Snap-on lid for jars

Abstract

Slip lid characterized in that the closing and opening of the consumption cans (30) takes place only by axially moving the outer cap (1).

Description

[0001] My invention is a slip lid(26).

[0002] This is used to close a cream jar(9).

[0003] This includes a completely new approach to the cream jar(9).

[0004] The idea is to create a beautiful, stylish cream jar in which all the different materials can be easily separated when it is time to throw it away.

[0005] This certainly requires a new approach.

[0006] I found it using the "consumable can" system (30).

[0007] The container (30) is made entirely of aluminum and is equipped with a glass cream jar (9) sealed with aluminum foil (31). This cream jar (9) is replaced with a new one when the cream is used up. The cream jar (9) can be disposed of, returned as a reusable jar, or used with a holder (24) as a tea light.

[0008] The cream jar (9) sealed with aluminum foil (10) is purchased in a cardboard box (6). Fig. 3.1)

[0009] The box (6) consists of a base (31) with a lid (7) and an insert (8) in which the cream jar (9) is inserted.

[0010] The consumable container (30) consists of the snap-on lid (26) and the container housing (25).

[0011] The crucible housing (25) consists of the crucible shoulder (21) and the crucible base (22).( Fig. 2)

[0012] The crucible shoulder (21) has a locking bead (32) on the tapered area for locking the snap-on lid (26).

[0013] The base of the jar (22) has clamping tabs (33) evenly arranged around the circumference which clamp the cream jar (9).

[0014] The crucible shoulder (21) and crucible base (22) are press-fitted. Both parts are made of aluminum.

[0015] The cream jar (9) is removed from the box (6) and inserted into the jar housing (25).

[0016] The slip lid (26) consists of outer cap (1), closing sleeve (2), locking cap (3), bottom cap (4) and sealing ring (5).

[0017] The sealing ring (5) is made of foamed plastic, all other parts are made of aluminum.

[0018] The outer cap (1) has a head hole (19) with a circumferential collar (23), into which the closing sleeve (2) is pushed.

Claims

[1] Snap-on lid characterized by that the closing and opening of the consumption cans (30) only takes place by axially moving the outer cap (1). [2] Slip lid according to claim 1 characterized by that all components are assembled without glue. [3] Slip lid according to claim 1 characterized by that the stop tabs (14) are pushed outwards by the assembly of the base cap (4). [4] Slip lid, and further claims characterized by that all components that are not made of aluminum can be easily removed, thus enabling clear recycling. [5] Slip lid, and other claims characterized by that because of the axial closing mechanism, the system can also be scaled to other shapes, such as oval, triangular, square and special shapes.
