone receptacle 57 formed by a further recess or depression in the housing 2 for receiving the cyclone separator 12. The exchangeable cassette 14 and the cyclone separator 12 are components which are separate from one another and can be inserted or removed independently of one another into the respective receptacle 26, 57. Due to the structural separation of the exchangeable cassette 14 and the cyclone separator 12, it is possible to insert the exchangeable cassette 14 into the cassette receptacle 26 independently of the cyclone separator 12 or to remove it from the cassette receptacle 26 for an exchange of the exchangeable cassette 14. The cyclone separator 12 can remain in the cyclone receptacle 57. In particular for cleaning purposes, it is advantageous to be able to remove the exchangeable cassette 14 from the housing 2 and to insert it again independently of the cyclone separator 12.The cyclone separator 12 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 can be inserted into the cyclone receptacle 57 from the front via a front side of the housing 2 after opening the housing door 7 and can be removed from the cyclone receptacle 57, and in particular preferably without tools and / or independently of the replaceable cartridge 14.The geometry of the cassette receptacle 26 is adapted to the external geometry of the replaceable cassette 14 in order to enable the replaceable cassette 14 to be inserted into the cassette receptacle 26.Likewise, the receiving geometry of the housing 2 in the region of the cyclone receiver 57 is adapted to the outer dimensions and the outer geometry of the cyclone separator 12 in order to enable the insertion of the cyclone separator 12 into the cyclone receiver 57.The cyclone separator 12 can preferably be inserted completely into the cyclone receptacle 57 in the axial direction and is then integrated completely into the housing 2 in the axial direction in a closed position of the housing door 7.The cyclone receptacle 57 and the cassette receptacle 26 are formed by a common recess or merge into one another. In the inserted state of the replaceable cartridge 14, the lower cartridge opening 20 of the embodiment of the replaceable cartridge 14 shown in FIGS. 10 to 12 is aligned laterally with respect to the cyclone receptacle 57, i.e. with respect to the first receptacle region 58.The cyclone receptacle 57 is formed by a recess or depression in the housing 2, which has a first, substantially horizontally extending first receiving region 58 and a second, preferably substantially vertically extending second receiving region 59. This is also shown in Figures 13 and 14. The first receiving region 58 merges into the second receiving region 59 and the second receiving region 59 opens into a lower housing opening 60 of the housing 2. the housing opening 60 is provided laterally offset with respect to the central housing opening 39 aor laterally offset with respect to the axis of rotation of the drive shaft 4 on the underside of the housing 2.The first receiving region 58 of the cyclone receptacle 57 serves to receive an inlet channel 62 with inlet opening 63 leading to a swirl chamber 61 of the cyclone separator 12 (cf. FIG. 8 ). The inlet opening 63 connects to the lower cassette opening 20 of the replaceable cassette 14 in the flow direction of a grinding material air flow, which is suctioned out of the grinding chamber 15 by the cyclone separator 12 via the lower cassette opening 20.In the embodiment shown, the swirl chamber 61 is formed by a rotationally symmetrical upper part 65, which merges into a conical lower part 66 of the cyclone separator 12, which forms a separation chamber 67 and extends in the second vertical receiving region 59 of the cyclone receiver 57 downward as far as beyond the housing opening 60 of the housing 2. At the end of the conical lower part 66 protruding from the housing 2 via the housing opening 60, the quick-action closure 13 for a sample container is arranged.Furthermore, the second receiving region 59 of the cyclone receptacle 57 serves to receive a dip tube 64 of the cyclone separator 12 extending through the vortex chamber 61 in the vertical direction. The inlet channel 62 is bounded by an upper channel wall 68, a lower channel wall 69, a rear channel wall 70 and a front channel wall 71 The cyclone separator 12 can be designed as a solid component composite with the exception of the upper channel wall 68, which also covers the rotationally symmetrical upper part 65 of the cyclone separator 12; the upper channel wall 68 can then be placed on this component composite in unsealed fashion.By a divisible design of the cyclone separator 12, the internal cleaning is facilitated. The