Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of mobile vehicles, in particular to a front wheel steering positioning device for a mobile vehicle. [State of the art]
[0002] It is known in the art that the front wheels of mobile vehicles such as trolleys, wheelchairs, serving carts, strollers, pet strollers, or walking aids are typically designed with 360-degree rotation to enable flexible directional control during movement. This design enables high maneuverability, but poses significant challenges for users with limited physical strength or steering ability. Improper handling of the 360-degree rotating front wheels, particularly with walking aids, can easily lead to dangerous situations such as tipping over or loss of balance, which in turn can cause users to fall. [Task of the invention]
[0003] The invention is based on the object of providing a device which makes it possible to position the front wheel of a mobile vehicle at several different steering angles as required in order to ensure user-friendly and safe control of the vehicle.
[0004] This object is achieved according to the invention by a front wheel steering positioning device for a mobile vehicle having the features specified in claim 1. Further advantageous developments of the invention emerge from the subclaims.
[0005] According to the invention, a front wheel steering positioning device for a mobile vehicle is provided, which has a front wheel fork to which a front wheel is mounted. An arcuate limiting hole is provided in the front wheel fork. Furthermore, a steering fixing seat is attached to the front wheel mounting unit. The steering fixing seat includes a steering positioning plate whose position corresponds to the arcuate limiting hole. Furthermore, a bolt is arranged on the steering fixing seat and can be inserted into the mounting holes provided in the steering positioning plate. By operating the steering positioning plate in combination with the arcuate limiting hole, various contact positions can be created, allowing the front wheel to be positioned at multiple steering angles, such as 360 degrees, 90 degrees, and 0 degrees. This contributes to significantly improving the safety and user-friendliness of steering the mobile vehicle. [Brief description of the drawings]

The drawings show: Fig. 1 is a perspective exploded view of a front wheel steering positioning device for a mobile vehicle according to the invention; Fig. 2 a sectional view of the front wheel steering positioning device according to the invention; Fig. 3 is a sectional plan view of the front wheel steering positioning device according to the invention; Fig. 4 a perspective view of the front wheel steering positioning device according to the invention for a mobile vehicle in use state I; Fig. 5 a perspective view of the front wheel steering positioning device according to the invention for a mobile vehicle in use state II; and Fig. 6 a perspective view of the front wheel steering positioning device according to the invention for a mobile vehicle in use state III. [Explanation of the preferred embodiment]
[0007] With reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, the invention shows a front wheel steering positioning device for a mobile vehicle, which essentially comprises a vehicle frame 1, a steering fixing seat 2 and a steering positioning plate 3.
[0008] The vehicle frame 1 is provided at its front with at least one front wheel mounting unit 11, which is designed in the form of a sleeve-like structure. Within a sleeve opening 111 of the front wheel mounting unit 11, at least one bearing 112 is arranged, which is rotatably connected to a rotational axis 121 of a front wheel fork 12. The rotational axis 121 is fixedly connected to a fork shoulder 122 of the front wheel fork 12. A fork leg 123, which supports a front wheel 13, is attached below the fork shoulder 122. Additionally, an arcuate limiting opening 124 is provided on the fork shoulder 122, which in this embodiment forms a limiting angle of 90°. The limiting angle of the arcuate limiting opening 124 can be configured at different angles as required.
[0009] The steering fixation seat 2 is attached to the outside of the front wheel mounting unit 11 and has an arcuate through-hole 21, which corresponds in shape and position to the arcuate limiting opening 124 of the front wheel fork 12. Longitudinal guide slots 211 are located on both sides of the arcuate through-hole 21. The steering fixation seat 2 is also provided with a transverse mounting opening 22 that communicates with the arcuate through-hole 21. A bolt 23, which can be designed, for example, as a spring bolt, is inserted into the mounting opening 22.
