AI Technical Summary
Existing damping elements in conveyor systems, particularly those with longitudinally arranged grooves on interchangeable tabs, fail to maintain secure connections during reverse operation, leading to system instability and downtime.
A damping element with a substructure, damping layer, locking elements, and an interchangeable tab that crosses, ensuring secure locking even in reverse operation modes.
The solution provides uninterrupted operation of conveyor systems across all modes, reducing downtime and enhancing performance by preventing the interchangeable tab from loosening during reverse operation.

Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a damping element according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] The damping element concerns conveyor systems used in various applications - from industrial plants and mines to food and medical plants - in particular systems for the transport of artificial bulk materials and superstructures of receiving tables for conveyor lines.
[0003] The closest prior art is considered to be a damping element consisting of a base, a damping layer with locking elements, and a replaceable tab. The replaceable tab has grooves that, in conjunction with locking elements, form a connection (Ukrainian Patent No. 82386, "Damping Element," F16F 13 / 00, March 11, 2013).
[0004] The disadvantage of the damping element according to the closest prior art is the longitudinal arrangement of the grooves in the replaceable plate for locking elements. When the conveyor system is operated in reverse mode, the replaceable plate becomes loose, causing the conveyor system to stop and complicating operation.
[0005] The present invention is based on the object of creating a damping element that ensures uninterrupted operation of the conveyor system in all operating modes.
[0006] The problem underlying the invention is solved by a damping element having the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
[0007] The invention relates to a damping element comprising a base, a damping layer with locking elements and a replaceable tab, wherein the replaceable tab comprises transverse grooves.
[0008] Advantageously, the replaceable tab is unlikely to come loose, reducing downtime and improving performance parameters.
[0009] The invention is described in more detail below with reference to the drawings. They show: Fig. 1 the damping element; and Fig. 2 the replaceable tab.
[0010] The damping element has a base 1 ( Fig. 1), which is attached to the receiving table of the conveyor line, as well as a damping layer 2 ( Fig. 1). On the upper part of the damping layer 2 ( Fig. 1) are locking elements 3 ( Fig. 1) which is used to lock the replaceable tab 4 ( Fig. 1, Fig. 2) are required. The replaceable tab 4 ( Fig. 1, Fig. 2) includes transverse grooves 5 ( Fig. 2), which in interaction with the locking elements 3 form a connection.
[0011] The combination of essential features of the damping element ensures operability in all operating modes (forward, reverse) and allows the damping element to be installed or replaced using a simplified procedure. QUOTES CONTAINED IN THE DESCRIPTION