immersion pipe 64 ends at the bottom at the transition between the swirl chamber 61 and the separation chamber 66. At the top, the immersion pipe 64 opens via a sealing element 72 at the outlet from the upper channel wall 68 into a suction channel 73 of the housing 2. the suction channel 73 opens into a connection opening 74 of the housing 2 for connection to a suction pipe of a suction device. When a grinding material air stream is suctioned off, the rotationally symmetrical swirl chamber 61 leads with a suction device via the connection opening 74 to the formation of a rotational flow, wherein the grinding material air stream is fed to the swirl chamber 61 tangentially via the inlet channel 62. In the vortex chamber 61, the grinding material and the air flow are then separated in the separation chamber 67, wherein the grinding material passes via the lower part 66 under the influence of gravity into a sample container held by the quick-action closure 13.It is understood that the cyclone or centrifugal separator 12 can also have a design which differs from the design shown. When inserting the exchangeable cassette 14 and the cyclone separator 12 independently of each other, it is advantageous if the edge geometries of the exchangeable cassette 14 and the cyclone separator 12 which are adjacent to each other are formed complementary to each other in such a way that the exchangeable cassette 14 and the cyclone separator 12 can be displaced relative to each other in the direction of the drive shaft 4 when inserting into the cassette receptacle (26) or into the cyclone receptacle (57). This allows simple axial insertion and axial removal into or from the respective receptacle 26, 57 of the housing 2 in a simple manner. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 7, the exchangeable cassette 14 and the cyclone separator 12 are spaced apart from one another at adjacent edge geometries. The spacing ensures that forces which occur during the cutting operation of the cutting mill 1 and which can lead to the change cassette 14 being moved relative to the cyclone separator 12 cannot lead to undesired contact of the edge geometries of the change cassette 14 and cyclone separator 12.When a grinding material-air mixture is suctioned off via the cyclone separator 12, the grinding in the grinding chamber 15 can be carried out at a reduced pressure level. A construction with a circumferential gap 75 between the edge geometries of the replaceable cartridge 14 and the cyclone separator 12 (cf. FIGS. 7A and 7B ) and between the replaceable cartridge 14 and the housing 2 adjoining in the region of the cartridge opening 20 is suitable for drawing in false air via the gap 75 formed. False air from the environment is then sucked into the inlet channel 62 of the cyclone separator 12 between the adjacent edge geometries of the exchangeable cassette 14 and cyclone separator 12 and fed to the swirl chamber 61. This prevents the escape of grinding material via the boundary region of the adjacent edge geometries into the cassette receptacle 26 and the cyclone receptacle 57.FIGS. 7A and 7B schematically show a gap 75 between the adjacent edge regions of the side wall sections 21, 22 and the rear wall 17 of the replaceable cartridge 14, on the one hand, and the adjacent edge regions of the duct walls 68 to 71 which form the inlet duct 62 of the cyclone separator 12, on the other hand. The spacing or the gap 75 formed between the exchangeable cassette 14 and the cyclone separator 2 extends--in particular with reference to the transverse sectional view shown in FIG. 7B--preferably along the entire extension length of the adjacent edge geometries of the exchangeable cassette 14 and cyclone separator 12 and in particular over the entire surface of the adjacent edge geometries. The sealing between the housing door 7 and the exchangeable cassette 14 and the cyclone separator 12 takes place in the closed position of the housing door 7 via the sealing element 38 (FIG. 9 ) which extends over the adjacent edge geometries of the exchangeable cassette 14 and the cyclone separator 12.The sealing element 38 can also press on the cyclone separator 12 when the housing door 7 is closed.Otherwise, adjacent inner surfaces of the exchange cassette 14 and cyclone separator 12 can be aligned in the inserted state into the housing 2 in order to avoid agglomeration of comminuted ground material at projections, edges or the like extending into the flow path of the suctioned-off ground material air flow.Referring now to Figs. 23 to 27, there is shown another embodiment of a change cassette 14. Corresponding features of the replaceable cartridge 14 shown in the preceding figures