According to the method, associated ore is taken as a raw material, molten salt is taken as electrolyte, a metal sheet tightly attached to the side wall of a crucible is taken as a cathode, a space is defined by the cathode and a conductive sheet with holes for containing the associated ore, an inert material is taken as an anode, and molten salt electrolysis extraction is directly carried out to prepare metal iron; the associated ore cannot be diffused randomly through the conducting strip with the holes, and the fused salt can be in contact with the associated ore, so that the deoxidation direction of the cathode iron oxide in the electrolysis process is limited. According to the method, the side wall of one side of the associated ore in the iron oxide electrolysis process is limited as the cathode, so that the reaction interface moves towards the center along the axis directions of the perforated metal sheet and the cathode metal sheet, separated oxygen ions do not need to be diffused in metal iron through the reaction interface, the diffusion rate of the oxygen ions is high, the current efficiency is high, and the electrolysis efficiency is improved; and product purity. The method for extracting and preparing the metallic iron is stable in technology, short in technological process and wide in application prospect.

Resistance skin, air intake inner wall, nacelle, propulsion components and aircraft

This invention relates to a resistive skin for acoustic panels or inner walls of aircraft air intakes, and also to inner walls of aircraft air intakes formed by such resistive skins, and corresponding aircraft nacelles, aircraft propulsion assemblies, and aircraft. The resistive skin comprises alternating perforated metal strips (10) in the lateral direction (Y) and composite solid strips (20) extending in the longitudinal direction (X), the perforated metal strips and composite solid strips forming a smooth outer surface and a serrated inner surface intended to contact aerodynamic flow, the composite solid strips (20) having a thickness greater than that of the perforated metal strips (10). Because the perforations (30) are located in the inherently abrasion- and corrosion-resistant metal strips, future verification of the acoustic performance of the resistive skin is guaranteed. Since the thicker composite solid strips ensure the mechanical strength of the skin, the thickness of the perforated metal strips can be reduced, thereby allowing the perforations to have a reduced size and a smaller impact on drag.
