Abstract

Busbar structure (100) configured for electrically connecting multiple battery cells (200), wherein the multiple battery cells (200) are arranged in multiple rows and multiple columns, each row of battery cells (200) comprising N battery cells (200) arranged along a first direction, and each column of battery cells (200) comprising M battery cells (200) arranged along a second direction and offset, wherein the busbar structure (100) connects the multiple battery cells (200) into S groups of battery cell branches connected in series, and wherein each group of battery cell branches comprises a circuit in which P battery cells (200) are connected in parallel, where M ≥ 2, N ≥ 3 and P > M.