and described above and of the replaceable cartridge 14 described below with reference to FIGS. 23 to 27 are identified by the same reference numerals. The change cassette 14 shown in FIGS. 23 to 27 has a lower cassette opening 20 for vertical discharge of the ground material downward. The removal of the grinding material takes place in the direction of gravity. The side wall 16 is formed radially closed with the exception of the upwardly directed cassette opening 19 and the lower cassette opening 20.As can be seen from a comparison of FIGS. 10 to 12 on the one hand and 25 to 27 on the other hand, both embodiments of the exchangeable cassette 14 have a matching external geometry, so that both exchangeable cassettes 14 can be inserted into the cassette receptacle 26 as required. The grinding material is supplied via the upper cassette opening 19 in both embodiments of the replaceable cassette 14 inclined by an angle α relative to the perpendicular line passing through the center of the shaft passage opening 23. This is shown schematically for both embodiments in Figures 11 and 26.In the second embodiment of the replaceable cartridge 14 shown in FIGS. 23 to 25, the latter has on the inner side a circular-segment-shaped upper side wall course and an adjoining trapezoidal lower side wall course, which merges into the lower cartridge opening 20.In the first embodiment of the replaceable cartridge 14 shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, the upper segment-shaped side wall course merges into a lower horizontal side wall course and into the cartridge opening 20 oriented toward the side.FIGS. 13 to 15 show that the housing 2 has an outlet funnel receptacle 77 formed by a further recess or depression in the housing 2 below the housing opening 39a. The outlet hopper receiver 77 is provided for inserting an outlet hopper 78 shown in Figs. 28 and 29.The cartridge receptacle 26 and the outlet funnel receptacle 77 are formed by a common recess in the housing 2 and merge into one another. In the inserted state, the lower grinding material outlet opening 20 of the change cassette 14 shown in FIGS. 24 to 27 is aligned with the outlet funnel receptacle 77. The outlet funnel receptacle 77 opens into a further lower housing opening 79 of the housing 2, which is provided centrally with respect to the axis of rotation of the drive shaft 4 below the housing opening 39 a. This creates the possibility of using the housing 2 as required a replacement cassette 14 with a laterally arranged grinding material outlet opening 20 or also with a grinding material outlet opening 20 arranged at the bottom for a vertical discharge of the grinding material in the direction of gravity. An embodiment of a replacement cassette 14 is not shown and is not excluded, which has a lower grinding material outlet opening for a vertical discharge of the grinding material in the direction of gravity and a lateral grinding material outlet opening for a lateral discharge of the grinding material in cyclone operation, wherein a closure means can then be provided in order to close one of the two openings in each case as a function of the discharge of the grinding material in the direction of gravity or of the discharge of the grinding material when suctioned off by means of a cyclone. On the inside, both side wall sections 21, 22 of the side wall 16 of the exchangeable cassette 14 can form a seat 80 for the inner edge of the outlet funnel 78. In the embodiment shown, the seat 80 is formed by a cut-out of the collar portions 24, 25 of the side wall portions 21, 22 adjacent the cartridge opening 20.The outlet funnel 77, as shown in Figs. 28 and 29, is formed by a frustopyramidal or frusto-conical funnel inlet 81 which is connected to a funnel neck 82 via an engagement guard 83.The upper side edges 84 of longitudinal side walls 85 of the hopper inlet 81 abut against the side wall sections 21, 22 of the change cassette 14 from below in the inserted state. The funnel inlet 81 preferably bears in an unsealed manner against the side wall sections 21, 22 and the rear wall 17 of the replaceable cartridge 14 in the region of the side edges 84 of the longitudinal sides 85 and in the region of the longitudinal edge 89 of a rear wall 90 of the funnel inlet 81.The connection geometries of the exchangeable cassette 14 and outlet hopper 78 are selected such that an unhindered discharge of the comminuted ground material from the lower cassette opening 20 into the hopper inlet 81 can take place. For this purpose, the mutually adjoining inner surfaces of the replacement cassette 14 and of the outlet funnel 78 can be aligned and / or an enlargement of the clear flow cross section is provided