Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a packaging for a product, in particular a liquid or pasty product. Such products are, for example, detergents such as liquid soap, shampoo, liquid detergent, food or animal food. For example, it is a refill packaging, i.e. a packaging for a product which is filled by the consumer into another, usually more stable and / or heavier, packaging before use. Alternatively, the packaging can also be a consumer packaging. A "consumer package" is understood to mean a package which is not a refill package. In a use package of a package system comprising a use package and a refill package, the use package is more dimensionally stable than the refill package. For environmental reasons, it is advantageous if packaging can be recycled as extensively as possible. This has proved difficult, since impurities accumulate in the material stream. In particular, packages can therefore generally not be referred to as a true recycling, but rather are usually downcycling, i.e. using the material for a purpose of lower technological quality. It is known to produce yoghurt cups from a plastic cup and a support structure made of cardboard, which are glued together. The plastic portion of such a packaging can only be completely reused if the plastic cup can be completely separated from the support structure and the adhesive. However, it has been found that only a few consumers are troublesome to perform this separation and machine separation is difficult. The invention is based on the object of improving the recycling of packages, in particular of their plastic content. The invention solves the problem by a packaging which (a) has a plastic container which is non-printed and has a container recess, and (b) has a band which is printed, wraps around the plastic container, preferably passes through the container recess, and is connected to the plastic container in a form-fitting manner. The invention also solves the problem by a package made of such a packaging and a product contained in the plastic container, which is preferably liquid or paste-like.According to its most general form, the invention solves the problem by a packaging, in particular for a liquid or pasty product, with (a) a plastic container which is non-printed and (b) a banderole which is printed and is connected with the plastic container, in particular exclusively, in a form-fitting manner. Optionally, the plastic container has a container recess. Optionally, the banderole wraps around the plastic container. According to one embodiment, at least a part of the band, in particular a tab and / or a handle, passes through the container recess. Preferably, the tab forms the handle. It is advantageous in the invention that this packaging permits a recycling of the plastic container in a sort-free manner. Because the plastic container is non-printed, there is no ink which is applied to the plastic container and can mix with the plastic material during recycling. Discoloration of the plastic is thus avoided.According to one embodiment, the plastic container is a plastic bag and the container recess is a bag recess.According to an alternative embodiment, the plastic container is a plastic bottle or a plastic canister. For example, the plastic container is an injection-molded part or comprises an injection-molded part.It is also advantageous that the packaging is nevertheless suitable for heavy products. For example, the packaging is designed such that the packaged product has a mass of at least 1 kg, in particular at least 2 kg. The mass is preferably less than 10 kg, in particular 7.5 kg. The weight of the plastic container with the packaging contained can be accommodated by the container recess, so that the packaging can be carried by passing through the recess. The information on the package is present on the banderole. In particular, the banderole is printed with information about the contents of the plastic bag. Ink interferes significantly less when paper is recycled than when plastic is recycled. It is also advantageous that the packaging can generally be produced so easily that it can be mechanised with comparatively little effort.Preferably, the package is closable. In the context of the present description, a sealable plastic container is understood to mean a container which can hold liquid or pasty product without leaks. The feature that the plastic container is non-printed is understood in particular to mean that no ink is applied to the plastic container, in particular no ink which differs from the ink of the plastic container.Preferably, the plastic container consists of unstained and / or unfilled plastic. The plastic preferably contains no colorants and / or fillers.A banderole is understood in particular to mean a component which is separable from the plastic container and contains an imprint which in particular specifies the content of the plastic container. Preferably, but not necessarily, the band wraps around the plastic container. Preferably, the sleeve forms a closed loop.A container recess is understood to mean a structure of the plastic container for which it applies that a closed loop can pass through the container recess in such a way that it cannot be detached from the container without severing the container or the loop. Preferably, the sleeve forms a closed loop. The feature that the sleeve extends at least partially through the container recess is understood in particular to mean that a part of the sleeve extends through the recess such that the packaging and the sleeve can be simultaneously lifted by passing through the container recess.Preferably, the container recess is designed such that it can be penetrated by a human finger, in particular a human hand, of an adult.According to one embodiment, the banderole is exclusively connected in a form-fitting manner to the plastic container. In particular, the banderole is therefore not connected to the plastic container either by substance bonding or by friction.Preferably, the band is free of connecting elements. In other words, the form-fitting connection between the banderole and the plastic container is formed only by the plastic container and / or the banderole. Connecting elements such as rivets