electromagnetic shielding infrared window with an
electric heating function, which comprises an
infrared base material, a
metal mesh layer, an
electric heating layer and an
infrared antireflection film, the
metal mesh layer is embedded in the outer
surface layer of the infrared base material and is used for realizing
electromagnetic shielding; the
electric heating layer is formed by connecting a plurality of superfine
metal heating wires in parallel, is embedded in the
surface layer of the inner side of the infrared base material and is used for electric heating
defrosting; the infrared antireflection films are plated on the surfaces of the two sides of the infrared base material and are used for improving the infrared
transmittance; the
metal mesh layer and the electric heating layer are embedded in the
surface layer of the infrared base material through the
femtosecond laser micro-
nano machining technology, and an electromagnetic shielding, electric heating and
infrared transmission integrated structure is formed. The embedded
metal mesh, the superfine metal heating wire and the customized infrared anti-reflection film are integrated into a single window structure, the blank that multiple functions are difficult to be compatible in the prior art is filled, and the infrared anti-reflection window can be directly adapted to harsh use scenes in the high-end fields of
aerospace, special vehicles, navigation photoelectricity and the like.