at the transition from the replacement cassette 14 to the outlet funnel 78.The engagement protection 83 can be detachably fastenable to the housing 2, for example by screwing from below. In the fastened state, the engagement protection 83, which can be formed by two retaining and fastening tabs 87 extending transversely to the direction of gravity, closes the further housing opening 79 of the housing 2 adjacent to the funnel neck 2. The engagement protection 83 prevents engagement with the rotor region via the lower housing opening 79, wherein the outlet funnel 78 fulfils a safety function.According to FIGS. 23 and 24, the size and geometry of the outlet funnel receptacle 77 in the housing 2 is selected such that the funnel inlet 81 is arranged within the housing 2 in the inserted or assembled state of the outlet funnel 78 and radially abuts against the replaceable cartridge 14. The funnel neck 82 is preferably arranged outside the housing 2 and has an inner entry opening 88 for grinding material, via which the grinding material then enters the funnel neck 82 and exits the housing 2. The funnel neck 82 can have a holding device at its free end for holding a sample vessel. The outlet funnel 78 is preferably open on its front side. A front end wall of the hopper inlet 81 is then formed by the inside of the housing door 7 when the housing door 7 is in the closed position. Moreover, the edge geometries of the exchangeable cassette 14 and the outlet funnel 78 formed in a complementary manner to one another and the receiving geometries of the cassette receiver 26 and the outlet funnel receiver 77 make it possible for the exchangeable cassette 14 and the outlet funnel 78 to be inserted into the housing 2 or to be able to be removed from the housing 2 independently of one another. In this case, the outlet funnel 78 and also the exchangeable cassette 14 can be inserted or removed via a front side of the housing 2 into the respective receptacle 26, 77 when the housing door 7 is open. In order to simplify handling, the exchangeable cassette 14 and the outlet funnel 78 are preferably displaceable relative to one another in the direction of the drive shaft 4 and can thus be successively inserted into the respective receptacle 26, 77 or removed from the respective receptacle 26, 77.FIGS. 10 and 25 show that the side wall sections 21, 22 of the replacement cassette 14 can be formed in a straight line in the inlet region of the upper cassette opening 19 and extend parallel to one another, so that a grinding material inlet 91 is created for the grinding material supplied to the grinding chamber 15 and to be ground. The grinding material feed 91 is preferably oriented obliquely to the vertical, which is shown schematically in FIGS. 11 and 26 by the angle α. The grinding material is thus supplied to the cutting rotor 5 obliquely from above and laterally offset with respect to the axis of rotation of the cutting rotor 5.Preferably, the replaceable cartridge 14 in both embodiments shown is held in the cartridge receptacle 26 in a form-fitting manner only on account of the contact force transmitted by the housing door 7.Furthermore, preferably no connecting, locking and / or locking means are provided which have to be actuated (manually) for inserting the cassette into the cassette holder and / or for removing the cassette from the cassette holder. This ensures easy handling of the replaceable cartridge 14 during insertion and removal into or from the housing 2.Above the cassette receptacle 26, a shaft receptacle 92 for at least regional insertion of a material feed shaft 93 of the grinding material hopper 11 into the housing 2 and for feeding grinding material into the grinding chamber 15 can be provided on the housing 2. Reference is made in particular to FIGS. 3, 4 and 13, 14.The shaft receptacle 92 is in turn formed by a recess or depression in the housing 2, which recess or recess forms a receptacle region for the material feed shaft 93 running inclined to the direction of gravity and opens into an upper housing opening 94 of the housing 2. The upper housing opening 94 is preferably arranged laterally offset with respect to the axis of rotation of the drive shaft 4.The cassette receptacle 26 and the grinding material receptacle 92 are formed by a common, continuous and uninterrupted depression in the housing 2.In the inserted state of the replacement cassette 14, the upper cassette opening 19 of the replacement cassette 14 is aligned with the shaft receptacle 92 in order to enable the grinding material to be supplied to the cutting rotor 5. In the embodiment shown, therefore, no front or front grinding material supply to the rotor 5 is provided. In the