Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to an acoustic integrated formwork wall. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such an acoustic integrated formwork wall.
[0002] This invention relates to the field of building and public works and, more particularly, to the factory manufacture of walls with integrated formwork intended to be installed on a construction site for the construction of a building, a decorative work or a work to combat noise and / or pollution.
[0003] In particular, we know of walls with integrated acoustic formwork that are used for the construction of buildings (particularly in urban or peri-urban areas) or noise barriers. These walls with integrated acoustic formwork are designed so that noise pollution external to a building is attenuated inside this building. These walls with integrated acoustic formwork are then configured to provide acoustic correction, more particularly by the addition of a sound-absorbing or corrective material.
[0004] Such an acoustic integrated formwork wall comprises at least, on the one hand, a first skin oriented towards the exterior of a building and usually made of concrete, on the other hand, a second skin oriented towards the interior of the building and usually made of concrete, on the other hand, means for connecting these two skins and, on the other hand, acoustic insulation means which usually take the form of at least one panel, which is made of an acoustic insulating material, and which is fixed, as the case may be, to the first skin and / or to the second skin, more particularly to an external face of such a skin oriented towards the exterior of the acoustic integrated formwork wall.
[0005] It will be noted that such an acoustic integrated formwork wall is, at least in part, manufactured in a factory, from concrete.
[0006] In this regard, it will be observed that, according to a first embodiment, the sound insulation means can be fixed (in particular by gluing or by means of mechanical fixing means) on the first skin and / or on the second skin of such an acoustic integrated formwork wall, this on an external face of such a skin oriented towards the outside of the wall and during a manufacturing process of such an acoustic integrated formwork wall in the factory. Such a way of proceeding requires, before fixing such sound insulation means on such a skin, waiting for the concrete of this skin to be sufficiently dry, which lengthens the duration of such a manufacturing process.
[0007] A second embodiment consists of fixing such acoustic insulation means on such a skin (more particularly on the external face, oriented towards the exterior of the wall, of a second skin oriented towards the interior of a building) not in a factory but on site, this after having put in place the integrated formwork wall. Such a way of proceeding then implies the intervention of an operator on the site which lengthens the duration of this site.
[0008] It will also be observed that fixing the sound insulation means on the first skin (facing the exterior of a building) makes it possible to effectively reduce noise pollution but has the disadvantage of significantly complicating the cladding and / or covering of these sound insulation means on the facade.
[0009] As regards the fixing of sound insulation means on the second skin (facing towards the interior of a building), this only allows for the attenuation of part of the noise pollution, given that another part of this noise pollution is transmitted by the first skin to other structural elements (such as floors, ceilings and / or walls, in particular structural ones) and, thus, to the interior of the building without attenuation.
[0010] Finally, and regardless of the skin on which the sound insulation means are fixed, these sound insulation means are particularly expensive and are subject to a high risk of voluntary or involuntary degradation (in particular under the effect of an impact), this being the case both in the factory and on a construction site and / or on site. Document CN 109 629 707 A discloses the characteristics of the preamble of claim 1.
[0011] The present invention aims to remedy the drawbacks of walls with integrated acoustic formwork of the state of the art, in particular those whose acoustic correction or acoustic insulation is ensured by the addition of acoustic insulation means fixed to the first skin and / or to the second skin.
[0012] To this end, the invention relates to an acoustic integrated formwork wall having the characteristics of claim 1, and methods of manufacturing such a wall having the characteristics of claims 10 to 13.
[0013] According to another characteristic, the wall with integrated acoustic formwork comprises at least one intermediate element, which is interposed between the first skin and the second skin, which is parallel to the first skin as well as to the second skin, and which is positioned at a determined distance from the first skin so as to define a first part of said internal volume which internally comprises the acoustic insulation means.
