Abstract
Claims
[1] Watch module (1) for detachable connection to a base module (2) that can be attached to a bracelet, characterized by that the clock module (1) has its own power supply and is operated independently of the base module (2), whereby no electrical connection between the clock module (1) and the base module (2) is required and the coupling of the two modules is primarily mechanical. [2] Modular watch system comprising a base module (2) attachable to a bracelet and a watch module (1) according to claim 1, characterized by that the clock module (1) is designed as an independent clock with an analogue, mechanical or digital clockwork and serves to display the time, while the base module (2) does not have its own time display means. [3] Modular clock system according to claim 2, characterized by that the base module (2) is designed purely mechanically as a holder and does not contain any electronic components. [4] Modular clock system according to claim 2, characterized by that the base module (2) comprises electronic sensors, in particular one or more sensors for recording fitness or health data, wherein the base module (2) preferably does not have its own display. [5] Modular clock system according to claim 2, characterized by that the detachable connection between the clock module (1) and the base module (2) is made by a sliding and locking system in which guide profiles on the base module (2) interact with counter-profiles on the clock module (1) and locking means lock the clock module (1) in the end position. [6] Modular clock system according to claim 2, characterized by that the guide elements consist of at least one guide rail (4) and a complementary guide notch (3) which allow the clock module to be pushed on smoothly, wherein preferably two parallel rail / notch pairs serve to prevent tilting. [7] Modular clock system according to claim 2, characterized by that the detachable connection between the watch module (1) and the base module (2) is made by means of an elastic sleeve or an O-ring, which holds both modules together in a form-fitting manner. [8] Modular clock system according to claim 2, characterized by that the detachable connection between the clock module (1) and the base module (2) is made by magnetic coupling, wherein the base module (2) contains at least one ferromagnetic element and the clock module (1) contains at least one permanent magnet which fixes the clock module (1) to the base module (2). [9] Modular clock system according to one of claims 2 to 8, characterized bythat the clock module (1) has a round or square shape and the locking mechanism is designed as a bayonet lock, in which the clock module (1) is locked by insertion and twisting into a round receptacle of the base module (2), wherein preferably two or more projections on the clock module (1) engage in L-shaped grooves in the base module (2). [10] Modular clock system according to one of claims 2 to 9, characterized by that to release the watch module (1) two opposing push buttons are provided on the base module (2), which must be pressed simultaneously to release the locking mechanism, thereby effectively preventing unintentional unlocking. [11] Bracelet with a modular watch system according to one of claims 2 to 10, wherein the base module (2) is an integral part of the bracelet or is attached to the bracelet instead of a watch case and wherein the watch module (1) can be removably attached to the base module (2). [12] Clock module according to claim 1, characterized by that the watch module (1) itself - or at least the underside of its housing - is convexly curved along the longitudinal axis of the bracelet, the angle of curvature (α) being more than 1° and less than 40° with respect to an imaginary tangential plane. [13] Clock module according to claim 1, characterized by that the watch module (1) has a crown (5), buttons or switches for operating the watch module. [14] Modular clock system according to one of the preceding claims 2 to 13, characterized bythat the coupling sides are designed in such a way that, when coupled, a positive or flat contact with a gap of ≤ 1 mm is achieved. [15] Clock module according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the clock module (1) has a wireless communication unit, preferably according to the Bluetooth standard, via which data is received from the base module (2), wherein the received values are displayed optionally by adjusting at least one analogue pointer or in digital form on an integrated display on the clock module (1).