embodiment shown, the material feed shaft 93 is formed by a baffle wall 95, an opposite side wall 96 and a rear wall 97. The side wall 96 forms, at the opening region of a material filling shaft 98 into the material feed shaft 93, a filling slope 99.The part of the side wall 96 forming the filling bevel 99 delimits the material filling shaft 98 downwards in the vertical direction. The material filling shaft 98 and the material feed shaft 93 overlap in the opening region and merge into one another, wherein a grinding material slide 100 is guided in the material feed shaft 93 in a longitudinally adjustable manner. For fixing the grinding material slide 100 in a lowered position, a fixing means 101 is provided (FIG. 8 ). Above the opening region of the material filling chute 98 into the material feed chute 93, an upper side wall 102 is provided, which laterally delimits the material feed chute 93 above the opening region. The front sides of the material supply chute 93 and the material filling chute 98 are formed to be open.Front shaft walls of the material feed shaft 93 and of the material filling shaft 98 can be formed at least in regions, preferably at least substantially completely, on the housing door 7. the housing door 7 then forms at least in regions the front shaft walls in the closed position when the material feed shaft 93 is inserted into the shaft receptacle 92 and closes the material feed shaft 93 and the material filling shaft 98 at least in regions, preferably completely. By opening the housing door 7, the material feed shaft 93 and the material filling shaft 96 are released for engagement from the outside in the open position of the housing door 7, for example for cleaning purposes. In the embodiment of the cutter mill 1 shown, the front shaft wall of the material feed shaft 93 in the closed state of the housing door 7 is formed by the door insert 45 shown in FIG. 9, which can consist of an abrasion-resistant material. For sealing the material feed shaft 93 and the material filling shaft 98 with respect to the housing door 7, the sealing element 38 shown in FIG. 9 is provided, which extends on the side of the baffle wall 95 substantially over the entire height of the baffle wall 95 and follows the course of the side wall 96 on the opposite side. In the closed state of the housing door 7, the sealing element 38 comes to rest against the baffle wall 95 and the side wall 96.For the grinding, the grinding material is added via the material feed shaft 98 and the grinding material slide 100 is raised, so that a filling opening 103, at which the material feed shaft 98 opens into the material feed shaft 93, is released. The ground material then reaches the grinding chamber 15 and is thrown outward again by the rotating cutting blades 6. The grinding material slide 100 is now moved downward and is fixed there preferably by the fixing means 101. The ground material is thus moved to the rotating cutting blades 6 of the cutting rotor 5 until it is entrained and cut at the counter blades 18.Furthermore, a lock flap 104 can be provided which closes the material feed shaft 93 in the raised state of the grinding material slide 100, as shown in FIG. 8, and thus ensures that a manual intervention into the material feed shaft 93 is not possible when the grinding material slide 100 is raised. In the state in which the material feed shaft 93 is inserted into the shaft receptacle 92, the material feed shaft 93 is oriented obliquely to the direction of gravity with respect to its central longitudinal axis. This results in an advantageous feed of grinding material to the cutting rotor 5 during the grinding operation. As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 6A and 6B, the exchangeable cassette 14 and the material feed shaft 93 are spaced apart from one another over their entire surface at all adjacent edge geometries.FIGS. 6A and 6B schematically show a gap 105 between the adjacent edge regions of the side wall sections 21, 22 and the rear wall 17 of the exchangeable cassette 14, on the one hand, and the adjacent edge regions of the baffle wall 95, the side wall 96 and the rear wall 97 of the material feed shaft 93.The spacing or the gap 105 formed between the exchangeable cassette 14 and the material feed shaft 93 extends--in particular with reference to the cross-sectional view shown in FIG. 6B--preferably along the entire extension length of the adjacent edge geometries of the exchangeable cassette 14 and the material feed shaft 93 and in particular over the entire surface of the adjacent edge geometries. In particular, adjacent edge geometries of the exchangeable cassette 14 and the material feed shaft 93 can form a labyrinth