[0014] An additional feature concerns the fact that the second skin comprises, on the one hand, an external face which is oriented towards the outside of the wall with integrated acoustic formwork, on the other hand, an internal face which is oriented towards the inside of the wall with integrated acoustic formwork and, on the other hand, at least one secondary through opening, which extends through this second skin, and which opens at the level of the external face and at the level of the internal face of this second skin as well as at the level of the acoustic insulation means which adjoin the internal face of the second skin.
[0015] Yet another feature concerns the fact that the sound insulation means comprise either at least one panel of mineral wool or vegetable wool or textile, or at least one plant growing substrate, or at least one powdery material, or at least one material in the form of chips or shreds or filaments, or at least one cavernous material or elements made of a cavernous material,
[0016] According to another characteristic, at least a portion of the primary through opening, respectively at least a portion of the secondary through opening, extends diverging, towards the outside of the wall with integrated acoustic formwork and / or from the internal face of the first skin, respectively of the second skin, as well as towards the external face of the first skin, respectively of the second skin.
[0017] The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such an integrated formwork wall. Such a manufacturing method comprises a step which consists of positioning, inside a mold, at least one formwork means which is configured to define the first skin as well as at least a portion of said at least one primary through opening.
[0018] Alternatively, such a manufacturing method may include a perforation step which consists of perforating at least said first skin in order to define said at least one primary through opening, or even perforating at least said second skin in order to define said at least one secondary through opening.
[0019] Alternatively, such a manufacturing method may include a step which consists of printing, on a support and by three-dimensional printing, the first skin as well as at least part of said at least one primary opening.
[0020] Thus, in the wall with integrated acoustic formwork according to the invention, on the one hand, the acoustic insulation means are positioned inside at least part of the internal volume and adjoin at least the internal face of the first skin and, on the other hand, at least the first skin comprises at least one primary through opening which opens at the external face and at the internal face of this first skin as well as at the level of the acoustic insulation means.
[0021] These characteristics advantageously make it possible to connect the ambient air from outside a building with sound insulation means positioned inside the acoustic integrated formwork wall. A portion of the sound waves from the ambient environment outside a building then passes through said at least one primary through opening (or also said at least one secondary through opening) and is attenuated directly by the sound insulation means positioned inside the acoustic integrated formwork wall, which makes it possible to improve the acoustic performance of the acoustic integrated formwork wall according to the invention compared to the acoustic integrated formwork walls of the prior art.
[0022] These characteristics also make it possible to create, through said at least one primary through opening (or even through said at least one secondary through opening) a preferential path taken by the sound waves which are then directed directly towards the acoustic insulation means which will attenuate these sound waves (in particular the noise pollution) and thus improve the acoustic performance of the wall with integrated acoustic formwork in accordance with the invention compared to the walls with integrated acoustic formwork of the state of the art.
[0023] In the integrated formwork wall according to the invention, at least a portion of the primary (respectively secondary) through opening extends diverging, towards the outside of the acoustic integrated formwork wall and / or from the inner face of the first (respectively second) skin, as well as towards the outer face of the first (respectively second) skin. Such a feature advantageously makes it possible to orient, channel and concentrate a portion of the sound waves from the ambient environment outside a building in the direction of the sound insulation means which directly attenuate a concentration of this portion of the sound waves. Here again, the acoustic integrated formwork wall according to the invention provides an improvement in acoustic performance compared to the acoustic integrated formwork walls of the state of the art.
[0024] When the acoustic insulation means comprise at least one plant growing substrate, at least one powdered material (which may in particular constitute a plant growing substrate) or at least one material in the form of chips (which may, again, constitute a plant growing substrate), the acoustic integrated formwork wall according to the invention also and advantageously allows the greening of such a wall, which makes it possible to reduce the surface temperature of such a wall (and thus to attenuate the heat island effect usually produced by integrated formwork walls in an urban environment) but also to absorb CO2 and therefore to contribute to the reduction of the CO2 level.
[0025] Finally, and according to another advantage, in the acoustic integrated formwork wall according to the invention, the acoustic insulation means are protected from damage, are inexpensive, are easy to produce, require little processing and emit little CO2, particularly during their manufacture and / or their implementation.