and / or eyes are not necessary for this purpose. This makes the separation of the plastic container and the banderole particularly simple.Preferably, the plastic container and the banderole are connected to one another without adhesive bonding and / or without adhesive bonding. In other words, the connection between the plastic bag and the banderole can be released without having to release an adhesive connection.Preferably, the band is strip-shaped. This is understood in particular to mean that the banderols are at least three times, in particular at least 3.5 times, as long as wide. The figures refer to a bounding rectangle of the strip from which the banderole is produced by connecting the free ends. The bounding rectangle is that minimum area rectangle which completely surrounds the strip. Preferably, the banderole is only singly curved. The strip is produced, for example, by punching out, in particular from a cardboard blank.Preferably, the banderole wraps vertically around the plastic container. This is understood in particular to mean that the banderole forms a loop which can be suspended from a horizontally running rod. If the band is formed by a strip, it first runs vertically downwards, then passes under the plastic bag and then vertically upwards.Alternatively, the sleeve can wrap around the plastic container horizontally.Preferably, the free ends of the strip are connected to one another at the top, so that the band is formed. It is advantageous if the banderole is open on at least one side, in particular on two sides. In other words, the sides of the strip forming the band are not joined together. In order to be able to remove product present in the plastic container reliably only partially, the latter has a plastic container in the form of a plastic bag, preferably a bag body and a closure with which the plastic bag can be reversibly closed. The plastic bag, in particular the bag body, is preferably made of only one plastic. This is understood in particular to mean that the plastic is composed only of molecules of the same type. For example, the plastic bag, in particular the bag body, is constructed exclusively from polyethylene, polypropylene or another plastic. In particular, the plastic bag, in particular the bag body, is not a mixture of two or more plastics. Preferably, the bag body is also not a laminate of different plastics. However, it is possible for the bag body to contain two or more layers of the same plastic. These sheets may be laminated together. For example, one layer may be constructed from recycled plastic and the other layer from newly produced plastic. In this case, the layer of newly produced plastic preferably points inwardly. In this way, it is ensured that the packaged content comes into contact only with newly produced plastic, but not with recycled, i.e. recycled, plastic. The closure is preferably made of only one plastic. It is preferred, but not necessary, for the closure to be manufactured from the same plastic as the bag body. This facilitates recycling, since unscrewing of the closure from the bag body is unnecessary.According to one embodiment, the banderole is manufactured from a pulp, in particular from paper or cardboard. The pulp may be sugarcane cellulose. Sugar cane cellulose can have a preferred direction of the fibers, i.e., a direction in which more longitudinal directions of cellulose fibers are aligned than in other directions. Preferably, the preferred fiber direction extends in the longitudinal direction of the strip. This results in a particularly high weight-specific strength of the banderols.Preferably, the container recess, in particular the bag recess, extends at least substantially horizontally. This is understood in particular to mean that a direction of extent of the container recess is at an angle of max. 20°, preferably at least 15°, particularly preferably at most 10°, to the horizontal when the packaging is standing.Alternatively, the container recess, in particular the bag recess, runs at least substantially vertically. This is understood in particular to mean that a direction of extent of the container recess is at an angle of max. 20°, preferably at least 15°, particularly preferably at most 10°, to the vertical when the packaging is standing.Preferably, the sleeve has a tab. The tab protrudes in particular from a base section. The base portion and the tab complement each other to form the banderole. Preferably, the band is connected with the plastic container in a form-fitting manner by means of the tab.The flap is preferably folded back behind the base portion and thus forms a handle of the package. The handle is arranged so that by engaging with one hand the package can be carried. The handle is understood to mean that portion which transmits the weight force of the packaging to the hand when worn by the hand. The base portion and the tab form the sleeve.Preferably, the tab is connected in a form-fitting and / or materially integral manner to the base section for preventing a folding back.According to a preferred embodiment, the banderole has at least one grip recess through which the tab extends and which is smaller than the tab in at least one direction. For example, at least one of the at least one grip recesses has a clear height which is smaller than the tab height of the tab. When the tab is pushed through the at least one grip recess having the lower clear height, a positive connection is formed between the tab and an edge of the grip recess.Alternatively or additionally, optionally at least one of the at least one grip recess has a clear width which is smaller than the tab width of the tab. When the tab is pushed through the grip recess, the tab deforms and is prevented from folding back. In this way, a form-fitting connection is formed between the tab and the edge of the grip recess. This in turn results in a positive connection between the band and the plastic container.Preferably, the tab has at least one lateral nose, preferably two lateral noses, which after being pushed through the grip recess grip laterally behind the edge of the grip recess. In this way, the tab is secured against folding back in an easily detachable manner without an adhesive connection being