geometry. If, during the grinding operation, a reduced pressure level is generated in the region of the grinding chamber 15 with the cyclone separator 12, this has the effect that false air is sucked in from the environment via the shaft receptacle 92 via the gap 105 formed between the adjacent edge geometries of the grinding material feed shaft 93 and the replacement cassette 14, and therefore the emergence of grinding material via the adjacent edge geometries is prevented. By forming a labyrinth geometry between adjacent edge geometries, the discharge of grinding material via the adjacent edge geometries is made more difficult. The connection of the grinding material hopper 11 as a separate module is preferably effected by inserting the material feed hopper 93 into the hopper receptacle 92 at the end or axially. In the state in which the material feed shaft 93 is inserted into the shaft receptacle 92, the hopper housing 106 of the grinding material hopper 11 can then stand on the housing 2.Particularly preferably, the exchangeable cassette 14 and the material feed shaft 93 can be inserted into the housing 2 and / or removable from the housing 2 independently of one another. In particular, the exchangeable cassette 14 and the material feed shaft 93 can be displaceable relative to one another in the drive shaft direction when the cassette 14 is inserted into the cassette holder 26. The possibility of being able to remove the changing cassette 14 from the housing 2 and insert it into the housing 2 independently of the grinding material hopper 11 simplifies the cassette change. It is particularly preferred for the material feed shaft 93 to be inserted into the shaft receptacle 92 without tools and / or to be removed from the shaft receptacle 92.In the inserted state of the replacement cassette 14 and the material feed shaft 93, adjacent inner surfaces of both components can be aligned and / or an enlargement of the flow cross section can be provided at the transition of the inner surfaces of the material feed shaft 93 to the replacement cassette 14. This makes it possible to avoid particle agglomerations in the transition region of the inner surfaces by edges or projections or the like projecting into the flow cross section. With reference to Figures 30 to 34, further features and aspects of the cyclone separator 12 will be explained.FIGS. 31 and 32 show the cyclone separator 12 in the state in which it is inserted into the cyclone receptacle 57. As can be seen from an enlarged view from FIG. 32, a first spring element 107 with a first spring leg 108 is provided for transmitting a spring force acting in the vertical direction against the inserted cyclone separator 12. Due to the spring force, the cyclone separator 12 is pressed upward.Furthermore, a second spring element 109 with a second spring leg 110 is provided, which transmits a spring force acting in the horizontal direction against the cyclone separator 12 to the cyclone separator 12, namely in the direction of the cassette 14.The cyclone separator 12 is held in a predetermined insertion position by transmission of the spring forces from the two spring elements 107, 109. In order to remove the cyclone separator 12 from the cyclone receptacle 57, the cyclone separator must be moved against the spring force of the spring element 107, 109 from the insertion position into a removal position. When the cyclone separator 12 is inserted into the cyclone receptacle 57, the latter is pushed into the cyclone receptacle 57 along the obliquely arranged spring leg 108 of the first spring element in the axle shaft direction and is thereby raised. As soon as the cyclone separator 12 has reached a predetermined insertion position, in which the cassette opening 20 and the inlet opening 63 of the cyclone separator 12 are exactly opposite one another, the second spring leg 110 snaps with a recess 111 formed on the latter into an undercut 112 on the lower channel wall of the cyclone separator 12. Furthermore, the immersion pipe 64 with the sealing element 72 engages in the suction channel 73 in the vertical direction, so that a further positive and / or non-positive connection is created between the cyclone separator 12 and the housing 2 and thus a second locking of the cyclone separator 12 in the inserted position.By the action of the second spring element 109, the cyclone separator 12 is otherwise urged in the direction of the cassette 14 and in the process comes to bear against a bearing edge 113 (FIG. 30 ) of the housing 2. The contact edge 113 forms a stop for the cyclone separator 12 in the insertion position. For the removal of the cyclone separator 12, it is necessary to apply a removal force