[0026] Other aims and advantages of the present invention will appear during the description which follows relating to embodiments which are given only as indicative and non-limiting examples.
[0027] Understanding of this description will be facilitated by referring to the attached drawings in which: [ Fig 1 ] is a schematic and front view of a part of a building which comprises at least one wall with integrated acoustic formwork not forming part of the subject of claim 1. [ Fig 2 ] is a schematic and perspective view of a wall with integrated acoustic formwork in accordance with the invention. [ Fig 3 ] is a schematic side and sectional view of a first embodiment of a first type of embodiment of a wall with integrated acoustic formwork in accordance with the invention. Fig 4 ] is a schematic side and sectional view of a second embodiment of a first type of embodiment of a wall with integrated acoustic formwork in accordance with the invention. Fig 5 ] is a schematic view, from the side and in section, of a second type of embodiment of a wall with integrated acoustic formwork in accordance with the invention.
[0028] The present invention relates to the field of building and public works and, more particularly, to the factory manufacture of walls with integrated formwork intended to be installed on a construction site for the construction of a building, a decorative work or a work to combat noise and / or pollution.
[0029] The invention then relates more particularly to a wall with integrated acoustic formwork 1 which, in the remainder of the description and for reasons of brevity, will be referred to as “wall 1”.
[0030] Such a wall 1 is, more particularly, of the prefabricated type in the sense that this wall 1 is at least partly manufactured in a factory, before being transported and installed on a construction site for the construction of a building, a decorative work or a work to combat noise and / or pollution.
[0031] Such a wall 1 comprises a first skin 2, which is intended to be oriented in a first direction, which extends along a first plane, and which can be made of a hydraulic material (more particularly concrete) or of a polymer material (in particular a synthetic material, a plastic material, a resin or other).
[0032] This first skin 2 comprises, on the one hand, an external face 20 which is oriented towards the outside of the wall 1 and, on the other hand, an internal face 21 which is oriented towards the inside of the wall 1.
[0033] This first skin 2 comprises (or is made up of) at least one flat plate, which extends along a plane (which is at least parallel to the first plane along which the first skin 2 extends, or even coincides with this first plane), and which is made of a hydraulic material or a polymer material.
[0034] Such a wall 1 also comprises a second skin 3, which is intended to be oriented in a second direction opposite to the first direction, which is parallel to the first skin 2, which extends along a second plane (which is parallel to the first plane), and which is positioned at a determined distance from the first skin 2 so as to define an internal volume 4. This second skin 3 can, here again, be made of a hydraulic material (more particularly concrete) or of a polymer material (in particular a synthetic material, a plastic material, a resin or other).
[0035] This second skin 3 comprises, on the one hand, an external face 30 which is oriented towards the outside of the wall 1 and, on the other hand, an internal face 31 which is oriented towards the inside of the wall 1.
[0036] This second skin 3 comprises (or is made up of) at least one flat plate, which extends along a plane (which is at least parallel to the second plane along which the second skin 3 extends, or even coincides with this second plane), and which is made of a hydraulic material or a polymer material.
[0037] Such a wall 1 also comprises connection means 5 which are configured to connect the first skin 2, the second skin 3. Such connection means 5 comprise, on the one hand, a first end which is embedded inside the first skin 2, on the other hand, a second end which is embedded inside the second skin 3 and, on the other hand, an intermediate part, which extends between the first end and the second end. Such connection means 5 can take the form of rods or bars and / or be made of a metallic, polymer, synthetic or composite material (in particular fiberglass).
[0038] Such a wall 1 also includes sound insulation means 6.
[0039] According to the invention, the acoustic insulation means 6 are positioned inside at least part of the internal volume 4 of the wall 1 and adjoin at least the internal face 21 of the first skin 2.
[0040] Also according to the invention, at least the first skin 2 comprises at least one primary through opening 22, on the one hand, which extends through this first skin 2 and, on the other hand, which opens at the level of the external face 20 and at the level of the internal face 21 of this first skin 2 as well as at the level of the acoustic insulation means 6.
