Abstract

Distributor device (20) for connecting numerous ports to a plurality of valves (34), comprising: - a first connection plate (22A) with a plurality of first, adjacent valve channels (30); - a second connection plate (22B) with a plurality of second, adjacent valve channels (30); - wherein the first and the second connection plate (22) are opposite each other with front faces (49) and the first and second valve channels (30) in the connection plates (22) are formed by grooves (50) in the opposing front faces (49); and - at least one diaphragm (24) arranged between the first connection plate (22A) and the second connection plate (22B), which closes the grooves (50) on the front faces (49) and seals the first and second valve channels (30);wherein the first connection plate (22A) and the second connection plate (22B) have an outlet opening (29) for each valve channel (30) at an outlet area (28) and form a connection interface (27) at a connection area (26) through which the valve channels (30) are fluidically accessible from the outside.
