Abstract
The invention relates to a freeze-drying apparatus (1) having a drying chamber (10) and condenser chambers (30, 40) arranged laterally relative to the drying chamber (10) and separated therefrom by side walls (32, 42), wherein openings (33a-b, 44a-b) in the side walls (32, 42) are arranged within a stack height (HS) of a heating arrangement (50) arranged in the drying chamber (10).
