An embodiment of the present invention provides a household chemical packaging apparatus comprising an outer packaging part 1, a replaceable part 2 and a pusher assembly. Here, the replaceable part 2 is detachably arranged inside the outer packaging part 1. The replaceable part 2 comprises a cardboard cylinder 21 for receiving a paste 4 and a cardboard tray 22 arranged at the bottom of the cardboard cylinder 21. After the paste 4 has been completely used up, the replaceable part 2 which receives the paste 4 can be removed from the outer packaging part 1. By replacing it with a new replaceable part 2, further use of the household chemical product is made possible. At this time, the outer packaging member 1 and the pusher assembly remain reusable, which can reduce waste of packaging material. Since the replaceable part 2 is made of only a cardboard material, it is not only inexpensive, but also degradable and recyclable, thereby avoiding any environmental impact. The pushing assembly is for pushing out the paste 4 and comprises a base 31, a threaded rod 32 and a sleeve 33. The threaded rod 32 is fastened to the base 31 and penetrates into the outer packaging part 1. The sleeve 33 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 32 and an end of the sleeve 33 facing away from the base 31 faces the replaceable part 2 and is motion-coupled to the cardboard cylinder 21. In the present embodiment, upon relative rotation of the base 31 and the outer packaging member 1, the sleeve 33 can move along the axial direction of the threaded rod 32, thereby pushing out the cardboard tray 22 together with the paste 4 placed on the cardboard tray 22 to enable the user to use.In a preferred embodiment, the outer packaging part 1 comprises a first housing 11 and a second housing 12 which are nested one inside the other. The first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are detachably connected to each other. After the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are separated from each other, the replaceable part 2 therein can be removed and replaced. At this time, the base 31 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the second housing 12.Furthermore, it is provided that the second housing 12 is located on the inner periphery of the first housing 11. The side wall of the first housing 11 is provided with a through hole 111, and the side wall of the second housing 12 is provided with a push button 121. When the push button 121 and the through hole 111 are engaged with each other, the separation of the first housing 11 from the second housing 12 is restricted. When the push button 121 is pushed out of the through hole 111 by the push button 121, the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 do not catch with each other any longer, and thus the limitation is released, so that axial separation is enabled.Specifically, reference is made to FIGS. 3 and 4. Two opposite side walls of the second housing 12 are each provided with an elastic arm. The push button 121 is integrally formed on each elastic arm. In the unloaded state, the push button 121 latches into the through hole 111 under the action of the respective elastic arm, whereby the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are fixed relative to each other. In a preferred embodiment, the outer packaging part 1 further comprises an outer lid 13 which is placed over the first housing 11. The outer lid 13 can protect the inner paste 4 from dust. Here, the inner periphery of the outer cover 13 is provided with a restricting protrusion 131, and the outer periphery of the first housing 11 is provided with a restricting protrusion 112 that is in contact with the restricting protrusion 131. In the present embodiment, after pushing the restricting protrusion 131 beyond the restricting protrusion 112, the outer lid 13 can be stably held on the first housing 11, thereby preventing unintentional opening of the outer lid 13.Preferably, as shown in FIG. 4, the outer lid 13 is provided with a plurality of small restricting protrusions 131 circumferentially distributed on the inner periphery of the outer lid 13, whereby good position securing can be achieved while avoiding an excessively close fit with the projecting restricting ring 112 to enable the user to easily open the outer lid 13.In a preferred embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the base 31 further includes positioning protrusions 311 provided on two opposite sides of the threaded rod 32, and the bottom of the second housing 12 is provided with positioning recesses that cooperate with the respective positioning protrusions 311 to limit relative rotation of the base 31 and the second housing 12. This ensures that the paste 4 does not retract unintentionally after its contact with the body when the user uses household chemicals.Preferably, the bottom of the second housing 12 is provided with two first positioning recesses 122 and two second positioning recesses 123. The connecting line of the two first positioning recesses 122 runs perpendicular to the connecting line of the two second positioning recesses 123. In the present exemplary embodiment, each 90° rotation of the base 31 relative to the second housing 12 causes a switchover to the next positioning position. That is, the single positioning protrusion 311 can be moved from the respective first positioning recess 122 into the respective second positioning recess 123 or from the respective second positioning recess 123 into the respective first positioning recess 122.In a concrete embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, both the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are elliptical, thereby preventing relative rotation of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12. Further, the base 31 is also formed elliptical, which allows the user to easily rotate the base 31 and the second housing 12 to a perpendicular positioning angle to each other. In a preferred embodiment, a mounting plate 14 is also fastened in the interior of the outer packaging part 1, a mounting cylinder 141 being provided in the middle of said mounting plate, the sleeve 33 being mounted on the inner circumference of said mounting cylinder. Specifically, reference is made to FIG. 2. A first abutment structure is provided in the first housing 11, while a second abutment structure is provided in the second housing 12. The mounting plate 14 abuts both the first abutment structure and the second abutment structure. In a preferred embodiment, the bottom of the cardboard shell 22 is provided with a depression 221 and the sleeve 33 is provided with a support head 331 on a side facing away from the base 31. The outer periphery of the support head 331 is in contact with the side wall of the recess 221. Preferably, the outer periphery of the support head 331 is provided with a plurality of barbs 332 recessed in the side wall of the recess 221 so that the sleeve 33 can retract the cardboard tray 22 as it moves toward the base 31, thereby facilitating the retraction of the paste 4.In a preferred embodiment, the outer packaging part 1 and the push arrangement are both made of an ABS material. Both the outer packaging part 1 and the pushing arrangement consist of an ABS material, which enables simplified recycling and problem-free granulation and thus increases the environmental compatibility of the packaging device for household chemicals. The foregoing description of the disclosed embodiments enables those skilled in the art to make or use the present invention.