[0010] The steering positioning plate 3 is an arcuate plate mounted in the arcuate through-hole 21 of the steering fixing seat 2. Guide blocks 31 are located on both sides of the steering positioning plate 3, which correspond to the guide slots 211 of the arcuate through-hole 21. A plurality of fastening holes 32 are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the steering positioning plate 3. In the present embodiment, a first fastening hole 321, a second fastening hole 322, and a third fastening hole 323 are arranged from top to bottom. The bolt 23 of the steering fixing block 2 can be inserted into each of the fastening holes 32. A projection 33 is provided at the lower end of the steering positioning plate 3, while a stopper portion 34 is formed at the upper end. A plurality of marking lines 35 are provided between the stopper portion 34 and the first fastening hole 321, which are in Fig. 4 to Fig. 6. These marking lines 35 include, from top to bottom, a 0° marking line 351, a 90° marking line 352, and a 360° marking line 353.
[0011] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the user can set the front wheel 13 of a mobile vehicle such as a walking aid to the 360-degree rotation mode by inserting the bolt 23 into the third fixing hole 323 of the steering positioning plate 3. In this state, the steering positioning plate 3 does not protrude from the arcuate through hole 21 of the steering fixing seat 2 and therefore does not come into contact with the arcuate limit hole 124 of the front wheel fork 12. As a result, the rotation angle of the front wheel 13 remains unchanged at the original 360-degree setting. In addition, the 360-degree marking line 353 embossed on the steering positioning plate 3 is located exactly at the upper edge of the arcuate through hole 21 of the steering fixing seat 2. This allows the user to clearly and easily read the rotation status of the front wheel 13 based on the position of the 360-degree marking line 353 and to precisely check the adjustment of the steering position.
[0012] As in Fig. 5, the user can limit the steering angle of the front wheel 13 by removing the bolt 23 from the third mounting hole 323 of the steering positioning plate 3.
[0013] Subsequently, the steering positioning plate 3 is slid downward so that the protrusion 33 provided at the lower end of the steering positioning plate 3 is inserted into the arcuate limiting hole 124 of the front fork 12. In this state, the 90-degree mark line 352 of the steering positioning plate 3 is located exactly at the upper edge of the arcuate through hole 21 of the steering fixing seat 2. This allows the user to know that the steering angle of the front wheel 13 has been limited to the desired range. Subsequently, the bolt 23 is inserted into the second fixing hole 322 of the steering positioning plate 3 to fix the steering positioning plate 3 in the position where the protrusion 33 is inserted into the arcuate limiting hole 124. Due to the stop function of the projection 33 at both ends of the arcuate limiting opening 124, the steering angle of the front wheel 13 is effectively limited to a range of 90 degrees.
[0014] As in Fig.6, the user can fully fix the front wheel 13 in the straight-ahead position by removing the bolt 23 from the second mounting hole 322 of the steering positioning plate 3. The steering positioning plate 3 is then pushed further downward so that the entire arcuate steering positioning plate 3 is fully inserted into the arcuate restriction hole 124 of the front wheel fork 12. In this state, the 0-degree marker line 351 of the steering positioning plate 3 is located exactly at the upper edge of the arcuate through-hole 21 of the steering fixing seat 2. This clearly indicates to the user that the front wheel 13 is set to the 0-degree position and no further lateral rotation is possible. The user can then insert the bolt 23 into the first mounting hole 321 of the steering positioning plate 3 to fully fix it in the arcuate restriction hole 124.In this state, the front wheel 13 is completely limited in its movement to a straight line, whereby only forward or backward movement is possible.
[0015] The design of the front wheel steering positioning device according to the invention allows the steering angle of the front wheel 13 of a mobile vehicle, such as a walking aid, to be adjusted according to the individual needs of the user. This takes into account, in particular, the user's physical condition and steering skills. The device makes it possible to limit the steering angle of the front wheel 13, thereby ensuring safe and user-friendly control of the vehicle. Dangerous situations, such as the walking aid tipping over or the user losing their balance, can thus be effectively avoided.
[0016] In summary, the front wheel steering positioning device for a mobile vehicle according to the invention can achieve the following advantages: 1. Flexibility of steering angle limitation: The invention allows the front wheel 13 to be positioned at several different steering angles according to the user's requirements. This increases safety and user-friendliness while controlling the vehicle. 2. Simple and clear adjustment: The marking lines on the steering positioning plate 3 make it easier for the user to adjust and check the steering angle. The user can easily identify the set steering angle based on the markings, further simplifying operation and adjustment of the steering angle.