[0041] In this regard, it will be observed that it is, more particularly, said at least one flat plate, which this first skin 2 comprises, which comprises said at least one primary through opening 22 which then passes through said at least one flat plate.
[0042] In fact and according to a preferred embodiment, said first skin 2 preferably comprises a plurality of primary through openings 22, on the one hand, which extend through the first skin 2 and, on the other hand, which open out at the level of the external face 20 and at the level of the internal face 21 of this first skin 2 as well as at the level of the acoustic insulation means 6.
[0043] A first type of embodiment of a wall 1 in accordance with the invention corresponds, more particularly, to a multi-purpose wall 1 which may be of the structural type (i.e. capable of being stressed other than by its own weight) or non-structural.
[0044] Such a wall 1 is configured to be used in the construction of a building, in particular a residential building, an industrial building, or a garage.
[0045] In a wall 1 conforming to this first type of construction, the first skin 2 is intended to be oriented in a first direction which may correspond to the exterior of the building while the second skin 3 is intended to be oriented in a second direction which may correspond to the interior of the building.
[0046] However and alternatively, the first skin 2 is intended to be oriented in a first direction which may correspond to the interior of the building while the second skin 3 is intended to be oriented in a second direction which may correspond to the exterior of the building.
[0047] In a wall 1 conforming to this first type of embodiment, such a wall 1 comprises said first skin 2, said at least one primary through opening 22, said second skin 3, said internal volume 4, said connection means 5 as well as said acoustic insulation means 6 (which are positioned at least inside at least a part of said internal volume 4), these elements (2, 22, 3, 4, 5, 6) have the characteristics described above.
[0048] Preferably, in this first type of embodiment, only the first skin 2 comprises said at least one primary through opening 22 (or even, and preferably, the plurality of primary through openings 22). However, and additionally, the second skin 3 may then also comprise at least one secondary through opening 32 (or even a plurality of secondary through openings 32) which may then have the characteristics of said at least one primary opening 22.
[0049] In this regard, it will be observed that it is, more particularly, said at least one flat plate, which this second skin 3 comprises, which comprises said at least one secondary through opening 32 which then passes through said at least one flat plate.
[0050] As mentioned above, in a wall 1 according to the invention, the acoustic insulation means 6 are positioned inside at least part of the internal volume 4 of this wall 1.
[0051] According to a first embodiment of this first type of embodiment, these acoustic insulation means 6 are then positioned inside only a part of the internal volume 4 of this wall 1, more particularly inside a first part 40 which this internal volume 4 comprises.
[0052] THE figures 2 And 3 illustrate a first variant of this first embodiment of the first type of embodiment of such a wall 1.
[0053] In this first variant, the sound insulation means 6, on the one hand, are positioned in the first part 40 of the internal volume 4 of the wall 1, on the other hand, adjoin the first skin 2, more particularly the internal face 21 of this first skin 2 and, on the other hand, are positioned at a determined distance from the second skin 3, this so as to define (between these sound insulation means 6 and this second skin 3) a second part 41 of said internal volume 4 intended to be filled with a hydraulic mixture (more particularly concrete, in particular structural concrete) or filled with such a hydraulic mixture (more particularly concrete, in particular structural concrete), in particular for the production of a structural wall 1.
[0054] There figure 4 illustrates a second variant of this first embodiment of the first type of embodiment of such a wall 1.
[0055] In this second variant, said wall 1 may, additionally, comprise at least one intermediate element 7, which is interposed between the first skin 2 and the second skin 3, which is parallel to the first skin 2 as well as to the second skin 3, and which is positioned at a determined distance from the first skin 2 so as to define the first part 40 of said internal volume 4 inside which the acoustic insulation means 6 are positioned.
[0056] Said at least one intermediate element 7 is crossed by said connection means 5.
