Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to the field of mop systems, in particular to an elastic device for a mop turntable.Separate mop sets, in which clean and dirty water are separated, are among the most popular household cleaning products at present. Such systems consist of a mop bucket and a mop, wherein the bucket has both a region for fresh water and a region for dirty water. In addition, a rotating spraying device is arranged in the bucket. Integrated in the mop head of the mop mentioned above is a centrifugal locking device consisting of a locking sleeve and centrifugal elements. At low speed of the mop turntable, the locking sleeve locks the support axle of the rotating spray device, so that these supply water, while at high speed the locking sleeve is released from the spray device by the centrifugal force that arises, in order to allow dewatering. As is known, there are two types of centrifugal locking devices. A variant is relatively simple in construction and consists of two identically constructed centrifugal elements, an inclined supporting surface being arranged on one side of each element, which surface controls the lifting mechanism of mop turntable and locking sleeve. Although this construction is simple, it has a low stability and a shortened service life since only two inclined supporting surfaces contribute to locking. Therefore, apparatuses have been developed with three centrifugal elements in which a rotatably arranged lifting blade is provided. However, this construction is more complex and sometimes results in the centrifugal force generated in experimental setups being insufficient to open the device. The object of the present invention is to develop an elastic device which combines a simple construction with increased stability and longer service life. This is intended to overcome the shortcomings of conventional centrifugal locking devices for mop disks. To achieve this object, an aspect of the present invention provides a novel elastic device for a mop turntable, comprising a turntable and a centrifugal locking device, the turntable consisting of a bottom and a lid which are connected to each other. To achieve this object, an aspect of the present invention provides a novel resilient device for a mop turntable. This comprises a turntable and a centrifugal locking device, wherein the turntable consists of a base and a cover which are connected to one another. In the middle of the base plate there is a central hole. The centrifugal locking device comprises a base, a locking sleeve and three centrifugal elements. The upper end of the base forms an inwardly inclined conical surface. At the center of the base is a through hole. The locking sleeve is located in the interior of the cover. The three centrifugal elements are mounted on the bottom of the turntable and can slide outwards due to the centrifugal force generated by the high speed of the turntable. During this operation, the conical surface of the socket causes the three centrifugal elements to develop an upward force, thereby releasing the locking sleeve from the rotating sprayer. At a low speed causing a lower centrifugal force, the three centrifugal elements automatically return to their initial position, so that the locking sleeve is locked again to the rotating sprayer. The combination of the base with the three centrifugal elements and the configuration of the upper end of the base as an inwardly inclined conical surface ensures that, when the centrifugal elements slide outwards, their contact height on the conical surface gradually increases. This causes the centrifugal elements to lift the entire turntable and separate the locking sleeve from the rotating sprayer. The automatic resetting of the centrifugal elements again leads to the locking of the locking sleeve with the spraying device. Overall, the construction is distinguished by its simple construction, improved stability of the three centrifugal elements and an extended service life thanks to the additional base design.Furthermore, in the area of the central passage of the bottom, an upwardly extended stop ring is provided, which is provided with notches for locking the three centrifugal elements in a circular arrangement. In addition, a plurality of limiting openings are provided on the stop ring. On the outer wall of the base of the centrifugal locking device is a male pin which can be inserted into one of the limiting openings to limit the upward movement of the base. This construction is stable and functionally devised.Furthermore, the lower end of the base is conically shaped, which further optimizes the design.Furthermore, the notches for locking the three centrifugal elements are made in a circular arrangement. In the area of the bottom outside these cuts, a slide carriage is placed. The three centrifugal elements each consist of a slide block and a guide block, the slide block sliding in the slide carriage. At the lower end of the guide block there is an inclined surface which abuts against the conical surface of the base. By the coupling of the inclined and conical surfaces an upward force is generated when the elements slide outwards. This construction is simple, screened and ensures increased stability during operation. At the lower end of the slide block, a metal counter-weight is arranged, while at the upper end of the slide block, a return spring for automatically restoring the centrifugal element is provided.Between the lower