One of ordinary skill in the art can be based on the subject to determine what meaning the terms mentioned are intended to be in accordance with the present invention.Reference is made to FIGS. 1 to 11. An embodiment of the present invention provides a drinking bottle cap comprising:a main lid 1 having a first embedding hole 11 therein;a rubber-coated inner liner portion 2 integrally formed on one side of the main lid 1, the rubber-coated inner liner portion 2 having a first protrusion 21 integrally formed in the first embedding hole 11 and extending toward the other side of the main lid 1; and a liquid passage hole 211 connecting the one side of the main lid 1 to the other side being formed in the first protrusion 21;a beak 3 rotatably disposed on the other side of the main lid 1 and located close to the periphery of the main lid 1, an end of the beak 3 facing the main lid 1 abutting against the first protrusion 21;wherein the beak 3 has, in turning, a liquid passing state in which an inner hole 31 is communicated with the liquid passing hole 211, and a liquid blocking state in which the inner hole 31 is separated from the liquid passing hole 211.In the present invention, the rubber-coated inner liner portion 2 is integrally formed on one side of the main cover 1, and the rubber-coated inner liner portion 2 has the first protrusion 21 integrally formed in the first embedding hole 11 and extending toward the other side of the main cover 1. In the first protrusion 21, the liquid passage hole 211 connecting the one side of the main lid 1 to the other side is formed. The end of the beak 3 facing the main lid 1 abuts the first protrusion 21. In rotating, the beak 3 has a liquid passing state in which the inner hole 31 is communicated with the liquid passing hole 211, and a liquid blocking state in which the inner hole 31 is separated from the liquid passing hole 211. Regardless of how the beak 3 is rotated, the rubber-coated inner liner portion 2 does not separate from the main lid 1, and the first protrusion 21 also does not separate from the first embedding hole 11. By integrally molding the rubber-coated inner liner portion 2 on the one side of the main lid 1 and having the first protrusion integrally molded in the first embedding hole 11, detachment of the rubber-coated inner liner portion 2 is prevented. This prevents leaks between the beak 3 and the main lid 1, which lead to the escape of water from the drinking bottle lid, and ensures the tightness of the drinking bottle lid.The beak 3 is located at a position of the main lid 1 close to the edge, which facilitates drinking in comparison with a central positioning of the beak 3.The rubber-coated inner liner portion 2 may be made of silicone material, while the main cover 1 may be made of PP material. The rubber-coated interior trim portion 2 can be fused to the main lid 1 by two-step liquid-solid injection molding, whereby the main lid 1 and the rubber-coated interior trim portion 2 are integrally formed. As a result, the whole or most of the rubber-coated inner liner portion 2 forms a one-piece whole, which ensures a more stable structure and prevents water from being peeled or leaked. In some embodiments, an end of the beak 3 facing the main lid 1 is formed as a convexly curved surface 32 in which the inner hole 31 is located. A concavely curved surface 212 is formed on the first projection 21, which is matched to the convexly curved surface 32. The liquid passage hole 211 is located in the concave curved surface 212. As a result, a tighter fit of the end of the beak 3 facing the main cover 1 with the first projection 21 is achieved and the escape of water is prevented. In some embodiments, the convexly curved surface 32 and the concavely curved surface 212 form an interference fit. On the one hand, this achieves a narrower fit of the end of the beak 3 facing the main cover 1 with the first protrusion 21, which prevents the water from escaping. On the other hand, in the absence of a force effect, an undesired rotation of the beak 3 relative to the first projection 21 is avoided. This prevents the beak 3 from being seated too loosely on the main cover 1, which could otherwise lead to an unintentional free rotation of the beak 3 without the action of an external force. Such a rotation of the beak 3 could lead to an obstruction of the liquid flow in the liquid-conducting state or to the water escape in the liquid-blocking state. In some embodiments, two spaced support portions 12 are formed on the other side of the main lid 1. The side surfaces 121 of the two support sections 12 facing each other are each provided with a locking hole 122. On the beak 3, two insertion shafts 33 are formed, which are inserted into the locking holes 122 of the two support portions 12. A rotatable interaction of the beak 3 and the main cover 1 is realized by plugging the plug shafts 33 of the beak 3 together with the latching holes 122 of the two support sections 12.In some embodiments, the side surfaces 121 are each formed with a guide groove 123 that extends outward from the respective locking hole 122 and gradually increases in width. The single guide groove 123 allows the insertion shafts 33 of the beak 3 to be inserted into the latching holes 122, which facilitates the mounting of the beak 3 on the main cover 1. The width of the single guide groove 123 at the connection position to the respective locking hole 122 is smaller than the diameter of the respective insertion shaft 33, thereby preventing the insertion shafts 33 of the beak 3 from falling out of the locking holes 122.In some embodiments, the drinking bottle lid further comprises an arcuate carrying handle 4 arranged at a predefined angle to the main lid 1. The two ends of the arc-shaped handle 4 are connected to the two support portions 12. The arcuate carrying handle 4 allows the user to wear comfortably while the predefined angle realizes an individual design. In some embodiments, the main lid 1 further has a second embedding hole 13 therein. The rubber-coated inner liner portion 2 additionally has a second protrusion 22 integrally molded in the second embedding hole 13 and extending toward the other side of the main lid 1. In the second protrusion 22, an air passage hole 221 is formed, which connects the one side of the main lid 1 to the other side. On the beak 3, a closing portion 34 is formed, which is inserted into the air passage hole 221 in the liquid shut-off state. The present embodiment improves the tightness between the closing portion 34 and the air passage hole 221 in the liquid shut-off state by integrally molding the second protrusion 22 of the rubber-coated inner liner portion 2 in the second embedding hole 13, thereby preventing the water from leaking through the air passage hole 221.In some embodiments, an opening portion of the second embedding hole 13 facing away from the rubber-coated inner liner portion 2 is provided with a widened step segment 131. On the outer periphery of the second protrusion 22, an annular edge protrusion 222 matching the expanded step segment 131 is formed. By cooperation of the expanded step segment 131 with the annular edge protrusion 222, detachment of the second protrusion 22 from the second embedding hole 13 is prevented, and at the same time, the tightness between the second protrusion 22 and the second embedding hole 13 is improved. In some embodiments, an actuating handle 35 is formed on the beak 3, which is located between the two support sections 12 in the liquid-blocking state and, in the state in which it conducts liquid, bears against the outer circumferential surface of a side of the main lid 1 facing away from the arcuate carrying handle 4. The actuation of the beak 3 is facilitated for the user by the actuation handle 35.In some embodiments, an opening portion of the liquid passage hole 211 facing away from the first protrusion 21 is provided with an insertion tube 213 into which a straw 5 is inserted. Water is sucked out of the bottle body by the drinking straw 5.An embodiment of the present invention further provides a drinking bottle comprising the above-described drinking bottle lid.The drinking bottle cap can be screwed to the bottle body by a threaded connection. A sealing ring 6 can be provided between the drinking bottle cover and the bottle body in order to prevent the escape of liquid. In summary, it is readily understood by the person skilled in the art that the aforementioned advantageous technical features can be freely combined and superimposed, insofar as no contradiction exists.Heretofore, only concrete embodiments of the present invention have been explained, to which the scope of the present invention is by no means limited. Equivalent alterations or substitutions that would be apparent to those skilled in the art within the scope of the disclosed technical scope of the invention should be included within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be determined by the scope of the claims as claimed.