[0057] According to another characteristic, such an intermediate element 7 comprises at least one thermal insulating plate 70.
[0058] Alternatively or (and preferably) additionally, such an intermediate element 7 comprises at least one sealing or drainage means 71.
[0059] Such sealing or drainage means 71 may be constituted by a membrane, a film, a sheet or a plate.
[0060] When said at least one intermediate element 7 comprises a thermal insulating plate 70, such a sealing or drainage means 71 is positioned between this thermal insulating plate 70 and the first skin 2, or is even attached to said at least one thermal insulating plate 70.
[0061] Such a sealing or drainage means 71 is held in position relative to such a thermal insulating plate 70 (in particular applied against such a thermal insulating plate 70), this by means of collars which equip the connection means 5, by gluing or by stapling on this thermal insulating plate 70.
[0062] Yet another feature relates to the fact that said at least one intermediate element 7 may comprise at least one stiffening means (not shown) which is configured to stiffen said at least one intermediate element 7.
[0063] According to a particular embodiment, said at least one intermediate element 7 comprises grooves of which at least one part comprises, internally, at least one such stiffening means.
[0064] In this regard, it will be observed that it is, more particularly, the thermal insulating plate 70 which comprises such grooves. These grooves open at the level of the face of the thermal insulating plate 70 which is oriented towards the first skin 2 of the wall 1 or (and preferably) which is oriented towards the second skin 3 of the wall 1. Preferably, these grooves extend vertically and / or adopt a dovetail section.
[0065] With regard to said at least one stiffening means, this may comprise a plate, a beam or a girder, in particular made from a hydraulic mixture, more particularly from concrete.
[0066] In fact, such a hydraulic mixture is poured inside a groove as described above and, after hardening, defines said at least one stiffening means.
[0067] According to another characteristic, the connection means 5 can pass through said at least one stiffening means as well as said at least one intermediate element 7. This characteristic advantageously makes it possible to immobilize said at least one stiffening means relative to the connection means 5 and, therefore, to immobilize said at least one intermediate element 7 relative to such connection means 5 and, due to the anchoring of these connection means 5 inside the first skin 2 and the second skin 3, to immobilize said at least one intermediate element 7 relative to the first skin 2 as well as relative to the second skin 3.
[0068] Yet another characteristic concerns the fact that said at least one intermediate element 7 is positioned at a determined distance from the second skin 3, this so as to define (between said at least one intermediate element 7 and this second skin 3) the second part 41 of said internal volume 4 intended to be filled with a hydraulic mixture (more particularly concrete, in particular a structural concrete) or filled with such a hydraulic mixture (more particularly concrete, in particular a structural concrete), in particular for the production of a structural wall 1.
[0069] According to a second embodiment (not shown) of the first type of embodiment, the acoustic insulation means 6 can be positioned inside the entire internal volume 4 of this wall 1. Such an embodiment then corresponds, more particularly, to a non-structural wall 1.
[0070] A second type of embodiment of the wall 1 according to the invention corresponds, more particularly, to a wall 1 which is of the non-structural type (i.e. not stressed other than by its own weight).
[0071] Such a wall 1 is configured to be used in the context of the creation of a decorative work, a protective work (such as a fence), a building base (particularly industrial) or a work to combat noise and / or pollution.
[0072] According to a first embodiment (not shown) of this second type of embodiment, such a wall 1 comprises said first skin 2, said at least one primary through opening 22, said second skin 3, said internal volume 4, said connection means 5 as well as said acoustic insulation means 6 (which are positioned at least inside at least a part of said internal volume 4, more particularly inside the entirety of this internal volume 4), these elements (2, 22, 3, 4, 5, 6) have the characteristics described above.
[0073] According to a second embodiment of this second type of illustrated embodiment figure 5 , this wall 1 may comprise, in addition to the characteristics of the first embodiment of this second type of embodiment, at least one secondary through opening 32, or even (and preferably) a plurality of secondary through openings 32, which the second skin 3 of this wall 1 comprises.
