A rainwater flow indicator and debris collection device designed for integral installation in a gutter downspout. It comprises an enclosure that has means for monitoring the flow of rainwater through the enclosure; a debris collecting screen which is inserted into and mounted within the rainwater flow indicator and debris collection device; a first adaptor and a second adaptor, both of the adaptors configured and dimensioned to integrally connect the enclosure to the gutter downspout; and a rubber joint designed to provide mechanical support for and allow movement, of the enclosure relative to at least one of the adaptors.

A funnel assembly includes a collapsible funnel mounted to a base. The funnel is formed by consecutive windings of spring steel wire. Each winding has a reduced diameter so that the windings collectively form a funnel having a conical shape and an inherent bias. The funnel is confined into a relatively small storage space and the funnel is compressed when a cap releasably engages the base. Upon disengaging the cap from the base, the bias unloads and fully deploys the funnel. A downspout depends from the base and engages the fill spout of an oil crankcase so that the funnel assembly is mounted to the fill spout. A user therefore does not hold the funnel assembly while pouring oil from a can into the deployed funnel. By holding the base in one hand and the cap in the other, a user may deploy the funnel and return it to storage without touching the funnel.

The gutter foam filter elements are generally triangular, four-foot lengths of flexible plastic open-cell foam material placed in and extending the full length of a conventional “K” type or similar roof gutter. A drain system for draining water to a ground surface includes an extension pipe and a drain outlet. The extension pipe is capable of being disposed underground below a grade of the ground surface. The drain outlet is communicably coupled to the pipe. The drain outlet has a base and a cover section. The base has a drainage surface, a drainage end and an inlet section. The drainage end forms at least one effluent drainage hole therein. The inlet section is adapted to be coupled to an outlet of the extension pipe. The drainage surface is disposed for guiding effluent from the inlet section to the drainage end. The cover section is coupled to and covers the base. The base is configured for founding the drain outlet to the ground, when the drain outlet is coupled to the pipe disposed underground. The at least one drainage hole is located substantially at or above the grade allowing substantially unimpeded affluent discharge from the inlet section through the at least one drainage hole to the ground surface.

An opening is formed at the intersection of the two gutters (12, 13) and a rainwater head (30) with attached downpipe is fitted under the opening. A transition portion connects the top portion to the bottom portion. The top portion includes an intake opening, a top portion perimeter, a debris opening, a filter attachment location, and a downspout attachment location. The downspout attachment location includes a flexible collar that defines a downspout attachment location perimeter that is less than the top portion perimeter. A seamless guttering system formed of flat, seamless plastic is disclosed. The gutter material is thinned along longitudinal lines to be bent into a “U” shape, and includes connectors molded integrally with the flat material to lock the gutter into the proper form. The system also includes a seamless top piece that may be used to close the “U” shape into a box shape for the purpose of forming a downspout. The device disclosed is an improved water harvesting device providing the capability of diverting debris away from a water entry area and reducing potential for clogging of the water entry area. The water harvesting device comprises a tank portion for containment of water and a water entry portion for receiving water, particularly rainwater from a building water collection system such as an eaves and downspout configuration. A rainwater collection apparatus is formed with an outer sleeve member that is adapted to connect with upper and lower downspout portions, and with an internal colander that is operable to collect and filter the rainwater flowing through the upper downspout portion.