end of the slide block and the slide carriage is a guide member consisting of a guide shaft and a guide rail. One of these two components is attached to the slide block and the other to the slide carriage. This arrangement prevents lateral wobbling of the centrifugal elements during sliding, thus providing more stable and precise movement.A decorative block is additionally attached to the upper end of the sliding block. Inside the cover of the turntable is an indicator opening which serves to receive the decorative block. As a result, the decorative block appears in the display opening when the centrifugal elements slide outward, which visually enhances the appearance of the device. In addition, a turntable restoring spring is integrated in the interior of the cover, which assists the return of the turntable into its starting position after use. This spring improves the overall functionality of the device by ensuring a smooth and reliable return. The upper portion of the floor is also provided with reinforcing ribs which increase structural strength. These ribs improve the stability and longevity of the device.Inside the cover there is also mounted a support element which acts against the three centrifugal elements. This element is designed as a blocking plate in order to ensure a stable guidance of the elements.Compared with conventional technologies, the present invention offers the advantage that the centrifugal locking device is superior in a simple construction, stable operation and extended life. The accompanying drawings, which form a part of this invention, serve to further illustrate the invention. This device consists of a turntable 1 and a centrifugal locking device 2. the turntable 1 is composed of a bottom 3 and a cover 4 which are connected together.Referring to Figs. 2 and 4, the upper portion of the floor 3 is provided with reinforcing ribs 22 which increase the structural strength. In the center of the bottom 3 there is a central passage. The centrifugal locking device 2 comprises a base 5, a locking sleeve 24 and three centrifugal elements 6. the base 5 is made as a flat cylinder, the top of which is inwardly recessed and forms a conical surface 7, while the bottom is also conically shaped 14. the base 5 is locked in the central passage of the bottom 3, and in the centre of the base 5 there is a through hole 8 through which the top of the rotating sprayer 9 is passed. Moreover, at the central passage of the bottom 3 there is arranged an annular stop ring 10 provided with three notches 11 in a circular arrangement. Outside the cuts 11 on the bottom 3, a slide carriage 15 is fixed, the upper, hollow region of which is preferably square. At the lower end of the slide carriage 15 a guide rail 19 extends.Between each two adjacent notches 11 on the stop ring 10 is a restriction hole 12, and a pin 13 on the base 5 is inserted into this restriction hole 12 to restrict the vertical movement amplitude and thereby regulate the upward movement of the base 5. The three centrifugal elements 6 are of identical construction and consist of a slide block 16 and a guide block 17, the width of the slide block 16 preferably being greater than that of the guide block 17. This guide rail surrounds the outer region of the guide shaft 19 and serves as a guide when the slide block 16 engages in the slide carriage 15. At the lower end of the guide block 17 an inclined surface is processed which abuts the conical surface 7 of the base and thus assists the mechanics. In addition, a metal counter weight 26 is attached to the lower end of the slide block 16, while a return spring 18 for automatically restoring the centrifugal element 6 and a decorative block 20 are mounted on the upper end.Referring to Fig. 3, the cover 4 incorporates an indicator aperture 21 positioned in vertical alignment with the centrifugal elements 6.In the inner center of the cover 4, the locking sleeve 24 is fixedly inserted. When the centrifugal elements 6 slide out, the decorative block 20 can become visible in the display opening 21. In addition, FIG. 3 shows that inside the cover 4 is housed a support member 23 that functions as a lock plate and stabilizes the three centrifugal members 6.In use, at low speed of turntable 1, locking sleeve 24 locks rotating sprayer 9 so that the mop can be cleaned by supplying it with water. At high speed, the three centrifugal elements 6 generate centrifugal force which causes them to slide outwards along the guide shaft 19. During this sliding, the contact point of the guide block 17 with the conical surface 7 increases, thus raising the centrifugal element 6. The entire turntable 1 is finally raised by the action of the supporting element 23, so that the locking sleeve 24 is separated from the rotating spraying device 9 and the dewatering process is initiated. In this case, the base 5 functions as a supporting element. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a turntable restoring spring 25 is additionally fixedly mounted in the inner center of the cover 4. This spring ensures that the locking sleeve 24 is locked again and reliably with the rotating spraying device 9 after the dewatering process. The above-described embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the same. All modifications, equivalent substitutions, or improvements known to those skilled in the art and consistent with the spirit and principles of the present invention are included within the scope of the invention.