[0074] Such a secondary through opening 32, on the one hand, extends through this second skin 3, and, on the other hand, opens at the level of the external face 30 and at the level of the internal face 31 of this second skin 3 as well as at the level of the acoustic insulation means 6 which adjoin the internal face 31 of the second skin 3. These acoustic insulation means 6 are, then, positioned inside the entirety of the internal volume 4 of the wall 1.
[0075] Whatever the type of construction of the wall 1 according to the invention, the sound insulation means 6 can adopt different shapes and / or different compositions.
[0076] According to a first embodiment, such acoustic insulation means 6 may comprise at least one panel 60 of mineral wool, in particular rock wool or glass wool.

This vegetable wool is preferably supplemented by a material which prevents its degradation, in particular its rotting. Such a material may be a binder, more particularly a hydraulic and / or synthetic binder, for example a resin.
[0078] According to this first embodiment, such acoustic insulation means 6 may, alternatively, comprise at least one textile panel 60, in particular a synthetic textile and / or a geotextile, for example a fabric. This textile (in particular if it is of natural origin) may be supplemented by a material which prevents its degradation, in particular its rotting. Such a material may, again, be a binder, more particularly a hydraulic and / or synthetic binder, for example a resin.
[0079] Such a panel 60 may be rigid or semi-rigid. Such a panel 60 may also be of the unrolled type. Such an embodiment has been illustrated figures 2 And 3 .
[0080] Such a panel 60 may be secured to the first skin 2, more particularly to the internal face 21 of this first skin 2.
[0081] This first embodiment of the sound insulation means 6 corresponds, more particularly, to the first variant of the first embodiment of the first type of embodiment of the wall 1 described above.
[0082] According to a second embodiment, such acoustic insulation means 6 comprise at least one plant culture substrate 61. Such an embodiment has been illustrated figure 4 .
[0083] Such a plant growing substrate 61 may be at least partly made up of topsoil, potting soil, wood chips, tire residues (particularly in the form of chips), sand, gravel or pebbles.
[0084] Such a plant culture substrate 61 is preferably of the non-degradable type, in order to avoid its decomposition.
[0085] According to a third embodiment, such sound insulation means 6 comprise at least one powdery material 62. Such a powdery material 62 may be at least partly constituted by earth, clay balls, expanded clay balls, pebbles, sand, or even a plant growing substrate. Such a powdery material 62 is preferably of the non-degradable type, in order to prevent it from decomposing.
[0086] According to a fourth embodiment, such sound insulation means 6 comprise at least one material in the form of shavings (in particular wood shavings, shavings of tire residue) or shreds (in particular shreds of textile, for example shreds of a synthetic textile and / or a geotextile) or filaments (in particular filaments of textile, for example shreds of a synthetic textile).
[0087] Such material in the form of chips, shreds or filaments is preferably of a non-degradable type, in order to avoid its decomposition.
[0088] Such sound insulation means 6 (particularly if they are of natural origin) may be supplemented by a material which prevents their degradation (particularly their rotting). Such a material may be a binder, more particularly a hydraulic and / or synthetic binder, for example a resin.
[0089] These second, third and fourth embodiments of the sound insulation means 6 correspond, more particularly, to the second variant of the first embodiment of the first type of embodiment, to the second embodiment of the first type of embodiment or to the second type of embodiment of the wall 1 described above.
[0090] According to a fifth embodiment, such sound insulation means 6 comprise at least one cavernous material (in particular cavernous concrete or expanded clay) or at least elements made of a cavernous material (in particular volcanic stones, pozzolan, clay balls, in particular expanded clay).
[0091] This fifth embodiment of the sound insulation means 6 can then correspond to the second variant of the first embodiment of the first type of embodiment, to the second embodiment of the first type of embodiment or to the second type of embodiment of the wall 1 described above.
[0092] According to a preferred variant of this fifth embodiment, said at least one cavernous material may comprise at least one binder (in particular a hydraulic and / or synthetic binder, for example a resin) or at least said elements made of a cavernous material may be supplemented by at least one such binder.