necessary.According to a preferred embodiment, the banderole has a head section which is arranged at a free end, in particular at the first free end. In the head section, a third grip recess is preferably formed, the clear width of which is smaller than a tab width of the tab. If the tab is pressed through the third grip recess, it reaches through an edge of the third grip recess, so that a form-fit connection is formed between the tab and the base section.According to one embodiment, a clear height of the third grip recess is smaller than the tab height, so that pressing the tab through the third grip recess causes a positive connection between the tab and the edge of the third grip recess. It is advantageous if the banderole is connected to the plastic container in such a way that the plastic container rests with its underside on an inner side of the banderole. This results in a stable state of the packaging. It is advantageous if the sleeve is connected to the plastic container in such a way that the sleeve, in the region in which the plastic container rests or stands on the inside of the sleeve, absorbs at most half, in particular at most one third, of the weight force of the plastic container when the packaging is carried on the handle. The banderole can then be designed to be comparatively weak, so that it is simple to produce. When the tab reaches through the container recess, the container recess preferably takes up at least one third, in particular at least half, preferably at least two thirds, of the weight force of the plastic bag when the packaging is carried on the handle.Alternatively, the band can be designed such that the container recess, when the tab reaches through the container recess, preferably has at most one third, in particular at most one quarter, in particular at most one tenth, of the weight force of the plastic bag when the packaging is carried on the handle. This is particularly advantageous if the plastic container is a plastic bottle or a plastic canister.Preferably, the plastic bag is a stand-up bag. This means that the plastic container can stand upright automatically. The plastic container is made of biodegradable plastic, for example. The feature that the plastic container has a container recess is understood to mean that the plastic container has at least one container recess. According to one embodiment, the plastic container has at least two, in particular exactly two, preferably at least three, in particular exactly three, recesses. It is advantageous if the banderole runs through two container recesses.According to one embodiment, the banderole runs at least substantially horizontally. This is understood in particular to mean that an angle between a longitudinal direction of the band and the horizontal is at most 20°, in particular at most 15°, preferably at most 10°, in particular preferably at most 5°.The plastic container, in particular the plastic bottle or the plastic canister, preferably has an embossing. This embossing preferably forms a writing, in particular an indication of the contents of the packaging. It is advantageous if the plastic container consists of at least 90%, in particular at least 95%, of plastic recycle. Since plastic recyclate frequently has a lower strength than native, i.e. non-recycled, plastic, it is particularly favorable if the plastic bottle or the plastic canister consists of plastic recyclate. It is advantageous if the banderole wraps horizontally around the plastic bottle or the plastic canister.According to one embodiment, the plastic container has a depression, wherein the banderole engages in the depression, so that slipping of the banderole relative to the plastic container is prevented. It should be noted that fastening-relevant movements of the band are possible without this being a slipping.Preferably, the boundary has at least in sections a projection, wherein the band extends behind this projection. Thus, the band can be connected with the plastic container in a form-fitting manner. For example, the sleeve is made of cardboard and inserted into the depression.Preferably, the plastic container has a bead, wherein the banderole is arranged in the bead and forms a abdominal bandage. In this way, a simple and stable, exclusively positive connection is obtained between the banderole and the plastic container. The bead can, for example, run substantially vertically or substantially horizontally. "Substantially" is understood in particular to mean that deviations from ±15°, in particular ±10°, particularly preferably ±5°, from the strictly vertical or horizontal course are possible. In this case, the banderole preferably has two ends which are connected to one another, in particular glued to one another. The band thus forms a closed loop which is caught in the bead.If the plastic container is a plastic bottle or a plastic canister, it preferably has a base body and a container closure, wherein the base body is produced only from a plastic and / or the container closure is produced from only a plastic. It is possible for the base body and the container closure to be manufactured from different plastics.According to the invention, there is also a container system comprising a first container, in which the plastic container is a plastic bag, and a second container, in which the plastic container is a plastic bottle or a plastic canister, wherein the plastic containers of both containers contain the same product. The containers of this container system can be sold separately from one another, wherein the first container, in which the plastic container is the plastic bag, serves as a refill container for the second container, in which the plastic container is the plastic bottle or the plastic canister. Instead of refill containers, refill packs could also be said. The use container preferably contains a pump or a measuring surface. It is advantageous if a packaging color of the packaging of the use container corresponds to a product color of the product in the refill container. In this way, it is particularly easy for the consumer to fill the product in the refill container into the correct plastic bottle or the correct plastic canister. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
