Abstract

A braking device for vehicles, comprising: a cylinder; a motor configured to generate a rotational force; a threaded spindle arranged inside the cylinder and configured to rotate by the rotational force received from the motor; a nut configured to move back and forth in an axial direction along the threaded spindle in accordance with the rotation of the threaded spindle; a sleeve arranged between the cylinder and the threaded spindle; a piston coupled to the nut and configured to move back and forth on the sleeve in accordance with the reciprocating motion of the nut, the piston comprising a piston head and a piston rod, wherein a center point of the piston head and a center point of the piston rod do not coincide, thus preventing rotation of the piston inside the cylinder;and a bearing that is located inside the cylinder and is coupled to the threaded spindle.;