[0093] According to this variant, the sound insulation means 6 can then adopt the form of a layer (more particularly rigid or semi-rigid), on the one hand, which is integral with the first skin 2 (more particularly with the internal face 21 of this first skin 2) and, on the other hand, which comprises (or is at least partly constituted by) said at least one cavernous material (comprising said at least one binder) or which comprises (or is at least partly constituted by) a mixture which contains at least said elements in a cavernous material as well as said at least one binder.
[0094] This variant corresponds, more particularly, to the first variant of the first embodiment of the first type of embodiment of the wall 1 described above.
[0095] As mentioned above, the first skin 2 comprises at least one primary through opening 22.
[0096] In this regard, it will be observed that at least a portion of said at least one primary through opening 22 extends diverging towards the outside of the wall 1.
[0097] Alternatively or (and preferably) additionally, at least a portion of said at least one primary through opening 22 extends diverging from the inner face 21 of the first skin 2 as well as in the direction of the outer face 20 of this first skin 2.
[0098] As mentioned above, it is, more particularly, the flat plate, which comprises the first skin 2, which then comprises said at least one primary through opening 22.
[0099] Yet another characteristic concerns the fact that the first skin 2 comprises at least one relief which defines at least a part of said at least one primary through opening 22. In this regard, it will be observed that it is, more particularly, said at least one flat plate, which this first skin 1 comprises, which comprises said at least one relief.
[0100] According to the invention and as illustrated figure 2 , at least a portion of said at least one primary through opening 22 adopts the shape of at least one portion of a cone, in particular a cone whose apex is truncated.
[0101] In this regard, it will be observed that it is, more particularly, said at least one part of the cone which then defines said at least one relief mentioned above.
[0102] According to a second unclaimed embodiment, the first skin 2 comprises a plurality of bumps 23 which delimit and / or which define at least a part of said at least one primary through opening 22.
[0103] According to another characteristic, the bosses 23 of the first skin 2 each comprise, on the one hand, a peak which comprises said external face 20 of this first skin 2 and, on the other hand, at least one lateral wall (more particularly a plurality of lateral walls) which extends diverging from said peak as well as towards the inside of the wall 1 and / or in the direction of the internal face 21 of the first skin 2.
[0104] Yet another feature concerns the fact that the plurality of bosses 23 define, between them 23, at least one hollow which has a bottom which is crossed by at least a part of said at least one primary through opening 22.
[0105] Alternatively or (and preferably) additionally, the plurality of bosses 23 define, between them 23, at least one hollow which has a bottom through which at least a portion of said at least one primary through opening 22 opens into the interior of the hollow.
[0106] In this regard, it will be observed that such a hollow is, in fact, defined by the set of side walls comprised by the plurality of bumps 23 which define and / or which delimit at least a portion of said at least one primary through opening 22. All of these side walls (comprised by the plurality of bumps 23 which define and / or which delimit at least a portion of said at least one primary through opening 22) converge in the direction of said bottom comprised by such a hollow.
[0107] A first variant (not shown) then consists in that at least part of the bumps 23 of the first skin 2 each comprises a side wall and each adopts the shape of at least part of a cone, in particular a cone whose apex is truncated.
[0108] A second unclaimed variant illustrated figure 1 consists in that at least a portion of the bumps 23 of the first skin 2 each comprises a plurality of side walls (in particular four side walls) and each adopts the shape of at least part of a pyramid, in particular a pyramid whose apex is truncated.
[0109] In this regard, it will be observed that it is, more particularly, said plurality of bumps which then defines said at least one relief mentioned above.
[0110] As mentioned above and depending on the type of embodiment considered, the second skin 3 comprises at least one secondary through opening 32.
[0111] In this regard, it will be observed that at least a portion of said at least one secondary through opening 32 extends diverging towards the outside of the wall 1.
