Description

Due to the modularity, a respectively desired patient can be produced, which can be quickly converted with simple handles.Consisting of:milled table top- Base framebase frame and serving plate- Well module- Firing module- Water modulebattery receptaclebattery unitOverall view (FIG. 1)Consisting of a table top (1) with a base frame (2) including base frame and serving plate (3)Milled table top (FIG. 2)The table top has a central offset milled-out in rectangular form (1) and fastening through-holes (2) which are lined up all around the milled-out.Base frame (FIG. 3)The base frame is inserted into the milled-out portion of the table top and fastened to the table by means of compression spring bolts.By torque fastening of the compression spring bolts (1), a floating but stable connection is produced between the base unit and the table top.The milled-out portion of the table top relative to the frame of the base unit, as well as the fastening holes relative to the bolts, are designed to be larger, so that the base unit is mounted in a floating manner and can consequently counteract the material expansion. The basic unit also has specially made guide blocks ( 2) which ensure protection of material during the module change.Serving Plate (FIG. 4)The serving plate is a component of the basic unit and is designed as a usable additional element.By means of the integrated finger holes (1), the serving plate can be inserted into the basic unit with simple handles. The serving plate serves to cover the basic module and as a possibility for storing the food to be served. In the inserted state, the serving plate stands by 2 mm above the basic unit, so that a protection of the product is ensured.Modules (FIG. 5)All the modules are equipped with guide bolts (1) which enter the guide bushes (2) of the basic unit. The modules also have guide rails ( 3) which prevent the protection of the material during the module change. For easy handling, the modules are equipped with two carrying handles (4) which can be released and snapped in by pressing the button. This enables ergonomic wearing and the fitting. Tools are not required for this purpose. The modules also have rubber feet (5) so that they can be stored securely and firmly.Trough module (FIG. 6)The tray module consisting of a tray and a module housing. The trough module can be used for a wide variety of decoration possibilities. For this purpose, the trough can be filled individually via the opening ( 1).Firing module (FIG. 7)The firing module consisting of an ethanol burner (1), an overflow trough (2) and a module housing (3).The ethanol burner is placed in the overflow pan and can be removed as needed. The combustion chamber is equipped with ceramic wool, and the ethanol burner is filled via the combustion chamber opening ( 4).It is extinguished by interrupting the oxygen supply and thus priming the fire. This is done by closing the metal cover over the flame.Water Module (FIG. 8)The water module consisting of a water trap unit (1), a collection trough (2), a pump unit with a hose system (3), an electronics unit (4) and a module housing (5).The water module is provided with two snap-in switches (6). This enables the water flow and the integrated LED lighting (7) to be activated.Filling takes place via the opening of the water channel. The voltage is supplied via a plug which is permanently integrated. The drain unit ( 8) allows the collection trough to be emptied. The water is sucked out of the tub by a pump and transported to the nozzles by hoses. The nozzles produce a water fall in which the water is transported back into the tub. This results in a water circuit.Battery Receptacle (FIG. 9)The battery receptacle consisting of a base plate (1), a guide unit (2) and fastening bolts (3).The battery receptacle is installed on the base frame via the fastening bolts and serves for the precise fit connection between the battery unit and the modules. The battery unit is initially inserted or locked manually into the guide unit and can subsequently be inserted into the module. In the locked state (4) the modules can be inserted and removed, and in the inserted state the modules are secured by means of the guide pins of the battery unit.Battery unit (FIG. 10)The battery unit consisting of a battery housing (1), an integrated battery, a display (2), a fuse (3), a charging extender (4), a contact socket (5) and guide pins (6).The battery unit has a 24V 12 aH Li-ion battery and is charged via the charging plug. On the front side there is a 10A fuse and a display for indicating the state of charge of the battery.Battery unit rear side (FIGS. 10-1)On the rear side, there are guide pins (5) for locking and securing the modules, and a contact socket (6) for electrically connecting the modules.

Claims

Modular functional table with a floating basic unit for compensating the material expansion, including modular functional insert data, characterized in that functional modules can be inserted by manual intervention into the base frame (Fig. 5.6) provided for this purpose, the latter being fixed in a floating manner in a table top (Fig. 5.9), in order thus to produce a respectively desired patient.Functional modules according to claim 1 characterised in that the functional modules can be inserted with an exact fit into the guide bushes of the basic unit (Fig. 5.2) by means of guide bolts (Fig. 5.1).Functional modules according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the functional modules can be inserted into the basic unit in a product-preserving manner by means of guide rails (FIG. 5.3) and guide blocks (FIG. 3.2).Functional modules according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the functional modules are equipped with two carrying handles (Fig. 5.4) for easy handling, which can be released and snapped in by pressing a key. This enables ergonomic wearing and the toolless and accurately fitting insertion into the basic unit.Basic unit according to claim 1 characterised in that the milled-out portion of the table top (Fig. 2.1) relative to the frame of the basic unit (Fig. 5.6) and the fastening holes (Fig. 2.2) relative to the compression spring bolts (Fig. 3.1) are designed larger, so that the basic unit is mounted in a floating manner.Base unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a connection which is stable in a floating but stable manner is produced between the base unit and the table top by a torque fastening of the compression spring bolts (Fig. 3.1), in order to be able to counteract the material expansion of the table top.Battery receptacle according to Claim 1da, characterized in that the battery receptacle is equipped with fastening bolts (Fig. 9.3), which are installed on the base frame (Fig. 5.7) and serve for the precise connection between the battery unit and the modules.
