A turntable grill for use on a fireton or a grill barrel for preparing any food by frying or grillingFlat grills and standard grill plates of conventional design do not move and have to be accessible from all sides.The described invention in claim 1 is based on the problem that when working on the grill plate only the area of the plate facing the operator is directly accessible. To reach the opposite side, it itself has to change its position.This problem is solved by the function contained in claim 1.Thanks to this invention, the operator can easily turn the upper components with one hand. Thus, all areas of the grill plate can be reached without having to move or combust.An embodiment is shown in the attached overall and sectional views.The invention is used as follows:The clamping holders ( 2) are each attached and aligned in a third circle to one another on the fire barrel / grill barrel ( 1). The rollers (3) are adjusted to the diameter of the raceway (4). The ring (4) with the grip ring (5), the grill plate / plancha (6) and the firing ring (7) are placed on. The fire in the fireton / grill barrel (1) is ignited and the grill plate / plancha (6) is heated.