[0112] Alternatively or (and preferably) additionally, at least a portion of said at least one secondary through opening 32 extends diverging from the inner face 31 of the second skin 3 as well as in the direction of the outer face 30 of this second skin 3.
[0113] As mentioned above, it is, more particularly, the flat plate, which comprises the second skin 3, which then comprises said at least one secondary through opening 32.
[0114] Yet another characteristic concerns the fact that the second skin 3 comprises at least one relief which defines at least a part of said at least one secondary through opening 32. In this regard, it will be observed that it is, more particularly, said at least one flat plate, which this second skin 3 comprises, which comprises said at least one relief.
[0115] According to the invention, at least one part of said at least one secondary through opening 32 can then also adopt the shape of at least one part of a cone, in particular a cone whose apex is truncated.
[0116] In this regard, it will be observed that it is, more particularly, said at least one part of the cone which then defines said at least one relief mentioned above.
[0117] According to a second embodiment, the second skin 3 may comprise a plurality of bumps 33 which delimit and / or which define at least a part of said at least one secondary through opening 32.
[0118] According to another characteristic, the bosses 33 of the second skin 3 each comprise, on the one hand, a peak which comprises said external face 30 of this second skin 3, and, on the other hand, at least one lateral wall (more particularly a plurality of lateral walls) which extends diverging from said peak as well as towards the inside of the wall 1 and / or in the direction of the internal face 31 of the second skin 3.
[0119] Yet another characteristic concerns the fact that the plurality of bosses 33 define, between them 33, at least one hollow which has a bottom which is crossed by at least a part of said at least one secondary through opening 32 and / or through which at least a part of said at least one secondary through opening 32 opens into the interior of the hollow.
[0120] A first variant (not shown) then consists in that at least part of the bumps 33 of the second skin 3 comprises a side wall and adopts the shape of at least part of a cone, in particular a cone whose apex is truncated.
[0121] A second variant consists in that at least a portion of the bumps 33 of the second skin 3 comprises a plurality of side walls (in particular four side walls) and adopts the shape of at least a portion of a pyramid, in particular a pyramid whose apex is truncated.
[0122] In this regard, it will be observed that it is, more particularly, said plurality of bumps which then defines said at least one relief mentioned above.

[0125] Depending on the type of embodiment considered, another characteristic concerns the fact that said at least one secondary through opening 32 is configured to maintain the acoustic insulation means 6 inside said at least one part of said internal volume 4.
[0126] However and alternatively, the wall 1 comprises at least one secondary holding means (in particular in the form of an openwork element, more particularly a grid), which completes said at least one secondary through opening 32, and which is configured to hold the acoustic insulation means 6 at least inside said at least one part of said internal volume 4.
[0127] Yet another feature concerns the fact that the wall 1 comprises, inside said at least one part of said internal volume 4, at least one retaining means 8 which is configured to vertically retain the acoustic insulation means 6 contained in said at least one part of said internal volume 4.

[0131] Such a retaining means 8 is preferably set back relative to the second skin 3, respectively relative to the first skin 2 (or even relative to said at least one intermediate element 7), this so as to define a space between such a retaining means 8 and, as the case may be, the second skin 3, the first skin 2 and said at least one intermediate element 7.
[0132] Such a retaining means 8 may take the form of a plate or a grid.
[0133] Yet another characteristic concerns the fact that the wall 1 comprises, inside said at least one part of said internal volume 4, at least one means 9 of irrigation of the acoustic insulation means 6.
[0134] Here again, such an irrigation means is, more particularly, suitable when the sound insulation means 6 comprise, on the one hand, at least one plant growing substrate 61, at least one cavernous material, at least elements made of a cavernous material, at least one powdery material or at least one material in the form of chips, shreds or filaments as described above and, on the other hand, seeds and / or vegetation.
[0135] Such an irrigation means 9 may comprise at least one pipe, in particular a perforated pipe.
[0136] Such an irrigation means 9 may rest on said at least one retaining means 8, or even be made integral with such a retaining means 8.