manually to the latter, for example by pressing on the cyclone separator 12 from above, so that the latter is moved downwards and simultaneously out of the cyclone receptacle 57 counter to the spring force of the spring limb 108 of the first spring element 107. In this case, the removal of the cyclone separator 12 is facilitated by a bevel 118 on the housing 2. At the same time, the cyclone separator 12 jumps out of the positive connection with the suction channel 73 and the locking between the spring legs 110 of the second spring element 109 and the undercut 112 on the lower channel wall 69 of the cyclone separator 12 is released. It is preferably such that, when a pressure force is applied to the cyclone separator 12, the latter "jumps" from the insertion position in the direction of an operator or outwards, so that a simplified removal of the cyclone separator 12 from the cyclone receptacle 57 is possible. In particular, one-handed operation is possible when removing the cyclone separator 12.When the insertion position is reached, a piece of haptically, acoustically and / or visually perceptible information can be generated. In the embodiment shown, this can take place when the sealing element 72 engages at the end of the immersion pipe 64 in the suction channel 73 and / or when the recess 111 on the spring leg 110 of the second spring element 109 is jumped into the undercut 112 of the lower channel wall 69.As can be seen in particular from FIG. 30, the quick-action closure 13 for a sample vessel can have a spring-loaded sealing element 114, which can be designed in the form of an annular seal. When the sample vessel is inserted into the quick-action closure 13, the sample vessel is inserted with an upper vessel edge, which surrounds a vessel opening in an annular manner, into the region between the sealing element 114 and a projection 115 which extends circumferentially in the form of a segment of a circle on a casing section 116 of the quick-action closure 13. The sealing element 114 is moved upward against the spring force of the spring 117. In the inserted state, the upper vessel edge is braced between the sealing element 114 and the projection 115 and the sealing element 114 sealingly abuts against the upper vessel edge. This allows the sample vessel to be inserted into the quick-action closure 113 in a self-sealing manner. The jacket section 116 of the quick-action closure 113 has a recess 118 which is adapted to the diameter of the sample vessel in the region of the upper vessel edge. By using differently sized quick-action closures 13, sample vessels of different sizes can be connected to the cyclone separator 12.List of reference numbers:1 Cutter mill 2 Housing 3 Drive motor 4 Drive shaft 5 Cutter rotor 6 Cutting blade 7 Housing door 8 Lower door section 9 Upper door section 10 Door cover 11 Grinding material hopper 12 Cyclone separator 13 Quick-action closure 14 Cassette 15 Grinding chamber 16 Side wall 17 Rear wall 18 Counter-blade 19 Cassette opening 20 Cassette opening 21 Side wall section 22 Side wall section 23 Shaft passage opening 24 Collar section 25 Collar section 26 Cassette receptacle 27 Front side 28 Joint part 29 Joint part 30 End face 31 End face 32 End face 33 Bulge 34 Pocket 35 Housing wall 36 Stop 37 Spring means 38 Sealing element 39 Housing wall 39 aOpen 40 Step 41 Contact face 42 Contact face 43 Projection 44 Grinding chamber cover 45 Shaft cover 46 Screen insert 47 Contact face 48 Centering face 49 Intermediate flange 50 Motor flange 51 Motor housing 52 Shaft sleeve 53 Centering extension 54 Felt seal 55 inner surface 56 arrow 57 cyclone receptacle 58 receiving region 59 receiving region 60 housing opening 61 swirl chamber 62 inlet channel 63 inlet opening 64 immersion pipe 65 upper part 66 lower part 67 separation chamber 68 channel wall 69 channel wall 70 channel wall 71 channel wall 72 sealing element 73 suction channel 74 connection opening 75 gap 76 sealing element 77 outlet funnel receptacle 78 outlet funnel 79 housing opening 80 seat 81 funnel inlet 82 funnel neck 83 engagement protection 84 side edge 85 longitudinal side 86 longitudinal edge 87 tab 88 inlet opening 89 longitudinal edge 90 rear wall 91 grinding material inlet 92 shaft receptacle 93 material feed shaft 94 housing opening 95 baffle wall 96 side wall 97 rear wall 98 material filling shaft 30 99 filling slope 100 grinding material slide 101 fixing means 102 side wall 103 filling opening 35 104 lock flap 105 gap 106 funnel housing 107 spring element 108 spring limb 40 109 spring element 110 spring limb 111 recess 112 undercut 113 contact edge 45 114 sealing element 115 projection 116 jacket section 117 spring 118 recess 50 119 slope
